Hotels Near Ladies Bar In Massa Lubrense
0.02km from Ladies BarI booked the room in the last moment and didn't regret !! Clean, very pretty room and bathroom, wonderful terrace and common room in the center of the apartment. The sunset view from the terrace is really stunning !! Not to be missed. The staff really helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place! The city is quiet and clean, plenty of restaurants with good food and the view ( the city is high up the hill) is just really worth coming here.
0.21km from Ladies BarMy husband just spent 10 days at La Ciucciara in the Capri apartment, which was a lovely one bedroom with a large terrace overlooking incredible sea views. Maria was a gem from the planning process through our departure. She is knowledgeable, attentive and assured our stay was wonderful. The location is quiet and beautiful, and the pricing is more than reasonable. For all these reasons I gave it five stars. I would however make a suggestion that the owner re-evaluate the walkway from the street to the apartment building. The route would benefit greatly from additional path lighting.
0.28km from Ladies BarI have just arrived at the airport in Naples after spending 3 nights in this stunning hotel. The hotel itself is in amazing grounds with breathtaking views. The Cielo sky bar is an absolutely amazing place to watch the sun go down and the infinity pool and bar are fantastic. The staff are superb and when they say they are at your disposal they really are! Every person we encountered on our stay were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They booked trips, arranged shuttle runs, moved our car, provided a packed breakfast as we left early and generally just did everything possible to make this trip unforgettable. We stayed in a junior suite and the standard of the room and all the little extras were just fantastic. The welcome you receive from the restaurants and bars was exceptional. Staff gave me a blanket when it started getting a bit cold and never left you waiting for a top up from your glass. The food in the restaurant was amazing as was the service received by all. It is without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Absolutely first class.
0.58km from Ladies BarWe stayed at this property for a few nights in August. It couldn't have been more perfect! It's in a small town with plenty of locals providing a true Italian experience. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with beautiful furnishings. The breakfast was superior starting with Giaralomo greeting you each morning. Lush gardens adorn this lemon farm making way for fresh fruits, eggs and ripe tomatoes on the buffet each day. Parking is complimentary. Be sure to reserve dinner one night in the dining room. Homemade pastas, antipastos, sweet desserts and house-made limoncello will be on the menu. You won't be disappointed!
0.69km from Ladies BarWe stayed at the Relais il Chiostro for 2 nights in late September 2019. This is the first time I’m leaving a review on Tripadvisor, but I loved it so much I have to. This is a remodeled old monastery of the St. Francis order, meaning it is a unique and authentic experience. The rooms are new and clean. The en suite bathroom is small but very clean and contains everything one needs. There was a good breakfast and great coffee. Parking is free in front of the monastery. There is a giant rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the Naples bay and Capri where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a coffee machine up there you can use 24/7 and enjoy the view any time of the day or night. I loved that there was a mosquito repellant machine in the room, that can be pluged into an outlet, it was a really nice touch. While staying there, I met both Arianna and Antonio. They are amazing hosts and will make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. When we had a problem with the water heater in our room, Arianna solved it quickly and without problems. Antonio is very charming and talkative, a typical Italian I’d say, who explained everything about the monastery’s history and had a lot of tips and useful information on getting around the peninsula. We were late for our check in because of traffic on the highway and Antonio waited for us for 45mins, even though it was past 20:00. If I ever visit the Sorrento peninsula again, I will most definitely stay here and recommend this place to anyone interested in exploring the Sorrento peninsula. We came here by car so I am not familliar with the travel arrangements that can be made, but the Relais is situated up a hill and not so close to the centre of Massa Lubrense and the bus stop, so I’d suggest you only stay here if you are coming by car, plan on renting one (or a motorcycle, most locals drive them here), or if you made arrangements for transportation. If you are, I cannot recomment this place enough!

0.77km from Ladies BarSo we booked our entire two week vacation around the availability of having a 3 day stay at Agriturismo La Lobra. Due to the high reviews on Trip Advisor we were so excited to stay in a lemon grove and dine surrounded by lemon trees. We are seasoned travelers and do extensive research when planning our special trips and Agriturismo La Lobra fit our particular likes exactly. To get here you must drive a short distance along the Amalfi Coast so be aware that the streets are a bit scary and challenging. We drive into the driveway and park our car. You must also be aware that this is not the place for you if you are mobility challenged. There are many steep steps and hills to climb up to get to the office and to your rooms. We check in and are shown to our room in a building up a steep hill. This building has I think probably 4 guest rooms in it. Tulio the proprietor explains that this is his nicest room. He opens the door and it is hot as h----. Tulio shows us how to turn on the AC (one would think that he would have it on knowing that we were arriving this afternoon, but oh well). There is not one window nor is there any pictures on the walls, very stark and convent like. He opens the French door that has a solid paneled shutter on it with glass behind it, out to the patio which is probably the temperature of the surface of the sun. The view is lovely of the sea way in the distance. He says that dinner is at 8pm and we say ok. We shower and hope that by after dinner the room will cool off. The dinner was absolutely delicious!! Four courses and scrumptious. We thank him and off to bed we go because it is late, around 2130. We open the door and the blast of heat that greets us is upsetting. We check the thermostat to see if we turned it the wrong way but no, it's on cool. We wait for 20 minutes and still no cool air coming out of the vent. I walk outside and the other guests are conming out of their rooms with the same problem as us. I walk down the steep hill to the main building to get help from Tulio but the house is dark. I knock then bang on the doors, no answer. I go back up the steep hill and I hear one of the other guests say that they tried calling Tulio but he does not answer his phone. I try calling and the line is busy. I finally get through and an Italian speaking lady answers and I tell her in Italian our problem. She tells me an technician is on his way. That never happened. I called back and she hung up on me. By now we are all sweating and exhausted. We spray ourselves with bug spray because the mosquitoes are pretty bad and leave the French doors open for some air that is still hot, temp on my phone says 88F and feels like 93F. I take a towel, soaked with with cool tap water and wrap my head with it and try to lay down. No sleep for me all night!!!! The couple next to us sat outside our adjoining balconies, smoking cigarettes and watching loud TV shows. AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!! I called every hotel in

1.26km from Ladies BarThis hotel was great. We paid a little extra to have a room with a sea view and what a view it was. We had a view of Capri to our left, Ischa in front and Vesuvius to our right which was fabulous. The room was very clean and simply decorated and the bed and pillows were comfortable too. The food is very good and well presented. We had breakfast and evening meal included. Breakfast offered fruit, boiled eggs, tomatoes, meats and cheese plus fruit and croissants that were fresh and delicious. The jug of coffee was also good. Evening meal was three courses and although portions are smaller than we usually eat, the quality more than made up for this. Plenty of choice catering for most pallets. The hotel is a little way out from Sorrento but the buses are frequent and reasonable cost. A few metres down the main road is a 10 min walk to a local beach and resort, here we found 3 restaurants and a bar very fairly priced and the food was good too. The family running the hotel were polite and courteous and provided a very good service. For the price paid I would say this is excellent value for money. The rooms are rustic and simple but it is so worth paying extra for the sea view which is just beautiful. We booked this holiday through Jet 2 and were very happy with all aspects. Although within a couple of KM’s of Sorrento the road has no pavements and walking in to the town is a little dangerous. We did see people walking in but we wouldn’t recommend it.

My boyfriend and I booked Casa Clementina for three weeknights in mid-September on our first trip to Italy, based on a recommendation from a friend who stayed in 2017. Our experience was in short, wonderful. The location was secluded and quiet, the room and facility were modern and spotless, and our host Luigi went absolutely above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. When we first arrived we were a little nervous at the seclusion since we did not have a car or private transportation of our own. We are unfamiliar with the area and did not realize we would need it. (I recommend renting scooters if you are comfortable driving one!) We did not end up renting a car or scooters and it turned out just fine with a combination of arranged transportation and lots of walking. Luigi arranged for us to go to dinner our first night at Lo Stuzzichino, where we had one of our best meals in Italy. The restaurant provides transportation by picking up and dropping off at Casa Clementina and it couldn’t have been easier. Luigi also helped us arrange a boat trip to Capri the next day that included transportation to and from the marina in Massa Lubrense. We walked to a beautiful nearby beach, Captain Cook’s, and walked into Massa Lubrense for dinner another evening. Each morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast and chatted with Luigi and other friendly guests. When we left Casa Clementina, Luigi’s mother drove us into Sorrento as she was heading there that morning. We took a bus from Sorrento down to Praiano on the coast, and then doubled back up for a night in Sorrento before leaving for Florence. I discovered I had left a charger for my watch in our room at Casa Clementina and messaged Luigi about it. Without question he drove it into Sorrento and left it at the desk of the hotel where we were staying so it was there when we arrived. This was just another example of how he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We couldn’t have had a better experience in this beautiful region and Luigi and his family deserve so much credit for their beautiful establishment and for making this part of our trip unforgettable. It was clear that Luigi genuinely cared that we had a great time, and we did. I would recommend Casa Clementina 10/10!!!

We stayed at Don Alfonso for three nights, had the good fortune to have dinner there for two of them, and found it to be lovely as both a small hotel and a very high-end restaurant. The key characteristic of this place is the attention to detail that everyone - top to bottom - gives to their work and to their guests. Being a family business, and one where family is involved in all phases of it, their commitment is reflected in every detail. All very good places accommodate customers' needs and don Alfonso does it seamlessly and without apparent effort - no matter how difficult or disruptive the request. All of that said, there is no pretension and you don't feel that you are on display. Consider making arrangements with the hotel for a driver to tour along the coast - it makes the traffic bearable and gives you the opportunity to see the spectacular scenery without dodging buses or trying to find a parking spot in Positano. This is a good base for that, as well as for a day trip to Capri. We had a wonderful experience, and absolutely would come back again.
Myself and wife stayed here for 7 nights, leaving 5/10/19. All the Staff are superb, they are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean, and peaceful, as in a fairly secluded position. Towels are provided if using the pool. Breakfast is excellent, with a continental style buffet (fresh squeezed fruit juice, cereal, bread, rolls, cold meats, cheese, numerous fruits, yoghurt, pastries etc) They also ask if you would like eggs (whatever way you prefer them) and bacon is available. We also had a evening meal which was of a high standard. We stayed in a standard double, and the room was clean, bed was large, TV, free safety deposit box and balcony. The bathroom was spacious, with no bath but a shower which worked ok, the only comment is the cubicle is a bit small. Whilst staying we did the cookery school with 2 other couples (who we didn't already know). This was really good fun, lasted about 2.5 hours and the 2 chef tutors were very friendly and willing to assist, which was particularly good for myself, as I'm a cooking novice. We made an Italian 4 course meal, and ate what we made that evening. The hotel is located in Sant Agata, a small village/town which has several bars and good restaurants. We didn't hire a car ourselves, and used public transport to get around. The bus stop to Sorrento is approx 15 minute walk downhill from the hotel to the bus stop, so about 20 minute walk back as uphill. The hotel provided us with a map to the bus stop, and bus timetable. It takes approx 30 mins to get to Sorrento bus station, which is also the train station.. It cost 1.30 Euros per person each way. Tickets can be purchased from the tobacco shop (which you walk past) or from the Tourist info kiosk by bus stop. You cannot pay on the bus. Buses run frequently and the last one back from Sorrento is about 11pm. The bus stop to go to the Amalfi coast, is about 20 mins walk from the hotel, and the cost is 2euros per person each way to Postiano which takes approx 30 mins. I would say if you are not hiring a car, and like we did, are planning on doing a lot of sightseeing (Pompeii, Vesusvius, Postiano, Sorrento, Capri), then do be prepared to do a lot of walking, travelling by bus, train & ferry. If you are hiring a car, do be a confident driver, as the roads are very narrow, and winding. We noticed, many of the cars have scrapes or dents. For Pompeii, I would recommend the guided 2 hour walking tour, which can be purchased from the kiosk at Sorrento train station, as covers the main highlights to be seen. After the tour, you are free to explore more of Pompeii on your own.
Pool- check Views- check Breakfast- check Cleanliness- check Air-conditioner- check Quiet, relaxed atmosphere - check Friendly and Helpful- check, check Wonderful Weather- check Plenty of Ice Cubes— check Good restaurants- check Things to do — check Pino and his Dad and Liberata are Salt of the Earth people. They are genuine and warm hosts. We arrived around 5:15 pm on July 11 (Thu) and checked out early morning on July 14 (Sun). Oleum is situated on a hill covered with Olive trees and all types of vegetation. An open area for breakfast overlooks the Isle of Capri in the distance. There is a roof deck— called the SOLARIUM— walk up the steps around the bend from the breakfast area. After a long day at the beach, we brought a bottle of wine, cheese and admired the view from this high vantage point. Plums, pears, lemons, zucchini, olives, tomatoes are all grown on the farm. I tasted beautiful flavors in all of Oleum’s fresh produce. Pino gave us a taste of their Limoncello and olive oil— both delicious. Oleum also has its own red wine- small batch production. Very good wine. We bought olive oil and limoncello to share with friends and to help us remember the delightful days we spent in Massa Lubrense’s Oleum. (SIDEBAR- We went to Cala di Puolo (not too far approx 15-20 mins— beach complex with changing rooms, restaurant, beach chairs and umbrellas. No pool. Don’t expect sandy beaches. No sand— but the water is just sublime. Entrance fee for the beach is 10 euros per person includes lounge chair plus 5 euros for the umbrella. You have to bring your own towel. On another day, we went to Isle of Capri- boat tour - 12 ppl max. We were 9 ppl on the boat. (SIDEBAR- As you may know, in the Sorrento coast area, the roads are narrow and winding. We rented a car from Tuscany and drove from our previous stop, Orvieto to Massa Lubrense via a brief stop in Napoli in search of the home of pizza. Driving time from Napoli is about 1.5 hours with some traffic.)
