You can't ask for more It is located in Mercadrid, which some scores negatively and I think it's a huge advantage for the safety of being in a watched premise and to which no one can access. Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

We have been 3 days in a bungalow, certainly the facilities are not the most modern, but we must give 100% good score to cleaning, kindness of the girl who attended us, facilities perfectly working, as refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, a/a ... Daily cleaning of them. And at 22.00 hrs total silence throughout the room. Common areas like swimming pool and phenomenal barbecue also. This restaurant staff is very friendly and sympathetic. We will certainly come back. A 10 in all senses.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!

I had a late checkin around 2AM. This late checkin was already notified to the hotel and it was acknowledged too. Despite this, they gave us twin beds instead of a double bed as per the booking. (Twin bed rooms are normally cheaper than the double bed rooms). On complaining at the reception, they said they are fully booked and can not give us a double bed room. Then what was the point of an advanced booking when you will give it to someone else? Commitment was not fulfilled. The guy on the reception apologised and understanding the situation, I agreed on taking a double room next morning at 11am. When I went to the reception at 11am, there was a different guy who was unaware of the situation. On complaining, he said he can not give me the room as there is no double bed room available. I decided to discuss this further and raise the complain as being nice was not helping me out. After I raised my voice, he called someone and all of a sudden he had a free double bed room and he gave me the keys. There was no compensation for their mistake neither I needed one. Anyways, I stayed there for 3 nights. The room was nice and clean. The location is excellent with many attractions around on a walking distance. Except for the initial complain, everything was OK. I guess it does not happen too often so I can not suggest anyone to avoid this hotel. I gave the ratings on the basis of my personal experience.

Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. We stayed at the H10 Hotel Puerta de Alcalá at the end of May and middle of June. The hotel was very comfortable and well located. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop deck with great views of Madrid and Retiro Park. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean. On a day trip I mistakenly left my camera bag in a taxi. On my return to the hotel later that day, Juan C. at reception helped me begin communications with the taxi company to try to locate the camera bag. For the next few weeks after I had returned home to Canada, Juan diligently followed up and coordinated with the taxi company, organized payment for retrieval of the camera bag then prepared it for shipment to my home in Canada. He went above and beyond the usual service expected at a hotel and I wanted to point out his excellent assistance. Robert S.

The hotel has the potential to get 4 or even 5 stars reviews, but on this occasion, I had to rate only 3 stars due to the following: I have done the check-in online and requested 2 extra pillows in the room. Once I got to the reception had to do the check-in all again. The keys weren’t ready as they say on their website when you do the check-in online. Customer requests weren’t available (extra pillows). The temperature of the shower keeps going from hot to cold to boiling, which was quite annoying. Everything else was okay. The room isn’t big, but it is okay for a couple of days. The air conditioning was working fine. Breakfast is ok. The room is very quiet, which is good. The hotel has easy access from the metro station.

The hotel is centrally located on Atocha street and you can easily access all major attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops. They have a strict policy of check in and check out. The staff was very helpful and when our flight got postponed tried to do their best with finding a solution for us for the day. We stayed in 2 different types of apartments. A 2 bedroom and a studio. The studio experience was much better. There was a french balcony to the main street which we could open for air. The 2 bedroom apartment was slightly stfiling and the windows could not be opened. The shower room is quite small. Each apartment has a small kitchen and a washer. It is all very basic but definitley enough for just a stay and it is worth the price.

ACCESS : hotel is ~ 200m from Herrera Oria Metro stop - exit at the Herrera Oria exit, the alternative leaves you 50 m further away and downhill. From this metro station Madrid centre is 30-45 minutes away, at a cost of €2. ROOMS : very spacious, separate bath, shower, toilet, 2 wash basins, microwave BREAKFAST : fresh orange juice for every table, good range of pastries, bread, meats, eggs, - very good OUTDOOR POOL : 13.5m diameter, good for swimming, ~180cm deep everywhere so not really child friendly, sun blocked after about 6pm, open strictly 10.30am to 8.30pm, plenty of towels and loungers GYM: best you will ever see in a hotel, looks like it was once a thriving sports club with turnstiles but Covid probably killed it - now 4 rooms of every machine you could ever want. Indoor pools were drained - maybe they will be refilled in the autumn when the outside pool closes RESTAURANTS : Taberna La Illustracion is a 10-15 minute walk - run by mother an daughter - delicious food at a great price (€40 for 4 drinks and salad starter + main). Alright is America style restaurant - good, and only place where English was used. Several smaller cafes in the area offering standard 'raciones' - all good. Great hotel for exploring Madrid from.

This review is for 60 balconies iconic. So, a surprise for me, after reserving on booking.com, is that this is an apart hotel. Positives - the location is AMAZING and the room (we had an appt for 3 people) was EXCELLENT . Staff were very helpful. Very clean throughout. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. A gorgeous breakfast was delivered every morning. Bread, fruit, yogurts, cereals… Negatives - pool (which had workmen upgrading the roof terrace) was freezing. Naturally, not heated, but attached to hose from mains water. Icy. Personally, not a fan of the frosted glass doors/walls to the toilet. We had a large teenager sleeping on the pull down single bed. Was a bit small. Positives far outweigh the negatives. As long as you don’t have your heart set on swimming, you will not regret staying here.

One of the best hostel I've ever been to. The 8-people shared bedroom was BIG, with beds safely distant. The overall cleanliness of the host was good, the atmosphere was great (with sangria parties going on every night downstairs and Madrid tours every morning) but the best part was the staff: super friendly and ready to help you. The Italian girl working at the reception was lovely! She recommended lots of her favourite restaurants and they were so good. Thank you so much!

The hostel is located on the 4th floor of a building few mt away from Plaza del Sol so basically the center of the center and this should be a great news but... 1) The room is approx 16 sq mt , it can fit just a bedroom and a very small bathroom 2) The closet is basically non existent . You can just put there a very small luggage and no shelves 3) Below the hotel you have at least 4 restaurant and most of all a pub which is open until 5 AM, and you'll basically have 24/7 people singing , loud, ect. This will happen on every single day of the week, not only the weekend 4) Each single morning at approx 5:30 AM you'll get the noise from the road cleaning plus the trucks delivering the beer.... to the pub! 5) The room , as well the window, is not sound proofed so... good luck with your sleep 6) The sun is hitting the building almost all day, so this means at night it's like Frodo it's about to drop a ring in your room. 7) The A/C it's noisy and due the fact that the room is so small it's basically 1mt away from your bed. Good look with your health To wrap up: good place for a night, but no longer than that!

I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and it was nice. Room, hall, bathroom, kitchen are all clean. I did not face any issues during my stay. You will find everything you need in the kitchen they even have free coffee. When you go out, there's food options just few steps away, theres groceries, metro station - Tirzo, coffee shop. The receptionist (Josephine) is very kind and helpful she also plays nice music. They let me leave my luggage after check out so I can have more time to explore the city. Over all this place is very nice no issues at all and very safe.

Oh goodness where to start.... After a couple of weeks of traveling we were ending our trip with a night at the AC Hotel near the airport for ease of travel the next morning. We arrived and met Carmen, she is AMAZING! Bottom line when my friend made the reservation she made it for October 30th, not October 29th, and the hotel was full. After some mad typing and serious looking on the computer Carmen found us the very last room in the hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and really comfortable, very sad we were only able to enjoy it for one evening. DON'T USE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!!! So, the next morning, we used the airport shuttle service, OMG! The shuttle driver the next morning if it was on a rating system the star would have to start with a negative. She was unkind, unhelpful, and REALLY RUDE! Be aware when you are using this service you better do your research and know the specific terminal you are flying out of, not the airline, as she will rain hell down on your head. Thank goodness the staff in the hotel was so wonderful, professional, and terrific, couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this property.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times this year when flying to / from Madrid airport. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Check in is always a breeze. I think a chap called Ruben dealt with my check in on my most recent visit. He is a credit to the hotel. The airport shuttle bus is easy and quick. Nothing is ever a problem at this hotel. I look forward to returning at the end of September for another stay following my trip to The States.
