Действительно, в отеле понравилось всё. Начиная с приветливых девушек на ресепшен. Сама гостиница и по дизайну, и по сервису достойна своих звезд.Немноголюдные этажи, свежие номера, приятные мелочи. Очень удобные матрасы и плотные шторы. Не хватило розеток возле рабочего стола - это минус. И второе - непростая система управления светом над чайной зоной - это скорее забавный challenge. Чудом догадался нажать кнопку между шкафом и дверью в ванную. Неплохие завтраки с хорошим кофе, дынями/арбузами и вкуснейшей брусникой! Конечно, местность вокруг отеля выглядит несколько подзапущенно... Но выручает неплохой китайский ресторан. Еще некоторое недоумение вызвал балкон-галерея, проходящий мимо балконных окон... Но это мелочи. Общее впечатление очень и очень позитивное.

Hotel is above all praise! Perfect place. It is evident that the owners have spent a lot of time and money to take into account the small things of which and a good picture of good rest. Standard room is spacious, beautiful. Branded towels, pictures with literate lighting, beautiful girl on the respiratory. The hotel has an excellent gym (not as usual a small dusty room ). Very modern. There are Hamam, sauna and swimming pool. There you can take a massage (the specialist is chic, which is also rare!). Breakfasts for 9 et worthy, I would have looked there for dinner, but arrived late. I recommend to everyone !

Located on the road from the airport, you can get to the route 55 from there, travel 20 rubles, walk on a week from 6 a.m. to 21, on weekends from 7 a.m., you need to stop the elevator, you can use if there is no big luggage. Near the hotel there are different cafes, culinary cuisine from land to removal, grocery stores, public transport stops in different parts of the city. The station is near the station, from there you can get by tram. Or on foot for half an hour. With nice and polite staff, they helped print the landing coupon on the plane. Small but satisfied and deliciously prepared breakfast is brought to the room at the time you ordered. It was quiet night and day, no one and nothing prevented you from resting. In the bathroom is a good water pressure. Clean lingerie, comfortable bed. Room cabinet. Clean in the room every day and very carefully. On TV unfortunately failed to see local news, all the image was with interference. But it is a small minus. I still came to see the sights, not TV. In the two-bedroom economy room there is no refrigerator, but I drink only kefir on the night, I was not critical of his absence.

Had a night out. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast is great, price is very good. Comfortable rooms. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Easy to find. Check in and check out went smoothly without any problems. There is no elevator in the hotel but it is not a problem.

The hotel is very comfortable in accommodation. It was stayed twice on the way to Mongolia and back. A wonderful and responsive administrator Julia both helped us with advice around the city, was cheerful and hospitality. The horror of this hotel is breakfast. For the declared 5 stars, they are simply not suitable anywhere. Small choice, unclean tables, 2 people (servants) sitting behind the counter and doing nothing, absolutely indifferent and indiscriminate. In the second trip, no one warned us that breakfast was served on a preliminary request (imagine it!). We hurried to the airport and asked for the money back for breakfast - ”it is impossible, it is included in the residence.” Hotel managers urgently need to completely reconsider the breakfast issue, it spoils the general impression of the hotel.

Недорогой отель рядом с вокзалом. Номер небольшой, но удобный, есть стол и стулья, нет только шкафа, но мне был не нужен. На этаже есть кухонная комната с чайником и микроволновкой, также есть кулер. До центра можно дойти пешком, но тогда надо перейти жд возле вокзала по пешеходному мосту. Удобнее доехать на трамвае номер 2 три остановки до площади Советов, назад на трамвае номер 1 (это кольцевые маршруты, ходят в противоположных направлениях). Из аэропорта тоже можно доехать на автобусе. Ходили обедать в китайское кафе с другой стороны здания, обед там стоит 290р или 390р. Рядом есть магазины и много пекарен со вкусной выпечкой, это вообще особенность Улан-Удэ. В другую сторону от центра легко можно доехать до дацана на Лысой горе. место стоит посетить. Один недостаток - если окна номера выходят на улицу Гагарина, но шумно вечером и утром.

I stayed here for one night. It was a very warm and comfortable hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor which had a security door entered by an electronic key button to the rooms. The furnishings looked new. Breakfast was ordered from a menu with three choices - British which included bacon; Italian - omelette and the third was fried eggs. In the evening it was noisy. Be careful in the shower as there was no handle inside and I couldn’t open the door and had to get my companion’s assistance to open it.
