The 525 yuan booked Premier Room, the room is bigger than the same grade hotel, there are large windows, you can see the scenery outside, the view is very wide, the hotel also provides free 20-minute hand and foot spa, as well as an oversized gym and swimming pool, that day When I stayed at the hotel, the hotel read my birthday wrong. I thought it was my birthday. I also booked a cake for me~ It was a surprise~

The rooms were spotless and spacious with hot showers. Well located at around a 5 minute walk to Galleria Mall. Offers a good airport shuttle service. Our only gripe was with the way in which our check in was handled. We booked in advance and were told to cancel this booking when we arrived as they offered a better rate (around 3JD cheaper). Despite telling the man on reception that we would prefer to proceed so as to not incur cancellation fees he advised us to cancel and took my phone to cancel the booking himself. We were due to incur fees and had to argue hard with the travel company to avoid this. Better to stick with your original booking! Also, we booked another night whilst there for a week later and upon arrival the second time the room we’d booked was not available and only a more expensive one was an option. Poor reception service but the rooms/location were great.

The movenpick Amman hotel is awesome... easily a 5 star hotel by international standards. Great rooms, excellept spa facilities, excellent service and very good food outlets Huge thanks to Mustafa very very pro and courteous ... I make it a point to stay there every time I visit Jordan on business. The suites are beautiful - expecially the ones with outdoor patios that overlook the whole city.

I booked a Jewheret Alswefiah Hotel apartment for several nights in December 2018, while visiting various friends in Amman. It is well located in the city centre with easy access to the shops/shopping mall. The staff on reception - Mohammed Ziyad and Mahmoud Men'em - provided excellent service. As the apartments have their own kitchenettes, you can make your own breakfast but you can call pay for good freshly cooked breakfast which will be brought to your apartment. It is also convenient for the SuperJet bus station where I took a train from and to Aqaba. I would definitely stay there again.

We visited while on family vacation in Jordan. Being in close vicinity to Petra and offering the busy life of Amman, the Almadina was the perfect choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, slightly noisy at night but that comes with central location no matter where you stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was plenty and variety was good. If you are looking for a nice and tidy hotel then this is the place for you

Spent a few days here whilst touring Jordan. A disastrous start to our stay whereby we were told there was no booking for us when we arrived at 4 in the morning and debating this issue with the night manager for 40 minutes before eventually being allowed a room at his great personal direction only to find out later they had given our reservation to someone else (similar name) who should not have even been staying at that hotel!!! After that it was okay. The rooms (we were upgraded to a superior room) were brilliant and nice and big with everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were both buffets and other than the first night whereby there were loads of Oriental groups who think they have a divine right to push in wherever they want, all was good. Food from the buffet was a bit samey but always hot and plenty of variety. Location wasn't great in terms of things close to the hotel but didn't worry us at all. Overall the hotel was pretty good and I would stay there again but not in tour season...

Good value hotel, across the road is AMMAN MALL, which has a very large supermarket CTOWN, you can buy some food, and a Chinese-style restaurant, but I have not eaten. They buy instant noodles, eggs, greens in the supermarket, and use their own electric cooker to cook the noodles. There is a local restaurant next to the hotel, which customers have taken to eat. I feel pretty good. There are not many types of breakfast The gym is also good, I used the treadmill twice

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.

We got to the hotel after midnight. They kindly offered us an upgrade on a higher floor than we were originally booked on. Thank you! We were with a tour so we did not have much time to explore around the hotel. The toiletries are nice and they have conditioner!!! There was some confusion with dinner on our own-I checked and was told 32North would have a la carte AND buffet. When we went to eat, it was only buffet and we had to sit in the lounge, which is not very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and their macaroons are delicious! Overall great stay! Thank you!

We have just enjoyed a super stay at this hotel. The staff have been very friendly and welcoming from when we first got out of the car. The level of service in the hotel has been high. The breakfast is a great spread. Again the staff on the stations are cheerful. The other staff are very attentive with things being whizzed over not long after request and empty plates whizzed away as soon as done. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed the wedding festivities in the hotel whilst we were there which provided a fun atmosphere. (though maybe be aware if you are planning a romantic dinner at the weekend!) We took uber from the hotel to all the main areas we wanted to see and the journeys were all a few JOD

I'd like to start off with thanking Mr. Firah and Mr. Rami from the front desk. They were so helpful. Mr. Firah answered my several questions very eloquently & in detail. He gave me descriptions of the various rooms& suites and explained the difference between all. He helped me select the suite that I needed. Mr. Rami was very fast during the checkin process and is really professional too. From the kitchen staff, Mr. Ramiz, was helpful beyond words. He was so kind, and patient with us as we went back and forth on what to eat. He helped us select the food and it was delicious. Thank you Mr. Ramiz.Husam from housekeeping was very accomidating and hospitable. He brought us everything that we needed. The staff really made my experience here at The Boulevard Arjaan alot better. Thank you to the wonderful staff. The cons : The room wasnt that clean but Mr. Firah was quick to send housekeeping to clean nonetheless there are stains on the couch and the guest bathroom still has black hair on the floor. The furniture could do with some upgrading or enhancements to replace the dirty or stained counter/sofa I the room. Hence the 4 stars. However, if your looking for a great experience from staff, and wish to be near downtown , and get the vibes with people walking in the Boulevard, and quick access to the Abdali Mall or cafes...then look no more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We got the Premium one bedroom suite which includes a guest bathroom, a separate living room/kitchen and then the bedroom. There is also a big balcony connected to the living room.

I've been at the W Amman for going on my second month due to business. I have seen it near full occupancy balancing multiple events such as large professional conferences and even weddings. And now I can say that I've also seen it a it's likely lowest occupancy rate in history due to the covid crisis and the government's forced closure of airspace. Several nights ago, W had to consolidate it's operations, closing several of its key restaurants , lounges, spa, and gym. Staff was shifted and seems showed while managers struggled to adjust to the new normal. Individuals like Shaheed, Alexa, Jonahmie, Mayer, Nancy, Najjar, Alalia, Mustafa, Tarik, Ahmed shine with their dedication and attentiveness. One cannot have a bad day when greeted by them. Similarly, the entire Whatever, Whenever staff led by Luma are such a fun group of service oriented individuals that it will certainly break my heart to leave. I truly love that they have a chat function via Bonvoy App and on WhatsApp. They're like a happy group of friends that are never too busy to chat. The W staff have consistently been shining stars and I will miss seeing them everyday at our regular spots. We are not seeing different staff but are no less impressed by their flexibility and ability to adjust very quickly to the changing situation. What I find interesting if the large collection of managers active here and how little they participate in active service engagement. Back in the states management, particularly in restaurants will take part in explaining menus and servicing guests, but that doesn't happen here. I dislike watching incredibly busy waitstaff rush from place to place while a suited managers simply observes, but I attribute that to my infinity for participatory leadership and understand that it may be a cultural difference. Perhaps the managers can smile just a bit more... and the front desk can use some assistance in getting the bills right, but these are minor places for improvement. I've been told many of the staff are now on "holiday" and I can' wait for their return and the resumption of normal operations, but until they, I want to hotel to know how grateful I am for their service thus far. Not a day goes by that I haven't through about shouting their praises from the rooftop and I hope that the next W I stay at will meet this high bar.

When you write an honest review for a hotel there is always room for improvement. I can honestly say I cannot think of one area where this hotel does not deserve a five star review. From check in to check out our stay was top notch. The property is located in a quiet location that is an easy Uber ride to the town center. It is a 5-10 minute walk to stores and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and clean. There was a kitchenette with a sink, cooktop, microwave, toaster and small refrigerator (not full size but bigger than the standard minibar sized ones). The restroom had a large glass shower and plenty of room. The room was quiet. The WiFi was fast and reliable. There is a free laundry room with washers and dryer. There were no machines to sell detergent there, they do have a small store in the lobby that may (although as I said, there are stores a short walk away).
The free breakfast was amazing, the selection was endless. One of the best we have ever experienced. Without doubt I would not consider staying anywhere else except this hotel when I visit Amman again.
