      Pleasantly surprised. The nicest, friendliest staff I have ever met. For us, the went out of their way to help and accommodate any needs we had. Rooms ate spacious and very clean. Yes, they had staffing shortages, so like the Grill and bar was not open for lunch. It opened at 5pm for dinner, and the menu was very small. We understood. Breakfast buffet during the week is more continental, with an option to order off their menu, which was also small. But, the food we did have, was excellent and very delicious. Looked like on the weekends, it is more extensive breakfast buffet. Still, very nice place. It has the Oxford Valley Mall right across the street. Sesame place is so across the street. Also, many eating options around outside of the hotel. Can't say enough nice about this Sheraton and it's staff. They made our 4 night stay very nice. We stayed there because our granddaughter was getting married at a venue close by.

      Short version: this hotel is made for families going to Sesame Place. While you're not getting a posh or really nice place, you're paying a reasonable price for good enough, mostly clean room that's located across the street from Sesame Place while being closer than most parking lots at other theme parks or zoos. When we stayed in April, we were able to park at the hotel instead of a hundred feet away at Sesame Place's own parking lot (the hotel has a parking fee starting in May). The beds weren't very comfortable, the air conditioner was noisy, and there wasn't even a tissue box in the room. But the bed and sheets seemed clean and probably good enough for anyone who doesn't have sensitive skin. The bathroom was another story. The sink was stupidly small - like whoever their interior designer must have been working with some really weird constraints or a complete *****. There was no soap next to the sink but there is a body/hand soap close by in the shower bath (but neither the soap or sink are kid friendly imo). The toilet was in a spacious alcove but the bathroom fan was really noisy. Overall, with a package deal for park tickets, it's just too reasonably priced for what you get.

      Here’s the positives: staff are friendly and accommodating, room was clean and the price per night is not bad at all as they gave us a suite plus breakfast included though I understand that because of the pandemic, foods are prepacked but guests should have a way to toast their breads or bagels for better taste than heated thru a microwave which makes them soggy. They have mini snack bar with a good selection to fill your cravings. Negatives: first and most of all, hotel should have informed or specifies in the website that their pool is closed. We’ve been to other hotels in PA with pools open even during pandemic. They have a daily maintenance and clean up crew to make sure the pool area is clean. We are a traveling family with kids who loves swimming in the pool whenever they can. Imagine the disappointment of their faces when the front desk told us that their pool is closed when clearly there was nothing posted in their website. If only I could cancel and move to a different hotel, i would. Second, the duvet cover is super polyester that every time we touch it, it sparks! We were worried it might catch fire while we’re sleeping tossing and turning so pit them on the floor. Every time we touch each other we get shocked. Kids made fun out of it but I have trauma with it. Our sleep was uncomfortable because our blanket is thin and it was cold in the room.

      Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE - Langhorne 780918257 We booked hotel for Dec24 to Dec31st however on the way to hotel we got stuck in whiteout snow storm and were unable to check in on designated day Dec24th.We had to make emergency stop at Comfort Inn in Wytheville VA. We were immediately charged one day per Holiday Inn policy for not arriving at the premises despite not able to make it there.Once at the Holiday Inn Express in PA we did mention our experience to Rebecca who is the GM there but she mentioned IHG group would get back to me regarding decision to refund the one night we did not stay there however we have not heard back. Perhaps we contact Jay in customer care if no one calls us back. Aside from this one issue the stay was very pleasant the staff super friendly and accommodating and the location close to all amenities. Would stay here again if given the travel opportunity.

      I had to leave another Hotel. I requested a Smoking room at the Marriot. When I checked in I specifically asked if my room was smoking. The girl behind the desk said Yes. I smoked in the room and got kicked out. Even after I offered to pay for the cleaning and not smoke in there again. They where straight out NO and Rudd ab out the whole situation. It was about 10pm.I urgently needed another Hotel to check into that night.. I went to this Best Western. My room was approved and they could not get the payment to go thru. They worked diligently with my Company to get me a room. They gave me a room for the weekend and said they will call my Employer Monday. They never stopped trying to help me out the the situation I was in. Yes they had a smoking rooms. Not someone who says your room is smoking because they were not trained properly and did not know. I also had packages delivered to the Marriot and noon could find them They just looked around real quick. Na you have No packages. Than the Manager came up. Said to the person I told you where they keep packages. Guess I forgot. Just wanted you checked . No problems like that at any of the Best Westerns Plus I stayed at\. I have been recommending this Best Western Plus to all who have to travel to NJ Amazon to work for 2 weeks at a time. I hope they take my word for it. What a Great place to stay.

      My husband & I was celebrating our 15 yr wedding anniversary. We checked in after 7pm It was really dark outside couldn’t find our room, so I walked back to the office to get the desk person who escorted us .The reason we couldn’t find room # 101 “ The Deluxe Romantic Suite” is because there was no outside light illuminating the room number. Once inside there was broken glass on steps of jacuzzi tub, the toilet area had blood splatter on wall, shower heads don’t SPRAY they trickle

      This hotel is horrible. The room they gave me first smelled like hot rancid diapers. They knew it was bad, as windows were left wide open in room, but they chose to rent it out again anyway. The second room they gave me smelled alright, but I ended up with bites all over my legs. Early in the morning, I could hear a gnawing and hissing noise from behind the tv stand. When taking a closer look, a rat or large mouse of some sort ran out from behind the stand and disappeared somewhere else in the room. I notified the front desk who told me a manager would contact me and to go back to my room. There is no manager on-site over the weekend, apparently. The fitness room is filled with mattresses, as is the women’s restroom in lobby, as well as the breakfast room. There is no breakfast of any kind. The guest laundry is not maintained at all, and the staff is very inconsistent. The housekeeping staff changes every week, and they do not actually clean anything. They spray air freshener and Lysol. The bathroom ceilings are paneled and molding and most of the fans don’t work. The air conditioners have mold all over the vents. I wouldn’t wish this stay on my worst enemy. No one should have to stay in a place like this, let alone pay over 100 dollars a night for it. Zero stars.

      I booked 2 nights to stay with my mother and 2 small children. We arrived at 9pm after 3 hours of travel. I was disappointed when I walked in but it was late and I just wanted to get my kids to bed. I went to take a shower and the drain was clogged and hair/gook was in the tub. I could not get it to drain and I was not about to stand in filth while taking a shower. I called the front desk to inform them and Helen said there were no more rooms but could give me a full refund. I opted to take the full refund and I packed up my kids to hit the road. Helen said Expedia would refund me and she was not able to get it to me in writing but she said, "oh trust me, they will refund you". She also made a call to someone else and said "I've got another one", it was obvious multiple people were leaving that night from the poor conditions. I called Expedia and they said the hotel had to refund me since they took the payment. This made sense as the hotel is who took payment but I was so annoyed I did not think of this at the moment when I just needed to get my kids to bed. Long story short, I have called the hotel 3 times for a refund. Each time, I am promised and it has now been over a month without receiving a refund or a call back from a manager. Do not waste your time trying to get a good deal, you need a tetanus shot for this place.
