I didn't have breakfast when I went. This hotel has a restaurant with a lot of coffee and food. It also offers coupons, wine, spirits, etc. It's still good, the price is a little expensive. This hotel is very good, right next to Klimt Palace, the hotel's door is small (small), go left and go to the Kremlin, with KFC and McDonald's. The waiter’s attitude is very good. The English level is also good. It’s too difficult to take a taxi (Yandex) (the hotel is located near the Kremlin, tourists are like clouds, traffic is crowded, fast cars, 20 minutes can not come to the hotel), many guests, check in, only one Staying in the building, the sound insulation is not good. Others like Wi-Fi are fine.

We arrived late at night (or better yet, early in the morning!). The night manager waited for us, together with some friends who joined us on this trip to Moscow. He personally helped and served us at the bar when we said that we don't plan on going to sleep to soon. Upon entering the room, a big surprise... We had just come back from a trip to Hawaii, and here, in Moscow, our room was decorated with ALL THESE beautiful and framed pictures of us from our trip there (pictures which they took the trouble of collecting from our instagram!)... This was AMAZING we thought! Also, the concierge WAS AMAZING, helping us with all the tours and restaurant reservations (which was not an easy thing to do with 3 full days). Amazing breakfast, they even baby sat for our daughter and entertained her thought the hotel while we had a breakfast meeting with friends from Moscow! This was UNIQUE! (Although since then Sofia is addicted to kitchens and behind the scenes wherever we go :))) )! We only travel Four Seasons when available, but this one... Absolutely fantastic!!! The location beats ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING else in Moscow, in the Red Square basically! The bar, the restaurants, the room service, the spa! AND THE PERSONNEL! Thank you Four Seasons Moscow for what I believe is the closest thing to a perfect stay!

Booked a classic king-size bed room, the bed is large and comfortable, but the room is very small. The hotel's minibar needs to be closed and locked if it is not in use, which means that the refrigerator cannot be used. If you want to use the refrigerator, it costs 600 rubles a day, 600 is not a deposit, but a service fee. Stayed in so many hotels for the first time using the refrigerator for a fee. In another family of my companion, my father was fined for smoking in the room. He was fined 5,000 rubles a day. The companions who lived there later noticed. Never smoke in the room. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and razor in the room. It is said that you can ask the hotel for it. However, referring to the charge for refrigerator use, my friends think that toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb. The hotel breakfast is average, and the view of Red Square is really nothing special. It is recommended that friends can have breakfast at the hotel. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and it is very close to the subway station and Red Square.

This is the last time I lived in this Carlton, Moscow. The service really couldn't keep up with the brand. I stayed in the executive room several times before, saying that we didn't have breakfast, we couldn't eat breakfast in the Executive Lounge, it made us very embarrassed, and later we had an apology, which made me lack confidence. Give another chance, think. The result is still not leaving room for me this time, forget to give up. Every time I live in Moscow on a business trip, I should change it. Ayara yhatt should be a good one, opposite the tum shopping center. The guest recommended it many times, and it seems that the locals do not like this hotel. Once again advised everyone not to go to this house, the four seasons on the side are also good. It is the breakfast of the four seasons that always has a little bit of deficiency.

Booked in a three-bed room with breakfast, the room is large and spacious, three beds are standard large single beds, a slightly smaller but also 180 enough to sleep, breakfast value, daily caviar burritos Salted salmon, The location is very good, the Red Square is on the other side of the river. There is a small ramp on the Moscow River Bridge. When the bridge is under maintenance, the bridge will be added for five minutes. There is a government agency next to the hotel. There is always a gunman in charge of the station, and the security is overwhelming. A family of three is highly recommended.

The only acceptable aspect about this hotel is the location; within walking distance from the center of Moscow and the Red Square. For the rest everything was awful; from the arrogant and grumpy receptionists to the very small, dark and worn rooms, with view over garbage bins and airconditioning units; not exactly as advertised and certainly not something worth travelling 2500 km's for.... When we decided to leave and look for another place to stay, the receptionist reassured us that no cancellation penalty was to be charged. Of course we should have known better after the first impression we got from this place.... we found out later that the full 3 night's stay was charged and the very rude and unkind Reservations Manger with whom we had e-mailcontact after being back in The Netherlands informed us that they were not going to refund us anything. And to make matters even worse, when we asked the e-mailaddress of the General Manager, they simply declined.... What a dissapointment! Not only is this a terrible accommodation, but also the staff does not care at all about their guests... Will never stay there again!

Staying at this hotel is to see the military parade on Victory Day, and it is more convenient around. However, when the stay was unpleasant, in the hotel booked by Ctrip, the hotel front desk did not receive the payment from the agent, and did not allow the check-in, immediately contact Ctrip, let me wait, they will verify. Finally, I communicated with the front desk. I myself pre-authorized the check-in at the front desk. After returning, I repeatedly communicated with Ctrip before I put the amount of pre-authorization.

We were able to attain a beautiful and clean apartment at a reasonable rate in a good, decent area. The staff are very helpful and speak good english and help in any situation. They are simply a phone call away and respond very rapidly. The restaurant is also open 24/7 and is also phone call away. There are many hotspot locations around us starting from tourist hotspots to very easily accessible supermarkets and restaurants. Orange and red line metro stations are walking distance from the residencies. The comfortability of the apartment exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms and rooms were spotless upon arrival and fully equipped with all the necessary condiments. All the electronic items, including the washing machine and fridge were fully functional.

Very good hotel, clean, no odor. Everything is close, convenient, the place is very glorious. Between 4 star Delta and 3 star Gamma, the difference is only in the absence of tea and coffee in the room and its own tug. However, there is a hot water cooler and a general smooth room in the hall. The combination of price-quality is perhaps one of the best in Moscow.

The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy and very close to the metro station. The staff were all very friendly and there was always hot water for tea welcoming us as we came in from the cold. The restaurant offered so much variety and we enjoyed everything (breakfast, lunch and dinner). I especially enjoyed the salmon fettucini and the syrniki for dessert. The breakfast (included in our room fee) was outstanding. There was always much to choose from at the buffet, but there were several items to choose from off the menu, as well. (The mushroom omelet was delicious.) The room we stayed in was not large, but it was a fine size. It was clean and had a nice decor with free-wifi. There was a refrigerator with a fully stocked bar and a safe in the closet. There were plenty of hangers and a nice "emergency" kit (shoe shining, sewing kit, etc.) available. My only complaint would be the intermittent street noise from people walking on the sidewalk below (and the one Domino's pizza delivery driver who liked to peel out every time he was off to a delivery - hilarious), but I thought the 2AM opera singer was quite good and entertaining. ;) We will be returning and I recommend this hotel for your stay!

May travel, hotel paid in early March Turned over the map for a day here 400 one day (including 2 breakfast) The environment is very good, the service is okay, we will not be in Russian, primary school English level, make do with the stay. The room is ok, not the kind of one that does not open the legs. Provide shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, disposable slippers, our own toothpaste toothbrush cleanser. I feel that the decoration is like many years ago. Our room is on the 7th floor, on the top floor, on the far side, with two windows and good lighting. Hotel soundproof is not bad. Do not deposit, breakfast goes directly, the first floor, the waiter is estimated to be too busy to see the room card. Breakfast meets the team every day and has to grab it. Very rich, I will be 19 yuan / person, value! There are six or seven staple foods: brown bread, white bread, toast, coriander, puffs, cakes. Coffee, milk, orange juice, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, fried rice, ham slices, boiled eggs, salad, chickpeas? French fries and chicken nuggets, egg tarts, tiramisu... When I checked in, there were 2 bottles of mineral water in the room, but I didn’t give it back because there was a public water dispenser in the hallway, both hot and cold. There is a gym on the ground floor of the hotel. Just on the way to the restaurant, you will know the sign. The network is not good, there will be one for a while. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the subway. The map is not far from the Red Square, but Moscow is a ring road, traffic jams, the price of taxis is twice that of Irkut, and the morning peaks are still increasing. We still take the subway. There is a small supermarket on the opposite side of the road for 100 meters. It is no problem to deal with a bite. The supermarket does not have a staple food kitchen. Overall 4 stars, location, network deduction. Still feel that this price is slightly higher.

So this is my first time doing to Moscow as a solo Traveller. The hotel front door, is difficult to search at first, luckily I got help from the Yandex driver. Once you know the exact location , it's near many of bus stops, within 20 mins of walking distance to Kremlin, within 10 mins of Bila supermarket, 15 mins from closest metro station, and easy to get food too. To my standards, their price for the room (mine was a room to my self and a private bathroom) is reasonable. The reception is capable of good English, they will help you carry your bags because they have no elevator. The room is nice, clean, the water heater worked just fine. I think I'm going here again if I get chance visiting Moscow again.Thank you.

Firstly the good points....friendly and helpful lobby and reception staff. Large room. Good location for Red Square and Cafe Pushkin. Now the disappointing parts.....lobby area looks like a 2 star hotel. The staff uniforms look very downmarket, the light switches in the rooms are too complicated, if you need glasses, you’ll need them every time you want to turn a light on or off. The bathroom, although large, only has an over bath shower. A ‘city view’ room is not actually a view into the city, but of Pushkin Square. The service in the bar and at breakfast is excruciatingly slow, even though there was hardly anyone else in there. I finally need to say about our last evening, 26th Nov, when we went to the bar for a drink before going out for our meal. There was a group of older Italian ‘gentleman’ in there who were entertaining a ‘lady’ (she obviously wasn’t Italian as they were speaking English with her). While we were waiting 20 minutes for our one beer and one cocktail, I noticed one of the ‘gentleman’ and the ‘lady’ leave the bar area, I just assumed they were going to their rooms. When we were about to leave I went to use the ladies, on the way I noticed that there were no rooms on that floor and in fact the only doors were the toilets. I went into the ladies, turned the cubicle light on and locked the door, only then did the noises begin from the other cubicle. Yes, that’s right, that’s where they had gone and were having very loud sex!!!! Classy! Now I know that the hotel can’t be held totally responsible for their guests behaviour, but, I’m pretty sure all the staff must have known what was going on and, not only did they not call security, but they allowed me to walk into a very compromising situation! Definitely not a 5 star establishment!

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and have enjoyed both stays very much. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the location is amazing: a very quiet and pretty street in the centre of Moscow, close to Kitai Gorod metro. The decor is also attractive in a 'shabby chic' style. It is not the height of luxury: there is no room service, for example, and the breakfast menu is limited (though the food itself is good). The interior is somewhat tired-looking and has not been remodeled, though I experienced no problems with the facilities. Overall, I think it is a good deal for the price and much more fun than a chain hotel.

I stayed at Gallery Park for 2 nights while in Moscow to attend FIFA World Cup Semifinal 2 game. While booking, I was looking for a hotel that was close to Luzhniki stadium and along public transportation stops and Gallery Park was one of the last few that had rooms available. From Paveletskaya Metro station, Gallery Park is a 15 min ride by bus 106 or 158 to Derbenevskaya Embankment followed by a short 5 min walk. The hotel is 2 blocks behind the bus stop. There are security guards manning a parking gate arm 1 block behind the bus stop leading to some office buildings and the hotel is right behind these. I walked from the bus stop to the hotel at midnight following the completion of England vs Croatia game and had no problems. It was quiet but didn't feel unsafe. There is also a complimentary hotel shuttle that runs every hour to Paveletskaya station which I used once but it felt hot and stuffy inside and so I took bus 632 back to Paveletskaya station on another day. To go to Red Square, I took bus 158 from Derbenevskaya Emb. to Krasnaya Square the following day and it was a 20 min trip. On my check-out day, from Paveletskaya to Sheremetyevo airport, I took metro line 2 to Rechnoy Vokzal and caught marshrutka 949 to SVO and the whole trip took around 1.5 hours. So unlike what recent reviews state, in my opinion, this hotel is well-connected to Moscow's landmarks. You just need to use Google Maps to figure it out. This is not rocket science. As for check-in, it took a while because the front desk called me back to make new copies of my documents. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor of the 2nd wing and the room looked beautiful and opulent to my eye. The 2nd wing seemed deserted and I didn't see anyone during the 2 nights I spent in that building. There's no elevator so I had to lug my suitcase up the staircase and the paintings at each level were a sight to behold. The highlight of the room was the closed shower stall in the bathroom. It felt cramped but had some cool fixtures. If only the digital controls for the audio system in the shower stall had worked... My only regret is missing out on the free breakfast on the morning following the game because I woke up late. But based on other reviews, it appears it was run-of-the-mill so I'm glad I didn't miss much. Room service did their job well and I have no complaints. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Gallery Park and if in Moscow again, I wouldn't hesitate to check-in here.

Enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a convenience store a few blocks away. There is also a mobile phone shop that sells local SIM cards that have unlimited internet usage. Check with the staff for directions. The hostel is a 3 min walk from Kitay Gorod Station, Moraseika Road exit (no 6 and 7), or a 10 minute walk from Lubyanka (exit near the book store Biblio Globus). Loved everything about the hostel, a minor improvement point would be that it would be helpful for the hostel to inform guests about the exits from the station at the time of check-in, could have saved me time and some additional effort - Kitay Gorod is pretty massive and a wrong exit can mean a very long walk.

We were arriving to Moscow at about 2am and had to leave at 11. As such what we needed was a bed for 8 hours. There were 4 of us, so price of 2 bedroom suite of £80 seemed reasonable. First impression of the hotel is one of the museum - nothing changed inside from late 1990's - old furniture, fixtures, curtains that do not close, etc. But if hotel made choice of not renovating and managed to keep prices low because of that, it is fine with me. Our suite consisted of 2 rooms - one with two single beds (air-conditioned) and one dining room with fold-away sofa bed, dining table and minibar. Surprisingly wi-fi was reasonably good. Breakfast was included into our rate and offered eclectic collection of items, including sausages, compote, sauerkraut salad, cheesecakes, some pastries and coffee from the machine (weak). Location is quite far away from city centre, but as hotel is situated between 2 subway stations (with approx 10 minutes walk to either each), getting downtown was not an issue. I have no problems staying there again, but one gets what one pays for.

Tula Hotel, the location of this hotel is very interesting. In a school in Moscow, the architectural style is a uniform red brick style, which is very beautiful. I do n’t know much about it. According to my guess, it should be a university and I can see a lot every day. Young student, I live on the fifth floor, it should be on the top floor, there is a small skylight, and I stayed for three nights. Unfortunately, it rained the previous two nights. If the weather is good, you can watch the stars in the room. However, many of my own stuff are not crowded in the room. It is worth mentioning that there is a small bar diagonally across from the hotel. The atmosphere is particularly good after 10pm. This is a perfectly placed hotel at a reasonable price in central Moscow. Not far from Tverskaya, and a short walk to many attractions (including Patriarch's Ponds/Bulgakov flat museum hence the Bulgakhov connection, and a perfectly walkable journey to Red Square or the Bolshoi). The hotel itself is small and quirky, and has a young and helpful staff who were really courteous and thoughtful. Don't know about the English spoken there, as we spoke nearly always in Russian, but from a few hints it will be fine, and they were personable and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. We were offered a choice of rooms, and took one on the first floor (ground floor), that was quite big and comfortable. except for the overheated central heating, but this is everywhere in Moscow. Breakfast is certainly eccentric but adequate, though charging more for a second cup of coffee is irritating and ridiculous. It is just coming out of a machine, so stop doing it and you will be appreciated more for the good things about the place. Nearby there are a lot of places for coffee and dinner, as well as some well-stocked grocery stores (check out LavkaLavka in particular). Have a great stay.

When our family (two adults and one child of 3 years old) has made the decision to come to Moscow for four days on New year and Christmas holidays I tried to read many reviews about different hotels in Moscow. Garden Embassy has the very high rating on booking and tripadvisor among apart hotels - so it was the first reason to try this one. Our decision was absolutely right and as the hotel infrastructure as the service (check-in, reception and room servise) fully met our expectations. The reception was very helpful and always ready to solve any your problems. The room service was very accurate and all the room space is very clean that is quite important for the families with little children. The room has new and high-quality plumbing, all the necessary kitchen equipment, including a sink, a kettle, a fairly large refrigerator, a microwave, a small but adequate set of dishes for three people. In this hotel you can find the very tasty breakfast which include some varieties of fresh cottage cheese, cottage cheese casserole, milk, sour cream. That is very important for a family with a child. You can also find a small but quite acceptable amount of different varieties of cheese, sausage, fish, vegetables and fruits. The Hi Garden cafe in the hotel can offer you during the lunch time very tasty dishes as for adults as for the kids and it is very convenient for the families with kids also. More over there is a family restaurant on the ground floor in the hotel. Garden Embassy is about 10-15 minutes of walking to two nearest metro stations and it is very convenient to get as to the heart of Moscow (Chistye Prudy or Clean Ponds, Myasnitskaya Street) as for the VDNH Park and Exhibition Center which is a quite interesting place with attractions for the kids of all ages. The hotel makes a very good impression and I can recommend it for families with small children.

I asked the Into-Russia Tourist Agency in London to find me a hotel as close as possible to the Pushkin Museum. Into-Russia were excellent in answering endless queries and ringing Russia to find information for me. The Russo-Balt Hotel was the only hotel near the Pushkin. It was five star and only charged £592 for 3 nights, which is a lot less than for a five star hotel in most capital cities. The bed was comfortable and I effectively had a suite, with bathroom, bedroom and a sitting room opening off the bedroom. I have a mobility disability and use a mobility scooter. There is unfortunately no ramp from the street up to the hotel entrance, but staff helped me with getting my scooter in and out of the hotel. Because of the difficulties of manoeuvring a scooter around the breakfast buffet, they agreed to my request to deliver my breakfast to my room at no extra cost. The breakfast was really excellent and very good value – porridge, kefir, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange or apple juice, omelette, etc. I did not eat in the restaurant. However, outside the hotel has its own garden with shady trees (it was very hot while I was there) with a waiter in attendance to take orders. I would especially recommend the coffee and the pistachio ice cream. As well as the Pushkin Museum, adjacent to the hotel is a street with cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops selling good quality souvenirs.

Good choice for overnight transfer. After exiting the terminal of Sheremetyevo airport, you can take a minibus with Sky point printed on the body to the hotel. It is free and requires no voucher. You can directly get in the car. Wait until you see it. The bus runs every 15 to 20 minutes. . We came out of Terminal F at that time, and the bus would pick up passengers in other terminals, so we arrived at the hotel in about fifteen minutes. We booked a standard double room, the room was very small, a 1.5 meter bed, facilities and sanitation were OK, there was an electric kettle. Breakfast at 7:35 on the next day at 5:30 am. The breakfast was good, and a few photos were taken for reference. Take the hotel car to the airport at 6 o'clock. There is a shuttle bus schedule at the front desk to pick up.

The hotel is about 7 or 8 minutes walk from Heping Avenue subway station. It is very convenient to go smoothly. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, McDonalds and so on. Hotel Datang has hot tea and biscuits, can store luggage, has a good service attitude, and can apply for a residence voucher. The rooms are medium in size and very warm, with the windows open in the morning and very sunny. Didn't know how to breakfast in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows and cups, the mattresses were all good, very satisfied!

Overall it was good, but it was a little bad. The single room I wanted was a double room. The facilities are good, and the hotel I stayed in Moscow is affordable.
