0.32km from LantiezI regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.
0.45km from LantiezWe stayed here for our honeymoon, I booked the hotel through a deal with American Airlines Vacations. The front desk reception was kind enough to let us check in early after our long flight even though check in was not till 2 PM. The room was smaller than I expected, but very clean and modern. I only wish there was more storage space for suitcases, but the bed was very comfortable and warm, central air/heating worked great. I knew we would be out exploring all day, so in the end the small space was fine. We didn’t try the breakfast available downstairs, but there is a great bakery around the corner that we stopped in every morning. They accommodated all our requests, providing plates, glasses, ice buckets for champagne, even reheating our food when asked. The staff is great and we truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend for those that plan on staying out most of the day and if you prefer a quieter stay during your trip to Paris.
0.52km from LantiezI was staying at Hôtel de l’Europe for 1 week during my search for an apartment in Paris and found it to be a great experience. While some people would consider it a little basic, it is a much nicer experience to stay somewhere authentic and run by polite and personable staff than a big chain hotel. My single room had everything I needed (desk, toilet, sink, bedside table, tv, comfy bed) and was cosy, housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean and stocked with soap/shower gel and toilet roll every day. My room faced the street and the window was a little hard to close but as long as you aren’t bothered by the usual evening sounds you will be fine. One thing is that the room was not soundproofed as I could hear the TV in the other rooms near to mine, but this didn’t really bother me personally as it was just from time to time. The area is also a great app location, close to many restaurants down avenue de Clichy, there are a lot of options ranging in price and cuisine so anyone who stays here can have a lot of choice of where to eat or get a coffee. If you don’t fancy going out for a coffee, there is a small machine at reception which is only €1 for a coffee which was also convenient. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Plenty of shops, bars and supermarkets nearby as well. Note also that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Paris airports which is considerably cheaper than taxi/Uber, thanks to the staff at reception for notifying me of this. The staff were great too, I speak French but they have good English proficiency if you don’t. Very helpful and personable and I definitely built a good rapport with them from staying for a few days. If you are looking for a lower budget option in an optimum location that isn’t too loud or busy, and close to touristic areas, this hotel will be great for you. I had a lovely experience staying here with no trouble or discomfort and would highly recommend this hotel.
0.52km from LantiezThe second stay, the environment is very good, quiet, with a park attached. Breakfast is not bad, no problem to eat. There are several Chinese restaurants attached. The subway station is only a few meters away from the accommodation and there is also a large supermarket. It is close to the Moulin Rouge and the Sacred Heart Church and you can walk. The service is good, and everything is fine to adjust the room. Will come later.
0.52km from LantiezWe booked this as part of a no frills birthday city trip where we planned to be out every day exploring. Pros: Large bathroom with nice shower. Large bed. Close to many supermarkets in several directions and bakeries with very good priced baguettes and amazing cakes! Short walk to metro taking you to central Paris. Terrace on floor 6 was nice to sit on chilly nights with glass of wine and see the shimmering Eiffel Tower. Fitness room on floor 1 has space for yoga and a few cardio machines. All of the staff are polite and friendly. We said hello every morning to reception staff and to the hard working ladies pushing their trolleys and cleaning the rooms. We ran out of sugar and rather than buy a large amount from the supermarket we asked one if the ladies as she came by and gave us some when we asked. The WiFi worked really well from our room on 3rd floor to the terrace on the 6th floor. Cons: Minor issue of only one pillow on the bed each. Looking at previous reviews seems not worth asking for more. The cutlery was a bit random. We had to share a table knife. Could do with a comfy chair rather than a small pouffe and a chair with a back. Our room was facing the motorway and a working building site just across the road. (looks like they are building some kind of shop and kids play area) This meant it could get quite noisy during rush hour times but we just took it as white noise or plugged into our headphones. Also there is no controllable or visible air con so only option if you are hot is to open window. Carpet or something soft under foot would be nice. We did a lot of walking and it did rain from time to time. Getting back and having a comfy rug to relax feet into would be nice rather than the hard cement floor. The storage space is minimal. There is a open rail and two open shelves above. Might be worth considering some cleverer storage solutions. We didn't try the breakfast as we thought it was cheaper for us to manage ourselves and I have quite particular tastes for breakfast. We also didn't try any of the facilities on the lower floor such as spa or laundry. There are a few restaurants under the hotel which only appear to open during weekdays (as this is a city location most likely appealing to office workers in the area). It is handy having them there if its raining and you can't be bothered to cook but we only went to one and then also the shisha bar. Would we stay here again? Probably not. This seems more designed for people staying in the city on business based on the pros and cons above. But it suited us fine for a short trip where we were out every day (bar one) doing touristy things.
0.55km from LantiezI'm not sure why people are giving this hotel such a bad review, I stayed two nights and found it clean, the staff helpful and friendly, and the room very comfortable and clean. The only thing that might not have been 'perfect' for some people was the lift, which was in the process of having work done to it, and yes, it is small, but this is housed in an old Parisian building, and everyone knows there isn't much space, especially at a competitive price. Very close to a metro station, very close to cinemas, restaurants and anything else you might possibly need. I would definitely return.
0.55km from LantiezWell, the hotel is very good, the location is good and the atmosphere is good. But unfortunately, this is a self-catering hotel with no front desk. After booking, the room number and the password for entering the door will be sent, and the whole process will be self-service. However, Ctrip did not give the room number, and no one gave any information. The hotel said, my phone won't work, ok, please keep your mailbox, foreign number
0.65km from LantiezThat is right it is not the best hotel however it have a very fantastic location very close to metro easy move around Paris from this location. the room is not too bad for the cheap price of the room. the breakfast is very nice can not complain diffidently I will return in the future during my next trip to Paris
0.73km from Lantiez1. Breakfast 13 euros per person, we have no choice, we had to choose a nearby supermarket to solve the problem.
2. No extra bed, the bed is still very soft, the facilities in the room are slightly backward, there is only one plug, but since we have a converter + plug strip, it has no effect.
3. No hair dryer, but you can get it at the front desk.
4. The hotel location is still very suitable according to the subway station, very close to the brochant station. It only takes 15-20min to walk from the city center + subway. The price of more than three hundred nights we booked was indeed a good deal.
5. Parisians are very friendly. It has rained a lot recently. I thought that Paris would be better than Ge Ha, but it was not much better.
0.75km from LantiezStayed between 16th to 19th January and the hotel itself was average. Nice interior and friendly staff however the rooms are pretty average. Small bathroom and basic facilities were not included like a hairdryer for example. The decor in the bedrooms need updating as some of the walls were chipped and look outdated. Beds were comfortable and not many towels provided. Plug sockets could do with being closer to the beds as there were only two near the phone so was difficult to charge phones and use at the same time. Breakfast was average. We brought a deal that included breakfast however I expected more. There was not any fried breakfast such as bacon, fried eggs, sausages etc and only cheese, ham, croissants, cereals and basic things. Average breakfast tasted good but just expected more. Overall this hotel is okay to stay in if you’re going out a lot and not staying too much inside but overall it’s average.

0.84km from LantiezI stayed at Le Trente with my daughter and Mother in Law for a few days is Paris. We had the triple room which was perfect for us. One large double bed and one sofa bed (which we put up on the first night and left up as we were not in the room for much other than sleeping), The room was clean, the bathroom & shower were great. The hotel is in a quite street so no night time noise and the surrounding area is very nice with bars and restaurants. We travelled around Paris on the bus and tram (both within easy walking distance from the hotel). The staff were very helpful if we needed anything, and let us leave our luggage on the last day after checking out, so we could make the most of that day.

0.87km from LantiezHotel was easy to get to via gare du nord by metro and tram- 20 minutes or so. The metro station , Porte de clichy, was 1/2 minute walk to the hotel and so was the metro stop. There was a selection of restaurants outside of the hotel with different cuisines including a fast food option, Burger King. Reception were quick to check me in and friendly. Room was a double room and there was adequate space for the suitcase and hanging up clothes . Really enjoyed the rainforest shower and loved the bed - had a good two nights sleep. Breakfast had some hot food - scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and continental options eg pastries, yoghurt, fruit snd hams and cheese. Food was well cooked and good options to suit everyone. Overall good stay and this hotel does offer value for money. Only thing to note is if you are a light sleeper, you can still hear a bit of the noise from the road if you are given a room facing that direction.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
The hotel location is very good, in the Disneyland area, only ten minutes to Disney. The hotel has a shuttle bus at any time, the service is very good and convenient! The hotel facilities and services are very good, the staff is very warm and polite, and there is a dedicated parking lot
I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
