First stayed at this hotel as a last minute decision (booked 10 min before arrival) as the flight to St Pete was late and the next flight was only the next afternoon. The bizzare thing is that you cant get to the hotel from the airport. You have to physically leave the airport via level 1 (arrivals), go outside, get an outside lift to level 2 and only then you get access to the tunnel which leads you to the hotel (only a minute walk from the airport). I was travelling solo with 3 kids under 5. By the time we got to the hotel room kids were hungry so we went down to the restaurant at 1,30am Russian time. We were given a menu. According to our waiter they didn't provide kids menu (fair enough). Service was extremely slow baring in mind we were the only people in the restaurant. Food was lovely - no complaints. We got charged full prices for all juices, etc. I travelled back 2 weeks later and used the hotel again for some dinner (around 5,30pm). There was no one at the bar to greet us so we located a table ourselves. The service was super slow yet again. Surprisingly this time I was offered a kids menu and paid for all their juices via kids' menu prices. There was only one lady working and getting the bill took some time again. Overall the food was nice but the service needs a lot of improvement. For an empty restaurant both times the waiters were extremely slow and not present at the bar/restaurant most of the time if we needed help/extra drinks etc. Also, if the kids menu is available, it should be given to customers at all times not when the waiter picks and choses.FromUS$46.00

I am writing this on the Hotel site as I could not find a listing for just this bar/restaurant part of the hotel complex. We entered the building from the back courtyard between buildings and were greeted with servers handing out vodka shots. We had a very large tour group, we had the whole room to ourselves. We had a five course lunch starting with Russian potato salad, then a serving of borscht, next came veal,bread,finishing with a fruit ice cream desert. All the while we were entertained with singing and dancing. It was topped off with the servers getting some of our group up to join in the dancing. A great place to eat and be entertained. There were nice clean washrooms available for use at no charge. As we were on a all inclusive tour, I can not advise the cost, but whatever it was, I am sure that it was well worth it.FromUS$27.00

1: The location of the hotel is very convenient. The interior is also very convenient. The economical and convenient hotel has two subway lines (blue and green) and it is only ten minutes walk. I pass by Kazan Cathedral because of free attractions. Especially many, all kinds of groups, the speed of walking can not be lifted. Even so, every time the subway comes out, you can look at the magnificent architecture and it is a good mood. 2: The breakfast room is relatively small, the type is also OK, there are some, there are many people who have breakfast, less to see the nationals, foreigners in various places, the waiter guests are all in English. Communication is not a problem. 3: There is no kettle in the room. There is a water dispenser in each floor of the building. We stayed here as part of a group and were told we would have a river view. We did and wow, what a view. This is a very large hotel that caters for many groups visiting St Petersburg. Check in was a little slow but understandable with the amount of guests arriving. Room on the 3rd floor was large and airy with a full length window giving a fantastic view over the Neva River. Comfortable bed, large flat screen TV, sofa and separate room with writing desk, fridge, safe and tea/coffee making facilities and well as a decent size bathroom made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast room is huge, well I suppose it has to be considering the size of the hotel and never had to wait or search for a table. Something for everyone at the many serveries including omelettes made freshly to order. We drank in the hotel bar before retiring for the night. Prices are decent and so is the beer. We also had a snack in there the first night which was nice. Location right on the river. Local restaurants and a convenience store round the back. Short walk to Cruiser Aurora and about a 25 minute walk to the far embankment so for us location was fine. For those night owls or like us getting an early flight home, the hotel is a great vantage point to watch the raising of the bridges across the river at night. My only two negatives are... tea and coffee replenishment in the room was a bit hit and miss as to what you got and I wish there was baked beans at breakfast and not kidney beans. I know it's not the end of the world but little things matter. Lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights this month, I selected it because of its location (it is in the main road, walking distance to the main sights, even the metro). I was not expecting something great due to the price I paid, but I was surprised when I entered the hotel: it is spotlessly clean, the receptionist are wonderful and will move the world for you. I don’t speak Russian and we were always able to communicate in English, which I did not find common there. I traveled solo, so I had the room just for myself, it was a 2 storage room with plenty of space for 1 or 2 people, with view to the main road (Nevsky Prospect). It was too cold outside, but they kept my room warm enough to be comfortable inside. They can arrange taxis for you, to pick you up at the airport or to take you somewhere, compare to what you find on the streets their prices are great and the drivers are welcoming. I would definitely stay again here if I ever come back to St Petersburg, and obviously I will recommend it to friends and family.

It is located on the most prosperous Nevsky Street. It is not far from the railway station to the Kazan Cathedral, the book-top ball bookstore, and the Hermitage Square. The location is very good. There are many places to eat around. There are high, middle and low grades. You can walk to the subway station for ten minutes and go to the airport. Ye Palace and Summer Palace can take the subway and then change the bus to Neva Street Station. The transportation is convenient. Opposite is a zara building where you can buy clothes, there are various supermarkets and cosmetic stores on Nevsky Prospect, and it is very convenient to buy chocolate and granny Acafe skin care products.

This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. This hotel is just off the Neva River, not far from the East Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Naval Library, etc. The hotel's changing streets are north of the Navy's office facilities. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

Very special hotel! The store is relatively small, the first floor is home, and the reception is on the second floor. The elevator can only accommodate one person! There is no kettle, but there is a water purifier. Breakfast is OK! Close to the Moscow metro station, opposite the store, walk to Peter Memorial Square for 40-60 minutes, you can also take the bus. The ideal hotel to stay!
