Living in a large suite, two rooms, the four of us live very comfortable, the room is large, the floor to ceiling window is the sea, the air is very good. There is a restaurant on the top floor, the food is a little slower, but it doesn't hide, chocolate brownie really loves, so delicious. There is a restaurant with seafood stalls opposite the hotel. It is not recommended. The starter is not very hygienic and the staple food is OK. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the mall.

the hotel is not bad for its category: the rooms are small but clean, cleaned on request, hot water was always on, the shower was working properly. food we took breakfast, fruits, vegetables, but not enough hot. Tea, coffee, water available all day. for those who are unpretentious hotel just right. the contingent of vacationers is different. very nice men at the reception, they speak Russian and English, they were always ready to help. the only negative is the distance of the beach - 20 minutes by tram to the nearest to Konyaaltı. In general, I liked everything, the hotel is almost in the center of Antalya, within walking distance of shops, cafes.

The service of the younger brother with earrings at the front desk was particularly good. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, and my son was happy to play inside. We went to check in at more than nine o'clock in the morning, not only did it, but also allowed us to eat breakfast.

The bed is very bad, and if you know it is bad, you have to take it out and sell the room. The boss is very pretentious. Since you don't check in or check out, don't talk, then do you stand in the foreground and feel the presence? The sentence should be: Husky in the dog, Turkey in the people.

A great experience. There are so many homestays in Antalya, and I have chosen Ramada for a long time. The results are very satisfying. 1. Breakfast is very rich and the view is great. You can sit at the table and watch the sea for breakfast. 2. The facilities of the room are perfect, of course, except that the quilt is slightly smaller. 3. The service attitude is very good. We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning and had less than the check-in time. Free breakfast was provided and toiletries were provided. The waiting process was not boring. 3. The location is also very good, it is the seaside when going out, and it is only a few minutes walk to the old city. The personal experience is very good!

First I will start with a positive things about this hotel; The overall design and interior are beautiful! I felt really nice vibe in the room cause of the modern touch! View from the hotel is breathtaking ! Staff at the front desk is really nice and helpful! They will provide you with water and mini bar was free of charge! They look like they are trying yo be environmentally friendly; they serve you water from the glass bottles and amenities in the toilet like soap were natural! I have stayed in this hotel two times, once at the beginning of summer and second time at the end of the summer! If you are looking for a well organized and maintained hotel you are the wrong place! My first time I had room facing garden and the noise outside from “something “ was unbearable so my wish to sleep with a slightly open window was impossible! If you book for a couple of days more you will find that they literally serve same breakfast every single morning, there is no slight change so we have decided to have our breakfast outside the hotel! For our second time I have booked a sea view room! When we arrived there there was no electricity working in our room so they gave us room with a jacuzzi for a one night upgrade and ^tha daa^ SURPRISE jacuzzi was NOT working of coarse and the huge balcony was full of old leaves and dirt! When we got our standard room back the electricity was not yet properly working and they put some lamps for us in the toilet but it was still so dark I couldn’t do my makeup properly! They have only one iron in hotel, so if you are trying to look pretty on your holiday it might take a struggle to achieve that! At night when we were going to sleep people were mostly using the jacuzzi so the bubble noise was really loud and drank people speaking at two in the morning have disrupted our peace! Next thing, you go in the morning outside on the cost, at nine o clock they have already turned on the music 💆🏼‍♀️! You can not enjoy peace, quietness and sound of waves! As the day continues more and more extremely loud people arrive that are not staying at this hotel but they have paid for the entrance and it becomes so crowded for a such a small area ! Also I have noticed that there is the same staff in the restaurant every single day, I was wondering if they ever have a day off B cause they looked exhausted and bored from people! Design:5 View:5+ Being classy: 3- Peace and quietness:2 Breakfast: 3 ( boring) Hygiene: 3 ( no attention to detail) Staff: reception,5 restaurant, unhappy staff Worth of money:NO Overall; beautiful hotel with a very bad customer service

My Partner had a stiff neck and very sore back. Tired of him always asking me for a massage a local introduced him to Dream Time Hotel & Spa and walked us there. The place was very calming and professionally laid out. It felt tranquil and relaxing. My Partner had the full package - sauna room, steam room, full body exfoliate, foam massage, time to chill out in the lounge area to cool down and then finally a 45 minute amazing massage. He raved so much on return that he enticed me to have the same the next day. I must say it is the first time in many times of travelling to Turkey that I've had my dirty skin rubbed off and been pampered anything like this. Polly was amazing - we both keep raving. Her massage was sensational. I felt like a fresh, clean and new woman. I highly recommend and will definitely return next time I holiday in Antalya. Just remember to take with you your hair brush so you can dry your hair properly at the end. My hair got saturated. There may have been showers also but I didn't ask for them so I don't know?

Never make a reservation in this hotel. Booking. com has kicked this hotel out because of many complaints regarding my subject. He tries to get more money when you arrive. He is showing you the worst room in - 1 floor without a bath and offer you a room on the first floor for 20 Euros more per night. He did not give you the room you have booked. Please don't make the same mistake like me. I can't recommend this hotel. Don't book a room here!!!

The hotel is in the old town, the room is good and the breakfast is ok. Downstairs is Bar Street, open until 2am, suitable for young people who like to play night. The attention of shallow sleep is a bit noisy. The rhythm of the bar street, noisy at night, quiet in the morning. The younger brother at the front desk is very good, fluent in English, helping to carry luggage and providing useful information. Overall worthy of this price.

Just came back yesterday and feel like I need to give my own review as I don’t think some of them were accurate. Upon arriving late at night we had a young man help us with our luggage, we came as a family of 7 so someone was going to sleep on the sofa bed but there was no blanket, he got us that and many other necessities throughout our stay free of charge. Everyone working in reception was so lovely - shoutout to ismail who works at reception for helping me book the place. I had problems booking on booking.com and my payment would not go through so after calling them we contacted on WhatsApp and be sorted us all out! Never stayed at a hotel and felt like we got to know hotel staff like we did this time, their hospitality is beautiful. Can’t remmeber Anyone’s names even though we asked (sorry) ambit everyone working in the cafe was so lovely. The manager and young boy and woman working was so nice, we couldn’t help give tips such a warm environment. Great place for family, when arriving was surprised as the pool is smaller than expected - pictures make it look bigger, however it was still great, and turned out better as we could sit and eat outside whilst watching kids play at a good distance. Wish they had more options on the breakfast menu but nevertheless it was tasty, chef took what we wanted into consideration as we asked for extra spicy omlettes lol. Apartment looks like what it does in pictures, very clean, everything worked. Hotel site didn’t say it comes with an iron and kitchenware but it does. My dad loves the place and he’s hard to please too. From reading reviews I thought the place would be far out but it isn’t, not too far from airport maybe like 20 mins away, it’s a 10 min walk from main road, in a good area as you don’t get clubbing scenes and riff raff at night it’s very peaceful but you’re not secluded as it’s at a good walking distance from main road. Room service also available but it was lovely sitting in the sun at the cafe. Spa was also great. They had a free shuttle bus to the beach there and back too, beach was less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend for families, for those thinking of doing “halal bookings” I’d recommend this place - would be cheaper and is similar as it’s very peaceful and friendly. Also one of the reviews said they don’t have an elevator 😂 a big place like that definitely does. WiFi was free, not very fast at times but still happy we had it.

After quite a while I’ve decided to reopen my TripAdvisor account as this hotel definitely deserves a 5 star review. Already upon arrival we were greeted and treated with the best personalized service that you would usually only encounter at leading 5 star hotels - not to mention that the rooms are all newly renovated!!! We booked this hotel with no expectations yet to only be surprised with everything we could have wanted. Our room was incredibly spacious with a connecting room for our little ones allowing us enough privacy for our family getaway and despite it being peak season in Antalya we almost had the pool and cabana to ourselves everyday! Additionally service was surprisingly unexpected. The management reached out to us at all times to ensure we had everything regardless of the time or what we needed and so did the bartender who would even go the extra mile to order us food from next door restaurants. We barely wanted to leave the Castle as we were being treated like royals but as the hotel was perfectly located in the old city of Antalya, Kaleici it was hard not to as everything you was within reach - literally a few steps. If you have never been to Antalya and you are looking for a place to stay that is family friendly and centrally located than this boutique hotel is it.

The hotels location is pretty good, although it seems in the middle of nowhere, it’s a 5 minute walk to the mall, 20 into old town/ harbour area. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the bellboy was informative. Public areas are clean and well kept and there are lots of COVID restrictions. Some nice touches like free water in the rooms, a relatively cheap mini bar and warm cookie on arrival. The hotel has 2 free pools, an un- heated rooftop pool (with a lovely view) and a basement heated spa pool, sauna and hammam. These were spotlessly clean and very relaxing. The rooms were modern, well maintained and very comfortable. We had no complaints at all with the room and really liked the interior. There is a restaurant (which we didn’t use as there many great ones within walking distance) and bar which is open until 2am. We had 2 large g&t’s at the bar for around £12, which we didn’t think was too bad. All in all, we had a lovely stay and found the hotel to be a great price! I’d happily return.

The service from the Erdem team was brilliant. They were at hand with anything we asked for. The rooms were cleaned everyday. It is across the road from the beach which makes up for the fact that there is no pool. The breakfast buffet served good Turkish food. It is in a prime location for a very good price. I would definitely recommend this for a family holiday because of it's reasonable price.

Although I only stayed in Antalya for two days this time because of the itinerary, the White Garden Hotel is really one of the favorite hotels in the whole journey; I still want to choose this if I have the opportunity to come again next time. The attached video is the breakfast service of the hotel. Figure 1-2 is the breakfast room, and Figure 3 is the street scene around after going out. Although there is no elevator, when checking in and leaving, they will take the initiative to help carry boxes up and down the stairs. Breakfast is set out one by one by the hotel staff after sitting down. The breakfast room is warm and the decoration is retro and exquisite. The books on the shelves are also quite interesting. While browsing, guess where the boss bought some books. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, located in a prosperous commercial pedestrian street (a lot of cats!), just going out for a walk can solve the needs of eating and taking pictures. The transportation is also convenient, and vehicles can be driven in. If you go outside, you can walk to the main street quickly to take a tram. The rooms are a bit smaller but very tidy, well-equipped, and quite quiet. Especially want to thank the uncle at the front desk (not sure if it is the boss) for his help. Because my travel companions and I were in a hurry to go to Otogar (local long-distance bus transfer station) to take the bus the next day, but there was no way to know the approximate departure time and frequency in advance (there was internet query but I couldn’t understand it); we went to the front desk repeatedly from check-in till night Confirm the route and process to Otogar (still a certain distance). When I was about to leave the next day, I also anxiously asked the uncle at the front desk to discuss the schedule (I was worried that if I missed it, it would delay the next series of compact itineraries). The front desk is very good in English and patient. He also helped us to check the details. His words really made us feel at ease. It turns out that the route (you can take a tram) and the schedule are correct at the end. . Thank you so much!

Without a doubt one of the favourite hotels, I stayed during my time in Turkey! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The location is very difficult to find, it is still being repaired outside, and it is easy to miss at night. Renting a vehicle, using Google navigation, but not arriving at the destination, but the surrounding area is a scenic spot. It took two hours to get out of the road after it was opened. The road inside was very narrow and crowded, and the pedestrians were narrow and narrow. The rented vehicle was scraped. When I finally came out, I stopped at a very long distance. Walk to find the destination. After the check-in, the arranged room was on the road, very noisy and the sound insulation was not good.

Temporary booking of accommodation, we took a trip to the self-driving tour, where to live where the rhythm. I saw that the hotel has exotic features, and I feel that I have come to experience one day. It turns out that there is still a cultural difference. There is no way to eat in the house. It seems that the religion there has a lot of requirements for eating. It is similar to the meaning of being unclean and not clean. This means more than just meat. Anyway, I can't see food or drink. It is very close to the beach. It takes about three minutes to walk and see the map. But the beach is not a beach, it is a fenced cliff. There is also a little green belt and a bench to see the scenery. About the accommodation, the experience is good, the room is very spacious, clean, and the exotic experience is fun. Regarding services, it is really the worst thing to live overseas. This hotel is family run. Both old couples do not speak English, and communication is a bit difficult. Their son is good at English. At the time of check-in, I saw that Ctrip’s order number had not been settled. The old couple gave free tea and tossed for a while to let her son talk to us. He said that he will be there tomorrow, we can pay for it tomorrow. There was no problem with the day. Then the next day was a bad thing. When we checked out, we paid for it. We brushed the UnionPay first. Without the receipt of the article, he said that the card failed, and gave us a list of failed display cards. Then we brushed the visa again. This time it was normal and a list was made. In a few minutes, both cards sent a deduction notice to the text message, and communicated with him when he left, but he said that he only paid once. After returning home, we confirmed that both cards have paid for the payment. We contacted Ctrip customer service with the voucher and two voucher vouchers. The customer service changed for more than one month. Every time I said that I was communicating, then the customer said that the hotel said Only received one. Our bank debit memo is provided, if you just want to communicate with the hotel, our English has long been explained. In short, Ctrip has retired when our patience has reached the limit and the customer service has been anxious. It took a month or more from the day of departure to the settlement, which was really bad.

We arrived at onkel residence the reception greeted us well, we arrived late at night and were starving so he offered to order us pizza which was very helpful. Apartment is gorgeous we had the 2 bedroom apartment it was very modern air con worked well loved the electronic shutters to keep rooms dark Bed wasn’t very comfortable so we piled up the duvets from the other rooms on top ( I am very fortunate I have the most gorgeous bed at home and wherever I go I always have the same thoughts about the beds ). Next morning we had to get our bearings so we took a wander there wasn’t an awful lot around us but we found out that either a 7 minute cab or 30 minute walk there was a bit more of that ‘holiday atmosphere’. We spent the day at pool which for me was my only negative of the whole holiday There was no music being played , it took 3 days before anyone asked if we wanted a drink , it didn’t look like the bar/restaurant was open for me it just had no atmosphere at all When we did get offered a drink we definitely only did it once like all hotels they charge a fortune for the drinks round the pool. Cleaning was does efficiently they came twice in our week stay as a whole the place was lovely . I wish it could be picked up and moved a little bit more in the town but for such a short taxi drive it’s totally fine The beach is a short walk away and absolutely gorgeous On our last day we were slightly hungover so we ordered McDonald’s around the pool to which we were told off and shouted at by one of the bar men for eating by the pool which I would have said would be fair but the restaurant wasn’t open our entire stay so I think they should have been more lenient on that occasion Great for families friends and couples , receptionists very helpful just needs improvement around the pool area

Pros: Spring mattresses of medium stiffness. It was quiet (as for us). Very quiet area, only a mosque under the windows (with a chic muezzin) and a rarely walking tram are noisy. Placing near the shopping center, a lot of good cafes and restaurants, a beautiful walking area. Kaleici, the market, and the beach are easily accessible on foot. Inexpensive. Contras: Air conditioning blows on two beds of three. The restaurant has a very neglected aquarium, which is unpleasant to watch. Staff is poor English-speaking. There is one elevator for all floors. There is no balcony, rooms are poorly ventilated, there is no dryer for wet things (which is understandable, since the hotel is not coastal and apparently for locals). Too good audibility (thin walls).

Hotel simple, confort simple...

No words can describe our amazing stay at Casa Sur. It was a pure DREAM in any way!!! Everything was simply beyond outstanding!!! I am a travel blogger for a living and have seen many places in the world, but this wonderful, very unique boutique hotel has topped it all for me. We stayed for 6 nights and from the moment of our arrival at the hotel, to the minute we left - everything was truly perfect! The hospitality was outstanding, the food & coffee always on point, the hotel itself a pure dream, the rooms super clean and with such an explizit eye for details, the overall interior wonderfully unique & charming, the garden a true oasis, the bar & the rooftop a true gem at night and the location topped it all - right in the middle of everything!!! I could go on and on about this wonderful experience we had at Casa Sur… Every single one of the staff members were beyond friendly and it felt like we were all one big family. We had everything we wanted and so much more. Every morning we would enjoy a very delicious coffee followed by a wonderful created breakfast that we enjoyed in the most astounding garden. There was always someone around who would help us out with any kind of question, request or we would simply exchange a very nice chat and laughter. While we were outside exploring the wonderful old town of Kaleiçi during the day, at night we always made it a point to relax either on the wonderful rooftop of the hotel, or at the super cool hotel bar with the best bartenders. It was a stay to remember forever and I am already planning my next trip to Casa Sur in a few months again. Thank you for being there and for such a wonderful, remarkable and unforgettable time.

The hotel is well located, across the street from a mall and lots of services and restaurants around. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good with an adequate variety, it would be nice to have an egg station or toast though. Staff are nice and helpful. Only complaint would be public areas and corridors, they are not air conditioned, neither is the lobby, which is quite irritating in hot humid summers, and for some reason room service always kept my room window open. On the bright side, room air conditioner is quite efficient, unlike most other hotels in Antalya. It actually cools and blows good air. Last thing I wish they would adjust. Lights lift lobby and corridor are sensor operated, they turn off too quick, and you would usually end up waiting for the elevator in the dark.

Hotel & restaurants spotless clean, also pool area, tho pool area is a death trap extremely slippery, my grandchild slipped and hurt her bottom on last day there.. lots of people slipped. The pool is a nice size but my gosh it is so cold it is very disappointing,. Not a nice experience.. it cost us 3,500pounds for 2 weeks 6 of us and we had 2 single beds a double bed and sofa. Maids did move Fridge isn't cold so ur drinks come out warmer than they go in. Balcony area is tiny and becareful young children climbing up to look over. Dont bother with the Italian restraunt it is pathetic and disgusting.. the worst I ever tasted, entertainment is also pathetic childrens disco 1 hr. Anything else u have to go to beach for.. childrens club, make sure u dont send them with trainers or sandals on, because we lost 2 brand new pairs of sandals on 2nd day we were there and no one knew anything. One day they could speak english next they didnt understand, they are not very responsible even when u sign in the youngest kids they let them out with no supervision, several little kids fell in to pool after being let out of club my grand daughter being one of them. She cant swim. A kind woman jumped in and took her out. Main pool is deep whole way, no shallow end. Outside of hotel there is a few shops, somethings very poor quality, No restraunts near by or cafe bars or pubs, u r stuck in your hotel for entertainment. Miles from anywhere.. they want euro or american dollars not interested in lira or sterling.. Very disappointing holiday.. lastly, mangers at front desk.. Horrible, bring your own pushchairs, 9euro to hire out 1 of theirs, dont pay in sterling as they wont be able to give u change in sterling, they are not very nice about either.. Dont leave anything of value or personal around your room as when some of maids come in they are inclined to move things one of us got a bag lifted off the chair and stuffed into wardrobe and other stuff was moved,.. that was our 7th time in turkey and I'm sorry to say, the experience here has put us off that we wont be back.. On reflection, a lot of hard earned money for this experience.

Stayed 3 nights while on vacation and everything was superb and above expectations. The pros: - Great location (2 mins walk to famous Konyaalti Beach) - Welcoming and very helpful staff (Özan and another lady at reception) - Clean big room with well equipped kitchenette (fridge+micro) - Bicycles for free usage - Good wifi - Right next to a taxi stand No negatives as such but a ceiling or oedestal fan would be helpful! Overall fantastic experience!!

This place is simply amazing. From the room, to breakfast to lobby to people who work here. The breakfast which was included in the price is worth 10 dollars alone. Hard to count but there was at least 20 different kind of delicious and fresh foods served. Weather was not good in Antalya so I spent a lot of time in the lobby which is one of the best decorated and relaxing lobbies I have ever spent time in. You should definitely stay in Route Hotel if you are going to stay in Kaleici. Although there is only 6 rooms and if you fail to find one available, then you can come to the restaurant-bar in the building.

The hotel itself, which is less than 150 RMB a night, cannot expect too much. The room is small, sanitary, breakfast is not good, too simple. The surrounding area is in the city center and it is quite lively.
