Hotel Terre Neuve is located in the 11th Arrondissement. The district is a bustling residential neighborhood featuring many ethnic restaurants as well as four nearby grocery stores (rooms have a refrigerator). It’s a 5 minute walk from the Alexandre Dumas metro stop (the Avron stop is a tad further away) on the number 2 line. The metro and two bus lines make it well connected to just about everything else in Paris. The hotel appears to be recently renovated and the spotless rooms come in three sizes. We chose the intermediate sized room which, while still small, is well thought out with all the amenities correctly placed. That said, you may get annoyed that the bathroom door hits the bed and the door to the relatively large shower stall hits the toilet. That shouldn’t be the case in the largest room size. The beds are comfortable though not the pillows. The air conditioning and WiFi are flawless. The reception is staffed at all times so late check-in is possible. There is no elevator so the only easily accessible rooms are on the ground floor, which I would not recommend due to noise. Rooms facing the away from the street are much quieter and the view is not substantially different than those facing the street. I’ve seen prepaid daily rates as low as 70 USD. We paid 78 USD for a cancellable rate which I consider a steal for a hotel of this caliber in Paris. Hotel Terre Neuve hits all the right notes at a remarkably low price. It’s well worth considering.

We stayed 2 nights in the Adagio Access Paris Philippe Auguste, from 16-18 July 2018. The location next to the Père Lachaise Cemetery and close to the Metro stop Philippe Auguste with easy access to central Paris is excellent. The Père Lachaise is so beautiful, and we spent hours walking there. During our stay in the Adagio Access Paris Philippe Auguste no-one came to clean our room, and we had to buy our own toilet paper as we ran out. Our room was very hot and no air-conditioning / fan. The communication about breakfast was somewhat misleading. We thought breakfast was included, at checkout we discovered that it was 9€ per person per day – definitely over priced. Had we been aware of this, we would have bought bread etc. at the nearby bakery. There was free coffee until 9 pm, which was nice; the staff were friendly, but they do not speak very much English. When we booked our room, we asked for a parking space, but the first night our car had to stay in the street, because the staff in charge of parking was not on duty when we arrived. On the second day, we managed to get a parking space. For two nights, the hotel was ok as a base for exploring Paris, but if I had to stay more than 2 nights, I would choose a hotel with better housekeeping and aircondition.

I stayed in Hotel Paris Gambetta in the mid October. I definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit Paris! Let me point out some of the pros: Location: Even thought, hotel is placed far from the "city center" the location is great. There is a metro station Gambetta near by so it's easy to go everywhere. Also, there is McDonald (if you need morning coffee), Franrpix market where you can buy almost everything and Pere Lachaise cementery. Rooms: I stayed in the room on the 2nd floor. You can take a lift there or staircase (which looks excatly like on french movies - I love it). The room was spacious, so as bathroom. It was cleaned everyday and towels were changed. We have a view on the street. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room (as it was in a hotel that I stayed earlier) but unfortunately it wasn't. The wifi connection was great. Hotel staff: I have a pleasure to meet two men at the reception desk and they were extremely nice and helpful. And it's true that people in Paris do not like speak english, but those two men spoke perfect english. Also, I like the idea of leaving the key in the reception desk while we were exploring Paris. I didn't have to worry that I will lose. Next time in Paris, I will definitely choose Hotel Paris Gambetta.

The hotel is very close to metro station Porte de Montreuil/Maraichers. I've booked a room with a private bathroom, because they do have some rooms with shared bathroom as well. Unfortunately, the room was located on the 6th floor and they do not have an elevator. So, please, be aware that in case you have huge bags - the way to the room is quite challenging :D The room itself didn't have AC, it was a small one (usual thing in Paris). The room itself looked neat, but I had a feeling like it wasn't clean as it should be. The smell from the nearby cafes is coming into your room in case you are going to open the window for some fresh air. It's worth the money we paid for 1 night.

A prepaid disaster ! For fairness, these features are acceptable: Wi-Fi, shower, and inclusive breakfast. For the rest ? Oh dear me ! Booked for a single room. Upon arrival at the bar below, as they are owned by the same person, he demanded I immediately paid the city tax, in advance ! This is the first time this has happened to me in over 50 stays in France in the past 20 years ! It was a sign of what I could expect - virtually nothing ! Given the entry codes for the outside door - as there is NO reception area - and for the 2nd floor room, I struggled up the stairs - no lift - on a very hot, sticky night . . . Room was a shock ! Part of the roof-space, it was an attic room with the ceiling sloping at 30 degrees from the horizontal, and dropping to a height of just 89 cms from the laminated floor, at the external wall ! Worse, a hard edge transverse beam went across the whole bedroom, and above the washbasin and toilet, at a height of just 168 cms from the floor . . ! So, if you are taller than 168 cms, expect to crack your head when using the bathroom, or when standing just halfway into the bedroom from its entrance door ! The next horror was discovering where I could unpack my clothes ? Answer : on a line of 4 coathooks, suspended fom the top of the entrance door ! That was it ! No wardrobe and no shelves ! And to hang anything on said coathooks covers the " In case of fire" emergency notice ! The place was horrifically hot, only one bedroom light and one bathroom light worked ( room 204), and the fan wouldn't work as it needed water in it (!) and there was no utensil in the bathroom with which to pour any water ! The only ventilation came from two ( velux-type) flush fitting roof windows, although in the poor lighting - it was after 10.30pm when I arrived in the room - I was unable to see how to open the bedroom one until morning ! A proper hotel would provide a welcome booklet, or even just a laminated sheet, giving useful information and contact numbers. But Hotel Le Daly's is NOT one of those, so there is no such information provided in the room ! Completely fed up, I called the booking agency, who tried that night, and again the following day, to get a refund from the owner so that I could be re-booked elsewhere. But no, the owner refused that, but promised to buy a hanging-rail for me, and to move me to the only one of five attic rooms to have a (vertical) dormer window ! (He also claimed he couldn't offer me a 1st floor room - called "superior" by him as they actually have standing headroom by all 4 walls - as they were fully booked during the 11 day period of my stay.) On day 3 of my stay, he provided me with a portable hanging-rail, with 5 coat hangers, and on day 4, upon my insistence, he allowed me to move into the ONE attic room with the dormer window ( room 201). Other gripes : although the rooms were serviced most days, mine wasn't for the 72 hours from the Friday until the following Monday. Furthermore, the laminate

Stayed here for 2 nights for my wife’s birthday. What a lovely little hotel, the staff are amazing and made us feel very welcome, it is in a great location, if you like walking you can walk all the way in to Paris seeing so many sights along the way, or the metro is literally in your doorstep, 15 mins away on the 9 route to the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were small but very comfortable and it was nice to be welcomed on both evenings to share a nice glass of french wine and nibbles provided by the staff. The staff were always on hand to offer recommendations for places. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one. Will definitely stay here again.

We spent three days in the hotel, in a 'family suite' - two separate rooms that share a small hall. Very friendly personnel. The rooms are small, but that's Paris of course. Breakfast buffet is OK, but not a lot of choice. Close to the Porte de Montreuil metro stop on line 9 that brings you to the centre of Paris in 20 minutes or less. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Close to the Père Lachaise cemetery. The 20th arrondissement is quickly becoming a bohémien hotspot.

Lovely hotel, rooms were small but clean. Not the best view, but we were only using it to sleep, not look out of the windows! Shower was an over the bath type, with a good jet, not a dribble! No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, although there was a coffee machine where you choose your drink then put the pod in. Wasn't working all the time, but staff were friendly enough and sorted it out. Continental breakfast was nice, no English but we were not at home, so continental was what we wanted. Overall a lovely little base for sightseeing!

Well located hotel a block from the metro which will take you any where in the city. My room was a on the small side but they might have given me a smaller room because it was just me. The bathroom was clean and looked new so I was happy with that. The bed was comfortable, the pillows where a problem, one was flat, which I had to fold in half to use because the other pillow was lumpy and had a funky smell. I had to stow it away in a cubby hole. Time to replace the pillows, at least in room #320. The neigborhood was fine, it's a city you are going to see people from all over the world, embrace it, just because people look different doesn't mean they are going to rob you, lol. The breakfast buffet was good, I especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10am but sleeping in, I am on vacation, and getting there at 9:45am I found no eggs and what little that was left of the baked beans looked as if they'd been stuck to the bottom of the pan for a while. One of the women there announced at 9:55am that it was almost time to leave. Breakfast served until 10am means that all the different food items are out until then for guests. Not that you have eat and leave. Most hotels allow for people arriving at 10am to still be able to eat. Overall a good value hotel with a friendly front desk. Wake up, eat, explore Paris, sleep, repeat. I would stay here again.

We just finished up staying here for 6 days and could not be happier. The room was exactly as we expected, smaller than some but it was a decent size and not cramped, best of all it was very clean! The staff in the hotel are so lovely, very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic- there is a bakery around the corner and is very close to the metro, shops and is easily accessible. We couldn’t be more delighted, we will definitely be back! :)

Such a great experience to be here. Easy to get to from the train station. Actually all subways in Paris are easy to navigate. The hotel is really close to everything, Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph. And lots of Brasseries. Markets, bakeries and coffee shops. A safe neighbourhood. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. A breakfast is only $10EU each daily, far more cost effective than buying outside the hotel. Save your money for lunch or dinner. Lovely staff, so very friendly and helpful. This is a family owned and managed hotel. We'll go back here for sure.

I stayed for four nights. Although the room was small, it was very hygienic and there were people to clean it every day. It is very noisy at night, because you are tired from playing during the day, you can fall asleep no matter how noisy. Recommended for free travel friends, very close to the center of Paris, many attractions can walk

There had been mix up over the dates of my booking, which was entirely my fault. The receptionist could not have been more helpful to resolve the situation. Although my booking had been fully pre-paid and was not in theory refundable, he could not have have been more helpful. I was very impressed; the room was fine as was the bathroom, although the facilities were a little basic. There is a funny lift which starts just above the first floor and goes almost to the top floor - which does not make luggage transfers too easy. However, as I have already stated service at the reception was second to none. Breakfast was included in the double room rate (large) of €129.00, which is a real bargain for a hotel in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. We enjoyed our stay here for a week - located just off the Jardin des Tuilleries.

Very close to the Arc de Triomphe and a ten minute walk. . When I checked in, an old man at the front desk asked me to add money to see the Arc de Triomphe, saying that my room type could not be seen. . But I obviously saw a lot of other netizens see my room type. . After emailing Ctrip's complaint, Ctrip immediately contacted the hotel and changed the 5th floor for me the next day. . The Arc de Triomphe can be seen from the window. . I have been satisfied with Ctrip after sales. . Remember to be dissatisfied in the European room to go to the front desk to change or complain, no need to bear. . Strive to reason. .

A very cute hotel. We were in the bottom room, with windows that opened to the street. It was a little loud first thing in the morning or when other guest were rowdy due to being located right next to the lobby, but overall that was only the most minor of things we noticed. The bathroom was fantastic- heat towel rack, quality products, wonderful hot water/high pressure. Lots of closet/storage space. Seperate WC. the room was larger than we expected as well. Front desk was so friendly- greeted us each time we arrived, and were able to provide us ice on request (I tore my acl just before the trip, so needed ice regularly after a day of touring). I loved the writing desk in the morning sun- although the view was of the sidewalk, the transparent curtains we perfect for allowing in light while softening the view. The windows both had shutters inside to block out light/sound, and enough still space you could sit and read a book. Location was ideal...the Montmartre area is wonderful. Very close to the Blanche metro line, a short walk to two others. Although just two blocks from Moulin Rouge, absolutely no issues with noise or crazy crowds at night- in fact, it meant some great street food places were open late! Very near to bakeries, fruit stands cheesemonger, easy to grab something quick if you needed. Several cafes a stone throw away with perfect breakfasts and coffee. Near to Van Gough's apartment. A beautiful stroll to the love wall, sacred heart, dali museum and artist square- and thays with me being hobbled with my completely torn ACL! There is a secret food tour that starts and ends in the same area as the hotel to give you an idea of how wonderful all the nearby choices are for eating. 12/10 stay, would definitely stay at this location again. Beautiful location, beautiful service, beautiful city.

Lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just below Montmartre. The staff is very nice and helpful and managed to resolve all questions I might have had. The decor is quite nice, it has a cozy feeling. The breakfast is quite lovely, nice selection of french goodies, so definitely a plus. The only downside is reflected in the location: if you go to central Paris, you often go small for this price. So a single room gets the fun part of not being able to properly unpack my small hand luggage and the elevator is definitely designed for slender crowd. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent location, with 5, 6, 7 subways crossing. The room is small and basically adequate. For Chinese guests, the biggest benefit is that it is close to the Chinese community, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets have more choices, and apartment hotels with kitchens can also cook their own meals. The disadvantage is that the front desk of the hotel is slightly rigid. The air conditioner in my room does not heat, and the warranty for 2 days has not been resolved. It was the first time I had to book a car at the front desk and pay a service fee. The service of the hotel needs to be improved.

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau, change line 6 to Cambrinne, exit the station and walk past the traffic lights. The road on the left can see the Ibis hotel sign. There is no elevator or escalator on this section of the subway line 6 of Denfert-Rochereau. You have to carry your luggage up and down. Do not take Line 6 when returning. From the hotel, take a taxi to Denfert-Rochereau (approximately 7 minutes, 19 euros, 20 yuan). Denfert-Rochereau has an elevator to the airport RER line, so you do n’t have to carry your luggage up and down Off! Taxi in Paris is expensive, if the locals are at the airport-hotel, take a taxi to and from it * o * Next to the subway station there is a bakery and a small shop selling Kebab (Kebab, Middle Eastern food), which are all delicious! (Put a few photos of Kabab Kebab). The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious with Cafe and bar. If you can't sleep at night, you can go downstairs for a cup of coffee or a small wine, which is very comfortable. The room is small, 12 square meters. Although small, it is enough to put a suitcase and sleep. It is very convenient for the freelancer to live here! Will stay here next time I come to Paris! The house prices here are cheap in terms of prices in Paris, and convenient transportation is the main reason, which gives praise to five stars!

When I returned to Paris and lived next to the Lyon train station in Paris, I could n’t help feeling that Paris was more than just land and gold, and hotel details were well done. For example, the double-layer sound insulation glass is really impossible for the capitals of too many countries. Things, such as Beijing and Athens I just went to At the front desk, you can see the platform of the train that is about to leave and whether it is on time. The supermarket is very close downstairs. It is very close to the subway or the bus to the airport. The only downside is that you can't store your luggage for more than 12 hours unless you book the next hotel right away. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it.
