This is a lovely boutique hotel. Our room was beautiful, it was an inside room and had a huge skylight so you didn’t miss looking outside. Our room was large and had a mini fridge and microwave in addition to the normal things hotel rooms have to offer. The staff was helpful and wonderful. Everything was clean and neat. It looked like they had taken extra care during this crazy time. This is a two-story very nondescript building that I know I’ve driven past many times and never noticed it was the Campbell. But once you go inside you see the old architecture and it is just gorgeous. I can highly recommend this little boutique hotel to everyone and we plan on staying there again.

I traveled here for business a few months back so I planned a quick date night there with my husband since I loved it so much the first time. When you walk in the hotel smells so amazing and everything so clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and makes the check in process so simple. The rooms are clean and so cozy. I love how everything is set up as well as the details in everything. Concrete ceilings, Tulsa art and industrial inspired furniture. You are able to easily walk to local foodie spots or even across the street to the dust bowl lanes. This is a great little getaway for couples or even business. My only negative would be the parking situation. The fact that I have to pay parking to stay here is the one thing that really irritates me. I think this should be something that is covered as part of the room fees.

Our latest business trip had us in Tulsa for a night. We found this hotel online and decided to try a Curio for the first time. The Tulsa Club is very nice. The parking is a bit of an issue. There is a parking garage you park in attached to the hotel. Then you lug your bags to the elevator and go to the second floor via the garage elevator to gain access to the hotel. We typically grab a cart to load our items on when we unload that was not available at this hotel. So travel lite for this stay here. The Great: The room was beautifully decorated. This is not a typical room. It was very spacious with high ceilings, nice sitting area, large TV, and amazing bathroom. The amenities were upscale. The breakfast during COVID time is delivered to your door in the morning. They have limited options but ours was good. The Good: Customer service was good. We arrived to a pleasant young lady around 8 pm and checked-in. Everything went smooth until we got to our room. We had booked a king suite but received two queen beds. Knowing it was for one night we made due and did not point out this issue to the front desk. Upon our check out they asked how everything was and in passing we told them everything was great except they did not put us in the room we ordered. They asked if it had been explained the night before and we told them we did not complain just made due. They adjusted our rate for us on the spot. At least they attempted to address the issue which we did not expect. The Not so Good: The working space in our room was were the TV sat at the end of the beds. It was crampt and not optimal. We made due but not where we would want to work long hours if that is required in a stay. Overall really nothing bad to report here. It is a well done clean quiet stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I stay here regularly and this hotel is TOP NOTCH. They have assembled a staff that should be the envy of every other Marriott hotel. Seriously, I’ve stayed in the Marquis in NYC, The Palace in SF- the service here is better. Last trip, My daughter joined me and accidentally left her Apple Watch in her room, it got taken down to the laundry, and thank goodness they shake out the sheets before they wash them- her watch was in there. She searched for days and as a last resort called the hotel - they had it, but since it was in sheets, they weren’t sure which room it came from. I happened to be arriving that evening for my weekly business trip - before I even got to the check in desk, employees recognized me and made a point to tell me they had my daughters watch at the front desk. The rooms are always clean, food is good, the building is a historic Art Deco gem and the staff is fantastic.

We chose this hotel due to its location. Tulsa is pretty easy to get around and this walking distance to just about any kind of food you want. We came here on the first weekend of Spring Break to take the kids to the Gathering Place, Aquarium in Jenks and a hike at Turkey Hill. Well it rained or drizzled the whole time, but even more importantly the Covid crises was heating up. Good news though, the Hotel is fantastic. The entire crew was more than friendly and they were working with a skeleton crew due to low occupancy. The room was clean, the pool was nice (but cold. They keep it at 84 which helps with germs and I'm good with that), breakfast is what you would expect and parking does cost $10/day, but you are staying downtown, what would you expect? Samantha, Amaya and Kate were spectacular during our stay and didn't let this crisis get them down.

We have stayed at the Ambassador a number of times on trips to Tulsa to visit family. We are never disappointed. The Ambassador in and of itself is a remarkably preserved but updated historic building right out of the Roaring 20s. Built during the oil boom that put Tulsa on the map, the hotel retains is unique historic charm but is completely modernized. The lobby is small but stunning. (especially during the holidays) Our rooms have always been terrific. Beds are comfortable and the solid old-school construction (they don't build 'em like this anymore) ensures peace and quiet. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The Chalkboard Restaurant, a long-time Tulsa staple is located a few steps down from the lobby. The food is excellent, but the best part is the service. If you go, be sure to ask for Kelsey. On our recent stay, Kelsey served us each morning at breakfast. She is outstanding! She is a true professional--very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and just an all-around great person. I don't know what I looked forward to each morning more--the breakfast or seeing Kelsey. We recently had our daughters rehearsal dinner and wedding reception in the Penthouse bar and Crystal Ballroom at the Mayo. It was an amazing event. The Mayo hotel management and staff went out of their way to make sure these went off without a hitch. The recent Tulsa rally and Covid issues made it even more challenging with the increased crowds and street closures, but they were prepared with their security measures and Covid safety policy. In addition to the reception in their beautiful Ballroom, we had many out of town guests that also stayed at the hotel. The rooms are more like extended stay suites with mini kitchens and all the guests were impressed with the staff attentiveness, room appointments and value. Several of our guests decided to stay on at the hotel after the wedding just for additional R&R. The pictures on their website are as we experienced . We plan to stay again at the Mayo just for occasional weekend getaways.

Our family was so happy with our Labor Day weekend stay at the Residence Inn Tulsa Downtown. Upon arriving, the staff greeted us promptly and warmly. I have an active family with three little ones and at the staff recommendation, we were placed on the top floor in a corner room which was superb. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We were in Tulsa to spend time at the Gathering Place and the OK Aquarium, but we were surprised that we had as much fun as we did just hanging out in our room. The pool was awesome and the breakfast was filling and delicious each morning. Shout out to the Assistant GM Shawna for all of her help and hospitality while we were there. Also, the hotel is downtown and in walking distance to a great Vietnamese Restaurant, pizza and a grocery store if you need to grab anything. This is the place to stay, especially with a young family, in Tulsa! Thank you, Residence Inn Tulsa Downtown Team!

I have stayed here several times working in Tulsa. It is not the closest to my work location but I am welcome here and it is quiet and easy to work or relax in the evening so I continue to stay here. Breakfast is consistent and easy to take a sandwich on the run. I appreciate that the manager sends you an appreciative email for staying. The fitness room is well equipped, the area is safe and proximate to a large shopping/restaurant area. The staff is super. Compliments to all.

I am very picky when choosing hotels. We liked this hotel. The hotel had a slightly strange scent when you walk in, but you don’t notice it after you are in it. We can tell the hotel is older but they have redone it. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was good, too. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were very quiet. The pool was very very clean. It’s a small pool. The pool room was crazy hot if you weren’t swimming. The hot tub was way too hot to sit in longer than 5 minutes. My kids loved the pool because it was warm and the room air temperature was warm too. It was just us land folks that were too hot. The location was great and close to highways to everything. We would stay there again for sure.

I totally enjoyed my stay there. I look at reviews and I did before booking, so I wanted to write a review. It is more like a family atmosphere and everyone who works there is so helpful and nice. This is a fairly new hotel to the Catoosa area. Located right across the street from the Hard Rock hotel & casino. A shuttle runs back & forth to the casino for no charge. I could go on and on about this hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely a cut above what I've encountered in most hotels. The room was spacious and spotless. All rooms are suites, so they have microwaves & full size refrigerators. Stove, pots & pans. In room coffee and a very good breakfast in the morning. A very positive experience. We definitely will be back. Did I mention there is a putting green.

These are pics of our room AFTER a visit from housekeeping. Did not replace the toilet paper, did not make the bed and did not wipe the counter. All they seemed to have done was empty the wastebaskets! Most of the front desk staff were unwelcoming. I mentioned the overflowing trash can out front and the front desk person AND the manager apologized and said they would get right to it, but a few minutes later they were both doing something else. The manager went back to his desk and sat down! The older lady in the dining room & the lady with brown hair at the desk seemed to be the only people who wanted to be there! This could all be easily remedied with training and some leadership.

Stayed here two nights during a family trip. Wanted to stay closer to the Gathering Place but didn't want to be downtown. This place was pretty easy to access off I-44 and was located in the middle of town in an area with several other nice hotels (not high end...just not dumpy places). Check-in was easy. Room key did quit working during our stay which is always annoying but I am beginning to expect it no matter the chain. The room was bright. Probably the best lit hotel room I have ever stayed in. HVAC was a little noisy when it cycled on but it seemed to be the normal rattle I have come to expect everywhere that goes away after the unit starts up. Bed was firm for my taste and I would put it in the firm/extra firm neighborhood. I sleep on a hybrid coil/foam at home so sleep wasn't great. Breakfast was nice and had plenty of options including items to take to-go. Plenty of the normal breakfast things hotels have but it was nice to see multiple meat/protein choices both days (they had BACON!!) No waffle maker but they had a push button pancake maker that made two pancakes with each button press. Ten years ago I would have considered this breakfast really nice but it has become the norm at most competitive chains. There was definitely something for everyone (and probably most diets) and it was nice to not have to go out for breakfast. The swimming pool was outside and closed during our stay. Our room was on the back side of the hotel so we didn't experience the I-44 noise mentioned in other reviews I have seen. Sound insulation was pretty typical to us. We heard a few footsteps during our stay and some muffled conversation but nothing constant or bothersome. The loudest outside noise we experienced was an early morning trash truck backing up but it was over very quickly. All in all we were pleased with our stay. We waited until the last minute to book because we were watching the weather. I try to stay in the $80-110 range per night and this hotel was pretty typical with others in that range. I would probably stay here again in the same situation but if I didn't it would be to try to find a softer bed.

I live in Europe and was not certain of my travel dates so I first stopped by to ask about the rooms and facilities. The staff was amazing in filling me in on EVERYTHING ESA offered AND a detailed summary of the surrounding area and things to do. I also stopped in at the nearby hotels. While they were also friendly, they weren't as informative. When I decided to make my reservation, the manager personally showed me the room and told me MORE about the area and things to do. I booked THAT day! It is unfortunate hotels all over have to take steps to protect themselves from theft so guests must request things like coffee pot, cups, glasses, etc., from the front desk, but the staff is a pleasure to deal with so it's a bonus to visit when making requests and the request is filled immediately. No waiting for housekeeping to fulfill the request. The room is clean. The kitchen is clean (important!). The bathroom is clean. (A MUST!) The bed is comfortable and has an extra pillow to start with. Easy to find. Great parking. Multiple food choices nearby. Google the location, it would be faster than reading my list. I am only here for the weekend but am planning future, longer, trips and will stay again. The staff alone is worth it! My ONLY hesitation in writing this review is that future availability may be limited ;) !

A couple weeks ago I traveled to Oklahoma with my 13 year old daughter to see her Grandma. This was a trip to say good bye to my mother who has been fighting cancer and unfortunately the cancer was winning. We spent lots of hours talking about old times and she filled in my daughter on all the mischief her dad got into when he was young. We spent 5 days at the the hotel and as usual the entire staff was professional, attentive and courteous to us as they always are. We love the continental breakfast every morning. Making our waffles and enjoying a little father daughter time. The hotel is clean and well kept. We have never had any kind of problem there and we have stayed here quite a few times over the years. My wife and I have come to this hotel many times for a weekend in Tulsa. They have done some recent remodeling on the rooms. Ours was pretty nice. The beds are super comfortable with great pillows. The shower is really nice and had a lot of pressure. The heater worked great and you can keep the fan on high at night for white noise. Check in was quick and painless. Nice large TV in the room including cable, HBO, Netflix, etc. Lots of elevators so one is always available. We had a fairly quiet stay and didn’t notice any noise. Our room had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. This is a nice hotel and conference center, and it is in a fairly nice area. It is certainly not brand new, but is pretty well maintained. There are all types of restaurants nearby from McDonalds (within a mile) or other restaurants like Zio’s, Olive Garden and Red Lobster about 2-4 miles away. A Walgreens is just down the street. River Spirit casino is close by as well as the Oklahoma Aquarium, the Arkansas River, and The Gathering Place, a world-renowned park. Also Woodland Hills Mall at 71st and S Memorial and Tulsa hills Shopping Center at 71st and US 75. Only minor negatives are no free breakfast and no free coffee. However, they do have a Starbucks in the lobby.

I almost never stay at a hotel without reading the TripAdvisor reviews first. This Comfort Inn is about what I expected. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The rooms were pretty clean and nice sized. Any the area was very quiet. There was some type of a high school team staying there, but they were not a problem. The only reason we even knew that they were there was because of their bus outside and we saw them at breakfast. Kudos to their chaperones, and if you've ever stayed in a hotel with teenagers, you know what I mean. The breakfast could have been better and there was one small maintenance issue, but overall the experience was positive. Past travel experience has taught me to ask for a room on the top floor, because people with small children almost always avoid it.

This Red Roof franchise is a blemish on the good name of the company. Do not do business with them! If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the process of moving from out of state to Oklahoma with two cats. I made a reservation here on July 5th, 2020 to check in on July 25th and indicated the two cats. I attempted to check in on July 25th and was told that I couldn't as they only allow one animal per room. I asked to speak with a manager and was straight up refused. The lady at the check-in said she couldn't allow me to speak to anyone, told me to 'call corporate' and then just ignored me. She didn't even provide the Red Roof Inn customer service number, but in the age of cell phones that's an easy fix. Once I had someone on the line, they informed me that the check-in lady had already canceled my reservation - WITHOUT ANY NOTICE TO ME that she had done so. So there I was, two days away from closing on a new home and I have nowhere to stay with two cats and another person that I'm responsible for. Luckily I was able to get a MUCH better room at a nearby twin timber hotel that had no problem with my cats at all. Sure it cost me a bit more per night, but very much worth it. The woman at the front counter there didn't sneer at me, cancel my reservation without notice, or appear as though she couldn't care less about customer service. Judging by the pictures online and the Red Roof location itself it was very much an upgraded lodging compared to the Red Roof. The staff of the Red Roof Inn in Tulsa had 20 days to see the two cats on the reservation and contact me if that was going to be an issue. Instead they did nothing, then canceled my reservation with no notice when I arrived on July 25th. At this point I had stayed at three different Red Roof Inns over the 1500+ mile trip with zero issues whatsoever. It's obviously this one franchise that has serious issues with what their company supposedly stands for, or just customer service in general. It was a terrible end to an already stressful trip, but the staff member at the RRI just couldn't be bothered. Save yourself a terrible experience and stay somewhere else.

My visit to Tulsa was to experience the life and culture of the city. The distance from the airport to the hotel was a good 10-12 minutes with no traffic at all. I arrived at past 4 pm and it was an easy ride to the hotel. The weather was quite warm upon arrival so the cool airconditioning was a a relief as I entered the room. The bed was very comfortable, the closet was just the right size since I just stayed 3 nights at the hotel. What stood out the most was the warmth of the staff that greeted you in the hallway, at the front desk and the servers at the bistro. The avocado toast was awesome! I loved this and had it for two consecutive breakfasts. The combination of the pickled onions with the avocado was just right. There was a hard boiled egg that went with the toast. Please check foto. Finally, there is a computer near the front desk where you can print your boarding pass for free. I've been in a lot of hotels who charge you per page or you need to email them the boarding pass for them to print it. In this hotel, there is a printer beside the computer and you can print the boarding pass by yourself without having to call on anyone. Very convenient! Thank you to the staff for making my stay very pleasant and relaxing.

I booked this hotel to share with my elderly (84) yr old dad during the Tulsa Home Show. My dad is a big breakfast kind of guy and I knew he would love their breakfast buffet. He had recently had a mild stroke so I upgraded to early check-in knowing it was a possibility that it wasn't available. He should have been home resting instead of planning to man a booth at the show - but- that's a whole nother story. By 11 he was worn out. I was in the area, so ran by the hotel to check on the early check-in. YES! his room was ready. They were expecting us. (Even though there were 2 busses out front of LOTs of kids leaving and many rooms needing cleaned) Great 1st night at the hotel. That morning at 7 am my dad had another mild stroke. The hotel provided us a wheelchair to get him to the car to go to the hospital. They provided extra room keys so my many sisters could come and go as needed in between being at the hospital. To top that off - I get a text in the afternoon checking to see that all was ok and asking that we let them know if they could be of help. There are a lot of good hotels to choose from out there. The customer service here went above and beyond what they were required to do in my families stressful situation. They made customers for life. To top it off - breakfast was as expected - wonderful and fresh. The beds were soft and comfortable. The rooms were clean. In spite of the thunderstorm rampaging the area, I slept like a babe in moms arms.

This is an older property, and they have started the refresh. I used points as I'm a Gold Marriott member. The room I received was large, very clean, and everything worked fine. And a typical Marriott free breakfast. The hotel is set back a block from a main arterial. We were on the end closest to the road, and heard nothing, very quiet. The staff! Everyone I met was welcoming, smiling, helpful. We were in town for a funeral at the nearby Floral Haven. As the funeral started at 10, we weren't sure we'd be back in time to change clothes and check out. I stopped by the chat with the manager, and she immediately asked what would work for me, and suggested moving my checkout to 2:30. That worked out great. I really appreciate their graciousness. I will definitely be back.
