When we arrived at first hour of the morning, the reception girl was very antipathic and I don't know why he didn't look at me and look at my partner when I was the one who spoke... he told us that the check in was from both and that the parking was from I had booked this hotel just because in all the views it appeared that the hotel had free parking but the receptionist told me that this detail had changed since July 2020, We tried to park around the hotel but it was impossible because the street parking was much more expensive than the hotel parking so we finally decided to put it in the hotel parking. We were informed that the room was not in the building that appears on all photos but in another annex. I think they should explain it better because we do not know what it means “an annex”. In the night when we finished visiting the city we went to the hotel to check in and a super friendly and educated girl at reception told us they had upgraded us and had not put a room in the main room and service of the hotel The room was very nice and spacious and with all the necessary details. The room was in a corner so we had the luck of having a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is a good location, it is a few minutes walking from the center if you get the bridges open... There are two bridges that are open to allow the ships to pass and keep them open for a long time, so, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is a wonderful hotel if it touches you in the main building and if you are looking at the river. My experience was finally very good but I don't like they say you one thing at first and then it's another... The hotel price was EUR 55 night in coronavirus and October, I think it was more expensive because it coincided Saturday but I think it is expensive for Poland

I also ate evening meal twice and certainly no complaints about the food or service. Another plus was only approx. 7 minute walk to the old town and also Bus and Tram travel withing 5 minutes from the hotel. Would certainly book again if ever back in Gdansk

The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. I didn't expect the hotel to be arranged for check-in at 6 am (may be related to the off-season), super unexpected; the hotel also sent a Desserts are welcome, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake in the restaurant; the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the price of online booking and hotel booking is the same, so you can decide depending on the situation; but in the end, letting the hotel call a taxi is a bit problem, Google Map The display shows that the airport is 34-50 zloty. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!

The price was very reasonable compared to other properties in the neighborhood. My room was spacious enough to fit a bed, desk, and chair with room to spare. It came with a much-appreciated kettle and tea/coffee. The wifi zinged along. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, including hot and cold options. Be aware that there's a steep flight of steps of street to lobby level, which would be a problem for anyone with mobility and balance issues, especially with a heavy case. There is no air con. Despite it being a very hot summer, my lobby level room was very comfortable with the windows open. But a friend on the top floor told me it was hot up there. Try to get a room facing away from the street to avoid noise.

|0.66km from city centerStayed here couple nights on recent trip to Gdansk and really satisfied with my choice Hotel is in great location on the pedestrian only road so you’ll have a very short walk from where your taxi drops you off Check in was very prompt …and room on the 4th floor very warm and comfortable Bed was decent….a tad low and not as comfortable as others I’ve had but in truth didn’t keep me awake Bathroom was nice and shower was a little tight….the water flow in the shower could be improved but these are minor things that would need to be improved Had the breakfast which was nice …service a little slow even though I was the only person there …had the scrambled eggs on both days which were excellent Really enjoyed my short trip to Gdansk and I’d certainly use the hotel again on my next visit

Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture.
I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot.
And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads.
I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station.
But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

|0.91km from city centerThe experience with Grano Nowa Motlawa Apartments was neither very exiting, nor very disappointing. These apartments are in a residential building. I think all apartments are owned by different owners who simply give their apartments for rent and administration to Grano hotel nearby. Thus there is no unified standard for all apartments and your stay will depend of which apartment you get. Our apartment didn't look like anything in photos. It was relatively small, modestly furnished, beds not the most comfy ones, since made of cheep materials some furniture already worn. On the positive side, apartment was clean and had all basics you would expect for a short stay. Breakfast, served in a hotel nearby, offered a fair choice and variety. Guests can also use pool and sauna in SPA next door to apartments free of charge. Although water in the showers of SPA was lukewarm at the best and pool are was a bit crowdy, we still enjoyed the opportunity to relax during our stay. Old town and marina are within a 10-15 minutes walking distance. Walking pedestrian path near the river in the dark time was not the most exciting experience (maybe because we stayed in the weekend and apart form several groups young men drinking alcohol on the bank of the river we met no other pedestrians), but otherwise the neighbourhood looked quite safe. Overall, if you don't look for a stay with served breakfast and don't intend to use pool and sauna, you may want to consider choosing other apartments around. However, if you want to add those options to your stay, it is a good choice for a fair price.

|4.43km from city centerHotel is located near fast city tram, called SKM. Without driving the car you can really fast and cheap sightseeing the city of Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia. Food in hotel is really good, the lunch menu is not big, but everyone will find something attractive. I ate delicious fish with rice and vegetables, also menu for children is very tasty. Breakfast is really huge it is served by the waitress, so you should ask for small portion. In the whole hotel everyone has to wear a mask, even during breakfast. You can feel safety and protected. To sum up very good food, great location with free Wi-Fi, parking, dogs friendly. I really recommend this hotel for family weekend.

We stayed at seventh floor and got a nice view over the city and the river. Small plus was that hotel room had a good sized fridge with freezer compartment. Location 4/5 Located at the outskirts of the old town by the river. We liked the location. If you want to get to the main street Dluga its a five to ten minute walk but old town starts basically straight away. You can find good restaurants with just a few minute walk. Service 3,5/5: Everyone was nice and friendly especially at the reception! In restaurants waiters were a bit shy and english wasn't so great. However we didn't get any rude service by anymeans!! Food (breakfast) 2/5: Hotel has a restaurant called Zorba, we didn't eat there as we only had breakfast. Breakfast was okay. Quite small and basic setting. They had bread, yogurt, müsli, juices, coffee etc. You could also order bacon, scrambled eggs, crepes etc from the kitchen without extra fee. We ordered bacon and crepes which were quite basic. Drinks -/-: Hotel had a rooftop bar open at weekends. We stopped by there but didn't have anything to drink. Price 5/5: Very reasonably priced hotel! We paid 50-60 euros per night and were satisfied with the hotel! Overall 3,5/5: If you are looking for a reasonably priced, basic hotel I would recommend. If you want to stay in the heart of the old town in an old building maybe go somewhere else. Tip: I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast, but rather spend that money in some nice breakfast place found in the old town.

|0.49km from city centerWhen I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and asked if my room was ready, I was told that the room was ready but i had to pay 60 PLN for early check in: Otherwise I had to wait at least 1 hour to check in. This was my third stay at this hotel this year and I'm Level 3 member but I was treated not like a guest but like an intruder. I stayed always in a Master Suite that should be equipped with bathrobes but they give only 1 bathrobe for 2 persons. As Level 3 member I should receive a restauraunt voucher for 10 Eur but they give you voucher only for 30 PLN. On the day of the check in I asked for a late check out and the lady in the reception confirmed I could check out at 14:30. On the day of my check out just a few minutes after 12, a rude and arrogant man from the reception called me twice in my room. The first time I didn't hear what he said because the phone has been out of order from January but they don't even care about fixing it. When he called me the second time he asked ”Do you know what time it is ? The check out is at 12” When I told him I have agreed to check out at 14:30 he told me it was not registered in the system. He didn't even apologize for his arrogant behaviour, In this hotel you are treated like an intruder and not like a guest. It felt like beeing in the old time of communism. It's far below Scandic standard. It's a shame.

|1.76km from city centerI stayed at the property for one night and was pleasantly surprised. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with good access to Gdansk. The property has plenty of free parking. The lobby isn't extremely inviting but it is clean and tidy. The rooms are larger than average with a comfortable bed, quality linen and towels, a ceiling fan, good cable TV selections, wifi, a mini frig with mini bar, ample closet space, nice sized bathroom with shower. Everything was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was included in the rate that I booked and it was excellent with a wide variety of options and some of the best coffee. I did notice that there did not appear to be any air conditioning in the room so the property could be uncomfortable in the summer heat. Furnishings and overall decor are a little dated, but in very good condition. Also, there was some noise from the hallways so its not very soundproof. However, all and all, its an excellent property with friendly professional staff and a good value.

Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel.

You have to go to Sweet Suites just couple doors up to get access to Lavoo apartments. Appartment very clean, tons of power sockets, bathroom hairdryer, ironing board, iron, safe, fridge, freezer, toaster, hob, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, TV sitting room & bedroom. Negatives: NO - shower gel, bath mat, TV no English channels not even news, stairs bit dangerous could do with a handrail, AC/heating not working turned off centrally, noisy as above restaurants & bars & have to open windows as got very warm upstairs, tea towel, WIFI. Great location Very very central, 2 streets over from Main Street. Supermarkets are called Zabka, street over from front of Appartment or turn left at top of street. From Appartment turn right your are straight at the river. Sights well within walking distance. Food and drink very cheap: Billy’s 2 x burgers, onion rings, bottle wine £40 Elephant Club: breakfast 2 x Bagel, 2 x coffees £15 2 x large lagers £6 Taxi from airport £15 Booking.com return to airport £18

The room was very comfortable and toasty warm, with underfloor heating in the shower room. It looked out onto the church opposite, where the bells ring on the hour and half-hour. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and when we needed help booking an early morning taxi to the airport for our departure day.

|0.96km from city centerWe stayed at the Hotel Gdańsk Boutique beginning of July 2022, and it was marvelous. We are sorry we stayed there only for such a short period but want to return soon. The reception at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, but sometimes they didn't understand English well you had to repeat yourself. We were taken to our room, and everything was shown to us where is what, the facilities, the spa, etc. The room as such huge, and it had everything. A mini bar, TV, iron, everything. The shower was big as well, and towels and necessities were there. The room had wooden joists, and the noise traveled easily through it - hence we were woken up by the breakfast room's music and the room just above it. The breakfast is legendary. The biggest selection of everything. I don't think there is anything missing at breakfast. The hotel also has an adjusted restaurant where we highly recommend going. They have the best beer in Gdansk there. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the city center, and if you are into history, it's the right place to be. We don't usually go back to the same hotels and try out a new one - but we will return to this one. At checkout, we found out someone had already checked our room out (211) - hence the lower level of English of the staff. We used the service and left our luggage at the hotel for the whole day before collecting it for departure.

|0.41km from city centerAs a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. With that said, the location of this hotel, the reviews and even the cost made it very attractive. On arrival which was MANY hours before check in. I had yet to mention my name or anything, I just asked if it was possible to check in early (even if in a few hours) and was accommodated without any issue. Ironically the person never even realized I was Diamond, never gave me snacks and all that stuff but I didn't care since I had a room MANY hours before the norm after an 8hr night train; I did receive the 'Diamond' stuff later and the person at reception apologized for not realizing it earlier or recognizing my status. Although I'd have preferred facing the front, it was a courtyard, very quiet, big room with a separate little desk area, large bed and little couch/chair. The room was very clean, the general service was great at the desk as well as in the restaurant. I am not much of a breakfast person (coffee YES!!) but the breakfast was plentiful with everything from meats, cheese, fish, hot buffet, waffles, cereal etc etc. One of the days I ate a little something and the food was fresh, hot and good. Location wise this hotel can't be beat, you are a 5 min walk to/from the waterfront, 5 min walk to the golden gate and I walked to/from the central station in 10-15 mins. Walking out the front there is a small parking lot and out the back there is a good little whisky place and a street of restaurants. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Ze względu na swoje położenie oraz brak udogodnień typowych dla rodziny (basen/ plac zabaw , miejsce do wypoczynku na zewnątrz) jest to hotel raczej typowo biznesowy- choć podczas naszego pobytu spotkaliśmy parę rodzin. Hotel nowy, bardzo czysty, całkiem duży parking oraz fajna restauracja z dużym ogrodem (choć podczas weekendu zazwyczaj odbywają się tam imprezy zorganizowane). My potraktowaliśmy ten hotel jako bazę wypadową i był to strzał w 10tkę! Do centrum miasta czy plaży jedzie się ok 20-30min w zależności od natężenia ruchu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone Plusy: -bardzo dobra cena -czysto w hotelu oraz w pokoju (przy zamledunku) - strefa SPA - sprawna klimatyzacja - zapach nowości:-) Minusy: - podczas całego naszego pobytu ani razu nie posprzątano w Naszym pokoju ( wymiana ręczników czy wyniesienie śmieci) Największym plusem tego hotelu jest świetna i zaangażowna obsługa szczególnie recepcja oraz obsługa kelnerska. Wszyscy byli bardzo mili i pomocni a to naprawdę rzadko się zdarza:) Szczególne podziękowania należą się Pani Oli z recepcji, która fantastycznie wykonywała swoje obowiązki. Podsumowując - POLECAM! :-)

The hotel is clean, they change the towels everyday, and you can ask for your bed linens to be changed too. Breakfast is buffet style and there’s a great selection of food. The only problem is the hotel’s location if you are a tourist. The tourist spots are a bit far. But there’s a beautiful park nearby. All in all, this hotel is great! I enjoyed my stay!

Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

We were waiting for a small but nice and clean room with the bathroom. We had everything we needed. Clean set of towels, soap/samp, kettle, coffee, tea, water in bottles. The only minus is one blanket, but we were happy with the well-prepared room ordered spontaneously on holiday. I recommend and we will definitely come back again!

The historic building has been beautifully restored, with great decoration and furniture. From the moment we entered the hotel door, until our departure, we receiver best service one can think of from hotels professional and kind personnel. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the hotel’s restaurant. During our stay we experienced a significant problem. We discussed the issue with the hotels management who very kindly and generously helped us solving the problem. We already looking forward to our next visit to Gdansk and Radisson Blu. |8.13km from city centerThe only thing I have really enjoyed there is the food. It was honestly very good and well worth the extra cost. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful and simply a delight to deal with, especially Victoria. Employees like her make costumers return. The reason why I only rate this place 3 out of 5 is that appart from the restaurant there isn't much to look forward to. When I visit a hotel I expect to get a good night sleep I literally had to sleep on the floor to fox my back I'm not sure who took the decision to put mattresses like the ones you have but maybe that person should sleep on them a few night to see that it is a very bad choice. The walls and furniture in the rooms are dirty . Good job to the kitchen and dining room staff but the rest was horrible .

|1.28km from city centerWhen I read the other reviews I expected a more than dignified structure, fortunately, I was wrong: extreme cleanness, gentleness of the staff, spacious and bright room, excellent breakfast of a wide choice, especially salt,for me the best. The restaurant, in the same room where breakfast is served, has more than just prices with excellent quality of the dishes served, and abundant portions. A greeting to a lady who, at space speed, prepares at morning,on request, omelets and eggs with incredible skill.Maximum score more than deserved.Attention... to facilitate the identification of the structure.. is within the music academy. To conclude. Central location and anyway a few meters from the stop of tram line 8 and 9 Music academy from and for the central railway station.
