Amazing service! Family friendly. Thien took us out for dinner in a local restaurant. It was delicious. He organised the taxis there and reserved a table. He also ordered rice paper rolls for our arrival. After wards he took us out to his favourite bar, which has live music, Vietnamese and English the cocktails were delicious. The kids enjoyed themselves. He gifted us a strawberry key ring to remember him by. 😁🍓🎶

Passable ➖ The bed was very hard, I feel that if I were to have stayed more than one night I would’ve really been in quite a lot of discomfort. There was also rubbish under the bed and mould on the walls. Also, you had to be quick in the shower or else it would get cold in no time. ➕ This property is in a perfect location, with the night market a short walk away as well as all the amenities one might need including restaurants, cafes, bars, bakery’s and shops. The lady in the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. She concisely and clearly tailored the information she gave us regarding sights and activities in the area for what we wanted to do. We spent the day at Datanla Falls where you can take a small 1/2 person toboggan ride from the top to the bottom of the falls, stick around for the beautiful scenery and then take a steady hike, if you like, back to the top - highly recommend!

The young lady at the homestay has a very good attitude and good service. There is a coffee shop on the first floor of the homestay where you can order coffee. The breakfast variety is a bit small, and it's okay. This room type is a public bathroom, and the sink is also public, but the sanitation is good. There are three rooms that share a balcony. You can see the colorful houses in Dalat. The scenery is good. Dalat is so cold. It’s even colder to sleep at night. It feels like the quilt is not too thick... You can wear more to sleep.

The hotel is near Chunxiang Lake. Many merchants that seem to be in a big crowd are surrounded by Chunxiang Lake. But on a big slope, the boss is very good. I also help my luggage to go upstairs. I want to be rejected by her passion. . The room was very clean. There is coffee, we went in October, the temperature difference is large at night, it is recommended to bring some trousers jacket when going. Not far from various attractions, in the range of 2-4 km. Overall it’s great.

Have been staying at multiple “hostel x hotel x guest houses” across Vietnam for the last few years. This is a cute little place without too many fringe items but does the basics well. Clean rooms. Balcony is lovely with flowers in pots. Bathroom is wet toilet (shower over toilet). Free bottled water. Close to Night Market, Bars, really nice restaurants. Staff are friendly. Very reasonably priced but don’t expect the Sheraton. Would definitely stay again.

Just checked out after two nights in a delux twin with balcony. Large room, very nice glass shower. Good beds. All about the balcony was outstanding, particularly the size. Full morning sun was welcome with temps in low 60s. Breakfast very nice with best eggs to order I have eaten in the past three weeks. Staff very friendly and english good. Now the “but.” Road in front is completely torn up. Muddy, and in some places almost impassable. Mud on your shoes in spite of mats near the front door will end up in your room and is difficult to clean off shoes. Short cut out the back helps but walking in this area is hazardous at best. Even main street sidewalks are a disaster. Not very many restaurants or activities in a short walk. If you plan to take a taxi everywhere, not a problem. Quiet it is; guess that goes with being out of any action. Until the mud disappears, I say go elsewhere. Upgrade to 4 stars when the road work is done.

The environment is very good. The lady at the front desk is very kind and can communicate in English without any obstacles. She also called me Han Han to pick me up. Thank you very much. Close to the crazy house and church, summer palace is under construction. How far Chunchun Lake and Da Lat Garden walked past me tired of walking. Other attractions, such as the small train, need to travel by car. I slept very comfortably at night, no air-conditioning, electric fan, but very comfortable and comfortable at night, no air-conditioning needed. Hotel location is nothing to say, 100 meters is the night market, by Chunxiang Lake. The room was also very comfortable. Passports are required to go to Nha Trang and Da Lat to stay at the hotel, and the hotel will keep during the stay. The service of this hotel is very good, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. The only problem that occurred was to go to the airport at 6:30 the next morning, and the day before had already said that I had to leave the shop and book a taxi. As a result, I only got one security guard the next morning, and there was no front desk staff. Taxi post-it notes, I haven't found a phone number for a taxi for a long time, I do n’t know the language, and I do n’t know how to check out. I called the front desk staff and waited for more than ten minutes. I finished checking out and said that I could go. I asked her for a passport, but she found it for a few minutes. As a result, I waited for half an hour before I got my passport to check out. I stopped a taxi at the gate to the airport.

The two old people are very enthusiastic, the accommodation is very good, full of flowers in the yard. Seeing that the three of us arranged a big room upstairs, it was especially rich, and there was a English tutoring class for the children. The children came to class very early, knowledge is power, take the opportunity to educate their children. It is very close to the church and can be strolled. Other attractions are not expensive for more than a dozen. The farthest waterfall is about thirty or forty. There is a beef hot pot restaurant nearby, where the locals are eating, the language is not available, and the translation software is used to let the waiter help recommend the dishes that the five people eat. As a result, the food on the waiter is particularly suitable, and it is not expensive. The temperature in Dalat is also particularly cool and comfortable, and will go again in the future.

I stayed two nights in this hotel, I booked it because it was cheap and in a good location. It’s a good average hotel, one receptionist spoke acceptable English but another sadly not much but still I got by. I booked a room without a window because it was cheap and I only used it to sleep, I don’t recommend it to linger in the room as it’s a bit depressing without a window. There’s a working TV though. There was a window above the door (for ventilation) I tried to close this as the corridor was a bit noisy, but couldn’t close it completely. The bathroom was fine and the air vent dries it out pretty well, all in all the room was good for a short stay. There was no breakfast available but there’s a café down the road and quite a few small restaurants. The market is nearby but I wasn’t convinced by it. The hotel does laundry but it’s by the item (as with bigger hotels) so I went across the road to another hotel to get my laundry done by the kilo (30K/1kg and it was ready by the next day) and I’m not sure if they schedule any day tours, a 10 min walk from the hotel in the lobby of another hotel (Phuong Hahn) there’s a tour company, I booked my day trip there.

This home is full of B&B! ! ! The room is big enough and the balcony is nice! Crossing the road is a crazy house to travel is very convenient! Hotel can rent motorcycles is not expensive, 120k a day less than 40 yuan, but we have to refuel, warm tips do not need too much 30k enough, we added 50k a day to open a quarter, and the boss service The attitude is super good, help us get the luggage upstairs, the language is unreasonable but patient! It is within 15 minutes' walk from Han Coffee, and it is not far from the night market. It is easy to navigate with Google Maps. It is also not far from the hotel. It is the highest cafe. The scenery is good and the price is low, but the coffee is not good to drink. It is suitable for taking pictures.

At 1st an ok budget hotel but when we moved the bed slightly, underneath was filthy ( not just dusty) I let reception know the next day & let them know I wasn't complaining but just informing them, it was a budget hotel & we didn't expect too much the location is excellent & staff were hit & miss some completely ignoring us & some very pleasant, we had booked a taxi for 530 am ( with reception) on our last morning for da Lat airport & when we got to reception at 525 to check out it was deserted with electric shutters locking everone inside nobody at reception and no sign of anyone I tried phoning the hotel & it went to an answering machine which I couldn't understand as it was (obviously) in vietnamese we tried shouting but still nobody around, after 10 minutes we had to go searching the basement (as far as I know not a public area) by the lights from our phones and found a room with bunkbeds & a double bed & 2 staff members fast asleep we woke 1 & he came & opened the shutters apologising I am absolutely horrified if there was a fire or medical emergency there was no way out I had booked through Expedia & placed a review saying it shouldn't be on their website as I honestly think it's an extremely serious problem the review still hasnt appeared over 10 days later please do not stay here unless they have stopped locking guests in overnight

We stayed there for 8 days last week. We had a nice big room with the view on the mountain side. The room was clean and was done everyday, change of sheets and towels plus 2 free small bottles of water. The included buffet breakfast is very good and had the mix of different dishes mostly vietnamese. However, you can get your eggs done as you wish. The only negative point we found was the bathroom shower which is not in a stall but italian style, in the bathtub. So you have to be careful not so the water goes everywhere. The location is out of the downtown but a walkable distance (1.5km). The staff was very attentive and professional. The manager speaks very good english and is very helpful. The hotel decor is a bit old french. The garden is beautiful and makes wonderful pictures. The view from the breakfast room is fabulous. We recommand this hotel, excellent value for the price.

we were here in january. the hotel looked great in the photos. however in real the hotel was so tacky and cheap with some significant issues. 1) no lock on the balcony doors. one balcony door had a key. the other could not be locked. we asked for a key. they couldnt find one. but kept telling us in very broken english that the security around here was good but ofcourse they wouldnt have taken liability if the room was broken into. they had a small safe but my mac wouldnt fit in. i ended up leaving my computer at reception every time i went out of the hotel. 2) their website says english speaking staff - however the english was very bad. even asking for shampoo or towels was a very difficult process. once i called the reception for shampoo, someone answered that clearly didnt speak english and so they just hung up the phone on me. i called again - the same thing happened. 3) their website says there is an attached restaurant. we arrived there on a friday and wanted to get room service for dinner. we called and they said restaurant is shut. 4) breakfast - their website says a la carte menu - in reality there is no menu. a waitress offers options of a pho and an omlette. my omlette was good but my partner's omlette was runny and completely undercooked. there was no frluit or water or drinks options. they brought a coffee out which was terrible. the bread didnt come with any butter. we asked for butter. there were no knives either. we decided it was easier to eat to use the spoon than to ask for a knife. the table cloths were dirty. the dining hall was dusty. 5) rooms were dusty but spacious. rooms were noisy. it was in our favor that the hotel was empty. this place clearly needs some proper management. this review is by no means a dig at the staff, this place needs an overhaul of management. it has a lot of potential. but i wouldnt stay here ever again

I can live in a room with this condition for more than 50 yuan, I am satisfied. The location of the hotel is also good, not on Zhengda Road, but not too far away. The room is small and the bathroom is not big, but it is very tidy and clean. There are people to help clean it every day. The best part is that the hot water is warm enough. It's so happy to have a hot bath on such a cold night in Dalat! The store can rent out motorcycles. For automatic transmission, 150,000 dongs a day, remember that you only need to add 5 yuan of oil. We added 50,000 dongs, and it took a day to lower the fuel gauge.

Breakfast is not tasty except for powder and coffee 👎 The room is damp, there are many ants and flying insects The bed is uncomfortable, the quilt is very small, and it is not enough for two people The quilt is not clean, it is always stained, and it is not replaced every day There are few plugs in the room, they are not enough The refrigerator is dirty, Xiaoqiang comes in and out, so disgusting Most importantly, it is too far from the city center Inconvenient access, 80,000 dong is required to go to any scenic spot Going to the airport to get more pits, the front desk helped to book a car, said it was about 250,000, but the driver received more than 410,000! It costs 160,000 dongs to get in and out every day, or RMB 53 It costs 800,000 dong to and from the airport, 266 yuan! Can't go back too late because the hotel is too remote, It takes time and money to get in and out And there is no convenience store or supermarket nearby No place to eat The first night to the hotel there was only instant noodles in the room A bucket of supermarket is 6,700 dong, hotel is 25,000 yuan Although the staff at the hotel is very good 👌 But not recommended At night there is a fireplace in the hall for heating You can sit in the lobby Praise again 👍The staff of the hotel, the attitude is so warm ❤️

This hotel is situated in a unique spot just above the city. It is a 5 min walk on a moderate uphill stretch and it feels like a totally secluded mountain area. The great thing is a 5 min walk to all the tourist areas of Dalat. The house is an old chalet and a little bit musty but the rooms are large and attractive with a beautiful garden. The staff are friendly and helpful. A nice Brekky is served every morning in the garden. Ample hot water and comfortable bed. All in all recommended. A bonus is the Biang Bistro right next door which is a modern fusion style hard to find in Dalat in a gorgeous garden for dinner or drinks. Grab car/bike make to and from the location easy.

We booked a family room and the room is so clean&spacious. The receptionist is helpful, they provided simple breakfast per requested by the hotel patron. The outside view of the hotel is lovely surrounded by flower pots&pine trees, and the neighbouring houses are uphill-downhill (the houses here are french-like homes). The location is very good, not far from the attractions, and it is convenient to eat around. The staff are very friendly. There is tea in the lobby to greet the guests. The guys at the front desk are handsome and good at English. They can answer all questions. They can help book new coffee tickets and pick them up at the hotel. But there is a musty smell in the room, perhaps because it is in the mountains. There are hairs on the pillows, and the bed sheets do not have the kind of pulp-washed hand feeling, and there are no straight creases, but there are no obvious irregular wrinkles left after being slept, so it is not easy to judge whether to change to a new bed sheet. . The facilities are also relatively simple, not as good as a home. But the price is not expensive after all.
