I chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the Stade Coubertin (15 minutes on foot), and because of the price. It worked out to be ideal for my needs, as a single traveller. My double room was small, and would have been very tight for two people. The bed was confortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was tight and outdated, and the shower head and toilet seat loose, but the water was hot. Common parts definitely need a major re-vamp ! Reception manned 24 hours a day, and staff friendly. Breakfast basic and rather expensive, but OK. Other guests can be noisy, but as I was shattered at the end of each day, this wasn't a problem. Plenty of small shops, organic food, cafés and restaurants close by, and the shopping area north of the metro station (Marcel Sembat) was good. Yes, I would go back.

We have stayed at the BRH on at least eight occasions over the years. We have a holiday home in Normandy and will take a three hour drive into Paris for a couple of days every other year as a little culture/ R&R bonus and a break from our renovation project. Okay, firstly it's not in "central" Paris. It's outside of the Periphique (the orbital road around Paris Centre). It is however, very well located for transport as you can avoid heavy traffic in the centre and just dart around dropping off at different points from the periphique. Even better, just ditch the car and hop on the metro. The marcel Sembat station is a five minute walk and only a few stops from the Eiffel tower and a few more minutes to the Champs Elysee. In the immediate area of the hotel you will find local shops for supplies and the Bois De Boulogne park which is really pretty. It's also great for Roland Garros if you are a tennis fan. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. the shower is great... very controllable and very powerful... just what you need after a day traipsing around Paris. You get TV with a few English channels and free WIFI. Beds are good with average firmness. Coffee/Tea facilities and toiletries are provided in each room. There is a laundry facility at the hotel, A car park (not free) and a restaurant for breakfast. Its a continental breakfast so not a "cooked breakfast". We tended to get up and get out and take breakfast in the parks or in town as Paris is famous for it's cafe culture and a breakfast in Paris Centre will still be cheaper than a hotel. Breakfast can be delivered as room service which is a nice touch in a "budget" hotel There is a lift to all floors or stairs of you prefer. The stairs are beautiful BTW We tend to go in August which means free parking (it's free everywhere in Paris in August) and around this hotel you can invariably find a good safe spot on the street. There are a great range of eateries on the doorstep Japanese and Chinese together with middle eastern cuisine. On the main road by the metro station you will also find the fast food outlets All the usual American Franchises like McD, Subway, Domino's and KFC are close by The hotel is great value and a lot of the rooms are studios which means they come with microwave, hotplate and kitchen equipment The reception is manned til around 10pm after which you use a code to get in. I have always found the reception and management staff to be courteous and friendly. There is usually somebody there with passable English. the hotel is in a safe area. we have walked back on countless occasions after getting the last metro and never experienced any anxiety in this part of Paris. The hotel is very safe and secure and cars don't seem to be targeted as the streets are very well lit As regulars we consider the BRH to be a home from home when we go to Paris. Obviously there are hotels which are cheaper (ibis, campanile etc), but this does have a boutique hot

Last minute booking so I took this as it was available but Hotel B is a minute walk away from the Metro and buses so that is a great start. It is very convenient for racing at Longchamp or Auteil as the bus goes direct or the metro goes to the free shuttle. There are shops and restaurants close by. The area is working class but felt safe. As for the hotel, staff are lovely and the place is spotless. My room could not have been cleaner. It is not a hotel with a view as it is squashed between other buildings. The bed was comfortable and although the shower cubicle and toilet were small they were clean and did the job. I slept really well, no street noise, the only disturbances were other guests coming and going. The breakfast was continental, plenty of it with good coffee. Frankly I have paid more and stayed in much worse places. I would come again.

I stayed twice at this hotel. Since i had to cancel my vacations due to Covid i decided to take a road trip through France and stopped in Paris twice. There is no parking directly at the hotel but there is a parking garage not far from hotel (maybe 400 meters tops), which was very reasonably priced (17€ for 24 hours) and safe. Since the only thing i didn’t want to do is drive in Paris, that was perfect. The hotel is situated right next to the subway station, from where you can get directly to Champs-Élysées in under 20 minutes. Also it was not very complicated to get to Versailles, so perfect! There is also a huge Supermarket (Monoprix) in walking distance (not even 5 minutes) and everything you might possibly need. The hotel itself is on a busy street but the windows are good so i wasn’t bothered by the noise or anything and slept very well. Very decent spacious room (even with AC!) and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast due to Covid was extremely limited (you had to choose what you wanted the day before then pick it up and have it in your room), but considering the current situation it is completely ok! So all in all a very nice hotel, can recommend and would stay here again myself.

I needed a hotel close to La Seine Musicale and this one was quite close to it, around 10 minutes walk. The area is quite safe and with a good choice for food. The room was small but clean. I was asked by a nice lady at the reception what I would be doing during my stay and was quite surprised when I saw her three days later checking out and she asked me if the concert I was attending went well. Found it to be a nice touch.

This apparthotel is located in a peaceful area in the suburbs, only 10mins walk from the subway line 9, which goes directly to Trocadero station. So you can easily commute to the city center within 15mins. The appartment was quite spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of space to put your stuff. Although everyday cleaning wasn't included, we had our beds made a couple of times, as well as the bathroom garbage was taken. The only minus was that you couldn't do anything with kitchen garbage. The cleaning staff didn't take it, and there was no place where you could put it. The other disadvantage was that the dishwasher could not be opened completely because of the wall. That made it really difficult to put the dishes in and out. There could be also a few more plates and glasses, in order not to have to use the dishwasher after every meal. And in our room electric sockets were distroyed... Overall, we didn't regret our choice and we will definitely come back there.

Parking is not friendly. Looking for the hotel parking lot, the younger brother gave a piece of paper to indicate that the road left at the door and then turned left to see the parking garage. I took a circle into the garage and found that it was a social garage. Not a hotel. Then come back to the front desk, the front desk said that there is a small picture below the paper, which is a photo of the basement door. Then you can't introduce it at once? I secretly blame myself for not looking at your paper, moving the car from the social garage to the parking garage of the hotel. The basement was dim, and no pedestrian exit was found. I had to follow the slope of the road. The next day I have to drive out of the basement. I don't know how to open the basement door. I call the front desk. The front desk said that there is a small box in front of the basement slope to open the door. Then you can't make the mark clear? I have read it carefully, and I am not looking for it in the dim basement. You will not notice it. I have reflected on myself again. Later, I found out that a car was looking for a door to go out on the ramp. It was finally relieved. It turned out that I could not find the way to open the door. I am afraid that the first time you can't find the way to open the door, it still accounts for a certain proportion. Once again, I found a new discovery after the parking in the basement. At the end of the basement, there was a pedestrian exit. It was next to the hotel apartment, so it was convenient to go in and out from the hotel to the basement. However, when I first asked the hotel reception about the parking lot, you can't introduce these details at once? Are you familiar with everything about your hotel? Later, I stayed at another hotel in the Boulogne area. I also asked about the parking problem. The front desk told me carefully how to enter the parking garage. After the garage was closed, how should the pedestrians come out? There is no comparison without feeling, the inconvenience of the Mercure hotel parking can be avoided!

The Best Western Select Hotel dates from 1927 and was totally renovated in 2006. The hotel offers 61 rooms and is located on the outskirts of Paris in Boulogne-Billancourt close to métro Billancourt. It is a clean middle-class hotel. Our very small sized non-smoking room had an OK double-bed. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet. Windows can be opened. The nicely furnished & decorated room had a desk & chair, flat screen TV mounted on the wall, coffee & tea making facility, wardrobe & safe, airco and a small separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet & shower. All was clean. We would recommend this big-city sleeping factory to anyone who seeks an accommodation close to an métro station.

If you're looking for something spacey and fancy this is not the hotel for you. However, if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep and somewhere you can shower while you explore Paris, I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed at a simple room, but it was clean, comfortable and they provided us with tea and coffee since there's an electric kettle in the room. The staff didn't speak English but we did manage with our French and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

I felt that i needed to provide a more recent review of the property. I stayed for two nights a week ago and was very pleased. The hotel has just been entirely renovated and everything was quite new and clean. A/C was great and quite welcome. Yes, the rooms are small by American standards but I thought quite normal sized for Paris. Of course there are many great locations in Paris and I would definitely put the Boulogne-Billancourt district in that category. (For tennis fans, it is within walking distance of Roland Garros). I did not take the offered breakfast so I won't comment on that. For the price, I thought it was a very good place.

Both the hotel and its rooms are very basic, but the bathroom - which is probably the most important part of a hotel for me - was modern and clean, so I was happy! Our room was small, but this was as expected, and they managed to fit in a small desk and TV. The main downsides were that the room needed a bit of TLC (there was flaking paint in some spots, for example), and that the only windows were above the door, so there wasn't much natural light coming into the room. There is a lounge area beside the reception with sofas, where tea and coffee is available from a machine, but we did not feel comfortable lounging around and chatting right next to the receptionist! That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, so maybe we are just introverts. The hotel is also in a great location, in a nice quarter of Paris and only 5 mins from a metro station - so even though there was a bit of travel time to get to any of the tourist spots, it was fairly easy to do so. I would say that the price of our stay matched up to the quality and location of this hotel, so it would make a good place for a traveller on a budget.

Staying here is because the training is close, the hardware is almost too high expectation with the domestic home, the bed and the pillow are very comfortable, the bathroom is wet and dry, there is no toothpaste, the toothbrush slippers need to be taken from the country, the TV is all French. Understand, so remember to bring a computer, the desktop cookies are good but charge, and people who like it can buy it on Taobao. For breakfast, there are a few Western-style scrambled eggs, bacon, three cold meats, bread croissants, fresh orange juice and milk, and a fruit juice that has not been tried. Yogurt with fruit or nuts, of course, must-have coffee in France. , starting at 7 in the morning. A gentleman at the front desk was very good. My itinerary became a few orders and I was very patient to help me. 400 meters south of the hotel is convenient for exit line 10. There are a lot of foods to eat nearby, but Japanese foods don’t go. They are all fakes opened by compatriots. They also put the songs of Sun Yanzi.

I stayed here for work for a week in October 2020. This is quite a well-known building in local terms because it used to be a local office of the Banque de France. OK, so most people only go to the Banque de France when they need to change French Francs to Euros (too late for that now by the way) but the building itself is lovely to look at (warm, light red brick, and a very imposing entrance. Much of the original ground floor layout has been kept, but the hotel itself has really done a lovely job of both appealing to international clients and remaining part of the local environment. There is a roof terrace bar (sadly closed right now) and the ground floor bar and reception is spacious and well-lit. The hotel is about 10 years old but it is clean as a whistle and the rooms are tidy, the bed comfortable and the bathroom modern and the shower quite spacious. There is plenty of light in the rooms and the double / triple glazing means you hear nothing at all. One minor gripe - the heating / air conditioning is one of those centralized systems where they "switch to winter" and from then on, no matter if there is a heatwave, you cannot have cool air until they "switch to summer". A real shame. But the window opens wide and the temperature was fine. Breakfast was good, a wide variety of offerings. I was quite surprised however that in these times of strict lockdown that the buffet breakfast did not require / recommend gloves (which several hotels I have been in recently have required). Each person did have individual "tongs" to pick up food so maybe I'm getting paranoid in my old age. Thoroughly recommend and the neighborhood has restaurant by the bucket-load, a decent Monoprix 1 minute away and plenty of easy transport options. Special mention to Melanie at reception because she was engaged, well-informed and generally very positive - this is important in these times.

If you are visiting the Parc des Princes, this is the hotel for you. Its within walking distance and very convenient. Easy metro access into the city (direct route to the Eiffel Tower). Not much variety at breakfast but you get enough. Staff very friendly and place lovely and clean but rooms were a little disappointing. Having said that, would recommend as value for money and location to the stadium. Sweets in the room for our child was a lovely added touch. Free upgrade was very much appreciated.
