We checked in when the COVID-19 pandemic happened so expected that most of the facilities would be closed. The staff's service was good and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The downside of our stay was that the in-room phone didn't work. The hotel's staff came to fix it later. One of our MacBooks couldn't connect to the WiFi. Their staff couldn't get it fixed so I used Hotspot from my iPhone, instead. The hotel is in a good location with a bridge connecting it to a nice shopping mall across the road.

I do not recommend this hotel. There are competitively priced alternatives which IMO offer both a better experience and value proposition. I booked on the assumption that my visit would be a short stay, and comfort would not be an issue. I was wrong. I just knew from the moment I checked in that I was not going to enjoy my stay. The staff gave off a vibe like they were doing me a favour. The room wasn't much like the description and was a bit of a let down, but for what I was paying and since I would be there less than 2 days, fine. Not much of a view, in fact, no view. So much for the deluxe room and the pictures on the hotel website. The room was at least clean and the bathroom acceptable. Unfortunately, the bedding mattress was as hard as sleeping on a bench. I woke up with a pain in both my neck and back. The AC worked, and the TV had a decent selection. It would have been be nice if the room safe was actually operational and could fit a basic laptop. The hotel is described as three star and that's what I got, but three star by Thai standards, which is more like 2 star by North American and Australian standards, so be warned. The hotel has the oddest design for its pool. It's like it was an afterthought. One has to walk from the reception area to the rooms by skirting around the pool. The problem is that there isn't much of a safety margin as one is literally walking on the edge of the pool to get to the rooms. Forget about this place if you are in a wheelchair or mobility impaired. I found it difficult carrying a bag because it had rained and was slippery. The hotel offers a breakfast of sorts, but honestly, for what they offer, why bother. I found it unappetizing. There's a Starbucks and a few restaurants across the street in the small shopping mall which serve breakfast. During my stay I noticed a potent drain odor in part of the hotel. I guess they tried to cover it up with large amounts of floral spray because the perfumy smell just hung in the air and walking through it left me with a bad headache. If you are sensitive to industrial scent sprays, you will need to exercise caution. The overall vibe while I was there was sort of somber and gloomy. On the other hand, if one is of limited financial means and is mostly inactive, this place may be a good option.

The hotel is small, but very cozy, with a sky blue background. There is a fish pond next to the swimming pool. The main entrance is facing the central shopping mall. There are many shops, snacks, and supermarkets. The large lobsters in the supermarket are super cheap, only 456 bar, about RMB 90 yuan. The road from the back door leads to the beach. You can ride horses on the beach. The feeling of riding a horse on the beach is really great. You can ride to a nearby hill and drink coconut milk. You can also watch the sunrise on the beach in the early morning and watch seabirds fly. Friends who like surfing can surf on the beach. Hua Hin has the most beautiful railway station in Thailand. Take a photo as a souvenir. The hotel is very close to Khao Takiap. You can go to the mountain to see a lot of monkeys playing there. The hotel rooms are not big, but very comfortable, cost-effective, and the service is good. Suitable for leisurely travel.

Next to Blue mall, there is a common alley, so it is convenient but quiet. The swimming pool is sloped, suitable for the elderly and people with reduced mobility. Huaxin is a family attraction. Rejected to the night market (just go to the creative night market, which makes one suck), there is no problem sending it to the night market, but I made a three-way call on the return trip and waited 3-40 minutes to pick up, so the points were deducted.

A very comfortable hotel with a total of three buildings, with a swimming pool in the middle and a balcony on the first floor leading to the swimming pool. The people who stayed in were all Europeans and Americans. There were few Chinese. The rooms were large and comfortable, especially the design of the balcony facing the swimming pool. The waiters are very welcoming and greet everyone when they come in and out. There is a path in the back garden that leads directly to the beach. There are not many varieties of breakfast, basically enough. The disadvantage of Weiyi is that the location is a bit off, and it takes a long way to get in and out of the taxi. I took a taxi to the train station and night market for 100 baht. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel location is very good, just on the main road of Hua Hin. The hotel is not big but the environment is elegant and quiet. The decoration of the entire hotel is Moroccan style, covered with maroon and various floral mosaics, plus palm trees, giving people a feeling of being on the Sahara coast. The hotel's hardware and services are very comfortable, the service staff is very polite, proactive, and fluent in English communication (at least better than me). I asked the front desk to help me rent a motorcycle, rent a car, and call to repair the floor drain of the room. And feedback is fast. During the eleventh period, various room types range from 800-2000. The most advanced Sky Suite is a jumping floor with its own private rooftop and invincible ocean views. The suite we live in has a jacuzzi on the balcony. I can soak for half an hour every day. !! The hotel has a lot of breakfast earlier, the combination of Chinese and Western, the coffee is freshly ground, and the black tea is the tea bag of Chuanning. The hotel's swimming pool is directly connected to the beach. At night, you can sit on the platform next to the beach and blow the sea breeze. It is 7-9 pm every night. We stayed for 4 days and it was a great experience and worth recommending!

Hua Hin's geographical form is relatively slender, mainly extending on both sides of a road. This hotel is not very new, you need to grab a taxi to the attractions, usually 100 baht. A little further away, it is recommended to charter a car or directly negotiate with the grab driver. You can charter a car by the hour, usually 1,000-2000 baht. You can play the three scenic spots in the north for 6 hours, about 1300-1600 baht. It's nice that the hotel has breakfast, a swimming pool can also soak for a while. There are many old white ladies playing golf here. There are also white people called Miss Thailand Black, the female feeling is not very clean. Haha.

The hotel facilities are not good, because the windows and balcony are small, the room is dark and a bit wet. The sea view room is not bad. The other rooms are really average. The villa room in the middle of the garden is also dark, because the garden has many small trees. There are many mosquitoes. The only good thing is that the geographical environment is to go out. The restaurant for breakfast is sitting at my beach. I eat and drink and have a holiday mood. If you ask me to recommend it, I do n’t recommend it. I will say that the selected sea view room is really recommended. Other rooms are not recommended.

Arrived Hua Hin a day earlier than expected date, so I had to stay in a room for one day before moving to the hotel which I had pre-booked. Started walking from the Train station. Checked 3,4 hotels on the way. Their prices were from 1300 - 1600 baht/day for triple bedroom. Then I reached this place. The owner offered me 600 baht/day for the family room with AC, which I happily agreed. Upon check-in, I was amazed at the size of the room. It was so big. It had one double bed, one single bed, and one bunk bed. More than enough for my family. The owner was so friendly and the first one with whom I could speak in English. The location of the hotel was also excellent. 2 min walk to Night market. The Green songte-o also runs from the front of this hotel, which takes you to Market village, Bus station and Khao Takiab. If I had not pre-booked other hotel for remaining days, I would have certainly stayed here for the remaining days. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The environment is very good, very quiet, the garden is small and exquisite, the service staff is warm and friendly, the reception in the lobby is very intimate, and the homemade water lolly and marshmallows are distributed every afternoon at the water feature of the porch. The children's club is small, with video games and building blocks, can be hosted for free, and some paid courses range from 150-350B. The hotel arranged us a room near the children's pool area, facing the slide and the children's pool, with excellent views and close to the beach. Breakfast is not included when booking a room. Considering the crowd or calling for meals, there is no right to speak.

how to say? The sheets are like this! The kitchenware is very clean! The small balcony can dry clothes! Don't expect the English at the front desk, it basically means nothing. I told my Thai friends to call and speak Thai! The convenience store in front of the hotel has a lot of food and minibus is very convenient to walk around! Walk to the beach for ten minutes, the sand is soft and the water items are cheap However, there was a power outage 2-3 times a day for four days! There are good and bad, the price is just like this

I liked it here, certainly a very comfortable residence in a nice location for shops and restaurants. Maybe about ten mins walk to the beach. First two nights I had the small single room which had a fan. It was perfect with the fan going and did not need a/c. Good value. Last night this room was booked so I used the dorm. This did have a/c and was also a good option. Showers are warm, everything clean. Owner is very pleasant plus the young Burmese girl also is very sweet and helpful. Can recommend wholeheartedly!

Stayed 3 weeks enjoyed every minute. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Great being able to cook. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the bird's and the golf course. Bathroom excellent, hairdryer, soaps shampoos. Kitchen with job and microwave, washing up liquid provided. I really can't say anything bad, perhaps there should be brush and pan for crumbs you accidentally drop but that's all.

Situated in a quiet area but in easy reach of Hua Hin amenities, a beautiful serene and tranquil villa which feels like home. Marlene welcomes you with kindness and warmth and is an exceptional hostess. Breakfast is perfect - there is no rush, is made fresh to when you would like to eat with smoothies and fresh coffee, fruits and salads, warm breads and croissants and home made jams, ( and cooked breakfasts to your order) - we ate like kings! The villa is superbly decorated and with Marlene's personal touch, everything from the decor to place settings is personally and professionally arranged, yet with a very homely and welcoming feel. Nothing is too much, Marlene has the gift of ensuring you have everything you need for your stay to be comfortable, (she even gave us a mobile phone with a Thai Sim card with contacts for our use during our stay), and yet giving you the privacy to enjoy the wonderful villa, gardens and pool. We only wish you could expand into the UK Marlene and we would visit every weekend! Recommend 100% - we will make this our choice of somewhere to stay whenever we re-visit Thailand!

Had a look at this hotel a couple of years back when it first opened and as it had a large car park thought it would be good for a change and stay in Soi 94. The hotel has been built on the cheap and needs some remedial work, especially around the reception area and the bathrooms in rooms. Bed was fine but airconditioning unit blows straight onto the bed so freezing and too stuffy in the room to just have the verandah door open. The bathroom doors in the room we had need to be replaced as made on the cheap and decaying from water damage. The shower plumbing needs looking into the shower flooded each time used. The toilet holder fell off each time fixed lol. Bar fridge in room kettle toileties and coffee tea etc. One chair and a small table for two people. Plenty of hanging space. Small balcony with view of the mountains and back soi was too small for two adults as airconditioning unit takes up half. They wanted to charge 40baht each time to use the pool table so it doesn't get used much. Now for the good stuff... All the women working at the hotel were so lovely and very friendly. Always happy to help with breakfast. Cleaned room each day although the taps in the bathroom really do need a good scrubb. The pool area had 3 deck chairs and it is very narrow to walk to were the pool ladder is. The pool decking was too hot to walk on. Pool cleaniness was fine. Stayed 2 weeks and was happy to leave.

For our December trip to Hua Hin, my family and I were at the behest of the most unfortunate and appalling places to stay I think I've encountered in all my years of travel. Upon arrival, the outer gardens and general presence of the place seems welcoming and clean. It's when you insert the key into the room door that you get the full impression of what's going on here. Surfaces are all dirty and look as though they've not been cleaned in half a century. Rat droppings in the kitchen windowsills, water from the taps is yellow and smells like sewerage. The outside balconies are peppered with bird droppings that have NEVER been cleaned up. The drains all run slow or are totally blocked, with some black discharge coming out of them. All the faucets are loose, rusted, wobbly and damaged, there's also a very bare minimum of amenities provided for your use. The excuse? It's a homestay, so we don't do that. This place upon our investigation is only 2 years old, but it's so poorly maintained and badly cleaned that you'd mistake it for being 40 years old. The design and layout is awesome, but it's all completely let down by the lack of proper hygiene standards. On day 3, they turned off the water and electricity to the room. This is while I had a face full of soap in the shower and had to wait 20 minutes before they switched it back on. The water pressure is non existent, the temperature of the shower goes from burning hot to ice cold for no reason and by the end of your shower, you'll be standing in a pool of water due to the drains being completely clogged to the brim with all kinds of gunk. After that incident with the water and power, we decided to take up stay at another resort that's not run by a Thai company, rather a world class business that treats their customers with respect, not contempt. I had to fight tooth and nail with the agent of the villa and Agoda to attain a refund for the nights we reneged on due to the poor hygiene conditions. Unfortunately, due to possible contact with the rat droppings in the kitchen, my wife and I had fallen slightly ill for a short period of time. I was on the toilet so long that my legs went numb! The staff at the reception area were polite enough to assist us in attaining a partial refund for the withdrawal of our stay, but it was only because when we informed them we were not going to stay there anymore, they gave the room to someone else during the time in which we had it booked in. I asked them to clean the room properly because my driver would be joining us for one night before taking us to Buriram the following day. I informed him to only use the bedroom and not go anywhere near the balconies or kitchen areas. Despite us making a number of requests to clean the room properly, none of the above problems were addressed. They simply mopped the floor quickly, changed the towels and left. Toilets are dirty, showers in a disgusting state and kitchen resembles something found in a third worl

Very beautiful hotel, suitable for me this kind of lazy people I do not want to move in the hotel. The hotel is a bit on the side and close to the airport. Here is a palace of love and hope to see. But I came to Hua Hin several times and never went in. Haha! The farthest night market tamarind night market calls a car 400B, to market village 250B! You can call at the front desk. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to Hua Hin town, it seems to be 14:00, 19:00, 20:00. I have never done it anyway. The room is particularly large, and it is worth mentioning that the bathroom is particularly large. It is estimated that there are 10 square meters. There is also an oversized bathtub where the waiter comes to add bath salt every day. Capsule coffee is also replenished every day. There are 6 of them, and you can't finish them. Through the villa area is the seaside pool. There are 2 large swimming pools, one near the seaside and one in the hotel. The beach here is awesome, no one is private, haha. It can only go down at low tide in the evening, and the wind is slightly strong. It is recommended that if you come to Hua Hin for the first time, you can consider the second hotel as your first choice. The first hotel chooses a lively place, the supermarket stores some food here, and enjoys the time. Especially good!

During the epidemic, this hotel was undergoing renovation, so only the large swimming pool was open, and the two small swimming pools were not open. Public areas are covered with advertising boards, and it is not difficult to see the long history of the elevator. The refrigerator in the room has poor cooling effect and is empty. It depends on the whole family opposite the hotel to get everything done. The breakfast price of 700 baht per person allows two people to see all the restaurants across the road. Loved the welcome!! Great reception staff and efficient plus a smile ... Guest room is good. Stylish yes, but cheap amenities dont live up to stylish expectation and not refilled - TV should be a smart TV but had just a couple of English channels and not able to enjoy a smart view as other stylish hotels offer. Black out curtains great but light streams in at the top so needed eye mask to sleep well. Bed fabulous !!!! Breakfast ... totally lousy... salad bar consisted of just cucumber. No brown bread; coffee was cheap as to other items like sausage and juices... if you want a stylish breakfast as they advertise dont bother taking it or you will be disappointed.. Conclusions great room lovely front desk service and great to see the RM chatting to guests (I told her about breakfast)
