Excellent hotel in a quiet location but close to the center of the Champ-Élysées Staff very nice and helpful. Family connecting rooms on the 4th floor very nice and comfortable, Clean. Daily cleaning and changing of towels without throwing them on the floor. In the room minibar, kettle, coffee maker, filtered water as present daily. The double beds were very comfortable, also the bed linen and pillows were very comfortable. The service was great. I ordered as a surprise for my wife, a bouquet, choco candy and original champagne for the room before our arrival and still fresh juice for the children when we arrive. Everything was prepared on time and tastefully. Breakfast with service and very friendly and friendly staff. Since we travel a lot around the world, I recommend this hotel as a great choice for visiting Paris. Thank you to the team of Hotel Le A.

This is a typical three-star hotel with no aspiration to be a four-star--with a small and dimly-lit reception, an old-fashioned lift which can only take two passengers and their luggage, small, adequate but somewhat tired-looking rooms, a plastic container of a nondescript hand wash/shower gel/shampoo mounted on the bathroom wall...(the shower was good, though). The location is its strong point--a short walk from the Champs Elysees (with a Monoprix supermarket on the way). A metro station (St-Philippe du Roule, Line 9 ) is near by. Except for the two incidents described below, I would not have had any special complaint. On the day I arrived, after going out for supper, I returned a little after 8:30 pm and found that I could not enter the hotel. The automatic front door was locked and did not open. A few fellow-guests also arrived, and we tried to ring up the hotel on our mobile phones, but there was no reply. Mystified, all we could do was to stand outside the hotel, waiting (luckily, it was not raining). It was nearly fifteen minutes before the receptionist came back to the front desk and opened the door (with no word of apology). It appears that at this hotel the only person on duty in the evening is a receptionist, and whenever he needs to leave the front desk, he does so simply by locking the front door. It does not matter if returning hotel guests are forced to stand outside for Goodness knows how long. On the next day, I returned to my room in the evening and found that the room had not been cleaned, the bed not made, the wastepaper basket not emptied, no fresh supply of towels and toilet rolls... Clearly, my room had not been serviced during the day. I reported it to the reception, and the receptionist on this occasion was full of apology and tried to rectify the matter as quickly as possible. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed at all sorts of places, from five-star hotels to humble B&Bs. But I have never been prevented from entering my accommodation or found my room unserviced. I will not go back to the Elysees Hotel; nor do I recommend it to others.

The hotel was an absolute delight, but we all know that what makes or breaks a hotel stay, is the staff. Gerrard was absolutely amazing. Neither my daughter or I speak French. We arrived exhausted and stressed as I had mislaid our passports. He quickly, and with a minimum of fuss, arranged a wonderful meal for us and my daughter's dog guide at a local restaurant. He also worked through the passport issue with us and all was resolved in his quiet way. He is indeed, a treasure. Marie not only cooks a wicked breakfast, it is very clear that she takes a great deal of pride about the way "her hotel" looks. Another treasure. We will be back - because at the end of the day, we still have not seen the sights of Paris!

Stayed two nights on the 24th and the 25th. Because the first night was a large one and two small ones, the standard room could not be accommodated in the superior room, but the first night of the hotel told us to arrange two rooms without paying the room fee. You only need to pay taxes. There is only one room for the second night, but an extra bed fee of 70 euros per night is required. We thought it was a surprise on Christmas Eve. We checked in at that time. My oldest child was 14 years old. It was still a little worrying to let him live in a room by himself. After all, he lived on the first floor alone (the other room was on the fifth floor). At about 6am in the morning, there was still a quarrel on the road next to the hotel. It seems that the streets of Paris are not very safe. On the 25th, after we checked out and settled the charges, Ctrip started to charge for the room night for 24 nights. Different customer service every day, I explained to them every day what happened. I changed the number of customers to six or seven to explain the reason. , Although it feels like a cheap pick up, but it feels very uncomfortable. When we booked the hotel, we also deliberately asked Ctrip butlers whether the shopping malls around the hotel were open or not, and responded that some of them should be open. As a result, all shopping malls on the 25th were closed, including many restaurants that were closed.

There are so many hotels to choose from. But after some research, location, price etc we decided to stay hee or 3 nights. Location was great for us and having a metro stop nearby is always important for us. We had caught a early morning flight so when we arrived at the hotel our room wasn't quite ready. Not an issue though, we still checked in, and the hotel staff looked after our bags. When we arrived back in the evening we got our room keys and headed on up to the room. Our bags had already been taken to our room for us which was great. Entering the room there was a short corridor that led to the bathroom and to the bedroom. The corridor had the mini bar, safe, and some shelving. The mini bar was complimentary which has some soft drinks, water and orange juice in it, and was restocked once a day. Bathroom was a good size. clean and nice relaxing decor. The bath and shower was good. Slight issue with the shower screen seal not providing a 100% seal and water was leaking past it onto the floor though. Bath robes for us which was great. There was also a variety of toiletries including a little scrub which was nice. Bedroom was a good size, clean and simple decor. the high ceiling were great and roomy. Bed was huge and comfortable. There was a coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee. We found our tea and coffee was not replaced and restocked at all throughout our stay which was a bit poor. Air conditioning. This only worked in the summer, so we had to leave our windows open to get some cool air in at night as the room was on the warm side for us. WIFI: wifi was available and free. Breakfast: After our first night we headed down for breakfast just before 10am. When we arrived in the breakfast area, it was actually very small and all the tables were full, or had not been cleaned. We stood by a dirty table for several minutes waiting for staff to come to us, but they just ignored us and walked on by. First impressions count and breakfast service was rubbish. We were actually shocked. Eventually someone came and cleaned the table so we could sit down. We asked for tea and coffee and the lady went and got these for us, but when we brought the pots over, she didn't give us any cups at all. We waited a bit longer thinking she would return, but no. No cips at all. We ended up getting some paper cups to drink out of. Food: Well, there wasn't really much. Really poor breakfast selection. Hot items were all empty. No boiled eggs, half of all the cold items had gone. There was no restocking of the food or even asked if there was anything we would like so they could cook it or get it. In fact the attitude of the staff was seriously poor, like they were put out that we had come to breakfast. Some other guests arrived after us and had the same issues. Even they got a disgusted look when they asked if there were any more boiled eggs. We ended up sitting down with hot drinks out of a paper cup and a pastry. No excellently

We stayed in this hotel in 5th to 9th November 2018 and from the start we weren’t impressed! We booked directly on the hotels site which sent an email confirming our booking the next morning(automatic email) booked After hearing nothing for almost 2 months and travelling 2 weeks later I emailed the hotel who stated no nothing was confirmed and a card needed to be used to confirm the booking which is standard absolutely but it would have been nice to be emailed/contacted about this or we could have arrived in Paris with no hotel! Arriving at the hotel we were shocked by a large construction site attached to the hotel as nothing had once been said anywhere about work and paying for a hotel it is something I think should be said. The hotel was clean and small on reception. No luggage storage area and the lift was very small. 2 person lift and you could squeeze in your cabin bags if you tried to. The room is not like any of the photos online it was small and cramped with no room to even walk around. The balcony option we paid more for wasn’t even accessible as such you could stand on it but the chair/table was purely decorative as no space to sit or leisure. Overall I wouldn’t be returning to the hotel until purely for a shopping trip or cheap alternative to a nice Parisian hotel.

This was our 5th time at Le Colisee and we have never been disappointed. From the fiststep into the hotel to our last we where greeted by name and made to feel welcome. The location is ideal, close to all the things we love about Parise. The rooms are small but that's Paris! Rooms are clean with great large windows in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. The breakfasts are just rights too start your day. I highly recommend Le Colisee.....

This month I had the pleasure of a 2 night stay at the Hotel du Rond-Point to celebrate my 30th birthday. My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel and immediately were met by the staff who were all so welcoming, kind & helpful. They were gracious enough to upgrade our room as a birthday surprise, and when we walked into our room there was a welcome gift of champagne & macarons waiting for us! The charm of Hotel du Rond-Point comes from the authentic boutique feel of the place; the hotel has less than 40 rooms and while the room sizes are a bit on the smaller side, they all offer comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and if you're lucky, little balconies you can go out onto to see stunning views of Paris. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel (7th floor), and we had a balcony complete with a little table & chairs where we could sit and soak up the city around us. Breakfast was included in our booking each morning (quite a common add on when you book your trip and HIGHLY recommended), and it was such a beautiful, delicious affair! Again, the serving staff was so attentive and friendly, and the food was impeccable; the omelettes are perfection, a true testament to a fabulous chef; the basket of pastries were flaky & fresh; the fresh squeezed juices, choices of meats & cheeses, granola and yogurts, and of course all their coffee drinks were simply outstanding. We adored our breakfasts each morning! To contrast the morning, we also made sure to have cocktails in the dining area each evening, crafted with care by Johann. He created the hotel's cocktail list, and is your bartended each evening as well, happy to make you anything you desire. We sampled several drinks over our vacation time, all were beautifully balanced & boozy in just the right way. Make sure you also visit the swimming pool while you stay here, long enough to get some laps in, and romantic & relaxing to unwind in after a long day of walking around Paris! Another bonus when you stay at Hotel du Rond-Point is that they are part of the Esprit de France collection; this allows you to obtain a small business card when you check in, and while you're in Paris, if you're in need of ducking inside somewhere to use the facilities, borrow an umbrella or sit in a lobby area for a rest, you can visit any of the other Esprit de France hotels to do so. While there are so many wonderful things to say about this property, I think the top thing to really take away from my experience staying here is that the staff is what makes this hotel so special. From the bellhops, to the desk managers, breakfast servers to Laura Panaccione, the Director of Sales, the pride and care from the team working here is one of a kind. We are so grateful to everyone we met with, chatted with, and who helped make our stay so very meaningful. Merci beaucoup Hotel du Rond-Point!

This international apartment in Paris has a first-class environment and is easy to find by car. It is located on the main road of the Champs-Elysées. Although the facade is not large, the interior is large. The hotel itself does not have a parking lot. You can park by car next to the large underground public parking lot, which is convenient and expensive. The hotel management and service are very good, two big and one small, booked a suite for 4 people, complete facilities, high-end, especially spacious and convenient. After a few meals, the family was very happy and satisfied! Walking distance to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping is very convenient, is the best choice for parent-child travel.

Linen was dirty, I asked for an extra sheet to put under the surety l quilt, in the whole hotel they didn’t have a single extra sheet ! the reception guy didn’t believe me that the linen could be dirty, finally he sent his colleague up to my room who then saw the linen and took pictures of it. They finally offered me a separate blanket. They didn’t have toothpaste ! The excuse was they had ordered it but didn’t get a delivery because of the weekend! They claim to have all non smoking rooms. I asked for a non smoking one. The room reeked of smoke . I kept calling them about it, they refused to believe me. At 10 pm I had to bring the reception guy to my room and then he acknowledged that a the previous guest must have smoked there but there was nothing they could do except move me to to a lower category room. After a 15 hour journey and 3 hours of explaining things to them, I had to take the option. They disabled their air conditioning due to winter and have no way to lower the radiator heat. The rooms are the smallest you have ever seen and it was VERY SUFFOCATING! I was offered a solution of sleeping with my balcony door open ! This is a first floor room that opens out on the Haussmann Boulevard, not only was it very easy for anyone to climb into the balcony , one cannot sleep with the balcony door open given the noise from all the vehicles. As a woman travelling alone, I didn’t feel safe keeping the door open. I somehow managed to spend that one night there and in the morning asked for my unused nights to be refunded as I was moving to another hotel. The receptionist flatly refused. She was polite but very unhelpful. I asked to speak to a manager, he was on leave and unavailable to talk to a disgruntled customer. There was no one else to escalate to. I was charged for the entire 4 nights, despite checking out after the first one. When they moved me to a lower category room, they did not agree to charge me a lower rate, So I basically ended up paying ~1150 Euro for one night ! Don’t go to this hotel, not only are they unprofessional but are also unethical !

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
