I stayed at this location for 7 days. The location was perfect and the staff were so helpful. I spoke minimal French and they spoke great English. I was on the 6th floor and the room was comfortable as there isn't air conditioning - which is not uncommon in France. A floor fan was provided. The breakfast has a good selection also. So - if you are looking for a place at a great cost, this would be it.

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Like most people, I booked this hotel after reading the positive reviews. However having stayed here for 3 nights just a few days ago I would advise against staying in this hotel unless you're a very deep sleeper. Pros: strong hot shower, daily housekeeping, lots of eateries nearby, lively area, near to metro Cons: 1. walls are paper thin, could hear everything-from the motorbike trekking past, someone showering upstairs, person coughing and talking next door and or when they close their door.. Literally everything, which really made our sleep and trip uncomfortable 2.had a stained pillow when we first checked in-the stained pillow was right in front of the bed, so not sure how they would have missed it. 3.Room is small and very basic, makeshift shower with curtains which doesn't fully shut-which we can live with, but the noise and disrupted sleep has put us off from returning. 4.its close to a metro station, but its not close to any sights if you're thinking of walking by foot. Please note we stayed facing the side street, and there was an option to pay 30euros more per night to sleep facing the courtyard, but we decided against it as the walls were paper thin anyway, and would have made little difference.

My partner and I went to Paris for a weekend and stayed at the New Hotel le Voltaire. The hotel as such makes an overall good impression. Stylish furnishing and easy to reach by public transport. The hotel room was very small and unfortunately was infested by bed bugs. Since I have never made an experience with them before, I didn't realise that the tiny "insects" we found on our sheets where bed bugs. We brushed it off as some sort of harmless bug and stayed there for two nights. After arriving back home, both my partner and I were littered with bites. After little research it was clear, that what we saw on our bed and the bites that we suffered where bed bug bites! I notified the hotel immediately but unfortunately have not received any reply or apology so far.... I find it very sad for a 4 star hotel with prices over 100 € per night to not even react to accusations that concern the cleanliness in their hotel. Since I can 100% assure, that I have gathered my 150+ bites from my 2 night stay in this hotel, I would have at least expected the hotel to take this serious and apologise

My husband and I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Metro and also because we wanted to stay in the 11th. We booked the privilege Room and while we couldn't get the exact Room number we wanted, the room provided was clean and nicely sized. We had a king size bed, in-room safe and a refrigerator to store our booze. If there is one complaint I would have it is that because we were so close to the elevator we could hear the incessant clicking as we tried to sleep. It wasn't a deal breaker but I would certainly choose a room that was not directly next to the elevator in the future. I would not mind staying at this property again. It was very close to plenty of bistros and boulangeries so we had no problems getting an early morning or late night meal. The DIRECT access to the Metro (Voltaire) made it easy to get around Paris. With so many hotels to pick from it can be overwhelming to try to find a place to stay. Especially if this is your 1st time visiting Paris like it was for us. This hotel had the basics covered. It was clean, comfortable and accessible. Charly at the front desk was very kind and helpful. All in all, this is a decent, reliable hotel. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.

Stayed at Hotel Panache for 3 nights. Booked last minute and was still able to get a huge room with a double bed and an additional single bed and which also had a relatively big bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hotel has a small lift which is not always a given in European hotels and is close to Grand Boulevards Metro Station, buses from the Champs D'Elysees and lots of excellent food and bars around the 9th Arr. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make the stay pleasurable. Hotel is very fairly priced considering the area.

Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!

It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

The biggest advantage is being able to see the Eiffel Tower at a reasonable price. Lovely hotel, super staff, comfortable rooms bit small but only what is to be expected. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Our only gripe was the Creole restaurant outside decided to play very loud music from 12 am. It was that bad we went down to complain to reception who did manage to get this turned down but the people in the restaurant continued to be loud. We did find out that the restaurant did not close until 2 am so as we were there to sleep we did not get the best sleep we would have hoped for hence 1 mark being removed.

We had a Queen size bed in a Standard room, as requested. The bed was The Best, as were the linens. Amenities in the room and throughout the hotel were great. The breakfast is fabulous! Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location , walking distance from Sacre Coeur , Montmartre , Moulin Rouge. All positive. The things i didn’t like was when we were in our room there was a faint tap on door and before we even had chance to realise it was the door a man walked in to unlock the child’s bed. I feel he should of knocked harder and gave us a chance to answer before just walking in. The bar was closed for our whole stay which we weren’t notified of until we got there. Also it was hard to sleep because at 6.30 every morning there was workman making loads of noise right outside our window which I thought was too early and again we weren’t pre-warned about.

The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.
