0.42km from le FelliniThe hotel is quite far from the train station. Large rooms, clean. Very convenient facilities. Contacting the housekeeping is very difficult to check in. Not having to call, have to call the central contact number. Calls very hard. Must allow the person who is speaking French to be very difficult to contact before staying

0.46km from le FelliniWe got there late, we couldn't call so the front desk was closed when we arrived but they still made it possible for us to get our keys, so we were very grateful. The young lady at front desk was very understanding during our entire stay. The room was ok-clean. Because of the Covid-19 new regulations, we had to clean daily ourselves but we were prepared to clean and sanitize the room anyway (and you could borrow cleaning stuff if necessary) so we didn't mind it at all. No air condition, just a basic first-price fan so it got pretty hot inside but we survived it.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Would stay again.
0.69km from le FelliniWe arrived early in the morning, well before check-in time. We could leave our suitcase. We were offers tea and coffee. The Girl at reception was very friendly, as it was raining she offered us a umbrella. When we checked in the afternoon, we saw the Appartement. It’s on 2 levels, with a steep spiral staircase. Unfortunately the upstairs was very dusty. Dust on the surfaces and the floor. They said they would give the room a clean while we out later. We came back and the floor had been vacuumed but the surfaces stayed dusty. This is a no go. The Bed is very comfy. There is a powershower. The location is also great. Quiet Sidestreet, a 5 min walk from the Trainstation. The overall design of the Villa is very Stylish. We leave with mixed feelings, thanks to the Dust. Without the Dust it would have been 5 Stars.....
0.72km from le FelliniAn easy walk from the station and easy to find, provided you pay attention to the street numbers. There is a very small plaque beside the front door; otherwise, no obvious hotel signage. Isobel may contact you prior to arrival to ensure all is ready for you. Isobel is a charming host, who will give you some good information to help you orient yourselves and make the most of your stay. She is very attentive without being intrusive: she has the balance just right. The hotel feels spacious especially upstairs, accessed by the sweeping (marble?) staircase. Our room was simply but tastefully furnished. The bedroom floors are attractively polished floorboards. The heavy footed or those who wear heels may wish to bear in mind how sound might travel to the adjoining rooms. Bottled water is provided in the room and refreshed each day. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but a very well equipped communal kitchen downstairs. There are some mugs with lids to take upstairs but also inside & garden areas for sitting. The common breakfast table proved one of the unexpected high points for us over our 2 nights.
0.73km from le FelliniClose to the st jean train station, walk or take the bus number c to the central block. There is a charge for breakfast at the hotel and there is a car park at the door. Because Bordeaux has two mercures, running the wrong way, calling the front desk Miss sister to help free for a half-hour check-out

0.83km from le FelliniThe hotel's breakfast is good, that is, the variety is too small, the price is small, the hot chocolate is super delicious, highly recommended. The hotel is just opposite the high-speed rail station. It was chosen for the convenience of the train, but the surrounding security is normal and avoid going out alone at night.
0.84km from le FelliniThe service of the hotel is average, the location is okay, not far from the train station, the room is small, the room is clean, but there are almost no facilities, so it is inconvenient. I have stayed at many Ibis, but I am not very satisfied with each one. The waiter was not polite.
0.85km from le FelliniThe California Hotel is located a 10-minute drive from Bordeaux city centre, opposite the Saint-Jean SNCF train station. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel. All of the soundproofed rooms are spacious and have cable TV and private bathrooms. The California offers a snack service until 22:00 and guest are invited to relax on the outdoor terrace. The hotel has a 24-hour reception and a public car park is located 50 metres from the hotel. An airport shuttle for Bordeaux Airport stops opposite the California hotel and a tram stop can be found just 2 minutes away.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

I initially selected this hotel due to their website video and the location. I could not have been happier with my choice - for a solo female traveller this delightful place was absolutely perfect for my stay! A gorgeous and very well equipped little apartment for one, with a beautiful courtyard to relax with a coffee or glass of wine. I felt completely comfortable for my entire 5 night stay. I can't fault the staff, especially Lisa! They were so welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. I am not a person to ever return to the same place twice, however, should I return to Bordeaux, I can only see me booking my apartment again. Why would I want to stay anywhere else?!!
The city center is located across the river, but it is easily accessible by tram, boat, etc. The parking lot was in the basement of Super Carrefour next to the hotel and was spacious. There was a supermarket next to the hotel, so it was very convenient. There is a little distance to Citedvan, but I think you should use a boat. It was also in the range of rental kick boards and rental bicycles, so I was able to use it from the front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and easy to use and the cost performance is very good.

A charming little place, clean and very comfortable, walking distance to the old part of Bordeaux with lots of bars and restaurants. Our bedroom was a large room with shower and toilet to the side, part of the room. Bit quirky but character. A warm welcome but be sure to let them know time of arrival as there is no reception as such. Breakfast was light, continental but fresh. Lovely place for a couple of nights
My wife and I had a wonderful weekend here in November 2019. I chose this place for 3 reasons: (1) the room/suite on the website looked excellent and at a good price; (2) we wanted somewhere close to Le Rocher de Palmer concert hall (we had tickets to see Lloyd Cole [he was great]); (3) the owners were happy to allow us to check in early as our flight arrived in Bordeaux at 8.30am – I asked if it would be ok to check in at 10am and they said ‘no problem’. In fact, we arrived even earlier – at 9.30am – and they were there with a basket of fresh croissants to welcome us – even though, technically, we had not paid for breakfast that morning. Sylvie and Sebastian, who own/manage the guesthouse, are a lovely couple. They are extremely welcoming, very generous [they drove us to the airport when we were leaving because it was a holiday in Bordeaux and all the taxis had ramped up their prices], and extremely thoughtful. The suite was stunning – we chose the Aquitaine suite – everything very new and stylish, and the bed was, possibly, the most comfortable we had slept in! Little touches like macarons made by their friend really added to the experience. Breakfast with home-made jams and granola, fresh bread and croissants was first rate. The house is stunning – they have clearly spent a lot of money and time on its refurbishment. It’s a 3-minute walk to the tram, which seems to come every 5 minutes, and just 4 stops into the centre of Bordeaux and 3 stops to Le Rocher de Palmer. And it feels like an oasis of calm and style – Bordeaux centre, we found, can be very busy and noisy. The house, being a bit removed, felt like a very welcoming and comfortable escape. We thought it a great choice for a weekend break and would definitely stay there again – and recommend it to any of our friends. I give it five stars.

This is a lovely property which has been beautifully restored. The setting is very gracious as are the staff who are very earnest and helpful. It is on a residential street a few blocks from the central tourist district of the city. The breakfast was delightful. We found two drawbacks. While the location is not too far from the beginning of the central area, it is a good distance from a major portion of it and from many of the restaurants. Fortunately Bordeaux has a very efficient Uber operation which is very responsive and reasonably priced so this was a minor inconvenience. The second is that the room reserved for us was located on the troisieme etage (or what American would think of as the fourth floor) of a building with lovely high ceilings but without elevator service. Unfortunately one of us has medical limitations that prohibit that climb. The staff were able to relocate us to a ground level garden room which was described as being of the same grade as the reserved room but was decidedly more cramped and less gracious. We were very disappointed. For many this hotel is a delightful choice but I believe that anyone who may have physical limitations should make careful inquiry about the particular accommodations being booked.

The hotel has excellent service! (due to covid-19 the wine-cellar could not deliver the wines to the hotel, called the hotel who sent staff to pick it up instead so we did not have to carry the wine around) - Truly excellent service! Sweet touches with calling beforehand to enquire if there are any special needs, sweet welcome in the room etc. Great facilities, amazing garden with a brilliant pool you don't want to leave. Room was spacious and cool with a little balcony.(a small thing and depending on taste: Not a fan of not having closed bathroom, with shower in the room and little privacy for being "in the bathroom".) To conclude, we wished we had stayed longer!
The room is relatively large. The location is convenient. I have stayed 2 times. The price is very high. This is the business itinerary. The customer is also very satisfied. The breakfast is not very rich. But the stove in the house can be cooked with instant noodles.
Breakfast 12 Euro / bit, relatively simple, but balanced nutrition, bread, fruit, milk, coffee, tea, eggs, yogurt. The room is ok, two large beds, a balcony facing the small lake, the room has simple kitchen utensils, you can cook, there is a supermarket downstairs. In the evening, we also made hot pot on the balcony. Of course, ingredients and induction cookers should be purchased in Chinese supermarkets. The bathroom area is also OK, the bath water is very hot, and it is quite uncomfortable for the fatigue of the day. The parking lot downstairs is also quite big, next to a small lake, running well in the morning. The overall surrounding environment is quiet and suitable for rest.

The Hotel de Seze is an outstanding choice for visiting Bordeaux. Location: The hotel is in the city center, about a fifteen minute taxi ride from the main train station and an easy walk to the main shopping and sightseeing areas; there are multiple cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Rooms: The Seze is a boutique hotel with around 50 rooms, and appears to have been updated fairly recently. We booked a basic room, which was comfortable, but extremely small and overlooking an interior courtyard. As we were adjacent to an elevator, we asked to change rooms, and the staff kindly upgraded us to the next room category, which offered more space. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom fixture and amenities were excellent. One quirk: As is typical in France, the bathroom and toilet are separate. The toilet did not have its own sink, however, so you have to traipse across the room to wash your hands in the bathroom. Amenities: WiFi is free, and worked quite well. We didn't use the spa or any of the other facilities. We did have breakfast, which includes two options: coffee, juice, and pastry for 10 euros, or a buffet including fruit, cereal, pastry, eggs, and cold cuts for 20 euros - both a reasonable deal and of good quality compared with what you'd get at most cafes. Service: Staff members were genuinely helpful and accommodating. Check-in was fast and pleasant, and the woman at the front desk volunteered a map and highlighted interesting areas of the city to visit. Staff did their best to help when we asked for late check-out on our departure. Overall, the Hotel de Seze is a great boutique property, and was the perfect base for our time in Bordeaux.
The fact that this hotel is so new and represents extremely good value for money means that I can forgive its limitations and generally pretty basic amenities. It's close to the main railway station and the nearest tram stop is only some 5 minutes' walk away, so you can get to the rest of the city pretty easily. It isn't the most inspiring of locations, being situated in an area that is being redeveloped, so at times you are likely to get some construction noise, but this is by no means continuous. The rooms are undeniably small, and the bathrooms particularly so, and storage space is minimal (no wardrobes, just a small clothes rail, and no drawers or even shelves on which to put stuff, so you will end up either leaving most of your clobber in your case, or simply leaving it on the floor, which isn't great. No complimentary toiletries, so bring your own; no tea/coffee making facilities. Our room was quite stuffy, so you may well end up leaving the window open, thus inviting in the odd biting insect. There isn't much in the way of public seating areas; just a small group of sofas around the TV in the reception area. The staff seemed okay and friendly enough. Breakfast is available for an add-on charge of 6.85 euros per day, and it's not at all bad (be warned that you would have a bit of a walk to find somewhere else as the immediate area isn't big on eating places). The breakfast room is quite small, so finding a place can be problematic at busy periods. There's a fairly basic choice (orange or 'mixed fruit' juice; just two cereals; scrambled egg and bacon the only hot options; plus various breads, croissants, and the like). Also, the 'view' from the breakfast room must be one of the least inspiring I've ever come across... So far, so basic - but we only paid the equivalent of £39 per head per night, so a stay here won't exactly break the bank. For a couple of nights or a long weekend, it's certainly worth considering (and it's one of the few hotels in Bordeaux which offers twin rooms rather than only doubles).
The hotel is not in the old town, but it is 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and there are trams at the door. Opposite the hotel is the riverside pedestrian commercial street, very interesting. The hotel is a small apartment hotel. The rooms are small but orderly. The kitchen is small but can still be cooked. There are basic cooking utensils and cups, cutlery and forks, as well as a dishwasher. Breakfast is 10.5 Euro and the quality is good, although there is no hot food. Peer friends feel that the hotel is very good.
Good location, less than ten minutes away from the train station, other transportation is very convenient, equipped with complete kitchen utensils, cooking is no problem. There are supermarkets around and it is convenient to buy things. A medium-sized Carrefour supermarket is less than ten minutes walking.

this was my 5th time in jersey but this was a special occasion it was my wonderful wife and my 21 st wedding anniversary she was very excited to be going to this hotel as i had told her about the breakfast and how good they were .WERE being the optative word sadly things were not as they were when i last visited the room was very clean BUT again a 4-star hotel should have satellite TV its 2019 for god's sake! i am disabled with a crippling painful illness called complex regional pain syndrome CRPS its the most painful and dishabilitating painful disease .so my stay at the hotel was comfy and clean BUT back only a few years ago you were taken to your seat [at breakfast and waited on and ordered coffee or tea it came in a pot and was very hot and very moreish unlike what the management have done they have bought 2 very expensive beverage makers and the products from them were not nice .eventauly i managed to get and half decent coffee from it by half filling the cup with coffee and adding hot water .it was still not as good as the coffee that came in a pot .the rest of the food was okay the milk was questionable and the picture that it was served it was full of damage [chipped GLASS ] on the whole i would have prefered it the old way it was far better to bring back the pots of coffee and get rid of the coffee machines that were always running out of product much to the annoyance of the other visitors .you have made a mistake regarding the breakfeast please restore it back to how it was .i know that i have gone on about the breakfeast alot but its an important meal .the SPA was fantastic and well maintained the use of an ipod to sign in it a bit over the top what was wrong with an A4 book that the customer just signed .maybe you should look into some sort of moving staircace for the less mobile of us.as the walk upto the hotel can be hard work if your mobility is reduced also any new room should offer a walk in shower the hotel is not a bargain hotel but i am sorry to say that i will be staying at another hotel when i next came .i even mentioned to the staff that it was our 21st wedding aneversey to the staff in the hope that some frsh flowers and maybe a bottle of bubbly would be in our room as a gift .but nothing in spain when we have gone on special vacations [birthdays and so on ] there has always been complementary flowers and chocolate and bubbly [foc] come on HDF you can do a lot better
The environment is good. Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good. The environment is good. Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.

The facilities of the Samsung Express Hotel are in harmony with ibis. Google maps are navigated to the back door of the hotel. The room is small, the toilet is in a small cubicle, and the bathtub is small. From the airport, you can take the 1+ line to the palais de justice station and walk for a hundred or two meters. It is convenient to not have a chartered car or a taxi. About 1 km walk to Pepelan Square in the city centre.
Apart from being far from the city, there is no shortcoming. The indoor parking lot is full and can only be parked. The charge can be stopped for up to 4 hours. But on both sides, there are no cars and no police placards. It may be farther away.
Bordeaux City Center
A retro-style luxury hotel in the middle of the city, in the center of the city center, the opera house is outside the window, there are commercial areas around, there are many restaurants nearby, the service is good, the environment is clean and tidy, it is recommended!
Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.
The location of Pull*** is about 15-20 minutes drive from the city center, but the tram in Bordeaux is very convenient. On the one hand, the frequency is very frequent, and the price is very reasonable. You can buy a 24-hour for $4-$5. Full-day pass, unlimited rides. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the space is moderate, the facilities are quite large, the pool table, the pool, the piano, the breakfast is also good. If time permits, I am willing to choose a hotel that is farther away from the city center, affordable and relatively new. In addition, there is a small-sized casino on the side of the hotel. The main game is to play slot machines, but the scale cannot be compared with the casinos in Macau. It is just one more night entertainment destination.
The room is a bit small and the parking is convenient

The hotel is excellent! We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and we both thought the rooms were great (small but functions perfectly!) very comfortable beds, great showers, super clean, tidy and all necessary items in the room - hairdryer, shower gel, wardrobe, safe etc. Breakfast is a good selection of boiled eggs, breads, cheese, pastries, crepes, coffee/teas, juice at a really good price. The location is brilliant, near Place Gambetta just on the edge of the old city pedestrian streets. We were right beside all the main sights and the longest walk we had to get to a particular restaurant was 14mins. Highly recommended for a great city break.

Catch up the parade, go out from the train station, spent more than 30 euros taxi to the hotel. The heart is bleeding. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby, which taste good. A few steps away is the tram stop, which is convenient for transportation.
Stayed here as the final stop of our mini tour of the Bordeaux region as a base for exploring the city. As the review title says, everything was pretty much perfect and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel is modern and finished with class. Fixtures and fittings are high quality and everything worked perfectly. Staff were helpful and enthusiastic. Room service was prompt and of a very high standard. The location is perfect for exploring the city, being just off the river, 100m from a tram stop and a 15-20 min walk from all the major sights. The only slight issue we had was when the fire alarm went off due to a kitchen problem at around midnight on one night and the shift staff could not work out how to turn it off for around 45 mins. However, mistakes happen and we were left some beautiful canales and a thoughtful note the next day to apologise. Perfectly dealt with, just like everything else. Highly recommended!
We stayed two nights in Mauriac in July and were so happy with the reception we received from our host, Pierre. He did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. The room is perfect - private deck, great bed and shower - and he tailored breakfast to my dietary restrictions. Breakfast on the deck was perfect, varied and delicious. Very good coffee. The hotel itself is setback from Rue Borie so that our room was actually in the interior of the city block meaning NO STREET NOISE whatsoever. That is fantastic because streets in old Bordeaux are narrow and vehicle noise can be really lirritating. We had a rental car that was no problem, since we reserved a spot in the garage. Up the street is the other wine museum of Bordeaux where you can get terrific recommendations on wines to buy from the staff and at all price points. On Rue Notre Dame there is a great Hawaiian coffee shop, a cool bar, a real Mexican restaurant, a millenial hardware store and maybe the best bread bakery in Bordeaux. L'esprit de Chartron is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all of this.

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. The room décor was extremely cool, and the room was well-designed. We had a balcony overlooking a quiet street. You need to punch in a code to enter the hotel at night. The staff were extremely helpful. They helped us select restaurants, and were able to advise based on first-hand knowledge. They even phoned the restaurant to book a table for us. We also wanted to visit the nearby town of St Emilion. We asked the staff member for help, as the rail journey did not seem to be direct. She mapped out our options, including a half-day tour, which we eventually chose, as it was the best value in terms of time and money. She booked the tour for us, the driver collected us from the hotel on time, and we spent a very enjoyable afternoon wandering and wine-tasting in St Emilion. On our last day, the staff booked our taxi for the morning, and followed up to check that it was on its way. The hotel is in a charming stone building and has a beautiful courtyard garden. Although it is a fair distance from the station (about 15 minutes by taxi), it is very comfortable and stylish and I would highly recommend it.
Bordeaux City Center
A good choice for a trip when you don’t have your own transport, as the hotel is right opposite the tourist information office and close to many attractions. It is also an easy tram trip from the main rail station to the Quinconces stop just across the road from the hotel. Our room was very pleasant, street-facing with large opening windows for fresh air. Very little traffic noise with the windows closed, even though on quite a busy street. The bathroom was modern with twin basins, a good powerful shower (but no bath) and a separate WC. There are rooms with baths. Breakfast was 19.50 euros - comparatively expensive, but a very good choice of mostly cold items. Smoked salmon, hams, dried sausage, cheeses, crunchy French rolls, cereals, cakes and pastries, plus plenty of fresh fruit and yoghurts. Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast being available until 11 am and noon checkout were also good points. Reception staff we met were polite, pleasant and efficient. Would certainly stay again.
The hotel is quite far from the train station. Large rooms, clean. Very convenient facilities. Contacting the housekeeping is very difficult to check in. Not having to call, have to call the central contact number. Calls very hard. Must allow the person who is speaking French to be very difficult to contact before staying
Bordeaux City Center
The environment is first-rate, but the room facilities, especially the towels and towels, are really not up to five-star standards! Especially unbearable is the poor sound insulation of the room! The music bar downstairs runs until 12 o'clock. The room noise and quake on the 5th floor are too serious to sleep at all! After finally getting quiet, the next room began to perform a passion show, thrilling, sleepless all night ... living in this most luxurious five-star hotel, enjoying such hell-style torture, but also drunk! Cried! fainted!
