I stayed in a single room this last weekend and it's been a lovely stay in a small, budget hotel with no frills. The rooms are nice, completely equipped all the basic amenities that you may need, like a desk with plemty of storage, hangers, etc. They are all ensuite with a new and clean toilet and shower. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Lovely little neighbourhood with the metro stop of Line 11 literally on the corner which will take you to the main attractions in about 10/15 minutes! The street has plenty of other services like restaurants, cafés, a little supermarket, a pharmacies, a couple of bakeries, etc. You can also see the Eiffel Tower from the distance! Breakfast is also available and it is served in your bedroom between 7 and 10 am, if I remember correctly, so you can have breakfast in your pyjamas :) It is a basic but filling breakfast with tea/coffee, juice, two pieces of bread and a lovely crunchy croissant. Nothing luxurious but just what you need to start the day. The only negative point is the fact that the walls are really thin and if you happen to have noisy neighbours next door it will be a real nuisance. Unfortunately the people in the room right next to mine talked at the top of their lungs and had loud music on right after midnight so I had to knock on their wall several times. Thankfully they stopped eventually and I didn't have to report or ask for a room change at reception. All in all, if you are on a tight budget and want to stay in a cheap and nice place that is well located this is definitely the hotel to go. I would definitely come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. À la prochaine fois! :)

After reading all the terrible reviews, I was worried to stay here. We stayed here as a cheap option, we arrived at 10:30AM and were in a room straight away - it is a lovely 40 min walk from the Notre Dame. The rooms are small and the walls are thin, you can literally here everything.. However, we received fresh towels everyday and they cleaned and remade the bed, the rooms were cleaned to a high enough standard (not spotless but certainly not dirty either). The breakfast is one small baguette and a croissant with a selection of packeted jams and nutella, they have a self service coffee machine and orange juice machine too, it is a small breakfast however it is something to just start the day until you get into the centre. The area around the hotel is not touristic at all! there are hardly any restaurants near the hotel so the best option is to walk (or metro, uber) to the notre dame (we found a restaurant that places live music from 5-8pm looking at the notre dame). Honestly, this hotel is not bad at all!! I’d stay here again.

The hostel is conveniently located in the 11th district of Paris. Two subway stations before and after. There are also Chinese supermarkets and Vietnamese restaurants around, which can easily meet the needs of Chinese stomach. The hostel is also relatively affordable, especially for young people who are short-lived in Paris, and can also communicate with young people from all over the world. It would be nice to consider arranging same-sex couples in one room if the hostel can arrange a bed.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was small, but not especially so by Paris standards, decor is a little dated but clean and in good condition. A TV and fridge are provided but as usual in France no tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was firm and I found it very comfortable - I have back problems and am fussy about beds. The bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished - plenty of hot water, towels changed daily - no problems. Our window looked out onto the rather lovely church which as other reviewers have noted is prone to some enthusiastic campanology but they keep it to social hours. There is a lift which appears to be a repurposed phone booth - it says maximum 4 persons - they'd need to be friendly to the point of impropriety - 2 is a squeeze! Breakfast is a standard French cold buffet of cereals, bread, croissants and pain au chocolat along with cold meat and cheese - but the bread and pastries are good and fresh, and there's a pot of fresh coffee and a jug of hot milk which is better than the usual machines. Location is excellent, between 2 restaurants with the stairs to the Metro right by the front door. Happy to recommend this hotel.

The unit was well described and while modest was perfect for three adults. Because the location is in a residential neighborhood near a large park plus the street in front is not open to traffic this is the quietest place I have ever stayed at in Paris (8 visits) . While there aren’t many restaurants adjacent there are several within a few blocks plus a grocery store which is great for preparing meals in the kitchenette. While there are two metro stations nearby due to a physical limitation we used Uber quite successfully . Staff is very friendly and helful

We stayed in the Residence the weekend that the Paris half marathon was cancelled. It rained a lot, but the Residence was a haven for us to rest up, dry off, and end each day with a good night's sleep. This was the quietest stay we have ever enjoyed in Paris. A warm, well designed room, with a modern cosy feel to it. We were on the 7th floor at the rear of the hotel, and we did not hear a thing at night. Slept very well. Fine views across the city. The Montparnassed tower and Notre Dame clearly visible. Excellent, attentive staff. Very competent, good English speakers, and always it seemed on duty. The breakfast room is bright, clean, spacious and modern, with a generous range of breakfast options. Try the croissants and the jams, delicious. The Residence now becomes our choice of accommodation in Paris from now on.

Do you want to stay somewhere and experience real Paris? You won't find a tour bus stopping here. It is clean and it is affordable. It is also spacious. The wifi worked. There was a tv and a shower. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but there were people everywhere so it was fine. The owners may not speak English as per other commenters. I don't know. As I speak French, it was fine. They were nice. You could probably manage with an easy translation app. It isn't like you are going to discuss much with them anyway so don't let that keep you away. The staircase is definitely unique and challenging so if you have mobility issues, you will need to reconsider. They do help with your luggage though. I will stay here again if I return. Basic French breakfast is provided and it's fine, but we took advantage of the pastry places since we don't get to France much. Restaurants and grocery stores in very close proximity. The bed was a little hard so if you need a plush bed, maybe not your joint.

My wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in Paris for the week and plans to visit our daughter in Berlin the next week. We searched everywhere for a hotel near restaurants the metro and live music. This hotel is all those things and more. Nearby restaurant, metro just down the street, and a pub with live music right on the corner. The room was clean, bathroom and shower were great, and a view of the street without much noise. We loved our room with a king bed, which I was told we wouldn’t be able to find at a reasonable price. The free breakfast was outstanding and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We couldn’t of dreamed of a better experience. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we were forced to cut our stay short. We didn’t get to see our daughter and were devastatingly disappointed we were so close. Although the Hotel Manager was disappointed we had to leave she was very accommodating and kind about our refund of the unused nights from our short stay. We plan to come back and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great place to stay, marvelous staff, and wonderful rooms

Boutique hotel located walking distance from Canal St Martin, Place de la République and Belleville. Staff are polite and helpful, check in and check out was an easy process. The room is a little small for a couple but being on my own, I was not fussed. Rooms are well furnished and I liked the fact their was a USB socket in the room so I could charge my phone without needing a two pin plug. Bed was comfortable and warm. There is a bright light that comes from the TV when on standby but this can be corrected by unplugging it. Desk in room is just a slither of plastic and would not be sufficient if you had to do any work or wanted to put a plate on it. The lobby area is decorated in a retro style and looks great. Complimentary coffee, water (flat and sparkling) and pastries are a fantastic touch. Rue Parmentier can get a bit noisy at night but that may have been due to an increase in traffic due to the metro strikes.

After reading great reviews online about this hostel for backpackers/ solo travellers, I decided to opt for this instead of Les Piaules (2nd best rated), I got a great deal with free cancellation, 4 nights for £108. This price is outstanding compared to the extremely high costs in the city centre. Only bought a carnet of 10 tickets (€14.90) which lasted me the duration of the 4 days as you can generally walk most places. Check in for the hotel was a nightmare. As check in is around 3pm, everyone and I mean everyone was queuing to check in. The queue was out the door. This process took over 40 minutes which was ridiculous. I would recommend arriving later if possible. The rooms were nice, I stayed in a 4 bed. Plenty of room and everything was to a high standard. Loved the usb and lights in bed, loads of room and plenty of storage area. There is also lockable drawer under bed which is huge! But you need a padlock, which you can buy at reception (pricey). The restaurant in the hotel was expensive so I avoided, however they do have a lovely roof bar with a great view. Overall, not bad. Would recommend (especially because of the location (2min to subway).

I got a good deal on this room through Priceline. Checked into my room and unpacked. After being in my room for a bit, the bathroom door handle broke and I couldn’t get it back open. I alerted the staff, and they came in the room to try and fix it. It took quite some time, and eventually I had to switch rooms to another floor. I had to re pack and relocate. They offered me an upgraded room at an additional cost of €30 euro a night. I asked if there was anything the hotel could offer for the inconvenience, and they said no. When checking out, there was a nearly €30 euro room charge which was for the coffee I drank each morning in the cafeteria, which I specifically was told I wouldn’t be charged for. When I asked the front desk guy about this charge, he said I should have been told about the charge, but the two previous desk people did not tell me about this. I felt very disappointed with all of this. The staff was friendly, but they didn’t go out of their way to resolve any of this for me. The rooms are very small. Though they are clean. I would not recommend this hotel due to my experience. The location was not close to anything good, and they definitely didn’t go out of their way to make my unpleasant experience better. I’m not typically the type to try and get something for nothing, and I was very friendly when trying to resolve the issues, but the staff was inconsistent and unwilling to do anything extra to make up for their miscommunications.

We just finished up staying here for 6 days and could not be happier. The room was exactly as we expected, smaller than some but it was a decent size and not cramped, best of all it was very clean! The staff in the hotel are so lovely, very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic- there is a bakery around the corner and is very close to the metro, shops and is easily accessible. We couldn’t be more delighted, we will definitely be back! :)

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

Such a great experience to be here. Easy to get to from the train station. Actually all subways in Paris are easy to navigate. The hotel is really close to everything, Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph. And lots of Brasseries. Markets, bakeries and coffee shops. A safe neighbourhood. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. A breakfast is only $10EU each daily, far more cost effective than buying outside the hotel. Save your money for lunch or dinner. Lovely staff, so very friendly and helpful. This is a family owned and managed hotel. We'll go back here for sure.

Very close to the Arc de Triomphe and a ten minute walk. . When I checked in, an old man at the front desk asked me to add money to see the Arc de Triomphe, saying that my room type could not be seen. . But I obviously saw a lot of other netizens see my room type. . After emailing Ctrip's complaint, Ctrip immediately contacted the hotel and changed the 5th floor for me the next day. . The Arc de Triomphe can be seen from the window. . I have been satisfied with Ctrip after sales. . Remember to be dissatisfied in the European room to go to the front desk to change or complain, no need to bear. . Strive to reason. .

Lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just below Montmartre. The staff is very nice and helpful and managed to resolve all questions I might have had. The decor is quite nice, it has a cozy feeling. The breakfast is quite lovely, nice selection of french goodies, so definitely a plus. The only downside is reflected in the location: if you go to central Paris, you often go small for this price. So a single room gets the fun part of not being able to properly unpack my small hand luggage and the elevator is definitely designed for slender crowd. Would recommend and would stay again.

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau, change line 6 to Cambrinne, exit the station and walk past the traffic lights. The road on the left can see the Ibis hotel sign. There is no elevator or escalator on this section of the subway line 6 of Denfert-Rochereau. You have to carry your luggage up and down. Do not take Line 6 when returning. From the hotel, take a taxi to Denfert-Rochereau (approximately 7 minutes, 19 euros, 20 yuan). Denfert-Rochereau has an elevator to the airport RER line, so you do n’t have to carry your luggage up and down Off! Taxi in Paris is expensive, if the locals are at the airport-hotel, take a taxi to and from it * o * Next to the subway station there is a bakery and a small shop selling Kebab (Kebab, Middle Eastern food), which are all delicious! (Put a few photos of Kabab Kebab). The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious with Cafe and bar. If you can't sleep at night, you can go downstairs for a cup of coffee or a small wine, which is very comfortable. The room is small, 12 square meters. Although small, it is enough to put a suitcase and sleep. It is very convenient for the freelancer to live here! Will stay here next time I come to Paris! When I returned to Paris and lived next to the Lyon train station in Paris, I could n’t help feeling that Paris was more than just land and gold, and hotel details were well done. For example, the double-layer sound insulation glass is really impossible for the capitals of too many countries. Things, such as Beijing and Athens I just went to At the front desk, you can see the platform of the train that is about to leave and whether it is on time. The supermarket is very close downstairs. It is very close to the subway or the bus to the airport. The only downside is that you can't store your luggage for more than 12 hours unless you book the next hotel right away. I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the second you walk in the door, the staff is so friendly. Everything is just beautiful and so clean. The rooms- oh the rooms- are just lovely. Quiet, safe, spacious, comfortable beds and the windows open for a nice breeze and sounds of the city. The only thing better than the comfy beds and room is the breakfast- I would be in heaven if I could eat there every morning. My only regret is getting back every night too late to enjoy the wine they offer. Please stay here when visiting Paris. You will not be disappointed. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it.
