It's also an old hotel. There is a girl in the lobby who speaks Chinese. It feels like a foreign student in China. I showed me the room first, and I placed an order from the Internet. There is an uncle in the lobby that lets the uncle play while singing. It ’s 3 roads to the ancient city. We drove without a bus. It ’s about one kilometer from Ningman Road and the ancient city.

In my opinion, Hop Inn Hotel is the best budget hotel in Chiang Mai! It’s clean and comfortable, and there’s a security door that requires a key to pass out of the lobby into the rooms area. There are four levels of rooms with twin beds and double beds. It’s conveniently located, about a ten-minute walk to Maya Shopping Mall and Think Park. There are also a few Thai massage shops nearby. No breakfast is available. There are snacks, frozen meals, drinks and a few toiletries for sale in the lobby.

Very affordable hotel, good location, walk to nim*** road for about 20 minutes, walk 5 minutes to Starbucks KFC. There is a delicious restaurant at the door. There are owl-recommended snacks about 5 minutes walk. Service is welcoming and helpful. There is an access card and a safe. Luggage can be stored. In short, much better than I expected! If you are good at English and outgoing, you can make a foreign friend here. Remind that you must bring your own earplugs here. Anyway, I used earplugs and slept very well.

17 USD a night won't get you much, and your expectations should match. For the price, it is above average (but not much). Fairly clean, hard beds, good location for tourists. Aircon needs a good cleaning. Staff are very friendly; there is laundry on site for 30 baht (one dollar) a load.

This sum up the hotel: good from afar but far from good. From the outside, the hotel looks really beautiful. Buuuuut once you get to the room it's not so nice (please see my pics). NEGATIVES: one of my biggest complaints is all of the electrical wall plugs were two-pronged (see pic). Which meant I could not plug in my three-prong laptop (US plug). Also, the A/C filter/area was extremely dirty. Tiles on the floor and near the bathtub looked like it had mold on it. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and to our dismay, the breakfast options were the same each and every morning -- they didn't change the menu. This was during the New Year's holiday when many people would be staying. POSITIVES: Room was big. Lots of parking (but it's not attached -- you have to walk a few hundred yards from car park to hotel). The mall attached was nice. Many places to eat within walking distance. ADVICE: take the red trucks (songtaew) to go to the night market or weekend market. The weekend market has no parking and night market you pay 10 baht per hour to park your private car.

I have stayed here several times and plan to stay again when I am next in Chiang Mai. The big attraction for me is the Lana breakfast which features pork as satay, a pork rind, as two kinds of sausage and a patty. With this they serve a pretty cylindrical basket full of black and white sticky rice and various vegetables. There is also excellent coffee. If you prefer an American breakfast you can have that. The rooms are large and furnished with a minimalist eye for detail. The bathrooms are handsome with lots of hot water. Beds are large and comfortable The staff is always willing to help. i was looking for a particular kind of northern Thai applique and they gave me a list of places to go including the Queen's show room which had what I was looking for. They have an excellent cafe with that good coffee and the kind of desserts one tries to avoid.

I felt pretty good after the actual stay. I sent an email to contact the airport one day in advance. After receiving no reply, I ordered an airport pickup on Taobao. As a result, as soon as I got off the plane, I received a reply from the hotel saying that someone had been picked up at the airport, so friends who want to book a pick-up should contact them in advance. Breakfast is average, but it's enough to have enough, I don't ask for it. Location is what I care about most. It's so convenient. You don't need to take a taxi to Chiang Mai Night Market, Weekend Night Market, Haystack Night Market, and Valolo Market, Taipei Gate is right across.

200 taxis from the airport and delivered to the hotel (the driver can speak Chinese and left WeChat 666), in a small alley, very quiet, arrived at night, very beautiful, but it is a pity that the temperature difference between morning and evening in Chiang Mai is big, so swimming is not allowed. The wine bar is yellow, and there is an internet celebrity horse killing chicken shop lila on the back street~ Because I changed my itinerary halfway, two platforms have booked this hotel, but I have to change rooms the next day, and settled on the 3rd and 1st floors. It is strongly recommended to settle on the first floor, the room is much larger! And there is a bathtub in the bathroom on the first floor! It's a pity that I stayed in Chiang Mai for a short time. I really feel like I can stay in such a great hotel for a day! Stay here next time!

After my usual place to stay, across the road from Tapae Gate, turned from budget to boutique hotel and with it the price level, I walked down Tapae Road in order find a “new old place”. And I found the Tapae Inn Hotel. It is old and worn and if you like fancy hotels, you would not be happy here. But for me it is good enough and nothing beats the price in this location (380 Bhat/Night). When I don’t sleep, I am out exploring the town any way. That it is very close to my favourite Indian restaurant is just another plus. The halls and corridors are styled like a museum. They are packed with old advertisements, old newspaper articles and movie posters. Most of it comes from the 1960s and 70s. - Most rooms can be secured with an additional pad lock. - The WiFi internet in the room is really fast. - At least my room had hot shower and I think they all have. - Rooms are air-conditioned. - They sell a limited number of beverages from a fridge next to the reception. - The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. - The reception counter is open 24/7. - It is very close to the night market (2 minutes). - “Spices” Indian Restaurant is nearby (1 Minute). - Tapae Gate is 5 to 10 minutes away. - A small Tops supermarket is across the road. The lady that runs the reception desk is very friendly and the guy on night duty was very helpful and efficient when I had trouble with the air-conditioner at midnight. The next Soi leads you straight into the Chiang Mai China Town area (1 minute walking). There is a big, red sign pointing you in the right direction. An additional sign gives Information about other highlights of China Town. Hundreds of travel agencies in Chiang Mai call themselves “Tourist Information” in order to lure in travellers. The official tourist information office, run by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), is only 3 minutes away, on the same side of the road and near the river.

Breakfast is ok, although simple, but it has everything. It does not provide electric kettle, hairdryer, slippers. Use hot water to fetch water in the breakfast room, and a hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk. There is a small swimming pool. The surrounding environment is not very good, the road is narrow, there are many cars, and the noise is loud. Especially too close to the airport, every day I lie in bed and listen to countless planes taking off, and the night is not peaceful. Stayed for two nights and moved decisively.

My room is what they call the suite. It’s actually a private boutique hotel room. It’s completely Thai style. Artistic. Comfortable. Quiet. Inexpensive. Interesting! If you want a modern business hotel then stay in one of those boring places. Heuan Pak-Dee is Thailand. The breakfast is a very simple Thai meal. Perfect! Who comes to Chiangmai and wants western food?? Good grief! This is my kind of place. Semi open air eating on simple heavy wooden tables. Plants here and there. Paintings hanging around.

I would highly recommend this hostel. It is approx a 10 minute walk to the old town, although most places are accessible within a approx 25 min walk. The hostel itself is really chilled out and great if you’re looking for somewhere that is quiet and you can actually sleep etc. The rooms were spacious, with a large locker in the downstairs. The bathrooms were cleaned every morning. I personally didn’t find the shower being a wet room an issue. There was tea, coffee and biscuits accessible all day. With bread out in the mornings to toast. The staff were lovely. There is a seating area outside to chill, as well as a balcony and small sofa area upstairs.

We stayed at around 8:00 in the night. The hotel was very remote. In a small alley, surrounded by some construction houses and construction sites, it looked a little scary at night. There were no 711 nearby, and there was no place to eat. Very inconvenient, so that we have to go a long way to eat every afternoon, and then come back. The design of the hotel room is unreasonable, the bathroom is very small, the shampoo shower gel is especially mini, the girls in the long hair are not washed at all, the pool water is not very clean, there are floating objects. What makes me angry most is that the price of the big bed room and the twin room is different. We booked the big bed room. On the last day, we found that the hotel made it smart to put the two single beds together to form a big bed room. There is a gap between the two mattresses, it is not comfortable to sleep. In general, this hotel will not be booked again.

I stayed in Room 4 on the 2nd floor, I was scared when I was sleeping by myself, so I turned on the light, but this was a street light right in front of the window, so the room was bright with that light, so I personally liked it. Location: This is the place I booked to go to Catsuan, so it's a 5-minute walk to Catsuan or 10 minutes? Anyway, it was easy to walk around, but the other places are a bit unclear to walk around. Breakfast: This is a restaurant How many mosquitoes were in the room, instead of a liquid home mat? I have that, I don't know the effect; Lol There is a front desk, a cafe, and a breakfast room on the 1st floor, but the two hosts seem to be sisters or friends. When I checked out, it seemed like my mother was out, it looks like a Chinese family. Anyway, the host is very friendly ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It is because of the host if you visit here again Please note that the front desk is open until 8 PM, not 24 hours. There is a snack bar that is open 24 hours in the breakfast room, and there was an ant because the snacks were sweet. I have the same one, but I ate one, but when I return to Korea, I keep thinking about it, I should eat more then, ha.... *facility Dryer O Air conditioner O Netflex x YouTube O Shower O (water pressure is weak, washbasin is thin) Elbe X (Likes up when the carrier goes up, when it comes down, yo saps) Door latch O (Eun-geun important because she is alone) My departure time is evening, so I thought that the last day was just Woo-nim, but I had nothing to do until evening, and I wanted to end the trip in a leisurely way. It would be good for short-term stays and those who are not good at the dorm and go out and walk around. If you are staying for a long time and want to stay at the hostel and want a hotel-class cleanliness, it would be better to think about it again. That is all!

The hotel is in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. Let’s talk about the advantages first. It is very clean and similar to a homestay. There are cafes on the first floor and guest rooms on the second floor. There are only a few rooms. You have to take off your shoes when you go upstairs. To the north of the hotel, it is just 10 minutes away from the airport. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There is a delicious restaurant opposite the hotel, which is much better than the hotel itself, and the price is affordable! The front desk does not speak Chinese but only English. Fortunately, the translation software is very powerful and communication is barrier-free. Because what we reported in Chiang Mai are all day trips, we have to go out at 7 or 8 o'clock. The hotel breakfast is a bit late at 8-10 o'clock. It is a perfect miss. The hotel can only make sandwiches in advance for three days. This is a comparison. I'm sad. In addition, the shower head in the hotel only has a shower head and is fixed, which cannot be removed. It is depressing and inconvenient to bring a baby. The bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. You can walk to the Saturday Night Market and the Sunday Night Market. There are hanging restaurant restaurants around, 7-11. There are many small restaurants on the street to Chiang Man Temple, and Chiang Mai cosmetics Shop and boots, there are many massage shops such as Oasis Spa, we also went to a nearby Xinxin Park and rented a straw mat to bask in the sun. Breakfast buffet Chinese food about four hot dishes a soup, white porridge, fried rice or fried rice or rice and other staple foods, fried eggs and scrambled eggs, Western bread and cheese jam, coffee milk tea, various fruits. We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and basically didn't repeat. The room was neat and spacious. The awesome thing was the spa bath. My parents did a spa massage almost every day to ease the fatigue of the day. Sleeping at night is also relatively quiet. The hotel has a free airport shuttle, which needs to be booked one day in advance, but there is a fixed schedule. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is said to be from 9 am to 9 pm, but more than 8 am, I also saw foreigners swimming in the water. The pool is 1.2 to 1.4 meters deep. There is also a sauna, you need to inform the waiter when using it, the waiter helps open it. The decoration style of the hotel is Thai style, decorated with stained glass, which is very beautiful. All in all the family was very satisfied with this hotel. We live in 2-306. The window is not a pool view. The door is locked with a lock and a key. It is more traditional. By the way, because one day I went to paraglider alone, and the hotel helped me prepare a breakfast box at six in the morning. It was already 11 o'clock on the first night and I found that there was water in the bathroom after taking a bath. I told the front desk the next day and helped solve it. Another day I forgot to put the cleaning card on the door and left a message for Ctrip customer service. Ask them to help the front desk to say that the house has been cleaned after coming back. The hotel is located in the middle of Chiang Mai’s Old City (Sifang City), close to Thapae Gate, there are many snacks and horse-killing shops around, and there are many similar homestays. There is a police station around, so there is no need to worry about public security. There is a tourist service center (similar to a travel agency) opposite the hotel for easy travel. The Thai girl at the front desk is very friendly, and there is an old grandmother who is responsible for shoveling ice cream. The ice cream tastes very good. Although I didn't eat it because of my menstrual period, I saw an Italian couple praise it. The hotel was renovated last year, not luxurious, but very clean. We only stayed for one night. We caught a flight at noon the next day. We slept too late the night before and didn’t have breakfast. But after looking at the facilities, they were basically equivalent to the price, not luxurious, but very similar to home feel. The whole hotel feels clean and refreshing. There are Thai wind chimes hanging on the side of the corridor. It is very comfortable to sit on a chair in the evening. The tiles in the toilet look very nice, so I couldn't help but take a picture. When we left, the store also gave us a keychain of an elephant as a souvenir. Although it is not a precious gift, it is very memorable. Five-star praise!

I was always greeted by Jenny on reception with a warm smile. After enjoying Chiang Mai city for 2 weeks i extended my stay and paid a good price for 2 more weeks. The rooms available are fan only or fan and air conditioning. Although there is no fridge in the rooms there is a communal fridge in reception which is always stocked with ample water, soft drinks and beers all at very cheap prices. My large room had a fan, AC, TV, wardrobe, dresser, king size double bed with very clean bedding, which can be changed upon request. The shower area, although a bit outdated, is still quite adequate. Panda House is located on a no through road, there is hardly any traffic outside and it is exceptionally peaceful considering how close it is to the city. I could take a slow walk to Tha Phae Gate in less than 10 minutes. Nearby Tuk Tuks are easy to flag down; or reception will order a private taxi in a matter of minutes. We just had a very bad experienced on this accommodation.. My husband booked it because he was fascinated with good comments. We may say people have different standards especially when we wanted to save money for a long vacation. 1. Upon our arrival, the receptionist told us they did not get our reservation. I showed our approved booking but still it did not help. They posted this place in airbnb and we booked it there. The only one how can approved the booking is the host. He called the host but told she don't get our reservation. Plus she never responded our emails and SMS. 2. The Receptionist offer us to stay in other hotel free of charge for the fist night. 3. We received a message from the host if we can cancel our remaining days of booking. I asked her if we received the entire full refund again she did not response. 4. I asked the reception about the cancellation request, he don't have any idea. 5. On our 4th day, I asked the lady if they can clean and change our bed sheets because since we arrived it never get clean or change.. She said okay but they never did. If you will read the comments from other guest, you will be fascinated and thats how we also decided to book it for 6 days. Room is okay although it was small. Our bed is not comfy, you feel the spring on your back. My husband folded the blanket to cover the part of the spring. Early morning the staffs are talking and laughing so loud, you always get awaken. Even our room is facing at the back on second floor, we still hear the noise of the motorbikes. The shower don't have curtains so the water are splashing everywhere. When you take time to search for a nice relaxing accommodation, there are lots on the area. Cheaper and more clean. For us, we will not recommend this one. But that is only base on our experienced.

I booked this because the hotel booked before was full on the last day. In general: the advantages are outstanding, the disadvantages are fatal. Let me talk about the advantages: First, the location is good, quiet in the middle of the street, there are three exits in the alley, one is the Sunday night market, the other is the Three Kings Memorial Tower, there are many snack bars in the three exits, and there are also 711 nearby. In the city center, all places in the city are within walking distance. The second is very clean, no matter the rooms, corridors or stairs are spotlessly clean, and the third is that there is an elevator. Compared with most hotels in the city, there is no elevator. Smaller is fine. Disadvantages: First of all, it is too inconvenient to take a bath. The water heater is a kind of electric water heater that overheats. It should be turned off when it is used and adjusted (note that it is turned off). The water temperature is troublesome and not hot. Secondly, the shower area is small and the water will be good. A large amount of water flowed down the shower curtain to the ground, and there was no mop, which made the scene very busy. Third, it was too disturbing to not let the laundry. Fourth, the quilt was very thick, and the air conditioner was turned on to the lowest level. It was still too hot to sleep. I obviously felt an internal fire when I got up. If the above problems can be resolved, it is worth staying again

The breakfast is good, fried rice, fried rice noodles, fried eggs, rice noodles, rice noodles, toast, vegetable salad and more than two fried dishes. All kinds of drinks, tea and coffee are very complete. The room is clean and hygienic, the bath water is large, and the temperature is stable. The transportation is very convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Thapae Gate. When you turn out, you will find the Zhoutian Night Market. Within 100 meters, you will find restaurants, convenience stores, and horses and chickens! If you are afraid of noisy sleeping, please inform the front desk in advance not to face the street room. Went in January, swimming was a bit cold.

Chiangmai Old City
This place has loads of pro's but also a few cons. Pros: The bed was the most comfortable and largest we have slept in since being away, the rooms are huge, the shower is excellent and the Wi-Fi is very good. There is also a safe in the rooms. Location was central in the old town. Cons: our room (3a) was right next to a school. The kids are very noisy but we were already up so it didn't bother us too much. After we went down for breakfast we couldn't hear the kids at all, so I think it was just in our room. The breakfast was awful, but it was included so may be just go elsewhere. The only thing on offer was eggs and toast, the fried eggs were stone cold and not cooked well, and there was only 1 small toaster for all of the guests so we had to wait a lot. Neutral review of the staff, they were ok but you could tell they didn't really want to be there. Although it sounds like a lot of cons, the pros far outweigh them and we'd recommend this place for a home away from home.

Chiangmai Old City
The hotel is located in the ancient city. It is a 20-minute walk to Taipei Gate and has a tuk-tuk, which is convenient. Night market at the door, easy to eat. Clean and hygienic, the swimming pool is not big but the children like it very much. Breakfast is generous and it's different every day! All in all, it was pretty good. Hotel service is also good! Except not being able to make an appointment. Will have the opportunity to come again. I would like to make a comment. The downside is that the front desk cannot help with taxis, because Huawei phones in mainland China cannot install grab. It is tantamount to catching a taxi! There is nothing to worry about. It would be better if the front desk could provide a taxi service!

Nimmanhaemin Road Area
The location is near Ningman Road, the decoration is very stylish, the roof bar is also very good, but the whole design is too impractical, the small room is very small, the suitcase can't be opened, the first night stay was almost a nervous breakdown! I thought it was an airplane, so I tried to forbearance, but it kept going. After half an hour, I discovered that it was a refrigerator... Just after I lay down after unplugging the refrigerator socket, the whole room began to tremble, as if I was sitting on an airplane and about to take off. Same, I don’t know what's going on. After tossing for a long time, I found that our bedside is next to the four main units of the air conditioner on the floor? ! ! ! This kind of room needs to be sold! Speechless! The next day, I added more than two hundred yuan to exchange for a large room. I thought it would be good, but it seemed that there was a waiter downstairs or something laughing and chatting, until one point! Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !
