Worst experience ever!they stole from my room twice jewels, I had to go to police and they didn’t care. I read a review from another girl and they stole a dress from the wardrobe. And they really don’t care. No feedback no action. My earrings were golden and handmade and they took them from my jewellery box. Please pay attention and don’t go there.

My wife and I visited the Marianne for a weekend getaway and found it to be quite a delightful place. The staff were excellent and more than happy to help and even guide us with useful places to visit whilst in Montpellier. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and suited us perfectly for out trip. The weather was very hot for our stay so we were very lucky to have use of Hotel Marianne's rooftop swimming pool which was very clean and relaxing. We loved our stay in Montpellier and much was down to this hotel. Fantastic, hope to see you again soon

The meeting I attended in Montpellier was held at the city hall, Hotel de Ville, which is an impressive, vast, modern bulk in a booming concrete district south of the centre. Three minutes walk away is the Adagio Aparthotel, which is also close to tramways and therefore easily accessible from the city centre. I was very satisfied with the accommodation in a clean and well-equipped mini-apartment with fridge, cooker and a small dining table. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of shelves and cupboards as well as good lighting. However, a comfy chair to relax in would have been welcome. There's a lounge area on the ground floor where a good breakfast (including eggs, croissant and fresh fruit) is served. Although it is built and decorated in a slightly soulless style the Adagio was more than adequate for my two night stay.

The girl was very careful and the reception was very gentle (it was Greek and also spoke Italian). The castle bed above was not made, the good but not impeccable cleaning basic breakfast, industrial juices but still nothing of importance was missing except lactose-free milk (solo soya) It's not expensive but the next day we went to a Novotel with a cost of less than €10 per person more...

The breakfast is normal, not particularly rich, but it can be regarded as a standard Western breakfast. The room is larger than expected. We booked a triple room. Each room has windows and an outdoor balcony. Although it is facing the street, Europeans do not think that there are fewer cars and fewer cars. Noisy, there are public parking lots around, parking is free if you catch up on the weekend, the hotel has a parking lot, but when we were looking for the hotel, it was not easy to find after a few laps, mainly because the Google map abroad was a little bit lagging, and to remind everyone There are many forks in the road of Pilliers, and the speed is slower when the turntable is too small to keep up with the navigation guidance.

Take the No. 3 tram from the Central Railway Station and take the underground train for 3 minutes. I will walk for more than 20 minutes from the train station. The hotel can park and drive in the past. It is convenient to book the standard room. Not much extra bed will be crowded; breakfast variety is not quite normal; service attitude is still more enthusiastic, the overall feeling of short-term stay for a day or two is still ok.

Fantastic bed, excellent location on the road 4km from the center, to move with uber takes about 20-40 Euros to go, so use your medium. The breakfast and the people there are a little strange to be a little toxin, but you still stay in your room and then go where you have to go. Breakfast better keep those 7.50 euro or 12 I didn't understand the difference but better keep them in your pocket and rather throw them into the sea, not from jokes, give them to a needy.

Small boutique hotel in the center of Montpellier. Location - Right next to Place de la Comédie - the main city square (2 minutes walk). Most other city spots like Arc de Triomphe and Promenade du Peyrou are within walking distance. 7-8 minutes walk to Montpellier Saint-Roch (The Main train station) Room - I took the "Privilege Room" which was wide enough and very clean. Have AC, minibar, kettle + coffee, and tea. The Hydrojet shower was awesome too. Service - Receptionists with a bit cold attitude. Smiling and greeting your guests doesn't cost you extra money 😉. On the next day, the maid came to clean my room only at 3:00 pm while I was preparing to sleep, so I just said no thanks. The hotel has no lift so it might not be feat for guests with mobility problems. Overall - good stay.

The room didn't have furniture. I had to put my clothes on the top of the other bed. The toilet didn't have toilet brush either, which is very frustrating as it became dirty and I din't know how to clean it. But the worst thing is when I asked for an invoice, and the woman in the reception gave me a "Duplicata Note". I asked her for a true invoice, as only this way my university can reimburse me the cost of my stay in the hotel. I insisted her in giving me an invoice, and she said that this was a true invoice, the one that they always give to the customers. I asked her to sign it, but she didn't want to sign it. She said: why I have to sign? This is what we always give to the customers! A few days later, I asked a man on the reception for an invoice with my address corrected, and he gave me a document in which the word "Facture" was clearly indicated. My question is: why they gave me at the beginning a "Duplicata note", and then they gave me a "Factura"? If "Duplicata note" were a true invoice, why to use two different words for the same thing: "Duplicata note" and "Factura"? What is the difference between "Duplicata note" and "factura"? Please, if a customer askes for a true invoice, give him/her a "factura", and don't waste our time with lies. You should know that many customers (I am one of them) choose your hotel as we have problems in other hotels to get a real invoice. If you put problems with invoices, we won't go again to your hotel.

The beds are terrible. They are about 4 inch thick mattresses that are not suitable for a hotel. You can feel the springs, they have sagged, and they are incredibly uncomfortable. Also, the rooms on the street side are noisy as the glass isn't thick enough to keep out the sound of motorcycles and trucks. Some rooms, as others mentioned, smell of the sewer pipes but hopefully you can move to a room that doesn't smell. Kitchen area was clean but very worn and not the greatest. I will not stay here again.

Fantastic apartments, everything newly renovated, clean and extremely comfortable beds, the little kitchenette was very handy as well. Parking was reasonable too, in comparison with other places we stayed. Montpellier is a beautiful city and Appart’ City is within easy reach of the centre of the town. We either walked or took the tram. Tram station located very close by. We we on a road trip around Montpellier and surrounding areas, travelling with my small dog. We booked here, due to good reviews and the fact it was advertised as dog friendly. However, when we arrived we were charged an extra 8 euros for my dog and an additional 14 euros for city taxes! This was not mentioned when we booked and to my mind I had paid in full for the two nights we were due to stay. Other people with pets should be mindful of this when travelling. If it was not for the extra charges, I’d happily give 5 stars. I would probably stay at an Appart’ City in the future too, but obviously now work additional charges into my travel budget, if away for a long time.

This is not a fancy hotel. Nor is it like most of the Best Westerns you've encountered. The furnishings and finishings are dated (definitely) and maybe even a very tiny bit threadbare here and there. BUT ... I loved staying here. It was clean, quiet; the people are nice, and it's small enough that you absolutely will get treated as a human being and not an account number. The building is charming. The street is charming. The nearby restaurants and other businesses are great (Visit Le Panier D'Aimé around the corner). And there is nothing but good things to say about Montpellier's old city centre. We would not stay anywhere but here while in this city. We are here frequently and have tried apartment rentals etc. This is the best. BTW, if you arrive by car, the public parking, a few steps away on Rue Foch and opposite the enormous Cour d'Appel, is not only convenient but reasonably priced (be aware (1) that the pedestrian entrance to the garage is tricky to find if you don't realize that you must take the stairs which are located across the street (Rue Foch) from the automobile access. The stairs descend into an opening in the plaza in front of the Cour d'Appel. Down those stairs there is an elevator to the garage, and (2) when you exit with your car, you will find yourself popping out in an underpass, below the Rue Foch and Arc de Triomphe and onto the underpass section of Blvd Prof Louis Valleton--disorienting if you aren't expecting it, because your nav system will not wake up until you get out from all of underground and underpass environment. I would rate this hotel a '5' except that I realize it gives an impression of being a bit 'down-market.' On the other hand, the rates are very reasonable; Voilå! An extra dinner out! Another 'BTW': our room was on the back, overlooking the courtyard and Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, which was nice ... you could ask.

I cannot comment on the quality of the hotel although it looked very good. The reception were very helpful but the Head Office showed little understanding of our situation. We were entered for the Montpellier Marathon but it was postponed and resist for September so at late notice we have changed our trip and wished to change the booking. Odalys refused to change the booking whichseems rather short sighted as we will still need to stay somewhere in Montpellier and also it shows limited understanding in the present times. Stayed at the hotel for the second time. As before, I encountered a little trouble driving to find the hotel. The hotel room is large in size, with a hot water bottle and disposable slippers. We stayed in room 903 on the top floor which had a mezzanine for the bedroom and living area downstairs so not really suitable if you cannot manage stairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout . Check in is a bit odd as you select your little plastic bottles ( one of each per guest)of shampoo, shower gel etc and were told this is to help the environment. Surely with all those little plastic bottles it would be much better to have large refillable bottles in the bathrooms? Or maybe it’s an excuse to simply stop pilferage? Anyway the room was very comfortable especially the excellent bed and we slept well despite being opposite the train station ,the double glazing works well.Good duvet and huge TV’s. Bathroom was fine, typically French small bath and small towels. Lovely breakfast. All very modern and new with good access to the old town.

I was quite pleased with my stay at Privilege Eurociel. It is a lovely family run hotel and everyone (except the woman who staffed the breakfast room on the first two days of my stay) was kind and friendly. Speaking of breakfast, if you book your stay through the hotel website, the excellent buffet is a bargain at 5 Euros. When I booked, the cost was 3 Euros and the lower rate was honored. It's still a huge bargain at 5 Euros. The location is convenient to the Saint Roch Railway Station, Centre Comedie, and the tram lines. My Superior Double Room was moderately sized, but had a feeling of spaciousness, as well as tons of natural light. There was also an incredible amount of storage space. And most importantly, it was spotlessly clean! Simply stated, this hotel is an all around wonderful establishment and I highly recommend it for a stay in Montpellier.

The environmental score is low because-almost stolen before entering the hotel! Because self-driving cars have to park on the other side of the square (in fact, it’s only a 5-minute walk, but there is no elevator in the public parking lot, so you have to pick up the boxes from the underground by yourself), we have been out for more than ten days, two large boxes and two small boxes of luggage- Passing through the square should be too big a target, so unfortunately I was targeted-at the last moment when I entered the hotel door, the two female thieves went one after the other, and when I subconsciously turned back, the back hand was already touching my schoolbag...turning back When I checked in, I asked the front desk how the security was like this-he bluntly said that the place was very safe-the problem is that according to our observations over the next two days, it was a group of gypsies who usually occupies the intersection next to the hotel! Focus on tourists! Is it possible that the locals in the hotel can't not see? It didn't even explain anything that caught our attention! I regretted it for two nights-because of the accident that happened on the first day, we completely lost the idea of visiting the city-we drove out of the city

We have spent almost a week in the self catering accommodation. The reception was always friendly, helpful and professional. We have requested a good month before our arrival a room on the top floor with a nice view. The reception fulfilled a half of our request. We got a room on the top floor facing the fire station and they were a bit loud in the morning and evening. Hence, we weren't completely happy with the quietness of the place. The apartment had a little kitchenette which had all basic necessary items for us to cook. The bathroom was a nice size. The room was a good size too. It's about 15 min walk to the tram station, but on the plus side only 200 yards behind the apartment was a beautiful chateau, good wines and beautiful gardens. The journey by taxi from the airport took us about 8 min and costs €29 whilst on a way back we have used public transport, two single tickets are €3.20 for the tram and €3.20 for two tickets on the airport bus. The journey took us about 25 min plus walking to the tram station 15min. Overall, the facilities of the place are reasonable, the town is clean and nice. We weren't impressed with the massage service, was overpriced for what was offered, back massage only €40 per person..for 30min....it was too gentle, it felt rather like stroking not massaging. Unfortunately, the woman doesn't speak English so if you have any pains you can't explain ...your help is Google translate or the reception.

We parked at the hotel on Friday afternoon and didn't move the car again until leaving on Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, but we noted the rooms had variations in facilities; we had a bath, the room beside had a shower cabinet. Hotel du Parc is well situated; an up hill walk takes you past the oldest "botanical gardens" in France, up to the the place de Louis 14th (I think) and into the old city. Montpellier is a Southern Paris, beautiful architecture, plentiful bars and high quality restaurants, but without the chaos of high-speed traffic. The tram system stretches into the suburbs, affording cheap and easy travel throughout the city.
