DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! DIRTY, UNKEMPT, FALLING APART! so we had the premier suite on the top with huge outdoor terrace, jacuzzi, 2 double and one single bed. whilst the room itself was ok the bathroom for such a large room and so many people was approx 4 foot square, the actual shower unit was the same depth as the size of the toilet, it was so tiny my husband's shoulders touched each side of the stall and i had to squeeze in with great difficulty. the basin and drawer set wasnt attached to the wall, and drawers looked like they would fall apart if you opened them too often. the bottom of the walls and door were worn and grubby. 3 sachets of shower gel/shampoo for 4 of us so bring your own toiletries. 2 towels provided. the jacuzzi was the only redeeming factor, heated to a good temperature but honestly even though we were all showered and clean getting in it, after 2 days it wasnt clean enough to use. there was no treatment in the water and with the constant heat the water was smelly by the second day, certainly it was unusable by sunday (we went for the weekend). they made no attempt to clean it or refil it, it lost quite a lot of water when 4 of us were in it (2 ad, 2 ch) and on full jets, so much that we couldnt have it on them. mini bar consisted of an empty fridge!!! the fabulous terrace was very large with no table or chairs (as per the pics) two broken, rusty, wooden sunbeds that had started to come apart, one did have a cushion on it but it was covered in bird poo. 2 mis matched rusty deck chairs. so whilst we had all that room, there was nothing we could do on it. which was crazy esp with such a very tiny gruesome bathroom. no lights outside either, the wires were hanging out the wall but no fittings. the step to get into the room was a foot high so for those with any kind of knee problems etc would need help to get up the step into the room. the main area of the hotel was decidedly unkempt, dirty, shabby, un-swept areas and it frankly smelt. no bar as advertised. breakfast was of the most minimum and so incredibly uninspiring that even though i paid for it, the last day i didnt even go down for it. fri and sat night (beginning of nov so not exactly high season) both nights we returned to the hotel after dinner approx 10.15 ish and both times no parking available, so its not managed and first come first served. the only thing that made this hotel was our jacuzzi for the first two days. hotel in desperate need of a deep clean, maintenance, painting, light fittings put up, bathrooms updated and made to a reasonable normal size, public areas need to be cleaned and maintained (plaster coming off the walls etc). it was just dirty and un-cared for. the staff needed to get off their arses and actually do some work. the guy just sat around in front of the tv, he absolutely smelt revolting, so i guess the hotel reflected his level of hygiene. absolutely DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Lovely hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, sheets crisp and white, staff very pleasant and in a good location to the port. Did not try the breakfast, nor the Italian restaurant, which was closed, but I was very happy with my short stay at the Atoll and would not hesitate to go back again.

The absence of staff during our visit was an antiseptic view of a supposedly two star budget hotel a long way from the beaches and any form of nightlife in a run down area. Luckily we had our reservation code and a camera to hand, to capture the access code. Room spacious but dusty, shower head and mop broken. Zero personality. Shame, not what we expected from this group.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Good location when visiting St Tropez and Cannes. Hotel was in good condition. The staff on the desk were friendly and could speak English. The room was not too large. It had a balcony ( see pics from balcony). The restaurant offers a basic menu with few items. The pool is in good condition and was reasonably clean. There was also a hot tub next to the pool. The breakfast offered a good selection. The breakfast staff could speak English too. The staff for the evening dinner varied in professionalism. They also had limited English. Some were not so friendly which spoilt the odd evening meal and we went elsewhere for our evening meals. The fridge in the room had to be on max setting for it to work. Also did not have mini bar as advertised. Only one bottle of old water in the fridge when we arrived. Not ideal when two people were sharing the same room. The safe in the room also did not work.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the centre on hotels.com but when we actually arrived we realized it’s almost 2km. It is possible to walk but longer than expected. On our arrival we were pleasantly welcomed at the reception and given a room 1 h before check in which was helpful! Unfortunately the rooms are very small! It is very difficult to walk around the bed if you bring few things and there are no bed side tables. The bed is comfortable with good bed linen. The bathroom has sliding door which of course saves space but don’t shut properly. It is located by a busy road so it’s fairly noisy. It is fairly priced for what one gets.

The residence is well positioned, though a car is needed because it is almost 1 mile off the nearest shopping retail park. You can reach the beach in 15 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay though, there are some negative points I would like to share: the number of sun beds by the pool is not enough to cater for the guests attending the pool area. There are no sign posts indicating danger or how and what to do in case of emergency. There is no surveillance in the pool area so everyone can do whatever they want really. The toilet of the pool area never got inspected and cleaned during our stay by the pool, in fact it was filthy. On our check out the staff told my wife we had not paid our stay. In reality, they had our credit card details and they had to bill our credit card; hence, you should not say that in the foyer where other guests are, but  you would use a different language such as “I am going to bill your card Madame”. It was a bit irritating!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in a ground floor double room. The room it self was lovely and being on the ground floor meant we had a great little terrace to sit out on. We struggled a little when we arrived as the lady on reception didn't speak a word of English. Not many of the staff speak very good English but there are English dinner menus and in general the staff are friendly. Our first night was one of their music nights where you get a set menu, the music was fantastic, the food was good and the wine was great. The wine they serve is all made on the vineyard and is very good, in particular the rose. The grounds of the hotel itself are so peaceful and it was never busy around the pool. It's worth having a walk around the vineyard, either guided or self guided with a map from the shop, then obviously finishing off by tasting the wines. We hired a car which was great as the vineyard isn't in walking distance of anything else, it's just off a main road. We also got a taxi into Frejus one night which cost around €12. All in all, we would definitely go back maybe after learning a bit more French.

This was our 1st time in the south of France and this hotel was recommended to us. It is a fab family run hotel and the hosts are one of the most pleasant we have ever had and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. We had a sea view and it was stunning. There is a main road to cross to get to the beach but it ia worth it. Even though it is a busy road it calms down in the evening and you cannot hear the traffic once the doors are closed. The hotel gave us towels and a parasol to take to the beach foc which makes a nice change as most bigger hotels would charge for this. The room qas spacious and had air con which was great for me. We also brought the wrong adapter but again the hotel help us out and gave us one. We had dinner one night in the hotel and the food is amazing it is well above 3* standard. There is a good choice at breakfast and would definitely recommend the cheese omelette it is well worrh the extra. I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room or even a vending machine in reception so i could get a cuppa anytime. We did not drive as being from the uk we drive on the left and in France as most other places they drive on the right and although i have done it a couple of times before i didn't like it. Also im on holiday so i like a few wines. We decided to go for a little nosy and if you come out of the hotel and go right after about 15 minutes walk you will come to a wee shop and an italian restaurant but that's about it. We did get a taxi into st. Aygulf one day and that was a good day but trying to get a taxi back was a nightmare. I would have no problem recommending this hotel but i would also say if you want to explore you definitely need a car. I would love to go back as it was lovely but the public transport/taxi services would need to improve.
