Clean rooms, king-size beds, very comfortable bedding, air conditioning, the right sweet and savoury breakfast is provided at your convenience, if not included in your recipe, please order the day before. However, when you pay for the room at full price, the parking space is a bit expensive. 20 € per day 🤔, thinking that cleaning up these weeds will make it more advanced, the staff is very, very pleasant.

The hotel has the best price-quality ratio. The rooms are clean, nice bathroom and small kitchen. Overall, no cons were found. The furniture and hotel are not “Instagrammable”, but comfortable for living. I really liked the breakfast, it is French (there is nothing hot except drinks), but tasty and fresh.

The hotel is located away from the city center and is located exactly the opposite side indicated by Google Maps. A tram station is right in front of the hotel, if you want to go downtown where parking is difficult. The reception is open 24 hours a day which is very important. The Reception Hall is Open Space for different activities, restaurant lounge bar and a reading area and games room and a TV area. Breakfast is well provided, but as 90% of the client are early risers, if you get there 9:15 a.m., there is almost nothing left to eat and the kitchen service only replenishes the buffet after a severe complaint from a customer. Which is a shame compared to the quality displayed by the hotel. The hotel must see this problem of supplying the buffet at breakfast. This is my observation of two successive mornings. The hotel hasn't'its own car park, but a car park in partnership with Parking Futura is just near the hotel. The car park is closed and secure and paying. There are family rooms for four adults at this hotel. A family room is composed of two independent rooms with a single main entrance and two independent entrances inside. The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed and cleaned and are tidy and clean down to the bathroom.

I have a lot to say about Ciarus, both good and bad. First things first: our arrival. Personally, me and my roommate did not have any problems when we arrived and were promptly given our keys by one of the kind people at the front desk. However, upon asking others in our group how their arrival went, it turns out not everybody had the same experience. Another group of friends were told to wait for a while, and when one girl finally got to present her ID to a lady at the front desk, she was told “boys first” and had to go to the back of the line. Strange, I thought when she told me this. It sounded like from half of the students, their arrival was met rudely and did not leave a good first impression. Still, I continued on with high hopes for our stay here. The first week itself went well, actually! The room I was to stay in was very spacious, we had a beautiful view of the street, and the food was buffet style and decent. I personally felt like the room was nice. However, other students complained about how small their rooms felt like, which I didn’t understand until I visited their room and realized it was half of ours. I would definitely recommend studying abroad to continue hosting this program in Strasbourg! The city itself was not a problem at all. Ciarus became somewhat of a problem when we had our first case of COVID among our classmates. On a late night during our second week there, I received a message that someone had gotten COVID. Later on, another case. The next morning, two more cases. Those who had roommates with COVID had to spend the night with them, as the hostel was totally booked. Many students were exasperated by this. Ciarus did not enforce any type of COVID precautions or separation among the different parties. Upon telling Ciarus that we had COVID cases, they apparently were very shocked and angry, but it wasn’t our fault that we caught covid. When we had figured out who was positive and who was negative, Ciarus refused to allow us to have more rooms to house the negative roommates that were to be kicked out, forcing a reshuffling of rooming situations. A student I knew ended up in a very tiny room with two other students, giving almost no space for their belongings. They had two pairs of bunk beds, meaning 4 beds total. However, one of the beds had already been used by a COVID positive person, and another bed was discovered to have blood splatters on it… they asked the front lady if someone could come and take out and replace the sheets, but refused because of COVID, although everyone was all negative. We tried another staff member, who assured us some clean linens would be provided–linens that never even came. One of them had two options–sleep on the bloody bed or a bed contaminated with COVID. Our cohort was asked to wear masks in the hotel, even though the rest of us were negative. My group of friends and I complied with this demand, only to be treated like hot garbage by some of the staff. My roommate went downsta

Great location, spacious rooms. This room has a small kitchen, a set of utensils, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. A large and comfortable bed, clean sheets, a combined bathroom, all the equipment in the bathroom are in good condition, and the hot water pressure is good. Wi-Fi is only near the reception, but it is fast. 24 hours reception. I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful hotel, with great wine bar conveniently located at the brink of the ”Grande-Île”. 3min walk to Place Kleber, about 10min walk to the cathedral. Lot's of restaurants in the neighborhood. Comprehensive continental breakfast. You're getting a significant discount for parking in the nearby ”Indigo Kléber” (located Place de l’Homme de Fer). So first drop your car at the parking lot, present the ticket to the receptionist at the hotel and he will hand out a discounted ticket (roughly 50%). Rooms are split in two catagories: facing the back yard: very quite. Facing the street: very noisy, the whole night long. We've been in luck staying in one of the quite rooms. However our friends got one of the rooms facing the street having a terribly noisy night. And like in a lot of other hotels: no power outlets for your charging devices. You've got to crawl on the floor, pulling out power chords from unneeded stuff to get your gears charged.

Conveniently located across the train station, this hotel was a great base to explore Strasbourg and Colmar during Christmas. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk staff was very attentive and answered any questions we had. COVID-19 protocols were strict, which was very positive. The room was a standard IBIS room, so nothing spectacular to write about, but still served its purpose and didn’t come with any surprises. Check-out was again fast, and walking across the street to get on our train for our next destination was priceless.

Tu-W, July 12-13, ~9 pm check-in. Horrible girl at desk—tall and thin with light brown hair and almond eyes. As the lone desk attendant, she ignored us while she finished writing something without acknowledging us. Then when she finally bothered to look up, she was very sour and acted like we were wasting her time. As she presented the credit card reader, she said to insert the card as I reflexively tried to tap it on the contactless icon as at nearly every other establishment. She repeated, “INSÉRER la carte,” like I was a jerk. After staying at 30 hotels during an extended tour of France, Italy, and Switzerland, it was definitely the rudest reception we’d ever gotten. Every other place was much more accommodating. She made me want to leave our room in a mess, though we did not. The breakfast attendant was also somewhat militant about checking room numbers and made people uncomfortable for being in the buffet line. Though it’s a good location, I’d recommend another place for better hospitality.

Only positive point of this hotel: a very friendly welcome both day and night. Otherwise: Old-fashioned rooms, without double glazing although located against a ring road. Avoid rooms ending in 13 to 17. The electronic lock of my room not working, despite a report made, was never repaired. It was necessary that each time the person of the reception comes to open me with his key. Practical… Some pillows and mattresses are completely smashed. The condition of the furniture is obviously not a priority. Colleagues had cockroaches in their rooms, some had immense difficulty switching from ”tap” mode to ”shower” mode via the selector that had to be lifted. There was even a room with the impossibility of switching to shower mode. Not very nice when you come back from a huge day of work at midnight. My toilets were dirty (see photo) and the toilet seat clip was broken. As for the breakfast, it is minimalist and of fairly average quality. I was lucky to have baguettes the first morning, then only tiny thawed rolls the next two (at 8am). Only one choice of tea: low-end yellow Lipton. Finally, it is unpleasant to be woken up early in the morning by the team of gardeners forcefully using their noisy tools such as hedge trimmers, blowers and other mowers.

We arrived at the hotel midday on the 28th of December, checked in a bit late (I was told the room was not ready). Was not annoyed at all though, the receptionists were really friendly and chatty. They helped us through with anything we asked for, cannot complain about anything. The room was a bit ”isolated” from the other rooms which was a nice bonus! Closed garage just next to the hotel for a reasonable price was also a bonus. If there would be something for me to suggest that could get improved, that would be the wifi signal in the room. I guess that was due to the fact that it was a bit isolated, perhaps an extra access point would make the job perfect. Still, I browsed the internet just fine, had to move a bit from the bed to the desk. Location-wise, it's only 15' walk from the historical town center and a 10' minute walk from a mall. Thank you all over there, looking forward to seeing you again if I show up again soon!

Where to begin. My minuscule room on the second floor. I smelled less sewage in the Paris metro. The room stinks so bad. There was no air-conditioning or any type of ventilation. And if you open the window all you could hear was noise at three in the morning from the bar that is downstairs. But you can’t complain about the bar because the family that runs the hotel runs the bar. Avoid this place at all costs. Now they did comp my room and move me to a lovely room in the courtyard and that was fine but these rooms over the bars should not even be allowed to be given to people. When I did complain they said they know it’s a problem but nobody’s doing anything to solve it so just beware. So the first night when I was in the tiny room that stunk like sewage I had to open the window but I couldn’t sleep because of the bar noise. So let me tell you about the lovely gentleman at reception. After the bar close he had a couple of girls that were hanging out in front of the hotel talking so loudly and drinking. I was sitting by the window because it was fresh air he literally pissed in the street. I am here to tell you just avoid this place. It could be so charming but it’s not. Now if you can get one of the big rooms in the courtyard I thought it was lovely. But it’s not worth risking. If you get a room over the street Run. Breakfast was also not very good. Really this is like a one star hotel. Buyer beware.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

We explored the third Strasbourg. This hotel is very central for this. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. Footway is also very much to reach. Our room was very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Each room has an individual design. The beds are comfortable. The reception is very nice. A small manco we had at breakfast: the room is a little bit small so not all guests have to find or wait. The coffee machine has stretched, bad for me. Breakfast itself was moderate. I would recommend the hotel further!

Compared to the ibis and other hotels near the train station, this price is not so high. This is more than one kilometer from the railway station. In fact, there are several mercures along the way. But this is recommended by Ctrip. The advantage is that he is in the city center, next to the Spring Department Store, and the lV shop. Shopping is convenient. But the service is not as good as the previous ibis.

The location is very good, but the hygiene is not good. The room where I stayed for the first night has a taste of stool. After talking to the front desk, I will change other rooms soon, but the curtains in the room are very dusty. The equipment and design inside are completely different. Star, equivalent to 2 stars, and there is not much choice for breakfast, just some bread and cheese, all the drinks are drink machines, no hand-handed, so it is not four stars. The first night was booked in a superior room, but it did not meet the advanced room at all, and it was subject to further improvement in all aspects.

I stayed at Hotel les Haras for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. It is across the river just a few blocks from Petite France and the old town. It is a 15 mins. walk from the train station. So everything is close, but you are just outside the centre so it feels really quiet and peaceful. It is near the teaching hospital and the cave historique des hospices de strasbourg (old wine cellar) is worth popping by and is very close. There are also several excellent and affordable restaurants within steps of the hotel - less touristy than the ones near the cathedral. I chose this hotel because hotel guests have access to the spa area/pool for 1 hour daily and this was a highlight of my stay. You do have to reserve a time slot, but I would usually book it on the same day and whatever time I wanted was available. Sometimes I had the facilities to myself, and at maximum there were 3 other people there. The swimming pool is heated and beautifully designed. It is peaceful but big enough you can actually swim some laps. There is also a Finnish sauna, steam room, showers, and one of those buckets where you pull the cord and it dumps cold water on you. Then there is a relaxation area with chairs, loungers, blankets and tea. Just blissful!! If you want to stay over 1 hour, it is 25 euros but I also did not feel they were strict and timing your stay to the minute. I did not use the gym but took a peek and it is small without any mirrors, but has some basic equipment if you need (cardio machines, free weights). They let me borrow the pilates mat as I prefer to workout in my room so that I can use videos from my laptop. When I checked in, I was shocked to see my room was not cleaned and was a mess from the previous guest. I was surprised at the oversight. I would also say the woman who checked me in was not particularly warm. She just gave me my key and did not make any small talk whatsoever (e.g. asking where I came from/how the flight was etc). So my first impression was not the best. But there was a staff member in the hallway, so I told them my room was not ready and she quickly fixed the situation. At first, she said I can wait and they will clean it. But I was annoyed as I had been traveling almost 24 hours (flight to CDG then taxi to train station then train then 15 mins walk in the heat) and just wanted to rest and shower. Plus, it was after 3pm which is the designated check-in time. It's not like I arrived early. Thankfully, they found me another room and immediately took me there and were apologetic. I did not require much assistance from the concierge as I already had things planned out. I did not eat their breakfast, as I preferred to go to different cafes nearby to try their baked goods and coffee. I did enjoy sitting in the courtyard and reading. Front desk staff (a kind man, didn't get his name) were helpful when I needed to borrow a universal adapter. The room itself (the basic queen room) was near perfect. Everything you need and would expect

We loved this hotel and its location on the island. It's within walking distance from the train station and the island can easily be walked. We had 3 nights at the hotel. The front desk, especially the Ugandan employee, was so friendly and helpful--many thanks. As was the restaurant staff very accommodating, especially with children. The hotel is super clean and the rooms very much in good order. We loved our apartment and it was great for the kids. Many restaurants just around the corners. Absolutely do get the breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Only missing perhaps was an omelette but everything else we like was presented. Be sure to check out the fresh cheese usually presented at the entrance. We will stay at this hotel again when we return... You can hear street noise, however I had brought earplugs and my children were not disturbed

We had a short stay in Strasbourg. This is hotel literally a 2 minute walk as you exit the train station. Our original room was a ”accessible” room which was NOT what we had reserved. Alexanderos at the front desk was kind enough to change our room to a top floor with a view of of the main square. Everything was as expected. The ONLY odd thing about the room was the lack of a handle on the bathroom door and the the door opened to the outside! Not normal. There was just a groove alongside the door edge. Made it hard to pull the door to open toward the inside of the room. PLEASE install door handles. The staff was always attentive and helpful especially Alexandros.

The hotel's infrastructure is in a good sanitation environment and it is difficult to find a parking space in the city center. Synchronize with friends to book two rooms of the same standard and at the same price. But the two rooms are a world apart, one room is spacious and bright, and the evening room service and small gifts are available. The other room is extremely rudimentary and has no service. The most unbearable thing is that one of the rooms did not have a TV remote control. The reply I received after calling the front desk was that there was no way to solve it. A four-star hotel doesn't even have a spare TV remote control. Even if there is no spare remote control, the service staff can take one from the vacant room. The front desk staff was arrogant and lacking courtesy. I will never stay again next time.

The amenities were my favorite NUXE, and I personally was a tick. It was a late time to arrive at a single stay, so I chose it as close to Strasbourg station as much as possible, but Google Maps was a little scared to be guided through narrow and dark roads i did. There were many shops around UberEats and it was perfect. It was a short stay time, so it was like a very narrow business hotel in Japan and there was a feeling of cleanliness, so it was enough for me to consider it as a French hotel. I'm sorry if there is a little memory difference because I stayed 3 months ago.

We travelled to Strasbourg by train from UK so the hotel was ideally located when we arrived. And it was only a few hundred yards from all the sights in central Strasbourg too, plus lots of excellent eating and drinking establishments. Our room was spacious, well appointed and beautifully clean. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious (the pancake machine was a highlight!). The staff were attentive and helpful. All in all, a really good experience.

When I booked, I saw that there were not many reviews and I was a little worried. However, after checking in, I found that worry was unnecessary. The location of the hotel is 600+ meters away from the train station, about 10 minutes on foot. It is very quiet. Although the room is small and warm, the toiletries are provided

Unfortunate! But it is probably just a part delivered! Thanks to your teams, both at the front office and at the cleaning, The hotel is very comfortable and warm !

The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the train station, and the trip is extremely convenient. The room is also relatively large, and there is absolutely no problem with a child. The bathing facilities are a bit old and can feel that the store has been as clean and tidy as possible, and it is not easy for old hotels in Europe. The washbasin is a double basin, very good.

The location is very good, three minutes away from the railway station, and easy to get to the old city, all within walking distance. I don’t know if it was the reason why Ctrip booked the room. The room I gave was not in the main building, but in another building. There was no elevator to go up, and the room I gave was of the kind without windows. Just stay for one night. The breakfast was pretty good. Basically there are fruit juice, bread and fruit. The lobby also has a coffee machine for your own use. The overall price is not high on weekends.

The hotel staff are very efficient , available and pleasant and the room was clean and reasonably priced. There is a car park in the hotel grounds which has to be reserved and paid for but it offers proximity to the lift for unloading and charging baggage. The breakfast was copious . The hotel is very close to the historic city centre of Strasburg and Tramlines to other parts of the city. The room was small for a couple and some renovation is advisable. There was numerous points of observation that there was a policy prevention of the spread of the COVID virus e.g. staff wore masks and advised customers to do the same and there were disinfectant possibilities on every floor.
