The Hotel is good situated at Place du Clichy. The Montmartre area and on the other Hand Grands Magasins/ Opéra ca be easily reached by food in ca. 15 minutes walk. We had a quiet room, which was small but still OK. The breakfast was ok with a good choice, but nothing special typical Parisienne. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Finally I need to mention the very friendly staff. The best argument to choose the hotel is the good location

We stayed here for 3 nights and just got home. First the good points: location is good. Yes, there’s sex shops aplenty on the main drag but you can ignore them, and it’s also a short walk to Montmatre with lovely cafes and restaurants. There is a metro nearby although we ended up walking everywhere. It’s a 30 min walk to Gare du Nord if you’re dragging a small case behind you. Breakfast was also good, replenished frequently. For the money I think it was good value, we often had breakfast at 9, a little cake at 2 and that would suffice us until dinner. We certainly ate far more for breakfast than normal. Their fresh fruit salad is lovely and I’m sure negates the badness of the pain au chocolat! The bed was also comfortable. Now the bad bits..... mould in the bathroom on the ceiling. Lots of it. Not good, not acceptable. Cracked tile in the shower, grout needs cleaned or re-done. Lino on bathroom floor is rucking. Basically the bathroom wasn’t great. No ventilation that I could see which explains the mould. We found the room incredibly stuffy and hot. There was an air con system so i turned the thermostat down but it made no difference. It was clearly set on heat mode despite us not wanting it. We had to open the window in the end and bizarrely this meant mosquitos in the room (this was Feb, who knew?) and you can’t ignore the high pitch whine of a mosquito. Both my husband and I have come home with about 10 bites each on whichever bits were on top of the duvet, arms, hands, face etc.Or in my case, my feet which were sticking out from the duvet. Still itching away now..... Finally, staff weren’t exactly great when we checked in. Our first room was a bed up against a wall, not ideal and not as per their photos. I went back down and this got changed quickly so that was good. However, they failed to say what time check out was, or where and when breakfast was. I’d say they were basic bits of info. They weren’t rude, and when I asked later on they gave me the info, but I would have thought this would have been part of the check in process. And my final gripe is the same for so many hotels around the world that I’ve been to. They love to have the sign that tells you they’re helping the environment and want you to play your part by hanging up your towel so it won’t be replaced. What a pile of bull. Each day the towels were replaced so it’s just lip service. Nothing irritates me more (apart from a mouldy ceiling of course). Would I stay here again? Hmmm... perhaps not. Maybe it was just our room. If so, avoid room 309!

We stayed here as 5 girls so had 2 apartments, our apartment had a really big king size bed then a fold out sofa with 2 singles, the rooms were a good size with lots of cupboard space, had a bathroom and a separate toilets all with toiletries and fully equipped. we had a kitchenette too which had a fridge and everything we needed. Reception were really helpful with check in and keeping the luggage for us. The hotel is 2 min walk to the station and when you walk out the hotel there is a restaurant opposite and a Irish bar at the end of the road. Defo would stay again

The hotel was clean, the towels were plentiful and the bed sheets where white and crisp.. The room has two large windows with a nice size balcony overlooking the streets of Paris..The TV was large and well positioned on the wall and in front of the bed. The room comes with an electric pot for heating water for coffee or tea...We used it to heat up water with lemon and honey for my friend who caught a cold while visiting in the winter and to make some coffee for us as well...It was a small thing to have in the room, but we sure appreciate having it! We also liked the location of the hotel since it was close to all the attractions and there is a little grocery store a couple of doors down, where we could buy juice, pastries, wine, etc.... During the mornings we were always greeted by Alaine, who is a nice man who has worked in the hotel industry for many years...Alaine was always professional and courteous. He was also quick to answer all of our questions and concerns. He even helped us arrange for a shuttle to take us back to the airport at a discounted price... and made sure we got on it on time so that we would not miss our flight back home...So we enjoyed our stayed and we are very appreciative for Alaine's help.

I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is located just 5 minutes walk to the metro. The rooms are very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurants around. Supermarket is very near. I strongly recommend it for touristic visits. Not at all proper for business trips as the rooms are very small, not proper to work with a desk. Wi-fi is well functioning. Blackout curtains are good to have good sleep.

Although we've been to Paris on numerous occasions, this was our first stay in this hotel. From booking to checking out, everything was very easy and professional. It's a lovely hotel, very easy to find and close to a metro station. Although near to the very busy Place de Clichy, the hotel itself has a very quiet, calm atmosphere. Our room was excellent (we had the junior balcony suite). We never made it to breakfast while staying there as we had the best sleep in ages (which says a lot with one of us usually struggling to get a good night's sleep) and took our time relaxing, reading and getting ready in the mornings. The hotel has a very lovely terrace and bar which we used a couple of times. We would have frequented it more but were out late a few times with a couple of rock concerts to attend, friend to meet up with and a night at the annual wine festival (Fête des Vendanges de Montmartre). The thing that really made it a great place to stay was the staff - everyone was so welcoming and friendly and we were greeted with smiles and words wishing us a good day/night no matter what the time of day. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this hotel and next time we visit Paris we will definitely be back!

I’ve just returned from a 4 night stay at the Terrass with my partner & I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this hotel. From check-in until check-out, we received nothing less than excellent service from every member of staff. The hotel itself is modern yet comfortable & it’s location makes it an ideal basis for exploring Montmartre. It’s also incredibly close to Abbesses Metro station, if you’re looking to go further afield. We stayed in an Executive Eiffel room, which I would go for again on our next visit (and there will definitely be a next visit)! The room was clean, trendy & spacious. And having the Eiffel Tower sparkling at you from across the city was the perfect end to each night. We ate at the hotel restaurant on our 1st night, and I would recommend this to anyone, even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The food, the service, the atmosphere - everything was exceptional! A truly special experience for our 1st night. Breakfast is a more relaxed experience but no less excellent. For someone who normally skips breakfast, I went back for seconds every day! Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone planning a few days in Paris.

We were in Paris for 5 nights and found this gem of a hotel in a very central location. Only 5-10 min walk to Montmartre and Moulin Rouge. 30 min walk to Louvre, Concorde and Eiffel tour. We walked everywhere so we found the hotel very convenient. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Lovely touches in the room incl a claw foot bath. The staff were attentive, wonderfully courteous and helpful. The area has an abundance of very nice small restaurants , patisseries and local supermarkets. I would recommend this hotel as a lovely boutique place for a comfortable stay.

During our last stay in Paris, we stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel for a weekend next to Montmartre. The service and our room (Margot) were both exquisite, the decor overall is superb. The team was welcoming and helpful when needed, they assisted us perfectly. On our first night, we had a lovely dinner with delicious cocktails at the hotel bar, (order the Dita). The next day we enjoyed a walk in the neighbourhood (typical charming Paris) and came back for a session in the private spa followed by massages, which I honestly recommend to everyone staying at the hotel. Amazing in every aspect, we had a great time at La Maison Souquet and hope to return soon

This hotel do not have many amenities, but three items it had that were important to me, location, cleanness, and price, and Hotel Darcet hit all those items. Location is near to Metro, Moulin Rouge, Galeries Lafayett, and many cafes and restaurants. Also a bakery next door, and across the road is a large supermarket which was convenient. Getting to the main tourist points using the Metro or bus is very easy, and the staff was helpful, especially Ziane who was always at the main desk. When I checked in, we discovered I had booked for July instead of January, big mistake, fortunately Ziane was able to find me the last room for three nights, but found me another hotel for me mast night, so I was thankful. My room is very small and bare bones, but clean with white sheets etc. The shower had a door, I do not like when the shower/toilet has no separation and the entire bathroom gets wet. I was lucky to get a room with a small balcony, so was bright. The only negative issue, would be that they do not offer breakfast, there is a small room you can use to eat in if you brought in your own food, and a very small kitchen and fridge which was open to everyone, did not really like that. So the price was good for what you paid for.

I was not too impressed with this hotel. I had to leave my key at the front when leaving the hotel and I had to depend on the guard at the front desk let me in /to be awake when I return at night. If you are traveling on a budget and needing a place just for sleeping at night. you could consider Hotel Camelia

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
