The location is in the city center, very convenient nearby, close to the subway station, next to many restaurants, department stores and supermarkets, the Pompidou Museum is also nearby, you can find a shared bicycle nearby, it is recommended, the only one is criticized Place.... Stayed for three consecutive nights, and the sheets were not replaced. Should it be environmentally friendly? Still lazy...? After all, the people of this country will enjoy life, but this hotel belongs to the service industry, and it still needs further improvement! Still can live...

Price is reasonable. Perfect Location as the nearest METRO LIne is less than 100 meters away. Surrounded by restaurants of different cuisines. There was a Japanese restaurant at the back street , a Mcdonalds ( for our comfort breakfast) about a block away , a Chinese restaurant nearby that served authentic braised beef noodle soup and gyoza and different bars and restos to give you one gastronomic experience. Front desk guys were very helpful , they helped us print out our boarding passes for our early flight to Lourdes, they also arranged for a Taxi to pick us up early and bring us to the airport. No elevator but it was okay since we were in Room 108 just a short flight of stairs and we were in our room. WHen back in PAris , I will definitely book with them again and I highly recommend getting your accommodations with them too.

Le 1er Etage in Marais is a lovely small hotel in central Paris in a very stylish area. The service is exceptional, the rooms are roomy, stylish, decorated with beautiful details and treasures sourced from the famous antique flea markets, and most importantly quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the traffic and crowds. The breakfast is fabulous, and the service is authentic and friendly. I will definitely come back.

I had the chance to stay in your property in the period from August 25 to August 31. I came with my family consisting of 2 adults, one child and one infant and it seems that I was not paying attention that a standard double room will not be suitable for us. Our stay would have been so depressing in that room but thanks to Majid (Abdul Majid). He quickly moved us to a family room at a very good rate and then all our stay problems have been solved. In addition he showed a very understanding approach and has been nice and helpful. People like Majid are the ones who can make a difference. The rest of staff and guys in reception are also very nice and welcoming. Thanks and my best wishes to your property and employees there

Staying at Hotel Bourg Tibourg made our first trip to Paris extra special! From the moment we walked in, which was early morning, we were warmly welcomed. Due to the early hour, our room was not ready and were told to return several hours later. We wandered around this beautiful area of le Marais and began to get a feel for the neighborhood. This hotel was the best choice we made on our 10 day stay in Paris. The decor was something out of a movie, warm, inviting and elegant! As in most boutique hotels in Europe, the rooms are small but this truly posed no problem. We stayed in a Junior Deluxe which was warm and inviting with an extremely comfortable bed. What impressed us the most was the helpfulness and cordiality of the staff. Bruno, The hotel manager and his team of lovely young ladies and courteous young men went out of their way to answer any and all questions. Bruno and his team managed to strike a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. We can not say enough about the atmosphere that is created in this amazing cozy hotel. Breakfast is a special treat and I would recommend enjoying a lovely breakfast here at least once during your stay. If we ever find ourselves back in Paris, there is no where else we would stay! Not sure why so many people did not like this place, because I thought it was perfect. we were in Paris 5 days and this place was in the perfect location. The wallpaper and overall room design were amazing and felt very old world which is what we were looking for in our Paris vacation. If you are looking for a modern ritz-y place, this is not for you. But if you want an adorable room to come back to after a long day of exploring, look no further.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. The whole hotel has a wonderful old and fun-down charm, the floorboards creek a little, the wallpaper seems old and original. Very quaint. We did not like the size of our bed, it was a small mattress, but everything we really enjoyed at this mid-budget hotel.

Booked based on location before reading reviews so was a little nervous about what to expect. Have to say I saw no evidence of the poor maintenance shown in some photos, the public areas of the hotel and our room were in perfect order and very clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the front desk is manned 24x7. We arrived far too early for check-in hoping we could just leave our bags but the room was ready so they let us have it right away. They kept hold of our bags for us until an evening flight on check-out day too. The room was quite small but that's normal for the old buildings in the area. Shower was over the bath but decent pressure. Location is ideal, at the quieter end of one of the less busy streets in the Marais, so only two minutes walk from all the cafes, bars and restaurants but not too noisy. I will happily book again next time I'm working in Paris.

First, let me start by saying I searched Trip Advisor for a highly rated Parisian hotel in the 4th Arr with a Fitness Center. This hotel came up in my search and the reviews were outstanding. However, upon arrival I learned that there was NO Fitness Center on-site and you had to walk about 10 minutes to reach one and pay 25€ per visit. This was very disappointing and Trip Advisor should adjust their settings to say they Do Not have a fitness center. I cannot say enough good things about Paul, the concierge. He was outstanding! He was very friendly and extremely helpful from booking a tour to dining recommendations. He was the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are small and well appointed, but missing a few basic items like lotion. The front desk staff was very kind, but they made several mistakes ranging from putting a deposit/ hold on my credit card and then losing it, to ordering the taxi to take me to the airport at the wrong time, despite an extended discussion. Thankfully, Sandra, the morning desk assistant, was able to sort it all out and order me another taxi that arrived in 15 minutes. Overall, the small staff is very kind and strive hard to make your stay comfortable. Their location in the Marais district can’t be beat. The neighborhood is very vibrant with lots of restaurants and shopping, although the old feel of years passed is changing due to the increasingly high rents, forcing out the independently owned small cafes and stores. It is a very easy walk to most places. You can get to most of the major tourist attractions in less than 40 minutes walking, or take the Metro. Just don’t stay here if you are seeking a fitness center on-site. And be sure to ask Paul for recommendations!

We just finished up staying here for 6 days and could not be happier. The room was exactly as we expected, smaller than some but it was a decent size and not cramped, best of all it was very clean! The staff in the hotel are so lovely, very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is fantastic- there is a bakery around the corner and is very close to the metro, shops and is easily accessible. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

Such a great experience to be here. Easy to get to from the train station. Actually all subways in Paris are easy to navigate. The hotel is really close to everything, Eiffel, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph. And lots of Brasseries. Markets, bakeries and coffee shops. A safe neighbourhood. The room was great. Very comfortable beds. A breakfast is only $10EU each daily, far more cost effective than buying outside the hotel. Save your money for lunch or dinner. Lovely staff, so very friendly and helpful. This is a family owned and managed hotel. We'll go back here for sure.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

There had been mix up over the dates of my booking, which was entirely my fault. The receptionist could not have been more helpful to resolve the situation. Although my booking had been fully pre-paid and was not in theory refundable, he could not have have been more helpful. I was very impressed; the room was fine as was the bathroom, although the facilities were a little basic. There is a funny lift which starts just above the first floor and goes almost to the top floor - which does not make luggage transfers too easy. However, as I have already stated service at the reception was second to none. Breakfast was included in the double room rate (large) of €129.00, which is a real bargain for a hotel in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. We enjoyed our stay here for a week - located just off the Jardin des Tuilleries.

A very cute hotel. We were in the bottom room, with windows that opened to the street. It was a little loud first thing in the morning or when other guest were rowdy due to being located right next to the lobby, but overall that was only the most minor of things we noticed. The bathroom was fantastic- heat towel rack, quality products, wonderful hot water/high pressure. Lots of closet/storage space. Seperate WC. the room was larger than we expected as well. Front desk was so friendly- greeted us each time we arrived, and were able to provide us ice on request (I tore my acl just before the trip, so needed ice regularly after a day of touring). I loved the writing desk in the morning sun- although the view was of the sidewalk, the transparent curtains we perfect for allowing in light while softening the view. The windows both had shutters inside to block out light/sound, and enough still space you could sit and read a book. Location was ideal...the Montmartre area is wonderful. Very close to the Blanche metro line, a short walk to two others. Although just two blocks from Moulin Rouge, absolutely no issues with noise or crazy crowds at night- in fact, it meant some great street food places were open late! Very near to bakeries, fruit stands cheesemonger, easy to grab something quick if you needed. Several cafes a stone throw away with perfect breakfasts and coffee. Near to Van Gough's apartment. A beautiful stroll to the love wall, sacred heart, dali museum and artist square- and thays with me being hobbled with my completely torn ACL! There is a secret food tour that starts and ends in the same area as the hotel to give you an idea of how wonderful all the nearby choices are for eating. 12/10 stay, would definitely stay at this location again. Beautiful location, beautiful service, beautiful city.

Lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just below Montmartre. The staff is very nice and helpful and managed to resolve all questions I might have had. The decor is quite nice, it has a cozy feeling. The breakfast is quite lovely, nice selection of french goodies, so definitely a plus. The only downside is reflected in the location: if you go to central Paris, you often go small for this price. So a single room gets the fun part of not being able to properly unpack my small hand luggage and the elevator is definitely designed for slender crowd. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent location, with 5, 6, 7 subways crossing. The room is small and basically adequate. For Chinese guests, the biggest benefit is that it is close to the Chinese community, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets have more choices, and apartment hotels with kitchens can also cook their own meals. The disadvantage is that the front desk of the hotel is slightly rigid. The air conditioner in my room does not heat, and the warranty for 2 days has not been resolved. It was the first time I had to book a car at the front desk and pay a service fee. The service of the hotel needs to be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the RER line B to Denfert-Rochereau, change line 6 to Cambrinne, exit the station and walk past the traffic lights. The road on the left can see the Ibis hotel sign. There is no elevator or escalator on this section of the subway line 6 of Denfert-Rochereau. You have to carry your luggage up and down. Do not take Line 6 when returning. From the hotel, take a taxi to Denfert-Rochereau (approximately 7 minutes, 19 euros, 20 yuan). Denfert-Rochereau has an elevator to the airport RER line, so you do n’t have to carry your luggage up and down Off! Taxi in Paris is expensive, if the locals are at the airport-hotel, take a taxi to and from it * o * Next to the subway station there is a bakery and a small shop selling Kebab (Kebab, Middle Eastern food), which are all delicious! (Put a few photos of Kabab Kebab). The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious with Cafe and bar. If you can't sleep at night, you can go downstairs for a cup of coffee or a small wine, which is very comfortable. The room is small, 12 square meters. Although small, it is enough to put a suitcase and sleep. It is very convenient for the freelancer to live here! Will stay here next time I come to Paris! When I returned to Paris and lived next to the Lyon train station in Paris, I could n’t help feeling that Paris was more than just land and gold, and hotel details were well done. For example, the double-layer sound insulation glass is really impossible for the capitals of too many countries. Things, such as Beijing and Athens I just went to At the front desk, you can see the platform of the train that is about to leave and whether it is on time. The supermarket is very close downstairs. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . Advantages. - Situated on Rue de Lyon near railway station. Close to Ledru Rollin metro station. Not far from Bastille square. - Hotel is very fresh because of its transformation from Adriatic Hotel to Locomo Hotel. Disadvantages - I payed for my stay a week before and had confirmation. But when I came to hotel, I needed to pay extra costs (taxes) - plus 5,64 euro. It could be more convenient to pay once, not two times. - Sound insulation could be better – you hear what your neighbor doing. Two nights I often was awake because of sounds of conditioner which switched on and off. - The outlet in the bathroom was poorly mounted. It was obvious after finishing drying hair. Also cabin walls were not convenient. - Not convenient elevator due to extra ladder steps on ground floor and upper floors Also I could not immediately find hangers but there were in the room. So I found them a little bit later. But I was satisfied with the hotel despite these disadvantages
