|1.13km from city centerI spend 2 or 3 days in Agadir every year, and always stay at `The New Farah. The staff is simply amazing, especially the manager and reception staff. They treat me with such respect, they are helpful and so friendly. My room is always ready even when I arrive at the crack of dawn. I always end up with a big room, with a beautiful bathroom. The sky lounge and the pool are great too. I just love the location. the whole place is always spotless.

|2.69km from city centerAvoid! Booked this hotel for a mother/daughter holiday to celebrate my daughters 18th and my 51st. On arrival we were told we were being upgraded & thought this was wonderful (even though we thought this a bit odd as the French couple before us were told the hotel was fully booked & they couldn’t upgrade)…only to find the next day we had been placed above construction works! When I complained at reception, they told me there were no works…until I played them the recording from my room! They later admitted the kitchens were being upgraded. I asked to move hotels as this could be heard throughout. I was told to speak to the rep the next day who had 10 other hotels we could move to. The rep did not show…all day! The music around the pool was turned right up to hide the noise…not relaxing at all! The internet cuts in and out, again we were told this was temporary. It was not. I have complained to Love Holidays. The hotel has denied any construction work saying it was a two hour water leak fix. Another fairytale! I have recordings over the two days and a photo of the construction works. The reception staff are rude & deny any failures! The hotel is in need of maintenance. Carpets are filthy & paint peeling from walls. Food could be improved also. We could have overlooked this…but not the loud drilling & constant hammering noise on our walls!

|4.49km from city centerArrival - This was quick and easy, our room was amazing it was a junior suite in atlas so much space including a walk in wardrobe and the massive walk in shower was just brilliant, as some people have already said the bed and more the pillows just 5 star. The complex itself is enormous and you do need to be quite fit to get around but it's so clean and the staff are so friendly you start to not notice the walks. The Pools - these are split into different levels with the lower pool more like an ice bath as this is not heated but the upper pool is nice. Honestly in the 10 days we stayed here there was never a time we did not have choices of sunbeds around the pool it was just great. Food and Drink – When we go all inclusive we always choose min 4 out of 5 rating and 4 star hotel just to try and guarantee a better standard and honestly this is the best food we have had at any of the previous dozen or so hotels we have been to. There is very little pre- cooked food as most of it is cooked at separate stations it really is like a military operation and the quality of the ingredients is fantastic. Drinks are what you would expect and always free flowing we had no problems with anyone trying to charge us any extra for what we drank. There has been a number of comments about table sizes and lack of small tables again nothing we had any problems with if we sat indoors there was plenty of tables for 2 and if we sat outside then we just sat at a table for 4 and sometimes someone will join you but that is no big problem either. (Most of the hotel guests are German or French but they nearly all speak English to some degree). Entertainment - We happen to be there on Halloween night and I have never seen so much effort and attention to detail put into something (download and check the app before going you will know what clothes to take for each night). The rest of the entertainment was ok. Why 4 stars not 5 – This is because our first 5 days where amazing the whole hotel was full of energy and smiling faces both guests and staff it had a real chilled and laid back atmosphere, however the last 5 days the whole atmosphere changed not that it was bad or anything its just the place almost just went to sleep, the average age went up by about 30 years and people just seemed a little grumpy this also came across with the staff just not as many happy faces but that said we still had a fabulous holiday.

|0.48km from city centerthe desire to see this amazing country and limited budget made the choice for AFERNI. this is not a hotel of Turkish-Egyptian version, Where and out there is no need, no!!! it is a hotel. But!! Good building, clean, spacious, comfortable, safe, quiet. room with good furniture, plasma, safe, waife, balcony, view to the yard and to the mosque, window-glass from ceiling to floor, door is the same motion, from that in the room a lot of light, beautiful view from bed, but the curtains are very dense, so sleep well. breakfast is a weak place. drink coffee with a bagette and orange frash, all))) but there are shops around and the cafe is also, so delicious eating will be there. staff is very friendly. By the way, we didn't close the safe with the money and left for 3 days to Marrakesh. nothing was missing, that's it! In a word - a hotel for rest, (but not for hotel entertainment)

|2.45km from city centerI dont understand the bad reviews . Are people expecting the ritz.. this hotel was fine. I have travelled the world and don't think it deserves any less than a 4 star . Its clean . The rooms are clean the staff are nice . If your going out of season like we did the entertainment isn't much I can't comment for in season. We are not really people to stay in the hotel so if your out and about and just enjoying the pool or beach and some drinks it's fine. The food was nice very tasty very much Manaccan but there was pizza and salads and lots of lovely breads . There was always fish and a meat option . I couldn't complain. The room was clean and fresh and seen to daily . There was a hairdryer and shower gels etc. Plenty of places to sit and lounge . The staff where nice . It's in a good location close to restraunts and shops . G7 nightclub if that's your thing . Beach is clean and offer of watersports at the hotel beach. . I would return to the hotel for such a good price its nothing to complain about. I booked with love holidays so you know its not going to be the ritz or the hilton but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a lovely stay.. I think its more of a French hotel than English but didn't have any problems and the singer on a night sang all in English.

|15.52km from city centerThis resort is absolutely beautiful and by far one of the best I’ve stayed in. The hotel lobby and jungle bars are breathtaking almost looks like a mueseum. Got in checked in asked for a complimentary upgrade he said he will do it but not sure if he did as I felt like we was in a standard room at the back with no views. Room was sooo far away it took a good 5-7 mins to walk to main bit and after a bit of getting used to we found a route. They take your suitcases for you but when you are waiting at the front they let other people go so was waiting agesss. No one also informed us of the poolside towels at check in and I had to find from Tripadvisor that we get these There are also cats everywhere but they are not like stray dirty cats. So if you sit near the outside for your meals be prepared to have a cat coming up your leg. Food was average and you get sick of it after a while. On the plus side I did not get ill or anything from it as I have done other resorts. I also noticed the waiters were not coming towards us to take our drink order once seated but were favouring more the white people (probably after tips) This place is not near anything at all and is around 30 mins from main agadir. If you are a person who doesn’t like leaving a resort then this is your place. If you like activities I would recommend staying agadir. As this is in taghazout activities to get to agadir cost twice as much and if we’re staying in agadir would have been cheaper. The resort doesn’t have much to do. Beach is pretty basic and has a few camels on there. There is only 1 heated pool so all the other pools were empty leaving one to be cramped up. The staff don’t understand English much and get a bit confused so be patient with them. Housekeeping are very quiet just get on with it Tips: Ask for a complimentary upgrade Ask for pool cards at reception for the towels Take your own iron they won’t give you one Take toiletries as there’s 1 pump on shower wall which is shampoo and body wash in 1

|0.92km from city centerI spent 3 nights at this hotel last December-2022-and again for one night in January 2023 and it was a very enjoyable experience. This hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from the beach. The room I was given was very clean and was serviced daily. What really makes this hotel stand out is the very friendly staff.I want to mention Miloud,Osama,Ibrahim,Lahcen and especially Mohammed.Help was always available when I needed information or a taxi to the bus station. The food was top class.Breakfast each morning was well prepared and well presented and the set menu for the rest of the day was excellent and very affordable at only 38 dirhams-so appetising in fact that on one day I had it twice-for lunch and for dinner. On New Year's Eve an excellent dinner was prepared at a very attractive price. This is a lovely place to stay at....Top marks...10 out of 10.

|0.93km from city centerHotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.

|3.25km from city centerThe staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

|3.42km from city centerHotel is huge and most of the staff were friendly, including the entertainment team who were fantastic, smiley and so informative. (Sam and Simo in particular were lovely!) Unfortunately the food and drink times were set which meant that after dinner finished, you cannot get cold drinks apart from water. During breakfast the cold drinks are unavailable, only water and coffee. There were no snack machines or snacks at all in the evening and a lot of the drink machines were not working. The evening singers were okay, a bit boring. The hotel entertainment boys kept us laughing and entertained though. There was nothing else in the evening to do other than watch the singer… a very small kids park with poor lighting. They also need more selection at dinner time, everything tasted the same and same things day in and day out. If they improved a few little quick wins, the hotel would greatly improve. Lovely lady who does He na

|3.19km from city centerRoom condition is ok. Because it is an apartment, the refrigerator (refrigeration room + refrigerator) is large, induction, and there is a kitchen where you can dish.
The room was quite big and the terrace was good, but the bathroom shower booth was small and the sink was small, so it was a bit disappointing that the space for toiletries was small.
Breakfast is not available separately and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym.
And there was no guidebook in the room, so I had to go to reception and ask for information to use the service.
It was a new building, so it was clean overall, but there were a few doctors to visit again.

|4.02km from city centerThe staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.

|1.22km from city centerFirst visit to agadir loved it,ĺ but the only down fall was the hotel, when you first enter it is beautiful , the pool area & garden area again very stunning, but when we were taken to our room it was horrendous, the toilets smelled & were dirty, the bedding had blood stains on it, we were given a room that we hadn't booked. We'd paid extra for a sea view room and we weren't given that, when we did go to treception to enquire why, they said there was no availability depite us booking over 6 months in advance, the room should have been reserved for our stay. We requested to be moved straight away & to be told no rooms are available, we argued that we had booked the holiday Feb so our room should have been available. The reception staff abdul mutalib, was rude & not very helpfull there seemed to be smirk on his face when we approached him about our room as though he knew we would be complaining Luckily the love holiday rep Nurruddin was available whom was very nice, honest and really accomodating throughout our trip, he advised us to spk to khadija in the morning who will change our room, to which she did, khadija was very nice and looked after us. The rooms are outdated & need re decorating, the bathroom continuously smell &, the cleaning is not up to standard there are stains on the bathroom tiles & walls. The cleaners dont clean very well just change towels, mop floor & change toilet rolls, the whole week the toilet, sink or bath had not been cleaned, i had to clean the sink, mirror & shower area myself. The food was not very appetising & not much variety everyday there was the same salads, spaghetti bolegnase, rice, chicken or beef on alternate days. not much available for children. Despite the disappointment of having to change my room twice in one week, we had a lovely time in agadir, it is a shame the hotel ruined aspects of our holiday. For a hotel in the prime location, their standards are very low. Thank you to the love holidays staff for helping us out.

|1.45km from city centerI've had a very pleasant stay at the Tagadirt, with a nice room that also has had a good WiFi connection, some rooms don't, but luckily we got one that does. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere with a beautiful style in which it is built, even though the ways to the reception can be quite long. The rooms are equipped according to their price. It's all a bit older but it's clean and it works. Staff is very nice and helpful, but they've clearly got friends who own a taxi business which is why they tell you not to get a bus to Marrakech but rather go by private transfer, which is very expensive. Don't listen to them in that instance. The pool is nice and clean, but in the high-season might be a bit small for my liking. I'm sure if they've got an investor for this place and they just renewed the rooms it'd be a very good hotel that could also easily bump up prices.

|1km from city centerMy self and my partner stayed in this hotel! Hotel was lovely you get exactly what you pay for! They had a bar outside by the pool and the man that works there was so lovely and very kind with us the whole week we were there! Reception on check in was very good however we had a problem with the cash machine our 3rd day in and the lady in reception was extremely rude and ignored what we were trying to tell her kept telling us we wer using the machine wrong as if we never used one before! This was a very disappointing part of the holiday for us as the machine had wit drew the money but no cash came with it! Before we arrived to the hotel we met with Assam who was a trip advisor with love holidays and we booked all of our days trips through him and the service was by him was spectacular! However when we arrived to the hotel there was another man with all the same things that we had planned to do woth assam there waiting on us! This man went by the name Rashid. We felt him very pushy and rude when we arrived all we wanted to do was get changed and have dinner but he kept insisting we go chat with him after telling him time and time again we wanted to go for dinner and get changed! When we then met with him we new we had everything booked so we weren’t planning on doing anything with him but told him we would think about it! The next morning he had us tortured to come and do something with him but we had already booked and when we refused to do anything he became very rude towards us wouldn’t say hello or help us if we asked for directions or anything! We spoke to a few people who done things with him and they said everything was cut short they didn’t get what they paid for and one of the days he never showed up to take them to there activities that day! He’s very much so in your face until you book something and if you don’t book anything through him he’s dam right rude! On the other hand everything else was perfect we had a amazing holiday if we wer to go back again would we stay in this hotel no reason being the rude reception we received about the bank machine and rashids rudeness!
