The typical high-quality hotel is worthy of praise. The Ctrip booking is actually a little cheaper, and the hotel facilities are all very good. Finally, I would like to extend my cordial greetings to the family members of Ctrip's ticket reservation department: You have stolen the flight I ordered for the red-eye flight, which caused my child to go home at two or three in the morning. Instead of being shy, I refused to admit my mistake and asked me to do it myself. Undertake to change the business class of more than 4,000 yuan, or change the long transit flight and bear all the cost of the change. Ctrip has changed the popular flight to Red Eye. It is already a recidivist. I didn’t expect to be a super member. I also enjoyed the telephone communication to half the tone and hang up the phone. I hope that the CAAC and China Southern Airlines can punish this punishment. Shop big bully ticket agent! ! !
It is not my first time in Dar El Marsa, i was in fact there right after its opening and i am glad that after 5 years its service is still 10/10. Let’s start with the positives; 1-swift check in, even if your room is not ready they offer you to use their breathtaking rooftop restaurant and they will call you as soon as it becomes ready 2- staff/personnel, the nicest and friendliest. They greet you, ask about your stay and if you need anything. 3- offered extended check out till 2pm for free 4- room, spacious, breathtaking views on the Mediterranean with a large balcony, comfy king size bed, generous amenities 5- mini bar, free soft drinks with daily replenish 6- fruits and sandwiches and sparkling water in room first day i arrived 7- fitness room, hamam sauna for free although I didn’t have the time to use 8-la terrace rooftop restaurant: good food, great views, live entertainment 9- currency change service; same rates as the airport. 10- airport transfer, reliable and luxurious. Some improvements to be taken; 1- I understand security is priority but being checked through security guards every time you go out/in is not convenient 2- breakfast, felt that for what you pay it could offer more variety and items.

After a harassing arrival from the airport in the 35-grade bout tumult, the Palace must be a bargain of peace (climate, space, staff politeness). The room is very comfortable and comfortable. in the bathroom (!!), fixed telephone fixed on the wall of the bathroom next to the hair dryer (when you want to play the François clauses), electrical takes placed incongruous places ... As regards hygiene, the room is The hotel is a very clean and clean room and is not clean. The toilets are clean, but they produce a sound of a fat perceiver as the hunt is shot, as if a mason had suddenly started works at your home. The toilets are roughly rough for 10 good minutes. The hotel's swimming pool is superb and could offer a very pleasant environment if the hotel had not decided to transform the places into a night box, continuously broadcasting dancing music to any berzingue, The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel. If you look for the tasteful landing with a thousand flavors from the east, it is actually the cafeteria of the cola that lands in your bases: cartridge cereals, ultra sugar synthesis juice, Canigou sauces, yahourt of large surfaces, The Lipton insipide ... There would still be so much to say about this alleged 5 star Palace ... Prefer the Four seasons, just next to it. You will leave a kid but at least you will know why!

Sophia the Matriarch of the family was at hand to greet us on our first day at breakfast and took our orders and explained the various items she had made at home -e.g the various jams etc.Our favourites Salty crepe with egg and home made yogurt They also have a traditional Tunisian home in Sidi Bou Said -a Museum a must to visit. However Enjoy Dar Ennassim B& B boutique - you won’t find any place better than this Give 6 Stars out of 5!!! Thank you Taieb and your family for your prompt responses and patience and courtesy Nasir, Naaz , Alnasir & Tazmin Toronto Canada
We recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Tunis for three nights for our honeymoon. We were so excited to stay with the brand but unfortunately, our experience was just less than ideal. However, I saw that everyone there wanted to do well and was hard working and caring, so I do think it has a lot of potential! Pros: - The front desk staff is A+. Our check-in team was great and helped accommodate an early check-in on last minute's notice. Also the concierge was especially helpful when we wanted to book tours for Carthage and Sidi Bou Said as well as transportation to the airport. She even checked in after to make sure it went well. That team went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. - The rooms are nice and spacious, with the classic Four Seasons touch as far as great bedding, linens, etc., The L'Occitane products in the room were also awesome. Our room was also very clean and the cleaning service did a great job each day to fix up our room. - The premises were well groomed and nice. You can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the place nice and the grounds well maintained Cons: - The main con from us was the food. The food itself was overpriced but severely lacking in quality, in our opinion, from what we'd expect from a typical Four Seasons experience (which is typically top-notch). Meals were barely seasoned and the food was bland or generally not great. This was the theme specifically for BLU and for the Creek restaurants. We were really disappointed. - The service and staff at the restaurants were incredibly nice and I think they wanted to do well, but it seemed like they were lacking in basic training in hospitality (e.g., asking you if you wanted another drink when yours was clearly empty, ensuring the food came out correctly, ensuring we had water, making sure we liked our meal, etc.) - There was an AWFUL smell that was so terrible, it woke us up one night in the middle of the night. It might be that the smell was out of the control of the staff, but it wasn't addressed in any way and was instead attempted to be masked by perfumes, etc.. I wish they would've at least addressed it with us or done something to make this up to us - The beach is small and full of trash. Once again, I don't know if there's anything the hotel can really do about this, but it was a huge disappointment to us because we were expecting a dazzling beach vacation, but the beach was barely hospitable
Breakfast is delicious, especially pomegranate jam, I like it very much, the waiter can send breakfast to the room, eat breakfast on the balcony, and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine and blue! The location of the hotel is particularly good, the room is very beautiful, not far from the hotel is the favorite web cafe. In short, if you give me a reason to come back to Tunisia, I will come to book this hotel again.
The hotel environment is good, the VISA card without chips in China can not be used. The room is normal. Slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are provided. Breakfast is not bad. The hotel’s open-air swimming pool is nice.
Hotel cost-effective! Just look at the pictures and videos: the large swimming pool, super beautiful sea views, free mineral water potato chips and fresh fruits in the room every day. Will book this next time!
Hotels Near Le Sindbad Resto Lounge In Tunis Review
Arrived and checked in at 1am and wanted to get to the room and person was holding me up even than I had a digital key and had checked in online, to be fair he was just trying to be nice and at that time in the morning I had one thing on my mind which was sleep as traveling all day from America, room was nice and comfortable, at 8.30am I had knocking at the door from housekeeping which I thought was a little early for my liking especially as I arrived at 1am. There was no Do not disturb signs in the room.
Great stay , and wonderful treatment , the best hotel in Tunisia , highly recommanded for business and personal as well , a very kind and professional staff, very attractive location with all needed things for a great stay in Tunis 👍
An old four-star hotel, the facilities are not new, the lobby and the front desk are small, but relatively clean, especially the service is very good. There are not many people. We have a table at the hotel in the evening, but the waiters are still very dedicated and dedicated. It is recommended to eat at the hotel, because many restaurants outside do not speak English, and the hotel restaurant is clean and tidy. It also provides local specialties such as brick and couscous. It is also good. The two people eat 75 local coins. We feel good. , gave some tips, Tunisia does not seem to be okay. The clerk is friendly. Go left and go to the park and zoo. Turn right and you can go to Muhammad 5 subway station, take the subway to the marine station and transfer to the blue and white town and the Carthage site. In short, I am satisfied with the hotel for a few days.
Personalize services with high quality, i appreciated my stay in Adam Hotel Suites, for sure I'll be back during my next trip in Tunis. Thanks to all the team and a specialized big thanks to the roommate who saved my first day with the speediest ironing service i've ever had.
For the first time using Ctrip to book overseas hotels, the results are still very satisfactory! Because there are more rooms (four triple rooms and two double rooms), check-in is a bit slow, maybe the network is a bit delayed. The overall environment of the room was very good. The window where I lived was facing the football field and just enjoyed a women's football match. Besides breakfast, there are all kinds of fruits, bread, milk, etc. When it comes to eating friends, they say that they are worth the money, that is, they have to catch a flight in the afternoon. The hotel does not provide a car service. The other overall feelings are good.
The traffic near the hotel is convenient, it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a small supermarket 1 km away from the hotel. It is also convenient to buy things. There is no hot water bottle. The hotel’s uncle and guards are very good and very warm.
This centrally located hotel dates from 1914 and is Art Nouveau style. The rooms and bathrooms are smartly remodeled and pleasant. All have natural light and the windows are mostly soundproofed. It's quiet after sundown, regardless. Breakfast is Euro style and includes pastries, yogurt, hardboiled egg, cereal. The Medina and Avenue Habib Bourguiba are both approximately a 15 minute walk. A pleasant and distinctive place to stay in central Tunis.
The family hotel in the old town is relatively clean and the decoration is very characteristic. Go out and you can turn around in the corn field. Great for travellers who want to experience local flair
Ohhh Lalala!!!!! but what happens to this hotel??!!!! really if you remember during the 1980s and 1990s it was excellent!!! and 5 stars and yes!! And now he is older and older to see even almost demolishing he has already lost his value as a city hotel in addition the maintenance is not at the time I wanted to spend a weekend of rest after a week full of work but unfortunately! There is noise, the highway, residents there without forgeting less 1 I was shut down in the lift that mal-manutented yet the opening and closing of its doors is heavy, which proves that there is no maintenance control is We're not talking about food It's not really the good taste we're looking for! All staff and the responsible general management go quickly to organise a renovation programme and the renewal of all equipment and instruments
