I stayed at the hotel one night on 10/9/2019 to 10/10/2019 on my way to hk. I am so happy I splurged and booked a junior suite room during my overnight stay. I was told at the time the suite was just newly remodeled! About the suite: It is very spacious and well organized. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of eastern and western selections. I miss the fresh fruits! More importantly, the service at hotel is friendly and the location is second to none! It’s located in center of everything you will need! I wish I had stayed longer but I will definitely come back to stay at this fantastic hotel!

I would appreciate if they mention on the booking portal ( we book through AGODA) that they require to withheld our passport in the first place. Upon rejection from our end, then only the receptionist ask for a deposit of $500 baht. Old hotel, with very old amenities. Phone inside hotel without phone line… we were being told that they provide room massage service and all we need to do was to dial “0” for room service, unfortunately the phone is for show only. There’s no line attach to the phone. Bear in mind that this hotel is close to 40 years old, so there will be noises like water dripping and such. Location wise is superb,

We requested for 2 twin and 1 double room 1 week before our arrival date via email, the hotel confirmed our request but no specific room provided when we arrived. Room was not sound proof, you will hear other customers talking loudly when they walk pass your room, don’t stay here if you have sleeping problem. Make sure you check room items EVERYDAY because When we check out we were forced to pay 100 baht for a missing face towel, we didn’t even use any face towel while in the room. I believed house keeping must have forgotten to replace them…I would have rather save my luggage space for my shoppings in Hatyai rather than taking their old face towel! The location was average, it is close to Lee Garden but you will need to walk thru a long creepy car park and small laneway to get to the Main Street. Overall quite a dissatisfy stay while in Hatyai. Will not stay here again or recommend it.

Location is good，hotel ground floor so warm because they provided tables and chairs, travellers can enjoy their dishes together at ground floor, or chill as well. But my room air conditioner was so bad, not cool at all, size of the room was perfect, enough space. Cleanliness need to be improve, my room have some ant. Overall, recommended. Oh ya, for those who drive car, car park is behind the main entrance. You may park your car there and there is a door for yours to enter the hotel lobby, no worries

We booked this Hotel for 2 nights. We rode motorcycle from Singapore in to Thailand. As we arrived early on 21 Sep, we requested the staff for early check in as we were exhausted. But we were turned down rudely. Accepted that it's fine, we asked the staff if they can give us a call when the room is ready (as we wanted to go for the drink). Again, staff rudely rejected and asked us to come and check ourselves. When we came back to check in, staff was extremely rude, when questioned that the room is not free, we pay for it, staff replied that we can look for another hotel if we are not happy. No doubt good location, the customer service turned out be a bad experience. Not recommended as there are better Hotels around.

Was a very decent hostel, lovely receptionist and the room was clean - just a few mosquitoes coming in through the bathroom. The internet worked very well too, and it’s close to the centre so perfect if you are in transit and want to make most of Hatyay. The night market is the most recommendable thing to do in this small city, but would recommend to take taxi at least one way as it’s further that it seems on the map. Before going to bed we went to have a massage in the shop at the hostel, not sure if it’s their shop. This was the worse massage I had in Thailand, not just because they seemed lazy but also because they continuously talked between each other and laughing, so how can you possible relax and enjoy? Good for the Hostel, bad for the massage shop.

The room is next to the business district, convenient, traffic jam, near Kim Yong market. But the condition of the hotel is quite old. There are large towels and small towels in the room. The staff after COVID 19 is so small that the cleaning of the room is not thorough. Staff in the breakfast room and very little breakfast and good taste not having enough food Had to find food outside the hotel.

Overall good, but I would like the staff to prepare rooms that are ready to spend for customers. Because we booked before coming and stayed 4 nights 5 days but moved rooms 2 times as well. 1. The TV couldn't be turned on. 2. Hot water doesn't work. But the accommodation changed the room until the customer was okay with it and the housekeeper provided very good service, spoke politely and was very cute. I was very impressed with the housekeeper. Overall, it was good. The room was quiet. Suitable for relaxing.

New hotel. A bit far from the lee garden but no problem easily can get a ride. They also also chafeur service within 1km and it ks free. I can rated this hotel 11/10. The staff was good, friendly and helpful. The space of the room not big not too small which is just nice. Once you entered the hotel you will feel so welcome. You can get motorcycle rent here too.

It is a perfect hotel for relaxing. And travel in Hat Yai a lot, beautiful rooms, clean, minimalist style, perfect style. It seems that there are no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and communications breakdown within the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Front Office team. Hot shower in our room was not working and had reported it to the Receptionist before we left the hotel for a dinner and walk. When we came back, we gave the receptionist courteousy reminder and to ask if our shower was fix. They couldnt answer that and immediately asked the maintenance staff which was happened to be standing outside of the lobby to fix it. The Worst Part:- The maintenance staff walked together with us into our room and washroom, with his same shoe which he wore when he stood outside of the lobby. After fixing it, he literally step on our floor mat to dry his shoe. The while floor mat was dark in colour and we asked him to bring that floor mat out! After reporting it to the receptionist, they didnt really know what to do, and i asked them to get the housekeeping team to come and clean it. The housekeeping lady only came to replace a floormat, without mopping the floor. We hv to request over again and tell her what happened. No apologize from any of thm. Extra tips, do not opt for their breakfast choice, there is only 6 items ala carte menu available. First day breakfast there are cereals bt the milk was abit sour, 2nd day breakfast, no cereals available.

The Train hotel is located at the same building of Hat Yai train station, it's suitable for anyone who needs to catch the early morning train or arriving Hat Yai station at late night. Robinsons department(supermarket& banks) is just 3 min walk. Room is very clean. Facilities are functional : Flat screen TV, refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub, safety box& cupboard . Staff are so friendly. When I arrived at 7.15 am,receptionist was kind to give my room at that time( so amazing). I highly recommend to stay here

Spent one night here as part of my 2022 north-south road trip. This is a typical small budget Asian / Thai style hotel. Probably sees more Thai Business travelers than tourists. The small room has minimal furniture and virtually no amenities but is clean and comfortable enough. The hot water, air conditioning and refrigerator worked just fine. The linnen, bedding, towels, etc were in good condition. There is some parking for those who self-drive. At a walk in rate of just 500 THB, I found nothing to complain about, it's perfectly suitable for a one night stay.

Stayed 2 days, quick check in, friendly and helpful staff. Asked for a deposit. The first day of the superior room, the bathroom is narrow with dim light. The wifi signal disappeared. We complained and immediately sent teanis so the wifi was smooth. The bed linen and towels are clean. The air conditioner is noisy. The second day I booked a deluxe room. The room size is quite spacious, with old wooden furniture and a pair of chairs. It's time to renovate the room and furniture. The bathroom is spacious with a bath tube that cannot be used because there is no lid/sumbat. Here the wifi is smooth. There are 2 elevators, one on the left has a bump and a screaming sound that scares. The elevator on the right is quite normal. Close to the market and mall. There are seven eleven near the hotel and halal restaurants

The property offers a comfortable size of room in a single separated unit that provides privacy from other rooms. It has a car parking spot conveniently next to the room. The towels are decently clean and the bathroom accessories are properly available. The bedsheets,the pillow covers, and the blanket looked rather old. I wished the room would have a fresher smell. 酒店就在宋卡王子大學正對面，是一家家族企業。我們12月25號從上海出發到1月1號跨年入住。老闆剛剛同時間到了上海度假。世界太美妙了。前台Yasin是位靚仔，能講很溜的英文。酒店內部很乾凈，WiFi一般，水壓不給力，熱水器在前台，有點不方便。它對得起它的優惠價錢。附近吃喝很方便，走路就到達，玩樂就要花10來塊RMB打車。

First of all, I must say The owner of the accommodation is kind. We come from Narathiwat. Go out in the evening until 10 p.m. Call him and ask for the key. He provides very good service. His accommodation at night feels far away at night. But when we left in the morning, it was close to the university. We checked in in the morning and forgot about it and he brought it down to the car. Very good. As for the accommodation, the room is spacious, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is good, which is more than worth it. We got it for a price of over 500. Woke up early to see the view of the doctor and the mountains, very good.

Ignore the messy beds, that was our fault. When we came in the room was clean and spacious. It was abt a 5 mins drive from the airport. It has a really nice pool as well. However, just a few negative points, the big balcony is actually the main hallway to other rooms so we basically closed the curtains for privacy reasons. Also there’s no lift in this establishment which I did not expect. Had to carry our luggage’s up to level 3. But aside from all that, for the price you pay it’s still a lot of hotel for the money. Best for a night or two 👍🏻

I was book Junior Suite for the hotel but once entering , there is white stain on the floor like it never clean , also some black flake around.. Reception and Housekeeping came to see and they agree to move us to a new room which is not really different but a bit better. Just only if I asked for a spare key , but she just said that is the only one keycard of this room for the whole hotel.. Okay Fine!! The next day , we need to use the room for web-meeting after lunch and ask them to make up room during 2 hours lunch outside .. I told both the reception and press the sign at the room. Once we back to set up the meeting , Room was not clean , It is really a pissed .. that we have to wait downstairs another 20 mins and have to rush back for meeting. I asked the housekeeping that how many person work as housekeeping here , she said only herself. Thats why room is dirty even it is not full. I can see how poor of the hotel's management And staff there look ignorance a lot ,, never say sorry or even offer us a drink or something , no service mind

The room is clean and the location is great. There is 7-11 downstairs and opposite. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Lee Garden. There are massage shops in the vicinity of the hotel. There are several delicious restaurants next day. Tuk Tuk is at the hotel entrance. The hotel staff is very efficient to the manager. Kindness is like meeting an old friend. Next time, I will definitely come again. Super recommended this hotel ❤️❤️
