      It's my first business trip to Hanoi, Vietnam and the choice of Novotel Thai Ha has added a great pleasure to my trip. All staff members, whether receptionists, restaurant employees, and housekeepers, are providing me with an incredible experience. The receptionists were always putting a smiling look, calling me with respect, and many times even pressing the elevator button so that I didn't have to wait for it for long. Whenever I was in need of assistance they didn't hesitate to roll up their sleeves and help me. I appreciated it. The restaurant staff always gave me and my colleagues perfect breakfast with diverse cuisines. They made and served me with iced-americano every morning and tried to find the best food to each guests. Since a menu of Korean noodle was new to them it took some time for them to make a good Korean noodle. But what matters here is that they surveyed and finally found how to please Korean guests with the Korean noodle(Ramen). You did an amazing job, my friends! Thanks to the efforts of the housekeeping staff everything was always in order, clean, and renewed everyday. They perfectly deprived me of the hassle of managing my place. Thank you all. I'd like to use this opportunity to extend my gratitude to all of you and I hope I'd come back to Novotel Thai Ha to enjoy their service again. Thank you all!       Room is clean and big with full set of kitchen ware available. Long terms stay is an advantage but need to consider the three meals has to eat out. But the location is not convenient and far from main town. Served simple breakfast and there is little foods left behind if you are there at the cafe, 1 hour before closing. No replenished of foods. Latte or cappuccino coffee have to be paid at the cafe for breakfast, standard coffee is served for breakfast. However, you are regular coffee drinker, please don't order as they can't even make a proper latte or cappuccino.

      Hotel that we used mainly in Hanoi. I used it for about 3 times in 2013 ~ 14 years, but it was a good hotel regardless of appearance. There was a shop on the first floor that could be used for crafts, and the rooms were not large, but I was satisfied enough. However, there were times when LG TV was broken or not seen. If you ask, you can pick up and drop off. However, the four of the hotel here was excellent, and the person who put out the store in California was supervised? It was the most delicious I ate. In the morning, the lobby was buried in a car of 々 local people who came to the four. But it seems that I stopped offering four from around 2017, and it is a pity.

      This hotel is not very suitable if you are a vegan. The breakfast option are very limited and they do run out of some food before 8:30am, but to be fair you can request plant milk or other breakfast choices a day ahead and the staff will try to buy it for you. The bed is very comfortable, my room didn’t have a window, I wish I was told this so I could choose to pay more for a view. The staff is so nice and they try their best to be accommodating.

      The location is very good, about 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, about 8 minutes walk to the main church of St. Joseph in Hanoi (the Starbucks selection shop next to the church), next to the 36th block, especially at night, of course, the window is closed What noise. Staying for two nights, the front desk met three different young ladies, very warm and considerate. No matter how many times it enters and exits from the front desk, WeChat service will be available. In particular, we will leave for SAPA in the early morning. The hotel front desk and the waiter will go out and send it. It feels more enthusiastic than the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and there is no service charge. (Of course, I don't exclude the behavior of tipping.) The only downside is that the room power supply is too small and the location is not reasonable. Everything else is ok!

They offered us a lot of advice, especially on how to save money and time and if they thought we were being overcharged, a subtle smile or glance was enough to send us the right signals. After a tiring day of exploring Hanoi, or returning from some tour, it was a pleasure to see their cheerful faces and tell them about our experiences. Really, the greatest asset of the Hanoi Capella is its staff. The hotel itself is adequate with a very good WIFI connection. It is just a hop step and jump from Hoan Kiem, so close enough to grab an early morning walk around the lake, people-watch over some Vietnamese egg coffee and then stroll back for a buffet breakfast. No matter how late into the night, we explored the city, it was reassuring the Capella was just around the corner.

      Exceptional service , attentive and helpful staff specially Manager ryan. He helped us to rearrange our other trips when things got a little difficult with our travelling. The whole hotel is clean and safe. Very good breakfast with nice fuit , beef noodles , egg and bacons. Walkerable distance to all attractions in the old quarters and 2mins away from airport bus 86, supermarket and Sapa express to Sapa. Excellent value for money allowed us to be able to spend a whole week in Hanoi to have a real feel of the city itself in our own pace without the need of rushing. Will definitely come back to the hotel and use it as a base to see more of northern Vietnam. Bus86 from airport stops around the corner of hotel and the stop to the airport is right opposite the hotel. Sapa express ticket office and coach stop is 2 mins away. Vincome supermarket is 1 min away from Sapa express on the same street. Lake is 5 mins walk.

Moment she realized I was vegetarian she ensured I received vegetarian noodles soup for breakfast separately. I learnt one thing in spite of 1st day challenges how we treat people we receive the same treatment. They were wonderful. One point is I checked out one day and came back subsequent day since I was on a cruise. The price is really super high, the hotel environment is very good, very clean, the security brother outside the door attitude is really good, help the luggage when the car arrives, the two little brothers at the front desk are very good in English, there is no obstacle to communication, the hotel front You can change Vietnamese dong, the boss is good in both Chinese and English, and recommends a lot of nearby food. The hotel has breakfast every day and the beef noodles are super delicious! The location is really super convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the idp office. The other written test venues use a taxi to convert to more than 10 yuan. Big c supermarkets have time to go. The fare is about 39 yuan. The distance is not far. Buy a lot of delicious snacks.       This hotel was a bit cramped for me. We had a city view room which was clean however pretty tight for size. The bathroom was outdated and also small. I found this location noisy as it is close to a junction and we were on the first floor. The front desk staff & bell boys were very friendly, and helpful with excellent english. The breakfast was great- however it was very busy with not enough spots to sit. The price is right though, you get what you pay for.

      Having just spent 5 nights at the Queen Light I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfectly situated in the old quarter with a good selection of restaurants around. The lake is close by and walking around is easy. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is good. Sam on reception was excellent. She arranged our trip to halong bay and booked the overnight sleeper train. Such a lovely lady. A credit to the hotel.

Although they said that they upgraded the room to us, the room was small and the windows were small. The width of a book, and the lights are bad.       Super cost-effective! The map is between Hoan Kiem Lake and West Lake. I thought it would be remote, but it was actually in a large courtyard in an alley in the busy urban area. There are two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. There is a kitchen and dining room, shampoo, toothbrushes, no disposable slippers, trash cans are cleaned every day, bath towels and bottled water are refilled, and linen is not changed. Walk to 36xing Street for 5 minutes, Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Town, Night Market, Tong Xuan Market for 15 minutes, and Confucian Temple for 20 minutes. In short, most of the attractions are within walking distance. The airport uses Grab to take a taxi, 270,000 VND, 80 yuan. Hotel front desk service is super good! The surrounding area is full of Hanoi cuisine.

      This place was very nice to stay at, the room was bigger than most I've stayed at and very clean. Besides that, the staff were very good at English and were super helpful! It was an awesome location too, 200 metres from Kiem Lake, very convenient! Definitely recommend this place!
