Successful location. 7-10 minutes of drive and 20-25 min walk to Tomsk-1 Vocalo, 10-12 minutes walk to Krasnoarmeyskaya str., 7-10 minutes walk to the tram stop of Dzerzhinsky Square, from where for 10-12 minutes you can get, for example to Lenin Square. 3. Equipment of the room. The room was all, even microwave and coffee machine. 4. The room fund is small, respectively, not many guests. 5. polite and warning staff 6. Cleanness and comfort Not liked. 1. During our stay, no cafe worked and breakfast was brought to the room. The table in the room was clearly not intended for this. It was inconvenient. Stopped for 5 days when travelling on the trip. Convenient location- 15-20 minutes walk to the center. large room, bed, breakfast is selected from the evening and brought to the room at time. The room with two beds and two breakfasts ”Swedish table” cost us 3800 rubles per day. For this money there was no air conditioner in the room, no net on the window. You had to sleep with the window open, because it was hot. Surprisingly, no mosquitoes, No noise prevented us from sleeping, although we sleep a little. The administrator is very attentive, we asked for a quiet room, she provided us a room on the 4th floor (lifts work), with a window in the yard, really quiet. Breakfast in the cafe on the 8th floor was very good - delicious omlet, delicious sausages, vegetables, baking and even sprays, pancakes, chicken, sausages, salads, garniers, as well as various drinks.
