The cheapest hotel to stay in Australia, but the sanitation and service are not bad or even better. The apartment hotel I used to stay in was not cleaned, and the beds were re-made and cleaned every day, but it didn’t matter if we only stayed for two or three days. There are 4 free items in the mini bar every day, but we basically didn't move much. The location is very good, opposite the supermarket, Myer shopping mall, and behind the city hall. The elevator is very fast and convenient. Check out quickly! Will come to stay next time. The only drawback: the bathroom is separated by a sliding door, which is very heavy, and sometimes the room next to it is pulled too hard to make noise. Otherwise, the environment is quite quiet.

Great hotel. Parking is just ok being that it’s in the Myer centre which cost $38 instead of $56 for non-hotel guests. I got the QR code for my discounted rate but it didn’t scan saying “offer not valid yet” so had to pay $56 anyway and I couldn’t be bothered to find a parking spot again and pay again to argue the point. Other than that I’d be really happy to stay there again soon.

The hotel is opposite the casino and can be reached directly. It was refurbished from a very old building. I don’t know if it was a real vault before. The experience is good. The only downside is that the rooms are partitioned and the partition details are not perfect. It can be seen. The super high floor height gives people a different experience.

The hotel was booked 1 week in advance. On the morning of check-in, we called to inform the hotel that there was no room, arranged us to Adina in the city center and arranged dinner for us. After inquiring about the address arrangement, the hotel was right next to the Central Railway Station. When I arrived at the new hotel with joy, I found that the hotel decoration was old and the lights in the room were very dim. The free dinner originally said became the front desk to help us order takeaway and then the hotel gave out $ 50, and I was in a bad mood. We asked to return to the hotel we had originally booked but there was still no room. Later, the front desk promised to help us change the hotel the next day, and changed to a new hotel that opened one day. In general, the hotel front desk service attitude is very good, said that we will immediately arrange for a room change. I don't know if it is Ctrip or the hotel itself. It is clear that the hotel will have no vacancy in the next 2 weeks but Ctrip can still book.

The room is not bad and the view is quite good. It specifically meets our high-floor needs, but there is no bathtub in the room. Bathrobes and toiletries are rarely provided. There is only one facial cleanser. Obviously there is only one toothbrush in the room for two people, so call The front desk took it although the attitude is very good, but is it not the most basic thing that should be equipped? The shower is huge and it seems that it will leak if it is not tightened. These places are not particularly satisfied because we are going on holidays and the price is 3 times the usual I think you get what you pay for, it’s not worth the 3 times the price. The location is very good. It’s easy to walk anywhere. Swimming pool, gym, restaurant and other facilities are all satisfied, but the whole building feels smaller than expected 😂 Compared with the few buildings next to it The big one

Great location! Opposite the road is the landmark City Hall, and next to it is the Queen's Walking Street. The hotel room is spacious and clean. We booked a twin room. Both beds are queen-size beds. Sleeping with children is not crowded! In the comments above, a friend mentioned that the construction is next to the hotel, yes, but I feel the impact is small, especially after dark, there is no construction.

The location is so good, there are many construction sites around, but it was not noisy because the soundproofing was good And kitchen utensils and utensils were well stocked, so it was good to use Most of all, I liked it because it was clean. It was nice that the room was large and the room was separated from the living room and kitchen. The warm water comes out well If the weather wasn't cold on the balcony, it would have been great to sit and have brunch and have coffee. It was nice to be able to do laundry The downside is that the air in the room is a little cool, so you get a little runny nose in winter?? I like you!!

From the doorway to the lobby to the hallway to the room is a bit of antique style, after 8 o'clock every night, the main entrance does not automatically open, you need to brush the room card or call the front desk to open. The location is excellent. There are various Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants and snack tea shops in one minute. The opposite side is the pedestrian street, and the corner is the big shopping mall. The only downside is that it is located in the CBD and there is no parking space. Parking is available at an extra charge. WIFI also requires an extra payment. But this is also normal, as many large cities, including the United States, parking and WIFI are not included in the room rate. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I didn’t know how to eat, but there are so many things to eat nearby, so the hotel’s meals don’t matter~

I took the cheapest single room, but the size of the room is all right, the bed is king size? It was about big. The location is good, but the shower room is very small. I think that a man with a good physique is very cramped because I am small and short and small. The cleanliness is low, but it's worth the price because it's cheaper than other hotels.

Excellent for short time stay, worth every penny and near the city (very safe, short 3-min walk to CBD). Also i found out, they have a hotel NB website, google it... and offer almost 10% on their bookings if you book from there. Perhaps, i have saved you a few dollars. For QUT, Griffith university new students in Queensland, its very near. Walkable distance to both these university campuses at gardens point.

As a regular at the Evolution and taking quite a liking to the hotel as a whole especially the night staff who were always welcoming, warm and kind my most recent trip turned it around entirely. My partner and I booked together on my account (as I regularly travel my rewards are higher) but paid with his card. I normally receive a free upgrade to my room but in this case wanted to make it special, paying extra for a room with a view. We had a small corner room (nothing like the rooms I had stayed in before) and to our disappointment no view at all. I queried this and despite being able to show the extras paid for told me that technically being surrounded and crammed between high rise business buildings, it was a “city view” . Our second night there went south with no disturbance to anyone else residing there nor the hotel staff however as a way to further abuse me, rang the hotel and without any notice was thrown out. Not only did they ignore clear signs of A partner trying to cause trouble for their spouse, they enabled it and threatened me with the police after trying to dispute the matter. I plan to take this matter further.

Advantages: the price is cheap, the overall environment of the room feels good, you can also see the river view, and it is convenient to travel around. Downstairs is a very delicious Chinese restaurant. Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively general, and the service is also very general. For example, if the dryer is broken, I have to call someone to repair it, and I don’t even have a phone in the room. I have to use my mobile phone to make a call at the front desk. I don’t even have a hanger in the room... If I want a shampoo at night, I have to go to the front desk to get it. and many more…

The location is super convenient, the opposite is the station, and the bus stop to the Gold Coast is also opposite, and it takes 10 minutes to go to the southbank, wherever it is convenient! The less convenient point is that this apartment front desk is not 24 hours, it is a bit troublesome, and the basics of office hygiene are all to be done by yourself. Please pay attention to the friends who need to book.

The hotel almost gave full marks. 1. Geographic location: just opposite the subway station, you can see the station exit and go downstairs. It is also convenient to walk to Queen Street and South Bank Park. 2. Hotel facilities: The facilities are outdated, but clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is not good. In addition, the hair dryer was facing the bed, just blowing the head was uncomfortable, and everything else was fine; 3: Hotel service: This one should be praised, there is Chinese service at the front desk, communication is not difficult, and the waiter has a very good attitude and is very caring , Give us a map to study how to make a train to the Gold Coast, and give us guidance on how to get to the attractions, where to eat and so on. It ’s really worry-free. I just give the full score for this waiter. I ’m here. Australia's most satisfied hotel, will definitely stay again next time!

Absolutely disgusted dont be disappointed dont let them fool you! I cant believe we stayed here with our two small children i feel sick to my guts. The room was filthy dusty and unhygienic the microwave wasnt cleaned and the oven door was filthy. The floors were covered in hair and the bathrooms were covered in mould. The cwilings all peeling and falling apart. Mould in the ceiling and aircon vents we didnt even dare to turn them on. Our windows didnt have screens sonit was a very uncomfortable sleep if you call what we got any sleep. We have two little children and we were given a interconnected room even though we booked a 2 bedroom apartment 1 year in advance to make river fire special for our girls. My husband and i had to split bedrooms and he slept with one child in one apartment and i slept with the other in the other apartment as they couldnt be left to there own apartment! Seriously they are onl 2 and 5 years old! Our daughter nearly cut her head open on the rusty sharp addition protruding from the shower wall! Will never stay here again and i will be taking this to ACCC thankfully in Australia we have consumer laws! Still waiting on a reply from management. Check out the room guys! Avoid 509 a & 509 b at all costs! Unfortunately i couldn't upload more then 10 images

Meriton's quality has always been good, spacious and comfortable at home. Playing along the east coast of Australia, I like the atmosphere of Brisbane most. Meriton also adds a lot of points for this: 1. The geographical location is particularly good. It is very convenient to walk to the subway station for 3-4 minutes. It is directly to the airport without taxi. 2. May be very lucky. The handsome guys at the front desk are very friendly and beautiful. 3. Easy to cook. It is about 10 minutes away from the pedestrian street, where there are two large supermarkets. If it is too far, turn right downstairs and less than 200 meters. There is an all-in-one supermarket. If they are closed, you can go to the nearest 711. 4. If you are lucky, you can see the beautiful sunset in the room. The room we arranged is a bit biased, but it is also visible. 5. Our room was quiet and noisy. Generally speaking, there are no major shortcomings. In Australia, the common problem is that the quilt is covered with heat and not covered with cold. It seems that the air conditioning of most hotels can only reach a maximum of 26 degrees.

I often stay in this apartment hotel. What kind of room do I stay in? The curtains in the executive room before are still automatic buttons. It is more convenient. Because it is a newer hotel, it is very good. To be honest, you can check out late on Sunday to $ 4. Order, it is very cost-effective. If you want to set breakfast, you must set it up with Ctrip in advance, because the current purchase price is a lot higher, which is a loss. To be honest, this breakfast is nothing, it is just like sausages, so it ’s personal. It is not too appetite, there are parking lots, TV can also order various movies, but there is a fee, you can buy it alone or you can pack it for 24 hours. Ctrip has booked three nights cheaper than booking, 500, which is quite good. Hotel parking and wifi have to charge, friends who drive to pay attention, Australia's parking fees are more expensive.
