The location is particularly good, taking advantage of the Invalides and Alexander Bridge, to various attractions, the subway is also very convenient, the hotel room is small, but clean and comfortable, everything! Not far from there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket~ There is also a small episode, because walking the road, the shoes taste big, put on the balcony, and the hand shakes away from other people's home. The grandfather at the front desk was super good, helped me stand for an hour and waited for others, and finally contacted them. The neighbors were also very friendly and let me go in and get the shoes back.

Everything from the staff to the location was wonderful. We loved being next to the Rur Cler. The street was perfect for wondering around and feeling like a true Parisian. The hotel staff was so so helpful and made the price of the room every bit worth it. The room is small which is to be expected. The breakfast was average. I probably would recommend not spending extra on the hotel breakfast and instead grabbing a pastry from a nearby shop. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This hotel is located on Rue Cler, an amazing pedestrian only market street with great shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower (just search YouTube for Rue Cler). The hotel staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a larger room at check-in. The rooms are very clean and average size for Europe although small by U.S. standards. They serve a modest breakfast buffet that we took advantage of the morning we checked out. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Paris.

Conveniently located near excellent cafes and restaurants. There is a 24 hours market two blocks from the hotel. Laundromat one block away. It's a beautiful residential neighborhood so I decided that the best way to get to the Eiffel Tower was by walking from the hotel so I could appreciate the neighborhood's architecture. I'm usually all over the place when I travel, but this neighborhood has it all so I did not see the need to venture into another one. Hotel is in great shape. Service is outstanding. Room is good for up to two people. I would stay there again. Just keep in mind that the elevator only fits 2 people which I heard is common in Paris. The shower's entrance is a little narrow. The bathroom is spacious overall. I'm 6'2 and I weight less than 200 lbs so it works fine with me. Someone heavier should consider shopping around.

We stayed here a few days ago. We booked a classic studio direct with the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe studio. Check in was easy, lady who checked us in was pleasant and friendly. Masks are to be worn in all public areas within the hotel. Our room was decorated beautifully, modern with a small balcony. Bathroom was also modern and had a fantastic shower. Bed was huge and comfy as were the pillows. Really couldn't fault the room whatsoever. Location, we were a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There is cafes, restaurants, takeaways, supermarket and metro all within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Rue Cler was literally 2 minutes round the corner, with beautiful food places. We only stayed 2 nights so no cleaning was involved. We would absolutely reccomend this hotel and would stay again if ever in Paris.

From the moment of check in to the room itself you can tell this is a sweet little gem! We originally paid for a normal room but I will say for me it was too small. I could have made it work however the deciding Factor was the fact that there was no door for the bathroom it was simply a sheer curtain that you pulled back-and-forth to give you her self a little bit of privacy. When I felt the room was a bit stuffy and the ac wouldn’t come on I went downstairs to ask about it. We ended up switching to the premier room which had a lot more room and a door on the bathroom. It was 40.00 more euros a night but for my comfort I paid for it! The bed is large. Bathroom large, shower was heavenly, a separate water closet. A safe small fridge table chairs desk just an overall more comfortable room for me! Make sure to visit floor 5 and take advantage of the outdoor patio which is a great place to unwind with friends or your family. There is a breakfast inside the hotel but there is an additional cost. On a very quiet street.

On the day of the residence, I just met the high temperature of 42 degrees in Paris. When I entered the room, it was like the sauna room. A heat wave hit the surface, the super invincible was hot, the air conditioner was like a dummy, and there was no air conditioning. I asked the front desk to reply that the air conditioner was already Opened, but the temperature can not be adjusted, the room is very small, it is reasonable to say that it should cool down very quickly, but it is really not a little cold. I was so hot with my little friends that I didn't fall asleep for a night, it was too uncomfortable. There is a saying that the geographical position is still very good, and it will not be long before the walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is also relatively new, the elevator is very small, but this is not a problem. The fatal problem is air conditioning. If it is too hot to come to Paris, it is not recommended to live here. Fortunately, we are going to South France the next day. It is only a transitional night. After returning from South France to the five-star hotel in Paris, I don't want to abuse myself anymore.

Only positive thing I can say about this property is the location. We decided to stay in Paris for an extra few days unfortunately the room we originally booked was not available which let us to move to this hotel Rooms are incredibly small The elevator/lift is a one man elevator If you are on the six floor you have to take this coffin shaped electric device to the top God for bid you have any luggage!!! When you leave the property you are required to leave your key at the front desk just made us a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was way overpriced for croissants and coffee €12 The property did accommodate us as I have claustrophobia taking the elevator was not an option and our room was on the six floor they did accommodate us by moving us to the first floor where it was walkable for me Request a room facing the street or you’ll be stuck looking out your window at an extremely small triangular inner view which overlooks the other rooms pipes and rubbish

An affordable hotel in the centrum of one one of the most famous cities in the entire world is a very difficult equation to balance and you have to compromise. This hotel provides you accommodation within a walking distance of many interesting sights. There are numerous good and less good restaurants near by, and if you want the venture further, the closest metro station is only a few hundred meters away. Considering this, it is excellent value for money. As the compromise, the room was very small and dark, and quite frankly it wasn't completely tidy, either. You'd not want to spend any more time in there than is necessary. This didn't come as a surprise, and I was well aware that I wasn't to expect luxury. The only real disappointment was the secret garden that looked nice in the photo. In real life it was just a place to store stuff, with a couple of tables and chairs thrown in. I guess it was naive to expect anything else. In summary, this hotel is good base to explore Paris, but if you are looking for comfort and a bit luxury, you might want to look elsewhere.

The location is excellent! 30 feet from a metro station, 7 min walk to Eiffel Tower and great places to eat steps away! Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful! In the summer, you might need earplugs to sleep as the area would be busier with people talking and walking outside. It's minutes from Invalides and maybe 9 min walk to the Seine. The hairdryer was equal to what I have at home so that's impressive. Late at night when we're exhausted it would have been nice to watch something other than CNN in English and the 'smart' facility on the TV didn't seem to work nor did the Japanesestyle toilet. These are really minor things. We would 100%stay here again. Oh and HAVE BREAKFAST!! You will not get this quality and amount of food anywhere for the price! (€12). Fresh squeezed orange juice! Amazing breakfast in a really beautiful room! This was a luxurious hotel and they made us feel very special. Thank you.

I was in Paris at the very beginning of the Covid 19 shut down. My original hotel closed down, but Hotel de la Paix rescued me, and with all of the grace and welcome hospitality that could be offered. This is a gem of a small hotel in the desired 7th. It's close to the Metro, Rue Clar and the Eiffel Tower. Feeling recently remodeled, the decor was very modern and comfortable. But more than anything else in a very stressful time, the staff was gracious and kind and accommodating, offering a refuge during the onset of the shutdown. Under different circumstances, this location and property would be a gem. In the midst of a once in a lifetime trauma, it was a lifesaver. Merci!

...So that started with a snug little apartment-like hotel in the Gros-Caillou area near the tower. Hôtel Amélie has tons of personality, affordable and comfortable. Perfect for solos or couples unpretentiously wandering. A fantastic small cafe area for breakfast and very kind service. I chose this hotel for its location as to begin my early, and very cold, walk around the city. My complete time in the area here: https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g187147-i14-k12980315-A_long_walk_in_paris-Paris_Ile_de_France.html#103378556

Stayed 9 nights. Got a room in the 5' floor with balcony. Small but very nice. Superb location, some 20 m. from the Rue Rivoli on a quiet small street. No noise at all. Meters from St. Jaques Tour and the Hotel de Ville (Municipality). Exit from the Hotel de Ville Metro station, exit Rue Coutellierie, has mechanic stairs till the street which is not so common. For elderly people, or with baby trolleys, etc. is perfect. Walking distance from Forum des Halles, Louvre, Pompidou Center, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, etc. Everyone speaks english. Stephan speaks Spanish as well. Very nice and helpful good looking and cooperative guy. Completely refrubrished. Insulated walls prevent from any noise from other rooms or street which is anyway very quiet. Beautiful, small bathroom. Small but has everything. New furniture. Wooden floor. New and very good quality of towels. Very good heating. Kettle and coffe machine in the room. Now cons: not everything is bright: The room is perfect but very very small. Has very little shelves and room for clothes. Beautiful but extremely small. Need to improve exterior entrance which is brown, dark, and old, leaving a not nice impression. Nice and clean lobby but outside look, needs improvement. Same with the corridors rugs. I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends, those who don't mind to stay in a very small room - but very nice and pleasant.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

In Christmas 2019 in France, I ordered a Superior King Room (with sofa bed). The size of the room is already relatively large in Paris. The two 24-inch boxes can be spread out and can be used at the same time. Hotel location: In the 1st district, about 10 minutes from the Louvre if not. The entrance of the hotel is Line 1 and Line 14 subway stations, which is very convenient (although we happened to strike in France when we went there, the subway stopped ... But it is very convenient to live here if you come here to play). There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel downstairs, from McDonald's to Italian French and Japanese. There is also a 10-minute walk from St. Eustache Church. The church will have an organ show around 5pm on Sunday, which is worth a look. Room facilities: There is a kettle (I originally brought a portable kettle, but the boiled water has white foam. In the end, I can only use the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel's kettle is quite clean. The shampoo and bath are two in one. Washing hands and washing face in one. The smell is very comfortable. It doesn't dry out after washing. Breakfast: Special! do not! it is good! We stayed in Paris for 5 nights. One of the most anticipated daily is the hotel breakfast. There are various types of bread such as ham, bacon, cheese, and baguettes. The best thing is their croissant and small square chocolate filling. The bag has a particularly crispy outer skin, and the inside is very soft. The fruits are also cut. The oranges, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruits, bananas, and watermelons are also available. You can also squeeze the juice directly (but the grapefruit is a bit bitter and is not recommended ), The coffee machine is also self-service, there are latte, fast coffee, cappuccino, etc., hot dishes are omelet, tomato sauce, bean sauce, boiled potatoes, etc. Others are oatmeal, raspberry juice, grapefruit juice and orange juice ( Of course it's ice). If you want to eat fried eggs, you can tell the waiter that the kitchen is fried and delivered to the location. Overall the hotel experience is very good.

Booked based on location before reading reviews so was a little nervous about what to expect. Have to say I saw no evidence of the poor maintenance shown in some photos, the public areas of the hotel and our room were in perfect order and very clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the front desk is manned 24x7. We arrived far too early for check-in hoping we could just leave our bags but the room was ready so they let us have it right away. They kept hold of our bags for us until an evening flight on check-out day too. The room was quite small but that's normal for the old buildings in the area. Shower was over the bath but decent pressure. Location is ideal, at the quieter end of one of the less busy streets in the Marais, so only two minutes walk from all the cafes, bars and restaurants but not too noisy. I will happily book again next time I'm working in Paris.

I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions in the past, and after a 10 year gap I returned to Paris for a few days and booked again. I was not disappointed! The location is just excellent...Pompidou is a block away, BHV literally opposite. Le Marais, Notre Dame etc. are a short stroll, and everywhere else a quick metro ride away. I was in town for work but even being tired at the end of the day, getting out to eat and sightsee in the evenings was effortless. The hotel has a contemporary boutique feel - stylish but subtle and nicely updated since my previous visits. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and my room was modern and comfortable. I opted for the express breakfast each morning, which offers juice, coffee and a selection of wonderful fresh breads and pastries. A perfect start to my day and again served by a welcoming and friendly member of staff. I can't recommend this place enough, and I will be returning on my next Paris visit!

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of February. The first two nights were on the 3rd floor facing the street. It was significantly loud with traffic and street noise. On the third night we switched to a 4th floor room that faces the courtyard and alley. MUCH quieter. Both rooms were executive sized (larger than standard.) It was nice to have the extra room, however, there were at least two too-many pieces of furniture in each room that ate up a lot of the space! We could have done without the extra side chair and occasional table. (Or keep those two and get rid of the love seat!) It didn't help that my wife and I each had two large pieces of luggage each. The furniture is a little dated but not unsettling. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. (although the shower had a very slow drain and the pan backed up with a pool of water, yuck.) One more thing about the first bathroom: The faucets were a design of smooth chrome; so smooth that it was impossible to turn them off with wet hands! Design fail! The executive room we moved to on the 4th floor was a bit bigger, and better laid out. This one had a tub shower and workable faucets! FTW! The roof deck is NOT TO BE MISSED! One of the best views in Paris! All front desk and cleaning staff were gracious and very helpful. I would possibly stay here again if only for the location and roof top view!
