The room was spacious and cleaned very well each day (we stayed 6 nights during Christmas, December 2019). The breakfasts were good. The location was very convenient for nice long walks to the Louvre, Opera National De Paris, the Eiffel Tower and many fine eating establishments (especially Creme de Paris). What really made this hotel standout was the staff. Many, many thanks to the ever-patient and helpful Cesar, and the lovely Isabel. We hope to return!

I came to Paris with my 10 year old daughter to celebrate our birthday and couldn't be more positively surprised by the kindness of the hotel staff. Not only they took care of booking a taxi for us from the station (we were unlucky enough to be in Paris in the middle of the biggest public transport strike in years) but they also put balloons and a birthday card in our room (and I'm quite sure we were upgraded). The staff was always extremely kind and helpful in every way. Room was spacious, always very clean, nice bathroom and the hotel has a superb location as it allows you to walk to most places and if you get a train strike like we did and the station around the corner gets closed, it's a 10-15 min walk from stations from line 1 and 14 which are driverless so not affected by the strike. Also lots of restaurants in the area to eat. Breakfast isn't the best in terms of options, but has a great convinience of being available at any time of the day. They don't have a restaurant but we could have food delivered to us and I suspect if you buy something in the mkt you can use their microwave. All in all, a very positive experience, but what gave it its extra marks was the kindness of the staff!

Situated in a nice area of the city within walking distance of Gare du Nord which is useful in the strikes. It has small but well furnished rooms with a decent bed, air conditioning, tea and coffee making. The breakfast room is on the first floor. It provides a decent buffet ranging from croissants to scrambled egg or cereals to yoghurts. We would stay again.

I spent some nights in this good hotel near Gallerie Lafaiette. It is strategically placed: the entrance is in front of metro station of two metro lines and few hundred meters from the bus stop Opera where the RoissyBus from Charle de Gaule airport arrive and leave. The area where the hotel is very lively, with a large selection of restaurants and fast food. The Sacre Coeur is at few minutes walking. The people at the desk have been nice at the check in and check out an at any time I needed them. The room was at 6th floor, very quiet. It was little but with everything necessary. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The breakfast is served in a large room with view on the Boulevard Haussman. The food available was good even if a larger selection of product was expected. I used the business corner where a printer is available. Many restaurant and fast food area available The wifi connection is fast and reliable. I suggest this hotel for the quality of the service, the room and the position. The price of the room in high season could be high.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and then returned a week later for one more night. The staff were very pleasant and they remembered us at our return and we were warmly welcomed. They helped aquire taxis for us and in general were exceptional. Although rooms were small, they were clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was sufficient but nothing too fancy. Definitely European! We will certainly return.

Not a bad stay overall, with few caveats. Very centrally located hotel. Comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast offers a bit more than an average Parisian breakfast of pastry, coffee and juice. Few negatives: when I booked nobody mentioned the hotel is undergoing renovation and the lift is removed completely. Very little disturbance but walking up the narrow steep stairs was a challenge. The maids seem never look or clean under the beds. There was rubbish left by previous occupants. The bathtub needs a good scrub as well. Otherwise the room was reasonably clean. I would stay again if the price is right.

I visited this hotel in March and it was the third time, so you can imagine that I'm very pleased to be here. Incredible friendly staff and clean rooms. This time I stayed for 12 nights and had the room under the roof with a nice view. Coming back here next time!!

I stayed here after a recommendation from a family member and loved it. We arrived quite late and left very early the next morning as we had a packed schedule of sight seeing, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage in the hotel throughout the day. The hotel itself has a lot of character and charm. Unlike many hotels, the decor in the foyer is surpassed by the rooms themselves. The attention to detail is wonderful and gives the feeling of being in a boutique hotel far beyond the reasonable price point. The breakfast was suberb, all cooked fresh or delivered on site that morning. I only wish we weren't in such a rush to appreciate it more. The location is good- close to the Opera house if getting the bus to the airport, and close to many metro stations to explore Paris. It is tucked away from the busy streets so is not too noisy at night and allows you to feel like a true parisian as you confidentaly walk through the small streets to return to the welcome of the friendly staff.

The most satisfying is the location of the hotel, near the opera house, but quiet in the alley. Needless to say, all health services are up to standard. There are not many types of breakfast included, but they can meet the needs and are comfortable to eat. In the past, I read that the room was too small, but I thought it would be enough, small and cozy, the most important thing is the high cost performance, which is why I will choose it again next time.

I love the charm of this hotel. As soon as you step into the hotel it’s an escape from the busy city. The decor is tres chic and everything you would want from a luxury boutique hotel. The attention to detail is amazing and you must have breakfast while you stay. The food is amazing. So fresh and healthy. The breakfast has everything from omelets, fresh juice, fresh baked breads and brioche, fruits, meats, Cheese, amazing coffee and more. My favorite part was the room. I stayed in a superior room which was spacious enough for 2 people and all of our luggage. I find that rooms tend to be small in Europe this one was not. As soon as you step into the room you feel relaxed just how you want a Hotel room to be. I love the colors of the room and the decor. I wish my own bedroom at home was like this one. The bathroom was beautiful. The lighting is lovely as well as the shower. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely upgrade to a suite next time I come because I saw they have bath tubs. The beds are so comfortable that as soon as you lay down you drift away to sleep. This hotel location is amazing. It’s walking distance to everything. You can walk to the louvre, Palais Royal and so much more. The area is safe and you will never feel uncomfortable walking even late at night. Coming back to the hotel is amazing after a long day of walking because you feel really relaxed. There is also a really cute rooftop bar to have cocktails. Shell is a bar downstairs that has the best vibe. It’s decorated really cute and the drinks are amazing. It’s a great place to chill if you need a nightcap. I highly recommend this hotel. I’ve traveled all around the world staying at luxury hotels and boutique hotels and this one is in my top 5. You’ll love it as much as I did!

I really liked this place. I have been coming to Paris for work for many years and stayed at so many hotels with tiny, tiny rooms this was a wonderful change. The apartment was clean with a large living area, kitchen with everything you could possible need, nice size bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Two flat screen tvs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room with a decent selection of English language channels. The gym was big enough to get a workout in and there was a laundry room in case you wanted to do your clothes. I would definitely return

We did not book this hotel initially and we were allocated it following the cancellation of our original hotel(in the same hotel group)and this was our good luck as it was very well situated and within walking distance from most places - when we arrived in Paris we walked from the station Gare du Nord and found it easily - we did not use the underground and could reach places easily on foot. Breakfast is currently basic due to covid and I would be interested to see it in full normal mode with restaurant up and running once things get back to normal.Good clean, modern bedroom and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished.Helpful staff in a modern hotel. I would stay here again.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!

Convinrent airport hotel perfect for what I needed. Short walk away from transit train dirent to the terminal. Very helpful staff. Front staff speaks good English and when I had small problem in the room the reception staff fixed it swiftly and changed my room. The maintenance man who helped fixing was also super helpful and friendly. Thanks very much !
