Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped.
The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly.
The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind.
Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

There is a fairly good sauna, with a Russian and Finnish steam room, a swimming pool, billiards, a relaxation room. Nearby is the airfield ”Belarusian Yard” with cozy gazebos where it's nice to sit in the evening. The kebab is excellent :) Of the minuses: there is no elevator, which in principle is not critical, but it will be difficult for people with large luggage, the elderly and the disabled; no cups in the room, it’s good that they had their own (a kettle was immediately provided upon request); a bit dark in the corridors, perhaps saving electricity, but still. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.

The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

|7.77km from city centerI chose the Arena hotel for one night after arriving about 8pm from Vilnius. Minsk is a huge city and the airport is far from the city. This hotel is literally at the end of the highway before you get into central Minsk. As such it’s the closest thing to an airport hotel. It’s a good base if you fly in and want to be near the westbound highway if you’re doing a Road trip across Belarus the next day. So it was convenient. Check in was super efficient. Tatsiyana, the night receptionist, was cheerful and welcoming , and ready with information as needed . She explained the registration requirements for Belarus, which are unusual for Europe, and took care of everything professionally. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised to find it well appointed , far better than I expected for a hotel I chose largely for its convenience more than anything. WiFi was excellent. There is a bank across the street so it’s easy to change money (dollar is your best bet in Belarus). There’s an on-site third party restaurant which has a decent breakfast buffet for 7 USD. Highly recommend if you want to stay one night and be close to highways , and it really is as close as you can get to the airport if you’ve arrived at a strange hour. They’ll even arrange a transfer for a charge, which is useful as rentacar offices close at 7.30 and taxis are a bit pricey

Когда заказывали номера на сайтах было либо ОЧЕНЬ дорого, либо гадюшник, либо не хватало номеров, а нам нужно было четыре. Что такое гостиница Турист. Это подуставшее творение ещё советских архитекторов. Мы с женой останавливались в ЛЮКСе. Двухкомнатный номер – спальня и гостиная, санузел. В гостиной – диван, кресла, телевизор, большой встроенный шкаф, маленький холодильник. В спальне – кровать с тумбочками, телевизор, стол, кондиционер (в стандартах, где проживали мои друзья – кондишена не было). Всё очень уставшее, матрас не удобный, кресла продавленные. В санузле (у нас) было и достаточное количество полотенец, и все требуемые умывальные принадлежности. Холодильник пуст, на столе стоит графин и стаканы, воду можно набрать в кулере на этаже. Номер был на 10-м этаже. Окна на ночь и утром лучше не открывать – близость дороги. Большой плюс гостиницы – находящееся в 100 метрах станция метро. 20 минут и ты в центре. Завтрак – это отдельная тема, которую хотелось бы осветить. На 6-х за завтрак мы отдали 4 т.р. (российскими). Ну казалось бы… Ан нет. Шведский стол очень беден, да и ещё этот завтра в нашей переписке получил название «завтрак дорблю». По названию куска хлеба с «благородной» плесенью, который был на столе. Каша оказалась кислой!!!! Ну и вообще – почти 700 руб за завтрак и получить убогую сырную нарезку, бумажные сосиски (это в стране с прекрасными колбасными изделиями). Реально можно было есть только омлет и глазунью. На второе утро мы не пошли на столь приятный завтрак, а поехали в центр, где за гораздо меньшие деньги с удовольствием хорошо и вкусно позавтракали в небольшом ресторанчике. Подводя итоги. На ночь-две остановится можно, если нет альтернативы. Сами, наверное, останавливаться не будем при последующих поездках. Как нам сказал гид, которого мы заказали для поездок по Беларуси: «За три года своей работы в этом бизнесе, я первый раз забираю кого-то из Туриста».

Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

My fears were unfounded. Since Belarus is now opening up to tourism, they’ve probably listened to the feedback and made improvements. Shabby rooms? Mine was newly renovated (superior single room) and clean. WiFi worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Terrible breakfast? Not at all. It was similar each morning, but good. Fried eggs, either ham or sausage, toast, tea/coffee, etc., prepared and served by a very friendly waiter. Far-flung location? Not really. It’s true that it’s not on the main boulevard with the metro stops, but a 10-15 walk away. I found that walk interesting, with lots of local residents around walking their dogs, waiting for the tram, etc. Non-English speaking staff? Everybody I encountered had a basic level of English, and if there were any communication issues, they would use Google translate. All were friendly and smiling. Upon check-out, one woman even came out to help me bargain the taxi fare to the airport and then she told me to make sure to let everybody know that Belarus is great to visit! Budget-friendly and clean. Soviet in name only. Recommended!

|1.96km from city centerI have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!
