1.6km from Lex ForumI stayed here for 3D2N for a religious conference. Wasn’t expecting much since we were asked to pay for P1,000 for twin sharing but I can say that for the price, the place is really great. The location is good. A lot of tricycle passes by so we didn’t have a hard time hailing one. It’s also near the Tiongson Arcade where you can eat tuna in a really cheap price. The hostel has a big parking area and has their own restaurant downstairs that is open until 10pm. The room is big enough for two with big luggages. There’s also a small sofa chair inside and a tv (though we had no time to use it). It is also well-lit and well-decorated. There’s a bathtub as well and the water heater is working properly. We requested for instant coffee and hot water in the morning and it was served immediately so I guess their service is good as well. We didn’t encounter a single problem in staying here so if ever we will come back in Gen San, we will definitely stay here again.
1.72km from Lex ForumBeen 4 years since last stay at Microtel and was a little disappointed this time. Place seemed to be looking tired and a need of refresh. Room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Shower pressure fluctuates with one minute good pressure and then a dribble. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about either. Staff were always friendly and helpful. One redeeming feature is the location being close to numerous food outlets including McDonald's, Chow King and 5 min walk to SM mall. Overall stay was pleasant but will probably not return.
1.77km from Lex ForumWe stayed for 3nights as family during our vacation,we found this perfectly matched our preferences. Our room was infront of the pool ,beds were comfortable, but just the shower that needs to put a gap in between the floors of shower and toilet coz water overflowed, and the tissue holder was broken, but what We love were the staff were cool ,smiling and friendly. Food was really great! Plus there was musician who sang well at nights! Pool was so cool! And parking had enough space. It was great last 3nights before heading back to Paris.
Hotels Near Lex Forum In General Santos Review
My wife and i stayed 5 nights at this new hotel in February 2020. The hotel is very clean and very new. Parking seems very limited but we did not have a car. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help in any way. We really liked the guards at the entrance and elevators could only be operated if you have a key card. Very nice security feature. We had the larger room type, i think it was called "superior". It was still kind of small but adequate. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was great. Rainfall type of shower head. The tv is a little trouble to operate but had lots of channels from around the world. We especially liked the many filipino soap operas. Prices for the room were reasonable. The hotel is located within 4 blocks of the SM mall. Very convenient. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and will make special arrangements for odd hours of arrival and departure. The breakfast is free with the room. However, it has a very limited selection and practically no American food. It was almost all Filipino food. They do have an omelette station. I lived off of omelettes and rice and bread and coffee.

I am happy with my family & friends for the great experience in the Alta Veranda Restaurant! This place is huge, with the overlooking view of the city night life and the panoramic view of Sarangani bay. It is easiest to catch, located beside the public market and 5 minutes walk to SM mall gensan. Acountic Serenade with local artist with unlimited barbeque and grill all you can is the best way to celebrates special occasion with best people. I much preferred this hotel amenity (restaurant) to celebrate with my love one because of the food option that they offered the quality and the TASTE. Our dine went so fantastic, affordable pa!
For the several time experiences, Anchor Hotel never failed us. The experience was beyond wonderful. That's why we opted to celebrate my birthday there because of the friendly and adorable staff you have, mouth-watering foods, instagrammable venue at an affordable price. All the people working there are great and gorgeous, from the front desk, marketing team, wait staff, security guard and also to the cleaning staff. This was our several time at your place and definitely will be back again, anytime soon perhaps :)
+ Good, convenient location in center of GenSan near the Super Mall + Has a good coffee shop & restaurant on the hotel compound + Complimentary, buffet breakfast including eggs made-to-order + Good convenience store on the hotel compound + Friendly, responsive Front Desk staff + Air-conditioning that works well + Beds comfortable enough with decent pillows + Several English TV channels + Desk with chair + 20-person conference room, and a 100-person conference room available + Decent shower with hot water, and bath & shower gel supplied + Big mirror on the wall + Has place and hangars to hang clothes + Has Fitness Room + Get the value you pay for - Old, dingy looking room, little attention to aesthetics - No view from my room - Bathroom old, dingy, seriously needs to be redone/renovated - No place to put your toiletries while getting ready in the morning - Toilet didn’t flush when I arrived, they “fixed it” twice in 2 days! - only a simple lock on the door that staff can get in whenever they want. Should have a deadbolt lock. - Fitness room is old, unorganized, basically non-functional, one of the two treadmills don’t work, and it doesn’t have air-conditioning…or a fan!!
The facilities are new, clean, there are restaurants, parking, Wi-Fi, affordable, and the location is good. It is very close to Robertson Mall. It is easy to find according to the map given by Ctrip.
All Staff are very accommodating!
I have my reservations 2 months away for my bookings. It was an afternoon when i arrived they fetched me so late and i never mind that. When i arrived to their hotel, the area is nice and the facade is cool. But when i enter to their hotel their front desk assistants are not really good in communication Tho i’m speaking the most basic english. They’re doing something and they're laughing at the back!. Some, are sitting in the desk and it annoyed me so much!. They doesn’t look pleasant, tidyand disciplined and it looks like they don’t know what they're doing. They rattle all the time and its so not good. Its very irritating because a guest like me expects more to the hotel because it looks like everything is cool but they really disappoint me!. When i went to my room, well i just only saw a rat running in the corner and cockroaches having their parade from the other wall to the other wall. Its disgusting!. I don’t wanna be so dramatic but that was the most bad day of my life i experienced in a hotel not knowing that its a three star rating hotel. This is my feedback and this is true based on my experienced! Looking forward for upgrading your facilities because everything looks old. Make your employees more presentable and good looking without wearing a lot of piercings because its not good to see a front liners looking like that.

I think it is a very good hotel. It was good in a quiet place. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff was waiting and greeted me carefully.

After I went, I said that there is no room, I can play the past, I can say 啥
This place use to be a good budget stay but now with the owners handing it down to their daughter and son in-law not so good it started with the pickup at the airport with the son in-law calling the driver and asking the driver in a not so nice way where he was, I could hear him on the phone, not nice to hear from management when our flight was about 30 minutes late and an accident nearly block the road holding us up. Beds are so uncomfortable, no top sheet first night air conditioner is so loud and so old, hard to sleep. It came with free breakfast first morning we had one sunny side up egg each with one small hot dog and a small rice the next morning we were told no we can,t have that free breakfast is only hot dog small rice and half an egg scrambled or replace hot dog for corned beef but they didn’t,t have corned beef the first four days anyway but the nice cook gave us an egg each but found out later management would charge her for the eggs. Water pressure is not great fridge worked well kept a beer cold There is a Save More supermarket about a five minute walk that’s about the only good thing about the area. Sorry but I won’t be back they use to have a lunch and dinner available there but new management stopped it.

The people here were just terriffic but the rooms need serious attention. It was a shame because the help were so awesome. I want to give the place a great review because of them but, the living quarters were subpar. The first room we were shown, I don't think one could walk around the bed and that was it! basically it was a place where you could sleep and shower. Unfortunately, you wouldn't feel clean. No hot water (not uncommon in the Philippines), no elevator, STEEP steps. Sadly, I would not recommend staying here. If you do, don't look under the bed! I would have to be desperate to stay here, again. Still, the employees made the stay enjoyable.

Got shocked when we arrived there, the rooms are small, w/o windows, so unpleasant sorroundings lots of rubbish. And the neighborhood like of shanty houses. Even the taxi driver we hired told us it looks unsafe, so we left the place though I already and paid online. So will never recommend.
By far the biggest hotel resort my kids and I visited here in Cebu. The water slides and the lake pool made it more fun for my kids - a 5 star rate.
We booked 2 rooms and stayed in one of their suite room which is by the way spacious enough for us and with an ocean view and it was awesome, the deluxe room was just so so where my 2 older sons enjoyed their sleep.
I could not give a 5 star rate on their buffet breakfast I kinda feel it wasn’t worth it for the price.
Overall, we had an awesome and unforgettable stay.
nice rooms, big bathroom, nice location; breakfast is good just only for Asean not European-American standard; I paid online, but 1 night was invoiced twice, once by trip
, once by hotel; I noticed later that the hotel-bill was too high; i had to go back to the hotel, finally got my money back (for double-invoiced room-rate). Staff is very friendly, pools very fine; beach is nice, but I still prefer Solea Mactan in case of seawater-/beach-experience.
The morning and the day and the night were so beautiful and the staff were friendly and laughed so nicely. The room was in good condition and the shower filter turned yellow in a day but good. The breakfast is delicious. Saturday form party is really a must go
The hotel is very nice. There are 3 restaurants and a drinks bar beside the pool. Spa and things like pool and ping pong to play. Room was lovely and clean with everything we needed there. Nice bathroom which is sometimes hard to find in the Philippines.
The swimming pool is a lot of fun and never too crowded.
The seafood in the restaurant is great and I’d highly recommend it. The breakfast was also very decent.
Staff are lovely and always very helpful and courteous.
I would say this hotel is best suited for families with kids as they would love it but couples that want to spend time together or do activities I’d recommend going to somewhere in Lapu-Lapu.
Private beach is nice but people throw a hat or a towel on the beds and leave them to claim them without using them. This was very annoying but down to selfish customers, a way to deal with this fairly would be nice for future customers wanting to chill as it’s a shame we had to sit to the side while empty beds sat there claimed and not reserved.
The hotel is very close to the airport. I took a white car for 300p for two people. At the airport, they always do not watch. I saw other people commenting that there is a 250p taxi. There is also this hotel. I see a lot of people talking about the same level as the domestic seven days. I want to say that this is much better than the domestic seven days! You may not have lived in Dumaguete. And after all, it was newly renovated in 18 years. Do you have more than 300 pieces of domestic seven-day service? The price is also good, so cheap and relatively clean. There is massage at the entrance, there are 711, someone at the gate will help you with your luggage, the service is good, and even the breakfast is very clean.
Although Shangri-La and plantations became expensive in the consecutive holidays in February, I was attracted by the "just opened last year" and "Thai long-established hotel group Dusit", although I thought it was a little far I used it.
There are only a few condominiums in the surrounding area and nothing. However, as soon as I arrived at the lobby, I could see the sea through the bar and it was a perfect tropical mood! Correspondence such as check-in is a little late, and I feel unfamiliar yet. The room is not so big, but it's clean because it's new. Is it a refreshing and modern feeling rather than a luxury feeling?
The pool I was expecting was infinity, spacious and beautiful. It was a little crowded, but due to the coronavirus, there were few East Asian guests, so I was comfortable without much trouble.
If you check out early in the morning or late at night, you should arrange transportation in advance. I left early in the morning, but first there is no Grab! Even if I asked a taxi to the front desk, I was told "I don't have this time" (in the Philippines!)! .. The sink taxi is unlikely to pass! I was able to talk to various staff members and get good results, but it is better to be careful.
Room selection point: Ocean view is better. It has a balcony, and the pool, sea, and sunset are all on the ocean view side. I don't know the scenery on the garden view side so I don't know, but I wonder if there is anything in particular ...
There is a white sand beach right in front of you. It is convenient because there are meals and supermarkets a few minutes on foot. Staff are friendly and pleasant. There was no dryer in the room and the drain in the washbasin was clogged and I could not get out at all. Hot water comes out of shower but water pressure is weak. Breakfast was delicious. The Sky Lounge at night had a good atmosphere and could eat. Suddenly, several fireworks were launched and there was a feeling of New Year. I was surprised that peacocks were released in the garden. Overall it was a very satisfying hotel.
The hotel is super close to the airport and can be reached on foot, but we went the wrong way for the first time and suggested navigating for the first time.
The hotel environment is very old but clean, there are not many breakfast options, but it is acceptable.
The best thing about the hotel is the service. The rooms are cleaned and neatly arranged every day!
We live here near the airport, so we live here. It is not recommended to play because there is really a traffic jam from the city! It takes an hour to go to sm city!
Then I personally feel that the hotel price is too expensive, and the various nights add up to about 1,000. A deposit is required when checking in, and it is charged per night, a few hundred yuan per night! We lived for several days and seemed to have received a deposit of around 2,000. . . This is not quite understandable! And credit card at that time, check out on the day of check-out, and returned two days later, this is really too much trouble!
1. I probably know before I set off, and I am full of expectations. It turns out that this is a very good trip. The Xiang family has never let me down. To be honest, family-friendly tours, Xiangjia must definitely be placed in the search list, complete supporting facilities, rich and interesting children's activities, friendly services and so on.
2. The hotel is large. There are two restaurants for breakfast. They include a lot of resort facilities. The service staff is very friendly. There are entertainment activities for adults and children of different ages every day. Children can play crazy. When I booked the hotel, I never thought about leaving.
3. The hotel has a private beach, the water quality is very good, and the snorkeling conditions are good, so you can snorkel out of the house, so for vacation, you really don't need to leave the hotel at all! Then, snorkeling can see many different kinds of fish, big and small colored, and cute Nemo, yes, there are starfish, blue starfish.
4. The point is, the fragrant restaurant is not blowing, so it can be played. In addition to the breakfast buffet, we are too lazy to have a few meals. The room service is directly called. !! And whether it ’s Korean, Indian, Chinese (I only ate these few dishes), it ’s delicious (sorry, I ’ve never seen a big scene)
5. Due to late arrival and early departure, the baby cried on the day of leaving and refused to leave. Both adults and children are looking forward to a vacation. I was already checking the air tickets when I was waiting for the flight. . (It's overdone, I really don't care)
6. The only thing to say is that the work efficiency is a bit low, and it took an hour to check in. . . Can't understand.
7. Then, there are two worlds inside and outside the hotel. (Strict security is required to enter the hotel. The standard security is a gun and a police dog, so it is very safe in the hotel). That is, traffic is inconvenient and traffic jams often occur. 15 kilometers out of the city, it takes more than an hour to walk, taxis do not hit the meter. It took 8 hours to go back and forth to watch the sardine storm, and it collapsed.
OK, See you next time Shangri-la ~~ Cebu ～
The hotel scenery is still very good, but the service is really lack of humanity. Booked a spa service for me, and after the massage, the car from the spa sent me to the Botanical Garden Spa Resort, and my eyes were completely dark in the middle of the night. I borrowed a phone number from the front desk and called the Pacific Cebu Resort. . . It turned out that they were not busy at all, just not answering the phone. . . Fortunately, Ctrip responded in a timely manner, contacted me for handling, and was very satisfied with Ctrip's services, but this one is really not recommended. Hygiene feels average, bath towels and the like are really worrying. The other is that it is too hard to start, starting from taxi900 (where taxis do not exceed 300), so let's go to the place where there is an ATM machine, and just add another 450 pesos.
The first time I traveled freely, I chose a long time before I came here. The hotel I decided on was a little far from the airport. At that time I took a taxi at the time, I didn't know much English, there were no street lights along the way, and I was a bit scared. The taxi fare was 200P. When I finally arrived at the hotel, I was still very pleased. The decoration was very good. The staff was very polite. When I stayed for two nights, I would smile when I met and took the initiative to say hello to you. Yes, it is also very good. The mango juice was delicious, and finally helped to call a taxi to the airport. Should be suitable for children. All in all the hotel is recommended.
We sent you a pickup request email a week ago and didn’t check it until checkout. I asked to travel 3 times through live chat, but there is no answer.
Finally, I made an international call at Incheon International Airport and was answered. 3 people cannot use the 8-person suite, but upgraded to a villa. But the air conditioner is broken and not good because it is far from the breakfast and the swimming pool.
The next day, he requested the original reservation and replaced it for an hour because it was just a villa. I ended up using 2 rooms + 1 room, but it was ok. Very clean and clean and comfortable is better than I expected. The bed is slightly narrow for two people.
Just had a full breakfast. The bread and sausage meat are delicious.
Really very few. But everyone is friendly, taxis and tuk-tuks are small. Many restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk. It is best to exchange money there.
When we arrived and settled in the deluxe room, we upgraded from the reception to the suite room ... the staff was kind and the price ratio was not recommended. Breakfast is not bad either. I was confused about the comments, but I think it's a reason to choose really well. People don't seem to get the reputation of thinking about the Jay Park Resort level while the money is low ... this amount is not enviable for a 5 star resort ...
