The room was small, the suitcases could only be placed at the door after putting down a bed, but the bathroom was not crowded, and there was no problem living alone for a day or two. Long time from NUS, there are 7-11 and restaurants downstairs, eating is more convenient, the room is located on the small road, relatively quiet, Chinese service.

Thank to you to Firdaus, Mariam and Zuraidah ( not sure whether I got the name right) for making my 1 week work-stay trip very pleasant. They are the nicest front desk people that I’ve met and ensure my request are being met. Thank you Firdaus for arranging me to a better room for my prayer necessity upon check in. Your help is greatly appreciated by me and husband. Thanks a lot once again everybody. Ibis should be blessed to have you people serving the customers with all the helpful thoughts.

Stayed in Pasir Panjang for the second time. To be honest, I will still choose to stay at the hotel next time I come to Singapore for the following reasons: 1. The price is relatively cheap. 2. Convenient transportation: Many buses pass by, and the station is 10 meters away; the Lion City subway ring line (yellow line) is closer. 3. Spacious, bright, and sanitary: Although the facilities are older, the rooms are spacious and there are windows in the room. The light and ventilation are very good, and they are clean and hygienic. Finally, the key point comes. Manager Cai of Pasir Panjang is very nice. I feel like I'm home when I stay here. This stay was during the period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Manager Cai was very concerned about the guests. When I returned to China, I learned that I did not buy a mask. I sent a mask and disinfected wipes to protect me on the way. Really moved, thank you! Thank you Manager Cai!

The A Beautiful Terraced House Master Room was recently opened in 2019, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Singapore. Woodlands Train Checkpoint is located approximately 21km away and Singapore Seletar Apt around 29km away. Being just minutes away from Haw Par Villa Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. Guests will find Haw Par Villa (Tiger Balm Gardens), Wan Yang and Pasir Panjang just a short distance from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

The service was impeccable. My husband and I arent aware that during Covid, all hotels with attached balconies have to be locked. The main reason for our stay is to stargaze and catch the moon that at that particular night. It was upsetting and it was beyond anyones control due to the circumstances, however the Indian Lady that served us, managed to upgrade and swap our rooms. The room we got exceeded our expectations, we were still able to do what we wanted. And it was the highlight of my birthday as well. All in all we had a great experience, the rooms were well maintained, service is amazing and will come back again! (Hopefully next time round we are able to use the balcony!)

Booked the pool view room for my birthday. Came with my husband and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the stay. The room are spacious. Bed and pillow are comfy. Got to hang out at thw balcony. Spacious bath tub for the kids. We enjoyed splashzone and Buds! Really a destination in itself. Worth every dollar. We booked last minute but its still affordable after $100 srv. The breakfast was sent to our room which save us the hassle from going down. We opted for nasi lemak and it was nice. We were served by Mr Arif during check in. Excellent service! During check out, a lady did oir checkout and she aplogizes for the room that we ready late. We were ok with it because we came during peak period. Kinda expect tt. But she was very nice. I booked this room for my partners birthday on 5th October. Was allowed to have an early check in at 12pm and late check out on the next day at 2pm. Their service was exceptional and they had 24 hour butler services which served us hot chocolate in the evening, bucket of ice and morning coffee/Tea. I also made a special request to have a high floor facing a good view and to have some balloons and rose petals to be placed on the bathtub for my bf birthday. And they fulfilled my special request too. They were nice to have also upgraded my room from the executive deluxe room to the grand deluxe guest room that faces towards botanic garden. I also had my breakfast and afternoon tea at the Brassiere Les Saveurs Restaurant. The food was very delicious. I was given a $75 dining credit for the room i booked therefore decided to go for the afternoon tea at their restaurant. It was chocolate based which was too sweet but it was my first experience to have high tea. In overall, me and my partner enjoyed our stay at St Regis Hotel and look forward to stay there again.

Suitable for a quick and affordable staycation for friends and family. Not far from town. They have a strict policy on the names of guests per room. They checked our names before heading up to the lift. If you’re looking for some alone time without any distractions then this hotel won’t do😅😅. You can hear people outside which was uncomfortable

Prior to check-in date, the hotel had contacted via phone and email for pre-arrival check. It’s great that manager Jason was able to confirm the baby cot that I had requested when making the reservation. On arrival, the bell had promptly came over to help with our luggage. This is helpful as there seems to be only stairs at the driveway as I can’t find another alternative. Once I stepped into the lobby, I noticed a refreshing scent that lifted my mood. While waiting for my room key, I was presented with welcome drinks. They had assisted to show the way to the room, along they way we were brought to the spa area and the guest service also shared that there is a aeroponics farming area next to the spa reception. Even though it’s only 2nd floor but we were amazed with room’s high ceiling, something that most of us don’t have it at home. Their floor to ceiling window let in good amount of natural lighting into the room. I lived the complimentary healthy snacks that’s placed in the room together with the complimentary still and sparking water. The spacious room once again hit the right spot to make your feel relaxed and calm. During the stay, we visited that aeroponics area again as we were mesmerized by how easy plants could be grown indoor. I remembered there is a plant called lemon balm, Liza was very kind to share with us how this aeroponics farming works and gave us some of the lemon balm leaves. I added the lemon balm leaves into the sparking water that was available in the room for a refreshing drink to end of the night. Breakfast was great with the usual western and continental selection, what’s more interesting is their five dim sum warrior breakfast set and also their barramundi mixed oat congee. You must try these when you are there. I will like to thank a couple of people who we had interacted with and had made our stay pleasant: Jason for the wonderful connecting room arrangement, Liza who was at the wellness lounge area at around 9pm and she took the effort to share with us their interesting Grobrix aeroponic system and the plants growing there, Xiao Yun, Joey and Hanish who cleaned and sanitised the room. There are many more of them, I wished I could remember all their names. There is so much more to write and share, but one thing that I should not missed is that you have to stay two nights to truly experience a good retreat from the usual hassle and bustle. It’s definitely different from staying at the city hotel. If you want a good rejuvenating experience, please check out this hotel.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom deluxe room for my family of 4, which is a rare find for us. Typically we will get 2 interconnecting rooms. But this 2 bedroom arrangement comes with a living hall which is good for family bonding. The only downside is that there is only 1 bathroom, and 1 powder room (we took it quite well ... treat it as if we ate staying at a Japanese ryokan which only has 1 bathroom) ... 😄

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

The hotel is very close to Wenqing subway station, walk 5.6 minutes. The youth hostel is very small. It has a lot of capsule beds in one room, but the capsule room is well designed. It is very spacious to sleep alone. The closed door is your own private space. Bedding, lighting, safe, charging plug, usb, and mirror are all available in the capsule. The access to the card is safe, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are many people, this is still in place. With breakfast, it is simple cereal. And toast bread, coffee milk variety. The front desk attitude is very good, that is, one of the lights in my room is broken and cannot be turned off. The Indian brother first said that the light in each room could not be turned off. He lied. Actually, it was not. Later, he let him think of a solution. In short, the overall is a good hostel, you can choose this next time you go to Singapore, it is recommended ~~~~~~

Really pretty and cosy boutique hotel. Reception and staff were all very friendly and always available at your service. The room was really nice and better than what I was expecting at this price point. Walkable distance to mrt station as well and there is also a 7/11 just a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend the studio premier room which comes with the kitchenette. The only slight problem was that the samsung smart tv couldn’t be connected to our phones so there was only a few limited channels to select from.

A little disappointed that when we asked to have King room, the customer service rep said she will input in the system. We have 2 young kids and my husband is tall. However when we arrived, we were given a dbl dbl room, consisting of 2 double beds and that our request wasnt in the system. Ended up paying $60++ per night for an "upgrade" on the 7th floor, with traffic noise and no view. When other rooms are using the taps in their toilet, we could hear the pressure and woke up our baby girl a few times. This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel but 1st time was a much better experience.

The hotel location is particularly good, just outside the subway station. There is a free breakfast, 7-11 downstairs, and eating is very convenient. The outdoor swimming pool and terrace on the top floor of the hotel are not too comfortable, the night view is superb. You can walk directly to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, next to Songfa Bak Kut Teh and Ya Kun, Hainan Chicken Rice, and everything is very convenient. The only thing is that the room is really small and the boxes cannot be tiled on the floor. The bathroom is also small. The lobby of the hotel lobby is super soft and comfortable! !! !! The day before I left, because I was still early for the departure time, I rested on the sofa for nearly 2 hours and fell asleep, but the sister at the front desk was not stunned. This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.

I think I am the most objective evaluation: 1. Hotel location: too golden! You can walk to Outram Park subway station when you go out, wherever you go! The last train of the subway is around 11:30, and you can play until late (because the gate is the one-day bar street, the lights are bright, and it is safe) 2, the service is good, too late in the morning and check-in time, can also store luggage 3. Okay to say the disadvantages: The room is very small, the same size as Hong Kong, and the single room I booked can only sleep and bath, and it has a slight odor (I feel it is harmless, because I am Come alone to play, come out early and return late, just go back to sleep, and the price is more than 350, there is no need for it, the youth hostel has 150 beds, this is a good single room! 4. Suggestion: Only suitable for one person or same-sex friends to play and live! If you are a couple, it's better to live! Come out alone and really recommend five stars! There is everything nearby, the traffic is too convenient, and it is quick to go to Sentosa. I walk around and feel that the surrounding Bugis MRT station is particularly lively. I eat a lot and recommend it!

Staff at front desk and cleaning were generally friendly and helpful during check in and out. Meals are provided for by kith at ground level. Layout of hotel takes getting used to due to the “flooring”. Check in is on level 2, strangely level 1 brings you nowhere near Taka SC or paragon malls and the connected car park to the lobby is level 4 with a very non-descript and old metal door for access. Somehow car park level P4 connects to hotel level 2. There is no complimentary parking or hotel parking either except with a fixed amount voucher that will provide exit but you need to estimate the cost compared to the current parking rate and purchase separately at front desk (22 Bideford Rd). Room itself is big enough for a deluxe (2+1 9yo child) with the living area and kitchenette. Shower drainage was clogged on the first night leading to ponding of 3 inches of water while showering. However this was rectified within the day of giving feedback to front desk. Some areas like carpet had unidentifiable dried orange stains from previous and the blinds in the toilet had mould stains on them. The toilet bin was horrible really small and hard to press down to use. The bathrobe was quite worn and had a partially torn left pocket. May I recommend that these be looked into by housekeeping and facilities departments considering this is a five and not four star residence. Floor was also slightly dusty and there was some hair on the floor as well after cleaning. Beds and sofa and chairs appeared clean enough at first sight and use but was expecting much higher degree of cleanliness for this room and the price I paid. Believe me it wasn’t half bad definitely it’s still higher end and definitely liveable over the 3D2N but cleanliness standard was somewhat lower than what I’d expect from an Ascott. Food is readily available at the malls nearby however last order for rm dining service at kith is currently 930pm. Extra service charge is charged for delivery inside the unit compared to call and self collected method which is unusual but I guess it’s to prevent overloading the two front staff manned kith.

Location wise is very convenient. Bus stops everywhere, clarke quay and funan mall nearby and most importantly, for all the supper freaks, there are 7-11 nearby and also restaurants. Cleanliness was super bad. The remote controls, table, counter, sink, cups and spoons were so dusty. I can swipe in one finger and accumulate all the dust. The carpet had a huge stain near the fridge and a funky smell. The fridge was musty and dirty but bed is super clean. I guess it has been long since someone used that room but I expected it to be clean as it is a standard procedure for Housekeepers to clean up the rook before guests checks in. For service, it was neutral. Did what I requested and gave me an expected service but did not exceed my expectations. I requested to check out 2 hours later and they did manage to extend the check out. However, on the last day of our stay, we got locked out of the door because the staff forgot to change the system on the door. So our time was delayed. Lastly, after checking out, there was no closure of service from any of the staff so we just left. For amenities, there were no towels in the toilet and the TV couldn’t airplay/ mirror screen to my phone even though the feature was available on the TV. TV channels was super slow.
