We stayed here for a night; I think that if you want to have two businesses, you must make them both work well; otherwise I don't see why not only one but impecable. This to say it is really uncomfortable to go the other side of the road to the hotel where check in, breakfast etc actually takes place (extremely over priced for such a service, 17 francs per person per night), It is also uncomfortable to go there at the reception if you find any problem. The hotel's reception is inexistent, so we must forcefully turn to that twin for anything, but it does not seem normal or comfortable to get up in the heart of the night in pyjama and to go 5 minutes walking to ask for a In addition, it was impossible to sleep for the warm, but literally impossible. We called the reception asking whether it was possible to have a portable air conditioner or a fan but we were told to just open the windows (Captain Obviously, as if we didn't do it as soon as we arrived).

Wir suchten ein Familienhotel mit verbundenen Zimmern, da wir mit Kindern reisten. Für 739.- buchten wir für 2 Nächte eine Studio Family Suite direkt auf der Hotel Page. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der entsprechende Gebäudetrakt nicht geöffnet sei, wegen der schlechten Buchungslage. man offerierte uns dann entweder 2 Zimmer nebeneinander, aber man musste über den Gang zum anderen Zimmer oder aber ein Familienzimmer mit einem Raum/Doppelbett und Sofabett. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass man uns das nicht zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung gesagt hat, welche 3 Tage vorher gemacht wurde, also nicht schon Monate vorher, sondern erst bei Ankunft. Wir hatten also nur die Option abzureisen oder eine der beiden Varianten zu akzeptieren. getrennte Zimmer kamen nicht in Frage. also schluckten wir die Kröte und blieben im Family Zimmer. Erst nach Rückfrage ob das denn preislich was ausmachte, gab man uns bekannt, dass das Zimmer für 539.- angeboten werden kann. Also 200.- weniger als das gebuchte Zimmer. Wir konnten den Preis natürlich nicht vor Ort prüfen (Reservationssystem geht nicht via Smartphone). Nach unserer Rückreise und mehrmals später habe ich die Preise nachgeprüft. Die Familien Suite war immer noch verfügbar, obwohl man sagte, dass man diesen Fehler beheben würde und das Familien Zimmer war immer für 539.- Non Refundable im Angebot. Obwohl die Administration mehrmals sagte, dass die Preise tagesaktuell seine, konnte ich diese Angabe nicht bestätigen. Ach ja das Haus war bei unserem Aufenthalt schlecht gebucht. Nach mehrmaliger Konversation mit der Administration sagte man uns, dass sie uns ja schon entgegen gekommen sind mit dem Preis. Was ich eindeutig verneinen kann. Es ist kein Entgegenkommen, wenn ich für das den offiziellen Preis zahlen was ich bekommen habe. 539.- bezahlt, 539 war der offizielle Preis. Ein Entgegenkommen wäre gewesen 1 Nach für den Preis von 2 oder sonst etwas während dem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist auch heute noch der Meinung, dass der Service ja gut war und sie keine Fehler gemacht haben. Meiner Meinung nach war es setzen vor vollendete Tatsachen, im Wissen, dass der Kunde keine Option hat. So etwas erlebe ich normalerweise nur im Ausland. Erst nach mehrmaligen nachfragen und offerieren, dass das Hotel seinen Fehler doch noch einsieht und im Sinne des Kundenerlebnis doch noch ein Entgegenkommen zeigen würde, bot man uns einen Gutschein 200.- für einen weiteren Aufenthalt an. Aber ich möchte nicht wieder in dieses Hotel und kann es auch nicht empfehlen, also was soll ich mit einem Gutschein? Und gutem Geld noch mehr schlechtes hinter her werfen? generell war die Serviceorientierung sehr schlecht. Nebst dem Hauptkritikpunkt wollte man uns den Tiefgaragenplatz, den wir nicht benötigt haben und ich das gesagt habe bei Ankunft, weil es kostenfreie Aussenparkplätze gab, verrechnen. Although the BnB is in the industrial district, it is still a great place to stay. Andi and Marlène run the BnB with great passion and the friendly hosts have put a lot of love into the details. You just feel comfortable. A spacious living area with kitchen, tables, sofa, lounge, smoking room, games and books as well as a drinks fridge (cheap!) make your stay very comfortable and familiar. The rooms are large, well furnished (very comfortable beds) and nothing is missing. A rich breakfast and parking is included. There really isn't anything to complain about! Also recommended with children!

Really lovely hotel that exceeded expectations. The room was big and clean. The kitchenette in particular was useful to have, and pots, pans, cutlery, etc were provided when requested. Shirete was an amazing, welcoming receptionist, incredibly helpful - no request was too much. The hotel is also situated in a great location if you want to visit Lucerne, Zurich and even Interlaken. Also a fantastic location for views of Mt Rigi. Would definitely stay here again for future central Switzerland visits.

I stayed in this hotel quite a bit a few years ago and always enjoyed my stays. So I was looking forward to staying again whilst in Zug on business. First impressions were excellent with a warm welcome and efficient check in. The hotel has obviously been refurbished since my previous stay and the room was very good. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and additions such as the Nespresso machine were a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. The bed was comfy and I slept well. Breakfast selection in the morning was good with plenty of choice. I have no complaints or issues about this hotel and would happily stay here again. Ands I have no problem recommending it.

Very clean and centrally located in train. Probably re-renoved with modern rooms. The staff is friendly and premature. There can be deep garage spaces for Fr.20. -- to this end ( cheap for train) . The rooms are rather expensive and despite the express wish for a room with balcony and just a few booked rooms, we got a room without balcony. We found it bad. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, unfortunately there are no Kingsize beds or we have no offered anything. Breakfast is average, the staff very friendly.

Alors que nous sommes arrivés sans réservation, nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis à la réception. Nous avons reçu 2 belles chambres (parents + adolescent). L'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville mais malgré tout calme, le soir aucun bruit. On est à 2 pas du lac dans une vieille bâtisse rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Le patron M. Hegglin parle un très bon français (aussi le personnel) et l'atmosphère est familiale, sympathique et chaleureuse. Nous avons mangé au restaurant dans une belle salle avec un menu niveau ”gastro” où la présentation superbe des assiettes était au niveau de l'excellence des mets servis (filet de veau au morilles). Le plateau de fromage vaut le détour, des fromages choisis par le patron chez les producteurs, en Suisse et à l'étranger. Il y a une cave à vins impressionnante avec des prix somme tout très corrects. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est hyper complet et tout le personnel très attentionné. Vraiment une adresse à recommander sans réserve et où on retournera volontiers.

PRO: Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, einfaches Parken, geräumige und moderne Zimmer CONTRA: Das offene Bad verhindert jegliche Privat- und Intimsphäre. Dadurch, dass wirklich überall Spiegel angebracht sind, sieht man immer jede Ecke des Raumes und wird auch gesehen. Das WC hat zudem in meiner Wahrnehmung keine richtige Tür, sodass man an ”allem” teilhaben kann. Andere Punkt: Im Gebäude und insbes. im Erdgeschoss riecht es IMMMER nach Küche und insbesondere nach kaltem Fett aus der Fritteuse. Ich war mittlerweile mehrfach und es ist wirklich penetrant, auf mich gar abstoßend.
