Hotels Near Linen Hall In New York
0.18km from Linen HallI stayed at the Moxy East Village for 5 nights in October 2020 with my college-bound daughter. Visiting from out of town, we wanted to get a feel for the neighborhood while also being tourists in Manhattan. Location: Subway (9th St & 4th Ave) - 3 blocks Subway (Union Square) - 4 blocks Westside Market - 1 block Healthy Greens Deli - 2 blocks Tompkins Square Bagels - 4 blocks Anything you need is walkable from here! Covid-19 caused the closure of some restaurants and Webster Hall (across the street), but St Marks Place is lively as well as the NYU / Washington Square Park area. You may see folks sleeping on the sidewalk, but it's a busy area, and does not feel unsafe at all. Room: Quiet enough with the window closed, although from our 6th floor room overlooking the street, we could definitely hear the bar/restaurant crowd downstairs. Not a problem -- it's part of staying in the city. :) Nice that the window opens a bit! The room is small, but again, that feels appropriate in Manhattan. The room is designed well to take advantage of the limited space. No writing desk, but have a clipboard instead! There is no privacy when getting in and out of the shower, so you need to communicate if you want to avoid unwanted exposures. Hah! The shallow sink is not ideal functionally, but it is usable and cute. Shower is spacious and has great water pressure. Beds are very comfy, slept great! The room and property overall were very clean and fresh. Value: I was very happy with the price we paid for a quiet, super-clean, comfy room in a newly renovated hotel right in the East Village. Will definitely stay here again if rates don't go up too much once the travel industry fully recovers! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Kudos!

0.78km from Linen HallWe stayed at this lovely hotel in the Superior Queen room for two nights. This was my first stay here, but I have stayed at several of the city's better hotels. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the reception and the door man service. In the room a sparkling wine from the hotel was waiting for us which was appreciated after a long journey from Europe. The hotel itself is was upon arrival a little underwhelming but that changed during our stay. The reception area, lounge, lifts, hallways were obviously in the Boutique style and have a less luxurious feeling than expected. We can take the lobby / lounge right away. - it was specatuclar and a quite a vital part of the hotel. Here is a trendy atmosphere all the way. The afternoons are a little busy, there was a constant rush of people outside the hotel who wanted to take a drink here. That meant there was some queue to get refreshments from the bar. The cocktails are very well made, here are obviously knowledgeable bartenders at work. The service on the other hand is a bit slow. Remember to order the bill at the same time you order or it will take a long time. I knew I had to use the lounge at night because of jet lag and work. I was therefore in the Lounge at 0330-0400 AM every day. Quiet comfortable atmosphere and it was eminent to sit by the warm fireplace, with great pot of coffee and do my work. The room was a positive surprise. Large windows let in the perfect amount of light. The view of the low buildings of NOHO was good, although I was hoping for better. (I asked for a good view in advance) The room had a perfect size. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. It was a little heated in the room, but the un-noisy fans in the ceiling helped. The bathroom is brilliant. Large, with hot water all the time. The only negative is the cleaning service. We left the room at 0700 AM and came back at 1400 AM. The room was still not cleaned. I asked the reception 5PM to get this done. In addition, the door man service was sometimes absent. All in all, I am very pleased with our stay and I would recommend anyone to try the hotel. However, I am not entirely convinced that this will be my permanent hotel in New York. There is a little extra work to do in the details and the ability to see their guests. Lobby service should be improved and cleaning must be done on time. I will book a Deluxe room next time to possible get a better view.

0.98km from Linen HallThe front desk staff was very helpful but the room was filthy. Carpets had stains everywhere and hadn't been vacuumed. Bathroom also wasn't clean. Black hairs were on the washcloths and in the sink. The counter was also dirty.

Highly recommend the Millennium Hilton New York. A hotel with an excellent location and an excellent value for money, just across the window from the room was a $ 4 billion investment over 12 years of construction to rebuild the 911 underground New World Rapid Transit (PATH) passenger railway station on the site of the collapsed World Trade Center "Because it looks like a white peace pigeon, it is called Asuka Station." Asuka Station "covers an area of 30,000 square meters and is a network of shopping malls (named Oculus), interchange stations and pedestrian walkways. In one complex. To the right is the 911 Memorial, and it is not far from Chinatown. The Chinese takeaway will be delivered soon. Turn left when you go out of the hotel to be the 21st Century Shopping Center.

I absolutely LOVE the Concorde Hotel New York! Rada and Estefania at the front desk are wonderful! They have been so kind to me as well as helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating. The service here is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and modern, and I love the hotel’s location. The rooms have awesome big screen TVs and mini refrigerators. The bathrooms are lovely, too. The temperature control is perfect, and the heat is fabulously silent. The also have a fantastic coffee machine in their charming lobby. I love it all! I highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Concorde Hotel New York!
Stayed here 3 times it’s a great place to stay away from Manhattan. Close by to a liquor store and supermarket for everything you need since all the rooms have a kitchen with utensils.
The breakfast is great too
Certainly had design appeal and was in a great location but never lived up to the pretence. The open bathroom isn't a great idea as water does get everywhere. Plus in our room, the waterfall shower was clogged up so didn't actually pour down onto you if stood underneath. Therefore, had to use the hand shower which has no wall-mount. Needless to say, the person you're sharing with can see all! The balconies - whilst providing a spectacular view of the city - are overlooking each other and you can see into the neighbours' rooms when stood out there. Other style over substance issues included a broken phone and toilet door. To top it off, I had a personal towel that I'd hung up to dry disappear with the laundry and never appear. Overall, wouldn't stay here again.
Check-in is fast, just submit your credentials and credit card. There is no breakfast in the hotel during this time, but there are also many fast food restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It's about three blocks to the subway station.
