The hostel staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful, also the owner (I think) who I was texting with. I had dinner there which was amazing. They also refilled my water bottle instead of giving me a new one which is just more plastic. But please also no straws. The rooms unfortunately are not nice. The walls are dirty and the mattress is so hard. I even got one of the best rooms but still. For the price you pay compared to other places, also being next to the street and not really a nice view, I think it’s too much money for what you get.

Website trip and motel coordinate poorly 1 , washing does not dry clothes, so waiting for a long time is minus when you want to go to the morning bath or take a boat in the morning, accommodation is far away, so consider taking a motorbike or car (no electric car) , pay attention when you want to use the service j should ask about the price (avoid the owner is comfortable until the time of payment is unexpected), note: should actively request the requirements, bed linens, there are mosquitoes at night, should pay attention, pay attention to the sign on the safety wheel (sometimes there is a police when passing the ring standing there). Stopped for one night in September 2019 before travelling to the Bay of Halong. The hotel is very pleasant with a good location, we got a room on the top floor from which the turbulent view of the whole Hayfon was opened. In general, the city itself is very interesting, in the first few tourists, and in the second one can quietly walk on the streets and enjoy the color of local life. In step-by-step access from the hotel, the BIG-C store is far away, of course , but you can get a shopping gallery who is interested in shopping, in Hayfon there is something to buy. I would like to note separately that the choice from many hotels in favor of 3MG Hotel because of the cost ( quite acceptable price and mainly because of the free transfer of personal busique from Hayfon Airport. It is very convenient when you are met with a plate at the airport plus provide this service completely free. The hotel also has its car park, which can be reached for 10,000 dongs-1 km, where you need.Staff is very friendly and respectful with visitors. You can stay for a few days. The rooms are in line with the picture. The pool and spa we didn't use, but the restaurant works at night, which is very convenient.

Arrived on Dec. 30th. and welcomed by Mr. Huy, front desk manager, with his captivating smile. I enjoyed two blissfully wonderful days. Mr. Billy, Food and Beverage Manager, was so kind, during my first breakfast. The meal to welcome 2022 was superb. Master Chef Kenny presented a most imaginative and mouth watering menu of delight. We started with a scrumptious pumpkin and salmon tart, followed by a flower crab salad with red lump caviar, and delightful bursts of passion fruit. An ingenious mushroom soup was next with scampi prawn and lobster bisque. For me, a life lover of fungi, this was a new experience of wonder. We then enjoyed a beautiful salmon dish served in a rich and tasty broth. Fillet Mignon and death by chocolate completed the food symphony of delight. Take a bow chef Kenny! . Later on we all enjoyed a quiz and welcomed in the New Year in a Japanese fashion with lots of bubbly. Finally, thank you Minh Trang, at reception, for finally Seeing on my way back to Hanoi.

I had an amazing stay at MGallery CatBa! The hotel is located next to the best beach on the island, the view from my balcony was gorgeous. The hotel has plenty of facilities for the guests to enjoy: spa, two lovely pools and kids centre. Check out the pretty rooftop bar right near the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, the view is worth visiting. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were super helpful, especially Hien and Thanh at the front desk, who promptly organized the drive for me to go to the downtown after I checked out. I will be certainly coming back in the near future!

The store's little brother and sister can see that they are very careful to operate, the room is very clean and tidy, the supporting facilities are very complete, the whole street is full of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indian and other restaurants. The best thing is the hotel breakfast. I will confirm what to eat for breakfast one day in advance. There are 10 varieties to choose from. 1 and 10 are my favorites. Stayed two nights here. The hotel is in the heart of the Catba island with a lot of restaurants, tour agents and shops around. Our room was upgraded by the owner due to the availability and the stay was a very pleasant experience. Room was nice and clean with all basic needs included. The breakfast was also alright for the money paid. The owner and all staff are very helpful. Highly recommend.

We booked for one night in a bungalow on top for 3 people. We were paid for a room supplement because we were three, and, even if there were indeed two double beds the room apparently was not planned for three ... We gave our washing to ask when This could be finished because we went on a trip early the morning and we were told that we would have them in the evening. We were asked to come back a little later, once we had a more people eating. When we arrived at the hotel following our trip we were welcomed by a welcome staff but we were surprised to discover a room (in spite of the paid surcharge) prepared for 2: two bathrooms for 3, 1 only true duvet face to a small supplement cover for the second bed and finally NO HEAT EAU. We tried to contact the staff but from 10PM no more is present. At the time of check-out, we present the various concerns we have met. It will have to do foot and hands to get a discount of 100.000 VND for hot water since the patron having checked by itself indicates that yes hot water works well but we have been badly taken. Then we have never seen so difficult to put a key in a box and push it up. However, after taking us off and remitting the discount we get a gain of cause. Thanks to the receptionist who, he, has remained calm and comprehensive.

Hotel located 5 minutes walk from Haifeng station. Walking distance from the arrival point of the limousine bus (van) from the old town of Hanoi called Hoang Long Express I used. However, it is a little difficult to find because the first floor is a parking lot and the front desk is on the second floor. There are many restaurants around the hotel and there is no problem with food. However, I walked around to hear people, but I couldn't find a currency exchanger... After all, I exchanged money at the front desk. The rate was not bad. It was a kind staff to arrange the Halon Bay tour. It was about 4000 yen per night, but the room was large and comfortable and I felt that it was a hotel above the price.

For the price you pay this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Located in Catba town it is just a short walk to the restaurants and bars at the front and about 20 minutes to Catco 3. The rooms are very clean, spacious and look almost new. The breakfast was also solid with a good enough range of choices.

The building has a few years, but it is a neat hotel. The front desk is not bad. Is the elevator attached later? The room is clean as it is. Many bottles of mineral water are supplied. Breakfast is served in a separate building on the sandy beach side, but it is a little bit of a customer. The first day is not open even in time, and the front desk calls and gets it. The menu is also French bread only with egg baking and instant coffee. When I asked if there was any vegetables, I couldn't say that there was no answer. On the second day, there seemed to be a group guest, and I made bind darker, etc., and it was a satisfactory content. After consulting for an extension night, I discounted it from the net reservation price.

An incredible set of buildings with a huge range of facilities, including many pools, beaches, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the level of service does not match the quality of the building and although there are many members of staff, they are often not doing anything or just on their phones. This meant things like ordering drinks or paying for activities such as water sports hire took a long time or was very difficult. No table service, even when we were the only people in the bar. Often drinks had to made in another part of the hotel and so took a very long time to arrive. Loud music played on the beach every morning from 0720, so worth asking for a room at the back the hotel if you don’t want to be disturbed. A lot of the features seemed to be for “show” rather than properly supported. The arcade for example, looks great but most machines were broken or switched off and people were more interested in posing for photos rather than the actual functionality of the equipment. Gym looks nice in photos but limited equipment. Similarly, a swim up bar in the indoor pool looked promising, but not stocked or staffed. Pool tables on the roof top bar look nice, it terrible quality if you actually want to play pool! That said, pools were very nice, beach was nice and water lovely. A lot of rubbish on the beach, but sadly this is true across most of Ha Long Bay. Easy access to the town centre of Cat Ba by using electric taxi service outside the hotel at 10,000 VND per person each way. Several restaurants , bars and tour companies in the town. Room quality was excellent, especially with the sea views; price included buffet breakfast and dinner which made it pretty decent value for money.

Incredible hotel staff The staff here is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially when the power went out on the island shortly after our arrival. Luckily, they had a generator on site that kept things running smoothly. The property is pristine, being brand new and well maintained. It's just a few minutes walk from Cat Co beaches. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. Our view with sea view was amazing, it looks like a painting in the sunset time. Duong at the reception helped us to book all transportation and tours we love the sunset and plankton bioluminescent night kayak tour from the hotel Would recommend this hotel to anyone on Cat Ba island

We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

The decoration has been open for less than 10 months. The room is big enough, new, clean, with a kitchenette and washing machine. It is located in the most central place. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Cost-effective; The little brother at the front desk is handsome and helped me a lot, thank you very much; Don't worry, I have seen dozens of hotels in Haiphong City. I have traveled and stayed on business. This is the best choice.

I really don't understand the very negative reviews here, might be written by competitors wanting to damage this property for personal profit? Always check on the reviewers to see if they have more reviews and travel around, if they only have a single review can't take them seriously. Anyway, where to stay on Cat Ba Island!? Remember we are in Vietnam where the cars & bikes are very loud all the time hooping at each other all night long! So this is quite an important point when choosing your hotel and best to be away from crowded streets and as high as possible in the building! So I arrived on Cat Ba Island without prior hotel booking although I had googled and decided what my favorites are. But then walked in person on the bay promenade to make sure I can compare the views and hotels directly! And so the Draco QK3 Hotel was PERFECT at the end of the beach strip but within just 4-5 minutes walk to bus and center. Meanwhile having the best position for the sunset view from your balcony as I had it from my rooftop room 1203 facing the ocean. Simple but clean room with shower and fridge and a nice balcony. Breakfast buffet was included in the price but I had an early morning tour and the kitchen staff prepared for me a lunchbox to take out with omlet and bacon and toast, bananas, veggies! I was so impressed that they made it for me! Then, dinner you can order and it was actually very very delicious, I showed them photos on my phone of stuff I wanted to eat and they made everything as I expected! And so delicious! I could pay by credit card, there is one bank in same building that can do some money exchange to pay the tour if you need and they also booked for me tours to Monkey Island and the Cai Beo Floating Village. Everything at extremely reasonable prices, front staff could speak English and were ready to help. Quiet, clean, friendly, nice food and a stunning Sunset from room with best view, really happy to have chosen this hotel Draco QK3!!

#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Nearby Shops, Safety, Corridor Soundproofing, Natural Light in the Room; The location is convenient, the service attitude is very good, and the room was upgraded for free and part of the laundry fee was waived. After being abused in Ho Chi Minh City, I found the simple, warm and friendly people again in this hotel in Haiphong:)
