We stayed at the resort of 4 nights, in August 2019, in a pool view room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, grounds were perfect and the pool cleaned constantly. The room was very spacious and everything was super clean, but both the room and furnishings were well worn. The bed was super comfortable and the linen nice. Although they could use some new towels. Not sure what was going on with the shower (which was over a bath) but every time we showered the bathroom floor was covered in water. We had both breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant during our stay. Would rate it as average at best. It appears they cater for Eastern European tourists and rather than serve good Vietnamese food, they serve average Westernised Vietnamese food, which lacks all the flavours you expect. It may be that the meals on the Western menu were better but we didn't try them. Used their laundry service while staying. Information in room stated a 12 hour turn around. Not sure if this was correct as it turns out you have to ring the desk and ask for the laundry to be returned rather than it just returning. Found this out when it hadn't turned up 24 hours later and rang the desk. Location was good, some restaurants within walking distance another a short taxi ride. Staff were very helpful in arranging taxis or tours.

Little Muine cottages resort is a wonderful place to stay when you come to Muine We stayed in the sea front villa for two nights, it has easy access to beach, walking by the beach is extremely fascinating during sunset time. In the night you can sit by the balcony, listen to the waves and enjoy the breeze, it’s cool, not even hot. My friend happen to have diarrhoea during the time we stayed, and the staff had been really helpful and kind to give us pills for diarrhoea, tell us what to do to cure her stomachache, we’re appreciate this so much. This is an actual great place to stay

I made a call to the reception to confirm my group booking and the lady answered with impolite voice sound like she shouted . Her attitude was rude to talk to her customer . How come a reception of the resort could treat the customer with that kind of hospitality ?

This was a super nice stay! The personal was so nice and vett welcoming! We booked a tour to the sand dunes and the Fairy stream with help from the hostel and that was amazing! We also booked out bustrip to the next destination here and the bus picked us up at the hotel! The food is also very good! Nice breakfast menu and the omelett is really good!!! The garden by the hostel is also very nice with a little pond and flowers and palmtrees everywhere! Close to stores and other restaurants but I would recomend the food at the hotel!

Just bad. Its super overprised (we are talking about $70 dollar per night!?) the room was quite big and had 2beds, the toilet is placed very bad in the corner closed to the wall and a pipe is leaking out water on the floor. So it was always wet on the floor in the bathroom. Ants and geckos in the room and the aircon didn’t work. They fixed a person to fix it tho so that’s good. We had booked for 2 nights, she said that when we checked in that we had to change room the next morning because that room we had was reserved. Ok we thought, maybe it’s to a double bed since we don’t really need two beds to begin with. WRONG, they changed us to the room under which looked EXACTLY the same. Even though it was the “same” room it was a downgrade. Mold in the roof, water leaking from the roof from our old room, mattress was dirty, ants everywhere and the air was humid. We was there for not even 15 minutes when we decided that we cannot live there. So we went to the front desk and explained everything, we want the money back for the last night. No refunds she says. Okay... got her to call the manager and then said they could give us 50% of the price for one night. But we hadn’t even stayed in the room for more than 20 mins. The reason was because she wouldn’t sell the room for that day. So much bull. Asked to talk to the manager but was told that he don’t understand English. Great. By this point we were so angry and disappointed that we just wanted to leave. We took the 50% and left. So no, don’t take your time and book a room here. Just don’t. But if you want the hustle and disappointment, go for it. (I really hope the Mananger sees this review)

Very nice set breakfast included in the room rate. I paid about 1 million VND for a Superior room as I know they have other rooms with not good view. So happy with my room. It has a refrigerator, large bathroom with standing shower, window in the bed room and window in the bathroom. But windows are the fixed glass and can't be opened. We can rest at the common balcony facing main street. Back of the hotel is the beach and we walk through a large nice coconut garden. This garden doesn't belong to the hotel I think but look nice and nobody was there at that time. Just perfect for our need: a not expensive room, new, almost next to the Fairy Stream. Thanks so much to the lady Reception staff who quickly ran to the kitchen to make us the take away breakfast knowing we will check out early and she phoned the bus company for us to reconfirm.

Last hear when visited Mui Ne,stayed here for one night.the hotel is very clean, bright and tidy.the staffs are friendly, especially the man at the counter(the owner’s son Phuc).he always smile, and good English speaking, have chance chatted with him ,impressive and knew more about vietnam, but dont have chance to exchange more ideas, cuz stay one night only.there is a mini mart attached, bought some yogurts and gree tea there, reasonable price.though not offer breakfast, there are many eateries aroung the hotel, convenient! booked a jeep tour to red sand dunes, white sand dunes and fairy stream( actually this one just beside this hotel) at reasonable price here.anyway,a pleasant stay.recommended Hung Phuc to those who want to stay at a very clean and budget hotel in Mui Ne.

We had a big room with bathroom and right equipped kitchenette, very usefull for longer stays. The room was not only clean, but with daily cleanings. Free sheets change each 3 days and free towels change on request. Owners are efficient and helpfull and very nice. They provide bus ticket service and motorbike rental service. So confortable and also cheap that we spent 9 nights in there.

We arrived at 3 am and Mr. Chin awoke to welcome us. My room has two faces with many windows which provide a really airy atmosphere I like. We borrowed the hair dryer from the receptionist and rent a bicycle also. The location is quite good. You turn right to reach the nightlife area and turn left to the red sand dune.

First of all, the hotel's appearance and environment are worthy of recognition, quiet, manor-style, check in service is also good. There are so many positive reviews, so let's talk about negative reviews now: We booked the cabin! 1. Safety is a big problem. The door lock can be opened casually. Although not everyone is so boring to go, but it is necessary to prevent it before it happens; 2. There is insufficient light in the walkway outside at night, and the road cannot be seen clearly; 3. Come to the room again. If you are afraid of loneliness, don't worry at all. The room is very lively. Little cockroaches, big bugs, geckos, etc. will come to see you. In case you do something in the room, the audience will not Applause, other atmospheres can be achieved; 4. The room facilities are old and the sense of time can be felt; 5. Next is the bathroom, which is larger than the room. If you do n’t have a small motobike, do n’t run around and avoid getting lost. The bathroom towels are messy. The switch in Figure 6 is completely unknown. , No logo, no protective cover (I seriously doubt he just wanted to call me), and I wanted to take a hot bath in the bath at night, but the water volume was too small. I put in an hour of water, and the water cooled faster than the water. I did n’t wait for the hot water, I just wanted to take a shower, but the shower was very difficult to use, not as good as these domestic brands, such as the Vienna Hotel; 6. In the end, it ’s breakfast. The restaurant is large, as big as a market, it ’s messy, it ’s the same as our village market, there are not many dishes, but as long as you run fast enough, you can still grab a little bit, it ’s almost Inability to vomit, the juice is more water than the fruit, light and fresh, just as bland as life, the dishes are basically nothing to eat, the restaurant floor is greasy, walking on it, just like that skate shoe song The same, like the devil's steps, rubbing against the smooth floor ... After a 5+ hour car ride, I felt such a hotel, just like the glaciers in the Arctic in December, a cool song for you ... seriously damaged the mood of the holiday.

I could write a poem about my experience in Ocean Vista as I am a long term rental. 1. Each block has constant electricity blackouts. The staff claims the problem is being fixed but nothing happens; they give no alternatives to the guests such as providing an alternative accommodation or anyway a solution to the issue; they just say to wait. Every time the give a deadline for the issue to be fixed, as soon as the given time comes, a new deadline is added up. It’s now 9:30pm and I’ve been waiting in their lobby since 6:50pm. During this time they didn’t even bother to offer me a glass of water 2. Despite I live here, whenever I leave Ocean Vista and I come back after 3-4 days, security stops me and I have to provide at all times my information. Back I. April, they even had no clue that I live here and I had to show them my rental contract: THAT WAS HILARIOUS 3. All apartments are no soundproof at all. You will hear plenty of guests screaming, shouting, slamming doors from as early as 6am can be till late night. They just don’t care 4. If you don’t rent with Ocean Vista company directly, you’re not allowed to use beach or swimming pool, which is just funny as I don’t understand why people who rent in a different way should be discriminated like that 5. Last but not least, common areas are DIRTY. See the pictures I attached right in front of my apartment to see thousand of cute ants walking by. Great, especially during this post Covid-19 era I have complained about all above points to the staff several times, but all the times I’ve been told “ok sir” and nothing ever happens. Once I even left my phone number and name to the staff asking for the General Manager - Ms. Lily, to call me back, but needless to say, that has never happened. I guess if she doesn’t bother to follow up with her guests, how can the staff do that?

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The main feelings of staying are as follows: 1. The hotel is cleaned and the staff are barefooted into the room. 2. The bath is large. 3. The service is good, the hotel staff smiles and welcomes the guests, and they all take the initiative to say hello. 4. Garden and fish pond, swimming pool, every detail is well maintained and very thoughtful. 5. The private beach is very clean. 6. The hotel has good meals, eating by the beach, very laid-back, blowing the sea breeze. After breakfast, the hotel offers bread and fish in the stomach next to the fish pond. 7. There is a waiter in the front desk in Chinese. I am patient and answer our questions. 8. There is demand for hotel response. It is a pity that this is the off-season. Many delicious restaurants in Mui Ne are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

When I chose The Sailing Club, for my holiday destination, I did do a good deal of research to find a high class hotel, that ticked all the boxes. I was looking for a hotel that offered peace and quiet, with a high standard of service and luxurious surroundings. With The Sailing Club, I wasn’t disappointed. From walking into reception, the whole place is quiet, tasteful, and tranquil. To be honest, very different to the very lively street outside, that the hotel is situated on. The gardens within the hotel grounds are (as mentioned by other reviewers) beautifully maintained whilst still retaining a natural feel. The bar and pool areas are also well maintained and tasteful, and Sandals restaurant also lives up to its reputation, with really high quality food and great service. You will pay around double the price at Sandals that you’d pay in the numerous restaurants on the main road outside the hotel, but it is still very reasonable by UK standards and well worth the extra cost. We mixed it up a bit and had some meals at Sandals for around £60-£80 (for 2 people, including drinks), and some on the main “strip” for £20-£50, with the most expensive outside the hotel including a whole lobster, bottle of wine, cocktails, and a taxi back (taxi fare £2). Yes it really is that cheap! As mentioned in most reviews, Nikki was very friendly, attentive and helpful, and dealt superbly with the couple of minor issues that we had. All of the rest of the staff (unfortunately too many to mention) , were lovely too. From the reception staff, maids, gardeners, bar, waiting and spa personnel, everyone was cheerful, friendly and polite (a true credit to the hotel). One special mention though, Lee, the guide/translator (employed by the hotel) who took us on 2 trips, was just fantastic. Polite, engaging and just a really lovely guy, who remained cheerful and enthusiastic throughout both of the trips that he took us on, despite the fact that he must have done the same thing, countless times. Lee, you’re a credit to the hotel, and your country. Thanks, and it was a pleasure to meet you. We had a room on the upper level, with its own private terrace and outdoor shower (perfect way to start and end each day!). It did feel very private, and we were glad we chose this type of room, as some of the rooms on the lower level, were a little more open to the public paths, and their terraces were a bit less discreet. Everything about the hotel is honestly first class, and having walked through the grounds of several others, during our stay, we were really pleased that we’d chosen The Sailing Club. Now for the not so good part. Thought I must say that this is no reflection on the hotel, which I’ve already said, is superb. Basically, the hotel is an oasis of calm, in a fairly tacky resort. Once you step outside of the hotel grounds, you’re in a completely different environment. One of noise, hustle and bustle, bars restaurants and souvenir shops. Not a bad thing necessarily and I

Stupidity and horrible reception are strong at Pandanus. We arrived at the hotel around 7pm tonight, Aug 4 2020. We told the receptionist that we were offered 2 millions/night all inclusive via a call with Pandanus earlier, and the receptionist responded she could only offer us 2.36 m/night and asked us to call back the person who talked to us, visibly voicing her distrust of us. We said, first, it was your hotel number who we called, your own people, shouldn't you call yourself? Second, Agoda offered the same facility for 1.88m translating into 2.16m/night all inclusive right then, she could see for herself. We would have been idiots to pay more than what was publicly offered. Third, we didn't even negotiate in the earlier call, we just asked for room price along with room info verification (some discrepancy among online sources) and got the quote, we didn't need more, or less, just integrity. The receptionist reluctantly called Pandanus' own sales desk within the premise to no avail because it already was after office hours, and she knew it, everyone already left the hotel except herself and maybe some service staffers. When we tried to explain, she put her rude attitude on display, interrupted us, and said she would charge us 2.36m/night and verify with sales later. Of course, we could not trust the receptionist at this point, and were too uncomfortable to stay, even for less than the price originally offer. At the end, we just let her know that her service presentation was hostile, and that we had not come here for a 300K discount and an honesty challenge. This rather large hotel was vastly vacated, so dimmly lit we could hardly see the surroundings nor any sight of guests at all. The least it could do to help itself was upgrade the front desk to a less cringed, more warming humans. We left this place for a favorite resort in Mui Ne, a much more welcoming experience, where we had dinner earlier, a place where we could still see other happy guests stroll by even during covid pandemic.

The best place to live in southern Vietnam ~ The price is very high ~ Probably one tenth the price of the same room in Hawaii ~ The scale of the resort is relatively large ~ Has a private beach ~ Location is also very good ~ suitable for sunset and sunrise ~ The taste of the restaurant is also good ~ Suitable for relaxing vacation ~ You can spend a day in the resort ~ Breakfast is rich ~ and changing patterns every day ~ Free afternoon tea ~ The SPA in the village is also good ~ only one or two hundred yuan ~ The only regret is that the service staff put the Chinese on the lower floor ~ Even if the order notes don't seem to work ~ The overall feeling is better than the two hotels in other areas ~ moderate price ~
