First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.

St. Regis, formerly known as Sheraton, is a new luxury hotel in Kuwait City. The hotel was open after an exterior renewal and a complete renovation of room floors and rooms. Lobby and restaurants remain untouched for now. Was extremely happy with the service as expected. I booked the a Grand Deluxe room which was extremely spacious and really nice. Views of the Main Street, nothing special, except for the beautiful architecture of Shaikh Jaber Alahmad Alsabah Center, which houses the Opera. Food is delicious, known for its Indian, Lebanese, and Italian, and Persian restaurants, in addition to the English Tea Lounge. The location is excellent for business and leisure, with many restaurants, cafes, and shopping around. I would definitely stay there again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel while on a trip to visit friends. This is definitely a choice location and hotel, as they do it right. I will break down some important information, that if you are traveling to Kuwait, you must know. No matter what your reason for coming to Kuwait this is a great hotel. First, when you are traveling to Kuwait, there are some things you NEED to know coming here, to enjoy a stay without interruption or complication. When visiting Kuwait, if you are coming with people, unless you are married (and you must provide proof), you cannot share a hotel room, nor can you be inside another person's room. This is a law and you must obey it. If you don't, they will be very quick to let you know. You can do your E-Visa before your arrival, and I suggest you do to expedite the process. You should do this about ten days before your arrival. It will be good for three months from the date you touchdown. Now for the hotel: The property is located at The Avenues, a sprawling mall, which has everything you will need. The hotel is connected by a simple corridor into the mall property. The food options at The Avenues are many, and they are full of tasty and amazing places. The Kuwait Government has a high standard for food preparation and serving in general, so you will food that is safe, clean and well prepared. From local Kuwait, Arabic and Indian choices, you will also literally find Cheesecake Factory and even Texas Roadhouse. There are fantastic teas and coffees galore also. Customer service is huge in Kuwait, so you will be greeted by many and made to feel at home. The Hilton staff will make you feel very welcome and safe. Security is extremely high in Kuwait. The hotel staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and experience. Dry Cleaning is available, and they can get your laundry back to you same day if needed. The hotel restaurant has a wonderful breakfast with endless options. Everything is fresh and a great way to start your day. The rooms are very nice, spotless and well kept. The showers are great and you will have plenty of towels. Safes and ironing boards are in the room. The in room TV has many channel options, including international news if you require. The rooms are very quiet and your stay is not interrupted by any noise. There are sizeable refrigerators in the room to hold a number of food leftovers and drinks. There is no alcohol in Kuwait. This is a hotel I would stay at without any concerns, as they made it a really great stay! Thanks Hilton!

When ever we come from India our go to hotel is Inn and go. The only hotel in the kuwait city where there give option of kitchen for long staying guests. Room and the bed are so comfortable, but with television channels are limited. Maintenance staff is amazing especially a wonderful lady whose name is Charis.. who takes care of the guests. Inn and go staff should be proud to have an amazing resource like Charis. I am not a fan of this hotel's free breakfast no uniqueness. Overall this hotel is a good option if you want to stay in the city for long term.

Beautiful property and the staff and team are also great. I really like the options at breakfast in comparison to other properties we have stayed at in Kuwait. Very large selection of items which is great. Unfortunately we experienced some interesting hiccups in our short stay. We visited the property in July where the weather in Kuwait was around 45degrees Celsius and the air conditioning stopped working in the hotel. The miss for me here is the lack of proactive communication. I only found out after asking as the temperature was getting unbearable in the room and wasn’t getting better even after I turned the inroom air conditioning to max. The room was extremely hot and we ended up checking out early and going to another hotel. With all these hiccups the management team(Safia) was very empathetic of the situation and sent me their sincerest apologies. I also want to say thank you for finding my Van Cleef necklace in our room and having the team deliver it to me. As you can imagine I was extremely worried that it was lost and the team found it in my room post check out and brought it back safely. Special thank you to Safia who made things right even with all these hiccups. True customer service. Really appreciate everything!!

The business hotel is very good, the room is suitable for one person, clean and tidy, and the city mattress is a little soft for me. This year I found that its completely different than before by everything, starting from the attractive new decoration till the management of the place . Even the caffe that exiting there naw become more elegant. I don’t need to go out searching for new hookah place. All in one place ( hookah, food, live music) everything is just perfect 🌹🌹 I need to send special thanks for mr. Osama Al Kotok for his supper great effort in changing this place to much nice attractive hotel specially week end they always have live show with singer including very delicious open buffet. I must thank you and all the team at Marriott Residence Inn for my comfortable short stay. Returning to Marriott is like returning to a second home for me as I am comfortable with the team and the setup (I really like the room side view of the football pitch on top of the opposite building). I want to provide a special recognition for Mounir (my Morocco friend) who helped me settle into the room by taking the weight off my shoulders on luggage allowing me to be at peace of mind for a relaxed short stay. I also wish to thank the evening shift team in guiding me to where the local convenience shops are (I went for an evening walk) and the morning shift team in booking transportation for me whether this was to Burj Alshaya or the Airport (a very smooth process). I also want to thank the breakfast restaurant team who made me feel like a prince serving my routine likes for breakfast. What a nice feeling that was. Finally I want to thank the Management Team in providing an incentive to register as a Member at Marriott Residence Inn (I did this with the help of Nita on the first evening) and in providing a special birthday cake in advance of my birthday - a very thoughtful and memorable appreciation for an important day given my hectic Business Travel commitments (my only regret was that I could not eat all of it given my tight check out commitment but I did take a photo - compliments to the Chef please!). The above demonstrates the family ethos the Marriott Residence Inn Team have with me and is the reason why I will continue to return as a guest. All the best.

Overall a great stay. The room was a good size, clean and with a small view of the water. TV has youtube and netflix loaded on it which was a nice perk. Good tea selection in the room and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The pool is locked for the winter. There is a beautiful park close by which is great for relaxing and also it is walkable distance to the beach.

After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

Firstly the staff here is greatly. Nikoshan the receptionist was very helpful and the other lady in cleaning as well as the other night receptionist was great too. Hotel has amenities like ATM mcdonalds pharmacy and a superstore within 5 minutes walking distance. Cab will cost you roughly 7-8 kwd from airport. The only thing I would suggest they can get better at is do slightly more refurbishment of the rooms and toilets and it will be a perfect hotel for a basic bur decent stay.
