*Location and rooms Conveniently located near the major tourist destinations of the city. The rooms were classic and spacious, the interior will make you feel at home. Toiletries like shampoo, hand wash and body wash were provided, equipped with cabled TV and Wife. Also, a view of Mayon Volcano at the balcony. The owner, Ms. Caren was very accommodating and kind. *Food There's a breakfast so there's no need to worry of what to eat every morning. It was a delicious meal with paired with fresh fruits. Choices were the typical breakfast, (Tocino, Longganisa, Corned Beef, Hotdog). You will decide to drink coffee, tea or choco. Garden view can also be seen from the dining area. Parking is only limited to two (2) vehicles. [in case you're planning to bring]. I informed them that I will bring one to make sure for a garage spot. 😊 The overall experience was satisfying. 👍🏻You'll get more than what you've paid for. Rooms for improvement: - water pressure of shower. - maybe during peak hours only. - temperature of ac from our other room

Try to book a hotel on Ctrip that nobody cares about, but the location is good. Right next to the famous local Daraga church, it's very easy to find. The hotel business is relatively light, and the little brother who sees the store has a general sense of service. Fortunately, the location is really good. Compared to the Oriental Hotel, it is a lot closer to Mayong Volcano, so you can see it all from the inside. The hygiene level in the room is decent, the breakfast is ordered at your own expense, and there is no dry cleaning service on the platform. In general, if you want to sit in the room all day to watch the volcano, this is a good choice, but considering the comprehensive factors such as no breakfast and hotel facilities, if the budget can add 200, I believe the Oriental Hotel will be better some.

The place is just along the highway which makes it perfect for family on road trips. However, their parking space on the front of their building is just limited. Nevertheless, the place stays true to its slogan: “home away from home”. The front desk staff is very friendly; we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room! The place is very homey and cozy; the dining area/small resto upon entering is very inviting. The breakfast tastes good and their brewed coffee is one of the best among the hotels in the country. The room is big for a family of four and even their extra beddings are very comfortable. The internet connection is fast and outlets for charging are available. The only not so enjoyable amenities in the room, considering its a deluxe room, are the small TV and loose shower head (which made taking a bath not so easy). There is also no mini refrigerator in the room and there is no elevator in the building; you need to take the stairs to get to your room. But overall, the place is highly recommended. They provided what was expected from their hotel description here in TripAdvisor; so don’t expect to be very near Mayon Volcano. ;)

I called Hotel Venezia to reserve a room for my arrival on May 8, 2019 in the morning. The receptionist asked for my flight details, I gave my flight details and told her that i will arrive around 6AM in the morning, the receptionist said that she will have the hotel service on stand by at the airport. and since i am a regular customer she will also give me a discount for my room. I said great! two thumbs up!. I have checked-in to this hotel 3 to 4 times. I arrived May 8, 2019 - 6:24AM, No hotel service, that's ok...since my flight was delayed maybe it served other customers to bring to the hotel or vice versa. So I just hailed a tricycle since the hotel is relatively close to the airport, no problem. i arrived at the hotel, 6:40AM, Went to the front desk, the receptionist (L.A.) is behind the desk. I know for a fact that it is too early for check-in, that they charge an early check-in fee. The receptionist (LA) said the exact same spiel. I said ok I understand, then I asked what is the earliest possible time I can check-in without the fee? L.A said 10AM, ok I will just have breakfast and waited at the dinning area. Here is the reason why I wrote this review. This happened around 7AM or 7:30AM. The Hotel service arrived with a customer from the airport. the customer went directly to the front desk, was welcomed was given a paper to write his/her details and was given a key to the room. To my surprise, I said to myself maybe it is ok to check-in. I approached L.A. and I said can I check-in? he said "no". I asked why? I just saw you checked-in a customer? L.A said "that customer's room is already ready". then I said, you already know as well that I will arrive, this time and date and you even offered to pick me up at the airport... so ergo my room should be ready as well correct?" then L.A. said that customer paid an early check-in fee. I felt my blood pressure rise to my head but I calmed down and said to L.A. you did not even had a conversation with the customer? you just simply handed the key to the customer. L.A just looked at me, and insisted that the customer paid for the early check-in fee. To my disappointment I just shook my head and went back to my table and started writing this review, just about the same time i received an email from TripAdvisor to make a review. Nutshell, Rooms are nice, food is nice, place is nice, the kitchen staff are nice, rooms are nice, food is nice, but customer service at the reception area is not good for me.

Me and my wife had an excellent relaxing holiday at the Marison Hotel having electricity and aircon 24/7 at the time most Barangays in Daraga Albay had no electricity because of the Typhoon Tisoy across Bicol. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the luxurious room with excellent service and delicious breakfast and even invited many important people to enjoy the lovely caffe and the extraordinary and huge double cheeseburgers! and the lovely swimming pool as well as the friendly front office staff. I will certainly go back again anytime I am in legazpi

Hotel location is very good, downstairs is the sea overlooking the volcano, you can sit and listen to music in the evening to blow the sea breeze to sleep, breakfast in a restaurant near the downstairs, there are chicken rice hot dog rice coffee, etc., there are several restaurants and a large downstairs Supermarket, it is very convenient to go out by car. The intersection is JEEP bus and TUTU motorcycle. The security guards at 24 hours are very good at every intersection. The front desk and health service staff are very good. The disadvantage is that the rooms are very compact and some rooms are not. With window.
