Just inside Chinatown, eating around is very convenient, and it is close to several major attractions in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk to see the Liberty Bell. In fact, as a turnaround to Boston, there is no plan to walk in Philadelphia. Overall good, but the parking lot stops relatively far, you have to take the elevator to come in from another door, one night seems to be 30 knives, counted as a cheap parking fee in the United States.

The stay was a bit tortuous. First of all, I didn't have my reservation information at the front desk after I arrived at the hotel. I contacted Ctrip butler and fortunately helped me to call to solve the problem. Secondly, when I arrived at the room, I found that the room type was inconsistent with my booking, and communicated with the Ctrip housekeeper for a long time, indicating that I booked a suite but the hotel gave me a one-room room, and finally said that I would make up the difference. It's really not easy to think about it. Ctrip's overseas hotels are obviously shortcomings. Many problems have been encountered in booking Ctrip's overseas hotels for so many years. Besides this hotel, the location is very good, it is close to the bus station, and there is a big market across from it. I booked breakfast at the hotel, but I didn't know it was over at 9:30, so I didn't have it late. Overall pretty good.

The room is small and the bed is ok, more comfortable. But the overall feeling of the room is not good. The door of the hotel is too simple and the price is quite expensive. Parking is convenient, and there is a large parking lot opposite the open air. $35 a day, $38 a day is not limited to the number of times. The location is not the same.

The hotel location is very good, in the city center, the City Hall is within easy reach, and Chinatown and the bus station are next to it. It is walking distance to Independence Palace and the registration point. Distance to taxi from Central Station. The hotel is also in good condition. The fixed room does not include breakfast. I do n’t know how the breakfast is. Insufficient in the United States does not store luggage, let Ctrip help coordinate unsuccessful, can only take large luggage to take the bus

The service was very poor. He said that he had to change a house with a window. The front desk had a fake look for a long time, saying no, but he didn’t even look at it. I said no matter what, I put the key here, waiting for a house to call me. As a result, he is too troublesome. Look closely, saying that the house in the north has windows. I asked if the window in the north is not a window. I got the key to see the house, and there was a door open next to the door, and no one lived in the window. And a few steps away, a bunch of tramps on the ground, the temperature is still lying on the ground.

Visiting Philly for the first time we wanted a convenient location and this hotel was great for us. Very walkable if walking 10-20 minutes to many of the local attractions is for you. Easy access to subway to the Sports Complex for ballgames. Reading Terminal Mkt being just across the street was where we went to breakfast each morning, and the hop on/off bus station was there as well (for us first-time tourists) Valet parking is on site if needed. The hotel uses a text messaging system to get in touch with staff about various needs you may have and they respond immediately. We had a slight issue with a leaky shower door and they resolved it to our satisfaction when it couldn't be fixed during our stay. Our bed and room set up was very nice, but be sure to ask for a refrigerator ahead of time if you need one. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the Westin in Philadelphia for a family wedding in June 2022. The hotel was clean, centrally located to everything, and provided excellent attention to our group. We stayed in Room #1209 which is a handicap-accessible room. Neither my wife nor I, are handicapped so I was a little surprised they had given us this room. The room was fine, but the bathroom became the bane of our existence for the weekend. There is a large sliding pocket door to the bathroom that my wife and I both struggled with all weekend. Closing it for privacy meant a good chance you would be locked inside the bathroom as there was just no easy way to open the door. Often it took both of us (one working from outside) and the other (trapped in the bathroom) several minutes of lifting the door, pushing the door, wiggling the door, and pleading with the door to get it to open. There was no secret that once stumbled on would make it easy to open in the future. One time lifting it slightly worked. The next time, lifting it slightly did nothing. A very frustrating experience. The shower was more amusing than annoying. There was no tub, just a wide tiled area with a drain, which I presume would allow someone in a wheelchair to roll right into the shower area. Fantastic. What I couldn't figure out was how the water would stay in the shower area. Guess what? It didn't! The entire bathroom floor was under water after every shower. So, lots of towels later, we would dry the floor so we wouldn't break our necks. One highlight I would like to point out is Kaci who was working at the valet desk when we pulled up. He was always on duty and a treasure trove of information about Philadelphia. Kaci is exactly the kind of resource you are looking for when staying in a city that you are unfamiliar with. Huge shout out to Kaci!

Hotel location is very good, the entrance is the subway entrance, the bus stop is no more than 100 meters, supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants are very convenient, are 10 minutes walk from the city hall, the Independence Palace can pass the bus. The room is quite large, the double bed is a 1.35-meter bed, can sleep 2 people, a family of three live, with four 28-inch large boxes for children to start school, no problem. I was worried that Hilton’s second-tier hotel would not be in place for health services. The renovation time of the hotel was quite long, but the facilities were well maintained.

From the outside the hotel looks updated but inside it is a time machine back to the 70s. Other than the newer carpet the rooms were decades behind what you would expect from a Marriott property. Breakfast was less than minimal, but the coffee was at least ok. The staff is one high point, everyone I dealt with was a delight, and even if simply walking past you they smiled and said hello.

The hotel was worth the rate. I enjoy Hilton hotels for travel. The only issue I had was that there was a group traveling with children who checked in the day after I did and they were very noisy. They were staying between several rooms and the children would run through the halls. The adults would hold loud conversations in the hallway which was disturbing at times.

The location is awesome. Easy to get to and from the major attraction in the city. i was there for the Penn Relays and it was a great, easy scenic 1.5 mile walk to and from each day. Got my exercise while seeing the city from on foot. Best of all on my walks this was how i decided where I would eat breakfast and dinner. So I was able to try something different each day. i was a little tempted to try Ruth Chris but I did not :(. The train ride to and from the airport was quick, easy directions to follow and though not the most scenic ride on the train, seeing the steel and stuff looks industrial America. I likes!! I did try one of the take out Chinese food spots ..oh man.. that was colorful to say the least...Bring Your Own Bag!! What an experience that was.. I guess its a city thing. The room was nice. I got real comfy real fast. The bed was super comfy and the view reminded me of my college days in NY. Just watching cars go by and at night with the lights reflecting off the windows creating various patterns. My only challenge was the TV... can you believe after all that good stuff my issue was the TV!? Just the hardest thing to navigate. maybe its cause I dont watch enough TV. :).

This hotel is in a good location for being able to walk to many of the historic venues at Independence Mall. You can walk to the Independence Mall Visitors Center, the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. There's a lot more nearby within walking distance, Benjamin Franklin Museum, Museum of the American Revolution and many more. Parking is a real challenge in this area so being able to park at the hotel and walk to things was great. We booked with a 50% of parking rate that allowed us to come and go from the parking garage with our car each day without being charged each time. Hotel is nice overall. A little on the older side, but it was clean and staff was helpful. The menu in the restaurant, Coins, is a bit limited, but if you plan ahead you should be able to find places to eat nearby within walking distance. Parking garage is adjacent to the hotel and there is not direct access from the hotel to the garage. You go from the lobby outside to the parking garage and then have to take an elevator up to the level you parked on. Each time you get a ticket when you enter the garage and then need to get it validated at the hotel front desk so you do not have to pay for parking each time you leave. We stayed in a room with two Queen beds. The beds seemed a little smaller than most Queen beds, but not as small as a Double bed. It wasn't a problem for us, just an observation. Overall, the room was large enough for four of us.

The first thing we noticed when getting to our room was the lovely note that addressed as “Valued Guest”. I’ve enclosed a picture. It gave us lots of useful information about the hotel like the fact that they will never, under any circumstances, enter our room. This includes cleaning. This is to protect us from the pandemic, which is so thoughtful and caring of them. Interestingly, this experience taught me that the COVID virus has some fascinating properties. If you are in your room, it is extremely deadly and virulent and requires complete isolation. However, if you’re in the restaurant or bar spending money, you can congregate freely and maskless. I had no idea spending money had anti-viral properties. This keeps the restaurant workers very busy. On the other hand, the housekeepers that previously worked there now have a chance to pursue other interests with their free time (perhaps finding new recipes for dog food to feed their families. The room itself was fun. We had a resident pet (see enclosed picture) who went out of her way to kill any insects in one corner of our room. There was a fun puzzle sticker peeling away in the shower (see picture). I can’t figure out what it means, can you? We also enjoyed the extra space provided by not having a security safe in the room. Who needs one when no one will ever come in. The employees were fun too. When I called to reserve the pool per the instructions on the lovely Valued Guest note, we were told we didn’t need to. Haha Mr. Desk Clerk – gaslighting is fun. In keeping with their apparent motto of “We can always do less”, I had an experience in the Bistro with a barista who was extremely eager to do a great job and take good care of me. But management noticed immediately and instantly reprimanded him for it. I like a business that stick to its values! I wanted to let management know about my fun and interesting experience. As you’ll see at the bottom of the Valued Guest note, they let us know how desperately they want to exceed our expectations and ask us to fill out a brief survey on the back of the letter. But flip it over and hahaha it’s a blank page. Well played Courtyard… well played.

Traveled to Philly for a few nights for a concert and some time in a new city. Located right off Old City and Penns Landing, you're right in the heart of a lot of things to do within a 10 minute walk. The hotel is located off an old brick road and blends well into the neighborhood. We really liked the hotel bar, M Club and overall ambience in the lobby. Staff was helpful and courteous. The room itself was comfortable and cozy although the desk/work space was in a weird spot. We didn't hear some of the noise that others had observed from parties, etc. while in our room. However, we were located far away from any of the hub of activity. There are some things you should be aware of though we did discover: the hotel has one bank of elevators and your room could be a good walk away from them, the a/c in the room can make some weird noises (not awful), and it's got a high volume of traffic of weddings and conferences. We did notice one night there was someone using the lobby restroom to ”shave” and may not have been staying at the hotel. M Club lounge was nice! We didn't get a chance to access everything that has to offer because we were out doing stuff, but we had a late flight so the front desk gave us extended access there in addition to a generous late check out. Though it was a bit of a walk, some of the quieter rooms may exist on the West corner/corridor of the hotel. There are rooms that surround the open air lobby area and I would surmise those can attract more noise than one might welcome.

The hotel is not bad, check in and check out are met with a special nice front desk, Xavier, must mention it. The location is very good, on the edge of the downtown area, it is very convenient to go shopping and drinking. It is not far from walking to the Barnes Foundation Museum. Of course, a little more is the Art Palace and the Rodin Sculpture Museum. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is better than the chain fast food. The Chinese stomach is OK. The rooms are large with kitchen, free coffee and mineral water, and the kitchen is stocked with a small bottle of detergent. There is a cloakroom, not a cabinet, a big box spread out no problem. The interior of the room is relatively dull, the hotel is very old, but the competition is spacious and the experience is quite good.
