Room cleaning, substitution, water and bathing facilities daily. A great restaurant inside, you must try chocolate Brownie, just super. Staff is excellently trained, all clear, benign. Special thanks to the hotel manager Miss Toli Nekha, for your sensitivity and care, for the desire to make your rest as comfortable as possible. The hotel is definitely recommended for visiting.

The only cons about this place that I thought was the lighting in the room around the mirror which was none to zero,which is the only problem I faced during my stay...they have an amazing outdoor pool with music which is also amazing.. Do search for Mrs Raina on the front desk for any problems,she is amazing and will definitely help you out with any need... Pros:-Raina Di can speak konkani,hindi,English and bengali so it's easy to communicate..The hotel owner and G.M is awesome friendly too...

Basic amenities pocket tea/coffee, soaps, and kettles are provided. Breakfast is very good and unlimited has options in both veg and nonveg. There is also a live counter where we can order egg dishes, sausages etc. The swimming pool and pool area are good and well clean. There is a multi-purpose room where indoor games and library books are placed. The hotel staff is friendly and polite particularly Azhar from the restaurant section who served our request was very polite and helpful. He was full of energy, and enthusiasm from Goa to serve all customers. I will highly recommend this hotel if staying near Calangute beach. The hotel is just behind MacD. The distance between the beach and the Hotel is approx 1km.

Rooms are small with side views of another property.Only the front facing suites are spacious and have a balcony with beach view .Honestly standard rooms don’t give a feel of being in Goa as one would expect . The pool is nice and they have two restaurants that are beach facing.The staff is really hospitable and nice.They catered to all our requests and made us really comfortable.Ayush from front desk is always smiling and ready to help,the gate *** is cheerful and welcoming . Thanks to Mr Sourabh the GM,who is a very warm person and attended us very well during our stay.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the beach. The beach is beautiful, but there is a lot of rubbish. Many of the people staying there are the Europeans and Americans. From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

Type of Room Booked: Standard Per night charge: Rs. 5646/- (An they had mention this was 30% discount. Absolutely NOT WORTH IT!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!) 1) The misery begins with the delayed check-in. Completely un-organized. The booking was done a month in advance and yet there was an our and half delay in check-in. I was given a 15 min free foot message as co****sation which brings me to the next misery. 2) The message area is un-maintained and un-clean. How can you relax when there is dirt and stained cushions at the place that you are going for a message? 2) The entire resort it too much cluttered with all the rooms close by. There is no breathing space inside. It's like the ***agement just wanted to build as ***y rooms as possible and earn more money. No respect for privacy at all. 3) The room given to me was right in front of swimming pool. As soon as you step out there is water and completely wet floor. When you go in, the room entrance is covered with mud stains from your feet or footwear. 4) The room was like a prison with four walls and no windows. The only opening was the entrance to the room which was also weird. It was transparent glass doors and as soon as you are inside, you have to put the curtains. There is no sunlight coming in. No air coming in. It's like a dungeon where you rot until eternity. 5) The room entrance is a ”slap on the cheek” to the architect who designed it. Completely transparent glass entrance - No respect for privacy. You have to close the curtains once inside. When you are out of the room and lock the entrance you cannot close the curtains and your room is completely visible to the outside world. (You can check the pictures). 6) There is no privacy. You cannot keep the door or the curtain open as the swimming pool is right in front of the door. If you keep the curtain open or the door open, the people in the pool may think you are creep trying to peep on them AND even you are concerned about your privacy if someone from outside is trying to peep inside. The curtain is dirty and stinky with stains. You will think 10 times before touching the curtain. 7) The floor is completely dirty as it is very old. The tiles have turned yellowish. The furnitures are old and stinky. The mini fridge is again old and stinky and for namesake. The blue pillows on the bed that you see on the bed in the photos are very old and you may not want to sleep on them. 8) The AC is old and un-maintained with an OLD AC stink coming out of it when you switch it on. 9) The toilet is an architectural marvel (again a ”slap on the cheek” to the architect) with a pillar right at its center. If you want to access the wash basin you should go around the pillar. And you should be carefull as there is a glass partition. With so much less space they have put a glass partition so that the guest may acccidentally break it! 10) There is

But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

|1.15km from city centerI am glad I've changed my decision to stay at some random hotel and to stay at the ”Piggy Hostel”, i had a four night stay and was never bored of the environment there. Have to mention about the hospitality showcased by Neha, Sangam, Philip, Abheer and Chef Ankita. The staff over there are so friendly and have helped me throughout the stay to explore Goa. You also get to meet new people in dormitory which is cleanly maintained and sanitised before your stay. Even the private rooms are of affordable rates. But if travelling solo, the dormitory is the place to be. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Calangute! PS: the beaches are nearby!

It is very open and their is no cozy feeling in the hotel. It feels like everything someone is just coming in and going out..
Pool were not very clean.
They don't follow proper dress code for the pool as some guest were in appropriate cloths for pool. This makes it unhygienic.
Overall a decent property to stay in.

2nd position the south and north goa tour trip prices are really good and the hotel can book it for you. (also we booked another trip and it was canceled but the owner took a whole 1 day to return the money and I had to continue asking for it.
everything else is a negative!!!
1. owner charged me 2500 rupees for a single trip from the airport to the hotel. this can be done for 1100 rupees or after yours for 1400 rupees. ( if u need a taxi please call Martin 9822137840 he is really reliable and will not over change you for the trips )
2. bed sheets, towels, pillowcases where all dirty and if u kind of someone that hates dirty places I suggest you dont book here. ants and dirty floors are also really bad.
3. they dont have hot water they apparently have solar heating so u may not have any hot water to bath with in the morning or at night.
4. they dont have a no noise policy so some people make noise from 1 30am till 3am in the morning when you trying to sleep and get ready for a busy day ahead. ( this may have just been my bad luck but for my 3 nights that's what happened to us.
5. dont tell them which country you are from. I somehow feel because I told him I am from China he changed me an extra high price for car rental from the airport.
6. they have an awful smell every morning and afternoon, its absolutely disgusting but it's as u enter and head up the stairs to the rooms.
7. if u have any issues or problems the owner is the only person that ca handle it and he takes really long to answer anything or to even refund you your money.
if u looking for a cheap clean goa apartment then this is definitely not something I would recommend you get. they are cheap but they lack the cleanliness aspect. it was the worst accommodation experience ever and I have traveled alot.. I have stayed in alot cheaper hotels but they were extremely clean..
