Great people always makes a difference with any company and same I have seen in this place also. This is not very luxury place and has limited facilities for travellers but what makes you remember....Staff at Restaurant and their behavior, which is at par and seems to be extremely trained and attentive for every single request from customer.Had absolutely comfortable stay at Silvete Lucknow during our recent visit. Bathroom shower was so nice and really liked that as I give more focus on room amenities during our stay. In Room Dining food was delicious, having huge varieties in the menu. Highly recommended hotel. Kudos to team Silvete.

It`s a great experience to stay in Lucknow central . Surely this is one of the fine place in this area . The Guest room is with full of basic amenities . The Bed quality and sheets are very clean . But in COVID time I used my own Sheets on bed. Hot water available properly. In room too much space for luggage. The area is sanitised and clean . Proper maintain all protection , Mask etc. The food preparation is very delicious and good. The room service is good and waiters are proper trained . In breakfast proper buffet with South Indian and North Indian dishes . Inside the boundary of Hotel property, Proper under ground and upper area Parking for vehicles

1. All are good, especially the hospitality (House Keeping) Team. 2. However, the WiFi provided doesn't work inside the room. 3. Breakfast Buffet is good with several vegetarian options and a mix of both South Indian and North Indian dishes. Dinner Buffet shall also be like this. Unfortunately, it is focusing on Chinese and Continental. So, we are forced to buy dinner from outside (example: Sagar Ratna or Bikaner).

Special mention Sh. Amit Ji (the ***ager), Shubhajit Ji (Chef), Charanjit (Chef), Aditya and all other staff who are familiar with my face. The cordial hospitality that I receive here is impeccable. For me coming to Lucknow means meeting these folks at Golden Tulip. I must appreciate the ***agement who hired such hand-picked staff for taking care of their regular guests like me. Pros : All Staffs are co-operative nature and good guys specially Mr. Ashish Trivedi & Mr Ashish Bajpai, Room are well maintain, clean and hygienic, A.C., TV, geyser, Eclectic Kettle, are in working condition. Hotel is walking distance from Charbag Railway Station. Without any doubt can stay in this hotel & Perfect stay for family. Veg Foods with good taste available at Hotel with reasonable price. Cons : Although from Inside it is perfectly clean and spacious but entrance is little congested, small passage and first look from outside is not definitely judge the quality of Hotel. The hotel rooms are maintained very nicely and looked very hygienic. The coffee shop and breakfast had great menus and service was pretty speedy. Thankfully, we visited when the rooftop swimming pool was open. It was maintained quite nicely and had seating arrangement around it as well. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!! A special mention for Ms Aradhana and Mr Gufran at the front desk who fulfilled all our requests and always greeted us with a wonderful smile at all times!!

My experience at Saraca was amazing. The food was just wonderful. Chef ***ish Kumar personally suggested us some mutton and chicken dishes which were just amazing. This place is a must visit if you are a non veg lover. The variety of mughlai breads was something that we personally liked. The desserts were also really good. Overall this place is a must visit. My personal recommendations are Majlisi kebab, Dora kebab, Mutton boti kebab. Name of some breads that I tried and would recommend Taftan, Sheermal, Baqarkhani, Khameeri. Whenever you visit Saraca do ask for Chef ***ish Kumar war an amazing culinary experience.
