Shuttle service is Horrendous was lied to about pick up time and after several calls and standing outside in the cold of winter for over 1 hour was finally picked up. Free shuttle is a joke don't expect timely pick up.FromUS$61.00

This could be a 3 star budget property. It's trying but right now it's failing. The airport is still 15+ mins from the airport by car. There is a group shuttle that takes longer and has a fixed schedule, not on demand, so it didn't work for us. There are hotels on the actual airport property and I would use them next time. The staff was very friendly, polite and professional. The lobby and restaurant were bright and clean. Our room was clean - but that's the only good thing I can say about the room. The hall smelled like dirty diapers and our room #108 started to smell like sewer gas around 2 AM, not from the bathroom but from the A/C vent. The smell woke me up it was so strong. The bathroom mirror lights didn't work. The shower drain was very slow so it overflowed after just 5 minutes. The two pillows were micro-thin, literally an inch thick or less once you put your head on them. The A/C was locked at 25 deg C (77 F) too hot for me. So I used the hair dryer to heat the thermostat and make it think it was 100. Then the A/C kicked on. Only shampoo w/ conditioner combo, no plain gel soap. Lots of painting and wall repair needed in our room. Spend a little more and stay at a hotel on the airport property so you can walk to the gate. The management of this hotel needs to increase their budget for the basic minimums. If they already have the money they need then they should be replaced.FromUS$147.00

Not impressed at all Stayed for one night whilst waited for early morning flight Check in separate to the villa itself - what a pain in the neck at 2am Bedrooms were in desperate need of gutting Smelled of smoke Noises from next door all night kept us awake - no phones in room to phone other place to complain Bathroom light was knackered Bed covers- wouldn’t let a dog sleep on them Came home with bites all over even though slept fully dressed No snack machine but has hot vending drinks machine Free shuttle- was 30 minutes waiting in cold with the kids and on return in morning was 40 minutes late It’s like a tatty hostel- not impressed at all- didn’t expect luxury but didn’t expect this. Won’t be returning .

The environment is ok, very quiet, but I have to spit out the key of the room is too special, it is a very heavy key, the first time I see this kind of key will not open the door, consulted the front desk, I brought such a heavy It feels weird to go out with a key. There is a big supermarket near the hotel. It feels okay. It is very close to Milan Cathedral and only a few subway stations.
