Soundproofing is very bad, very noisy at night 1. The sound of the air conditioner is very noisy, and I can hear the sound of the host next door. 2. If you close the door, there is no light hand, you can hear it here and you will be woken up at night.

After staying for three days during the epidemic, public facilities such as hotels and restaurants were closed, including room service, and the experience was average. It was originally for the Westin brand, but the hotel is really too long. Both the appearance and the hotel facilities are relatively old. Seeing Marriott across the street is very new, don't ask me why I didn't choose Marriott, because I didn't see it when I booked the hotel! The only advantage is that the room is fairly spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is within walking distance of the San Jose train station. The room is large, although the facilities are old. But the corridor feels very warm. With breakfast, the porridge is quite delicious. There are more Chinese people staying. Surrounded by a large chain of restaurants. The water in the shower room does not know how to open it.

Pros: Free parking- allowed us to keep car parked even after checked out for several hours. Helpful, friendly staff Very clean, Large two bedroom suite w/king beds, Fridge & microwave. 2 blocks from Convention Center & restaurants Cons: No freezer in fridge No ice machine on property (though they will give you baggies of ice if you ask but office didn't open til 9am) No coffeemaker in room Websites don't describe rooms enough, not enough pics. I had NO IDEA I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite, I only thought I had reserved 2 king beds because no pics showed correct room. I was pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay here again. It was a lot less expensive than hotels closer to convention center while only being a short walk away. We felt safe walking around at night or in the morning.

Given there was a huge nVidia conference and also March madness exhibition games at the SAP Center, getting any hotel room in San Jose for any reasonable price was a real challenge. This would not normally have been the category hotel for a work trip but after reading the reviews and seeing pictures online which are generally accurate, we took the chance, but this is certainly not a three or four star property. On the plus side the staff were very nice and friendly and housekeeping was efficient each day at remaking the room and checking supplies. Also, the room was renovated, clean, bed comfortable, good hot water, and everything worked. It was generally quiet and not crazy at nights. On the down side, especially if you're used to other kinds of hotels the exterior door with people walking by your window can be disconcerting, there is no in room coffee, only bar soap is provided and no other amenities like shampoo or lotion, the bath towels are frighteningly small and thin and cheap, the pillows are thin old lumpy and a little worriesome, the TV is pretty small and the bright glossy white walls a bit stark with no pictures or anything to break them up. I get this place is what it is.

I had forgotten the time and it was past the breakfast time when I went, but after talking to the service staff, I took out some food from the refrigerator. The people were very friendly.

Such an expensive price actually did not have toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and other items in the room, stayed for 2 nights, no one disturbed the health in the middle, 2 people set 4 breakfasts, the results, what? Breakfast is boiling water or coffee. How many packets of cereal and a few packets of biscuits are on the table? Nothing else! Nothing at all! Is this called breakfast? I have 4 breakfast money for me! ! !

Very good hotel, very sentimental, stayed six years ago, after six years, I feel consistently good, especially for people with petty bourgeoisie, basically can be a net red hotel, everywhere can take pictures. The location is also very good, recommend a place to stay in the Bay Area. Breakfast time is very human, usually until 10 o'clock, weekend to 11 o'clock, especially suitable for people who sleep late

In the same environment as the garden, the stay is more comfortable, the coffee is very thick, and it is many times better than the average. There is also a swimming pool in the garden, quite beautiful. But the motel is a bit noisy. There is no elevator on the 2nd floor. If you want to move the box, remember to choose the first floor.

The Residence Inn is my new go to spot in San Jose. We were all in town for a party and it was so convenient having the suites because we only had to book a few rooms. Mario, at check in was so personal and friendly. He gave us a bunch of ideas of where to go eat and helped with directions. Anything we needed we could call the front desk and Mario would help us with it. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were clean! Housekeeping came in every day and made the rooms look spotless! Shoutout to all of you in housekeeping! I LOVED having two restrooms in our suite so everyone could get ready and there was so much space. Thank you so much! We will be back.

Breakfast has no self-service buffet. Must be a single point, a orange juice 3 yuan, a meat strip plus toast and baked potatoes countsum breakfast15 dollars, automatically give you a 20% tip. The three people ate 70.75 for breakfast. The hotel was still wrong with our room rate, and I took a good look at it. When I came back and reacted with Ctrip, I said that I would return it to us. This is the last night before we left San Francisco. I originally booked a hotel near the airport. I had some problems and changed to this one. Far enough away from the airport.

I was in San Jose for a trade show, and needed to be close to the airport. The location is great for business travel, but even more importantly was the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff. Since I am responsible for my company's group reservations, I had an issue before leaving for San Jose. I needed to get a room at the last minute for a colleague but the hotel was fully booked according to the website. So, I called the hotel and spoke with Josh Moore, Director of Sales and Marketing, who was able to help me get that reservation. This was a huge relief as most of the properties in the area were fully booked. After I arrived, I was greeted by Josh and Tarek, who were extremely friendly during the check-in process and provided a great recommendation for a place to have dinner. A full breakfast is included with your stay, so I highly recommend taking advantage of it! The property is brand new, and very well maintained. It is conveniently located near the airport, so it's good for business travel, although there is not much going on around the hotel itself. However, Uber drivers are plentiful in the area, and often arrive in minutes. The staff must be commended for being superstars. Most of the time, we never talk about the great experience we had at a hotel on a work trip, but this was an exception! Josh and the Front Desk Dream Team were fantastic to us. We felt like we were treated as family rather than guests. We'll be back for sure!

Cleaned, and seem like they’re in a new building. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and was nice enough to give recommendations on places to find dinner nearby without me even asking. Highly recommend!I arrived late, and a very polite and helpful front-desk person helped with check-in etc. Nice room, very clean and neat and very well situated, with a short walk to the Hotel I would definitely consider returning again here. Good value for the money, given the very high rates in the area during my stay. Thanks Vina, for your assistance. The parking is really tight. If you have a larger vehicle you might have a hard time parking on the property. Otherwise, the stay was excellent. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. My co worker and I traveled for business and stayed here for three nights. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable, wifi was fast, and the hotel cleaned on a daily basis. Within walking distance of night life and some pretty cool restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the San Jose area.Excellent room, great condition with friendly staff. Everything looked new and very clean. Only wish there was breakfast but otherwise very happy with the stay.

First off I want to start by saying I could not imagine staying anywhere else! We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites San Jose North. It was by far the worst experience anywhere. We went running back to the Homewood Suites San Jose Airport and they took care of us. Although Regina and Aleksis don't work at the Homewood North, they were apologetic and handled the situation with the issues with out other hotel professionall. Alexsis also helped me with prior receipts I required (8 in total) for my job, it only took her 2 minutes! The two newest members, Janei and Taylor, know exactly what guest service is all about!! And last but not least Michael! Michael helps us out with all our reservations, being that we have had several people in our group that come and go. This is why the Homewood Suites Airport is our home away from home. Once you meet the staff there, you'll always want to come back! Regina, Aleksis, Janai, Taylor, Haily, Michael, Debbie, Fely and Ophelia you guys rock!!!!

First, we arrived and were sent up to room 316 where there was a hair in the bathtub. Most every time we left the room, when we came back, our key cards didn't work. We had to get new ones daily. When we asked the dismissive employee at the front desk about this, he told us that it was likely because the people who keep giving us our room keys are too lazy to set them for the entirety of our stay, and instead only activate them for one day at a time. He assured us the keys he was giving us would work through the remainder of the stay, but they failed to work immediately upon our return to the room. We stayed here due to fire evacuation, and when we went to extend our stay, they gave us a new room. The carpet in the new room was one-third soaked so that when you stepped on it water oozed out. We assumed it was an issue with the air conditioner which made loud, watery noises, and did not even work. This was room 320. We told them about the issue, worrying that it may result in leakage to the room below us or even mold in the long run. They ended up moving us again, telling us to move to 306, before almost immediately correcting themselves so that we were assigned room 316. We packed all of our belongings and moved to 316. When we used the key to open the door, someone was already staying in there! They gave us someone else's room! We were outraged and asked for yet another room, telling them of our horror story. They moved us to room 331, where there was no plug for the bathtub, nor were there any towels. Like all of the other rooms, this room was filthy and loud. We went down and asked for a plug, which the woman at the front desk finally provided us after asking a multitude of questions about what exactly we were asking for. We asked for towels, and she stated that they would only give us new towels if we brought our used towels to them. We stated that the room had no towels to begin with, and she proceeded to only give us one towel, stating that we could come back in an hour if we wanted another. We are still waiting for that towel. When we went to do laundry, we left our load in for the time it said it would take to complete. When we came back (very shortly after we presumed it would be done), someone had removed our laundry despite there being two other machines, and despite the fact that we had not even left it there for very long! We were embarrassed and uncomfortable at the thought of someone touching our laundry, particularly during a global pandemic. We talked to other guests whose room keys continued to fail as well, and swapped even worse horror stories with other guests who were having similar experiences. The area and people were fairly shady, and the hotel was actually loudest at night into the AMs. I advise anyone reading this to stay anywhere else! Worst hotel stay of our lives! There was definitely no additional cleaning to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as there clearly was minimal to no cleaning to begin with.

This motel is on a busy highway and across the road from a rail line, so it is noisy during the day, though not bad at night. It was the least expensive option at the time we booked but had everything we needed for our two-night stay, including a refrigerator, bath accessories, Internet, and charging outlets. It was clean and comfortable and the only thing lacking was more high-end TV choices. It was convenient to Redwood City and Interstate highways and only a half hour from the San Francisco airport. They provided a basic breakfast of cereals, sweet rolls and bagels, good coffee, real orange juice and other juices, yogurt, and a waffle maker. If you're not into frills, this is a good place to land.

A hotel with an excellent value for money is the best breakfast I have ever stayed at in a hotel in the United States. The facilities are also very new. Occasionally there are trains passing by during the day and I have never heard of sleeping at night. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets for Chinese to eat in ten minutes' drive. Can recommend to friends.
