Hotel service attitude is average. When checking in, the credit card amount was frozen in the card, and it was told for a long time that it could not be returned when processing. You can only try to swipe the consumption amount again to see if the frozen amount can be refunded automatically. We haven't received the notification of successful return. In short, I should not stay again in the future!

Even when we were late for breakfast the service time still served us a super delicious english breakfast with juice, tea or coffee. The gym was perfectly installed and equipped. Unfortunately the water of the swimming pool was quite cold. Am also amazed of the housekeeping service: very polite and exact, our room was alsways perfectly well tidied up and cleaned up! I would recommend Gramo Suites to alp of my friends! And I'd choose Gramo Suites again and again!!!

|3.05km from city centerA Disappointing and Distressing Stay at Meltonia Luxury Apartments...I recently had a 14-day booking at Meltonia Luxury hotel apartments, and it turned out to be a remarkably distressing experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a series of unacceptable issues. The kitchen light was non-functional, and I was advised not to close the bathroom door to avoid getting trapped due to a malfunctioning lock. The towels provided were threadbare and ragged, far from what one would expect in a reputable hotel. The room's condition was deplorable, with large holes in the bathroom tiles and the presence of crawling insects. Despite requesting a room change, I was asked to stay put until another room became available. The overall hygiene and sanitation standards were shockingly poor and completely unacceptable. To exacerbate the situation, there was a complete water outage for two days. This forced us to resort to drawing water from the swimming pool to flush toilets, a clear indication of the lack of basic amenities. The unavailability of water severely impacted our ability to maintain personal hygiene. Adding to the chaos, the hotel staff, including the office, were unreachable for two days as they had apparently taken a holiday during peak season. This left the guests unattended and without any assistance. Even the security guard was unable to provide any meaningful help. Eventually, the intolerable living conditions compelled me to seek accommodation elsewhere, despite having two nights left in my booking. However, my attempt to leave was initially blocked by the security personnel, claiming they couldn't allow guests to leave the premises. After much insistence, the manager was contacted to resolve this issue. I am currently awaiting a refund for the two nights I couldn't stay due to these unbearable conditions. I am sharing my experience to caution others about Meltonia Luxury hotel apartments. The lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene standards, and unresponsive staff made my stay not only uncomfortable but distressing. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options.

|9.68km from city centerAt the recommendation of my friend who is a Nairobi native, I reserved my family's Nairobi stay at the Windsor. We could not have asked for a better experience. I began making contact with the GM (Lemmy) and Front Office Manager (Steven) in early March to make arrangements. They were prompt in response to all of my inquiries and the registration process was very smooth. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and had a driver from the hotel awaiting us. They allowed us a very early check-in and the accomodation was amazing. It was nice arrive at our place and see monkeys running around the beautiful landscape. We explored the premises and encountered the welcoming staff at each point. Staff were friendly, attentive, and accomodating to any request that we made. All service was great and the food was delicious. We checked out after two nights to visit the Maasai Mara for a few days and would return to Nairobi for two more nights at the end of the trip. Windsor allowed us to leave our belongings in the same room that we did not want to travel with. Everything inside and outside was well-kept and clean. Besides a few mosquito bites on our sons there are no complaints haha. I would love to return to this establishment whenever I get a chance to visit Nairobi again (hopefully sooner rather than later - fingers crossed).

( my father Even told the reseption. They said They will spray, it was still buggs and msquitos. We were not sleeping in 2 days because we were eaching so much. And the breachfast! We have to sit for 40 minuttes because we have to order what we Want ( ommelet and boiled eggs ). 40 minuttes for breakfast is long.... before 680 hotel had a buffe, and that was really nice! I Can’t believe how much this hotel has gone down from last year! I have been loyal and felt at home here for so many years! But i will book another hotel for my stay in April! Even the puillos this time had old blod on them......

|4.01km from city centerI was lucky to get a big suite room, more space than needed. That said I think this would apply to any guest. My room had ample hot water. There was a big TV. Internet worked well - the room had its own wifi. I would say that the design/layout might be improved, maybe this was just mine but the closet was in the hall in one case, it would have been more accessible in the bedroom. That said, most of the furniture was good. Breakfast was great, and very complete. The regular breakfast has cereal, juice, coffee, toast, bacon & egg available, fruit. You won't go hungry, and it's included. I also highly recommend the ”Indian Breakfast” (aloo paratha option, also included) which was just so delicious with coffee, especially if you like things on the spicy side. For dinner, I would go with the staff recommendation, I had Chicken Mughlai that had a very nice sauce. One thing that stood out were the staff. Janet and Sharon were just so helpful with any little detail. It is worth asking them for help with anything because they really want to assist.

The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

When mentionning it was already paid they just said no without checking first (now already paid back by booking website). Second of all i got a different room then i booked, i booked a suite with jacuzzi for one night, but they gave me an appartment (which is very unnecesary for just one night) with not even a bath tub. Third of all service isn't up to standard either, you have to wait an hour to finally get a second towel in your room or when eating in the restaurant it takes over 10mins to just get the menu. For the price that is paid this was well below expectations
