My family and I just returned from the Sea Arcade hotel and had to write a review as we found this hotel to be magnificent. The view from our room was breath taking, the staff at reception pleasant and very helpful. Rooms offered a luxurious design and beds and pillow were very comfortable as was the spacious bathroom. If staying here you should eat breakfast here also, obviously for the variety of choice but also for the staff. One gentleman in particular who made us feel so welcome and made as laugh. We will most certainly return here in near future.

We stayed here for a night on a recent trip through Italy. There is plenty of parking nearby and parking is free in both the outside and inside of the building. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Social distancing measures were good, with distancing at breakfast observed too. The room could be a bit nicer - towels were very thin and the sockets have bright orange lights, which light the room up together with the fire alarm flashing at night. All in all a convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Loano 2 Village. This was our second stay in four years. All that impressed us 4 years ago remained, and more was added to it. We saw many of the same members of staff from the last stay, which just shows that the resort is managed properly. The staff are exceptionally warm and professional. The service is of very high standard. The accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant. The setting of the resort is excellent, sandwiched between the sea, lovely Loano, and the mountains, with spectacular views. The facilities, the gardens, the spacious pools, the playground are all very well-kept. We had the half board option. The food was delicious, plentiful, varied, and of high standard. Wine, juices and water were included. The poolside bar is an excellent value for money, and serves superb lunches, drinks and snacks. There’s plenty to do in the region. From spectacular caves, to miles and miles of beautiful and safe seaside cycling routes, to trekking and mountain biking. The coast is dotted with many beautiful villages and towns to visit. We highly recommend Loano 2 Village!

Everything you could wish for in a short holiday! We spent only one night (unfortunately) in this holiday home but it was just a very pleasant experience. In the historic center of Finalborgo housed in an ancient building, we were greeted with kindness and competence by the lady who then accompanied us to the room which was actually a very well renovated, well furnished, clean and quiet apartment. My wife and I were impressed by the attention to detail and it felt like home. The apartment was cozy and well heated because even in Liguria these days the climate was decidedly wintery. The breakfast was excellent, rich and with a good assortment. Worth noting is the forest fruit tart. We can say: everything perfect

Ho soggiornato per oltre due settimane all’Hotel Toscana, con alterne sensazioni perché questo sarebbe un buon tre stelle ma non è certamente un quattro stelle. Forse in Italia l’assegnazione delle stelle è basata su criteri diversi dal resto del mondo. Quando me ne sono lamentata con la figlia del proprietario, lei mi ha gentilmente offerto una camera vicina più spaziosa (dove però lo sciacquone breve del water non funzionava) e che aveva una terrazza meno comoda e bella, quindi ho scelto di rimanere dove stavo. Qui la terrazza guarda a est, è molto “privata” e gode della vista sui tetti oltre ai quali si vede il mare (506). Ecco le cose che per la mia esperienza devono o non devono trovarsi in una camera Superior 4 stelle: porta-carta igienica rotto, l’unico porta-asciugamano del lavabo rotto, idro-massaggio nella doccia guasto, “oggetti di cortesia”: 2 bustine shampoo, 2 saponette sottili – nessuna cuffietta per la doccia, o altra piacevole amenità. La signora ha commentato “per risparmiare la plastica” (peccato però che non venga usato lo stesso criterio per i bicchieri in pura plastica trovati in camera). Il mini-bar era vuoto a eccezione di una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo. Il balcone potrebbe essere più pulito, e così le due sedie, senza cuscini. Nell’armadio non c’era una coperta di riserva e per l’accesso facile a Sky non mi è stato mai consegnato un telecomando. Devo aggiungere che subito dopo il nostro colloquio sono stati sostituiti i pezzi rotti in bagno. Ma che tocchi all’ospite l’incombenza di lamentarsi per qualcosa che non funziona in camera e venga, l’ospite, messo nell’ antipatica quanto sgradevolissima posizione di farlo, è irritante e poteva suggerire al proprietario almeno una parola di scusa. La cucina del ristorante però era buona e saporita. Ho sempre cenato in albergo e non me ne sono mai pentita. Il menu contiene tre scelte per ogni portata e si può cambiare idea anche all’ultimo momento. Una flessibilità che ho molto apprezzato. Il maître è molto gentile e attento e così tutto lo staff. Il cibo è molto buono, ben cucinato e ben variato. Il ristorante è assolutamente raccomandabile. All’arrivo alla stazione ferroviaria l’albergo mi ha mandato un aiutante per trasportare la valigia al taxi (no ascensore), ma per il ritorno il proprietario mi ha cortesemente offerto il trasporto (con l’aiutante come autista). Siccome in occasione di una delle telefonate alla ricezione, alla domanda come mai l’ultima recensione su Tripadvisor risaliva al settembre del 2019 mi è stato risposto che loro non lo leggono mai, dubito che queste righe vengano lette dai responsabili. Comunque io lo scrivo come informazione per i miei “fellow”-viaggiatori.

We had dinner for the 60th anniversary of my parents, a magical atmosphere made from the framework this beautiful evening, where the good food made and cooked by the cook was impecable, we eaten very well from aperitif to cake. The veranda with a view on the pool and the seaside of Loano is really suggestive and elegant. The “wives” have then stayed after dinner, in hotels, the newly renovated rooms are really very comfortable, with modern furniture and careful in the minimum details. Thank you very much to Mrs. Sabrina for her professionality and seriousness, for how she guided us in this magical event I kept so much! Extraordinary everything 👍🏼

The hotel is very friendly, professional, careful, available: these are some of the features that are found in the Albatros Hotel. The hotel is a home-like, cocktailed by staff and owners who first work to ensure a quiet and comfortable stay. It is also the ideal place for four-foot friends, who are welcome and respected with sincere love. My labourer has enjoyed the stay as well! The hotel is also almost on the beach, so from the rooms you have a direct view of the sea, as well as from the panoramic terrace where you are breakfast and aperitif at night. If you want to visit Varigotti, a suggestive and fascinating bourg, you can't stay in this hotel. It will be a very unique experience.

Torniamo in uno dei nostri posti del cuore per il secondo anno ... ed è tutto come lo ricordavamo!!! Ottimo servizio di accoglienza Clienti pre arrivo ed in loco, personale di front office gentilissimo e super disponibile. Pulizia della stanza e dei locali comuni ottima, davvero insuperabile (ve lo dice un soggetto con forte allergia agli acari, idem per mia figlia!). Personale di sala e Chef molto disponibile verso le mie molteplici allergie alimentari; menù vario e piatti ottimi, idem per il menù bimbi, davvero ben assortito. Spiaggia convenzionata sempre TOP! Non cambiatela MAI, Vi prego!!! Unica pecca, ma già riscontrata lo scorso anno, ahimé: presenza di animazione totalmente impreparata a gestire un intrattenimento che, essendo un Family Hotel, e lo dico per esperienze varie, dovrebbe supportare una serie di attività varie e differenziate a seconda dell'età dei partecipanti. Comunque in via di miglioramento, rispetto allo scorso anno, questo ve lo dobbiamo! Aggiungo anche la comodissima vicinanza alla stazione, la presenza di parcheggio interno e di piscina, prezzi del trattamento pensione completa e degli extra assolutamente congrui e corretti come ulteriori note positive. Concludo CONSIGLIANDO VIVAMENTE questa struttura e ringrazio nuovamente TUTTO LO STAFF per l'indimenticabile vacanza regalata a me ed alla mia famiglia !!! Alla prossima !!!

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito presso l'hotel per tre notti, di ritorno da un viaggio all'estero. Cercavamo una struttura non particolarmente ricercata ma accogliente e rilassante per concludere il nostro periodo di ferie con qualche giorno al mare. Hotel Florenz ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative da tutti i punti di vista: la posizione è ottima per raggiungere il borgo di Finale e non troppo distante dalla spiaggia (15 min. abbondanti) , la camera spaziosa e accogliente, la colazione eccellente e varia (con anche alcuni ottimi prodotti fatti in casa, come i biscotti o il pane al pistacchio) e il personale gentilissimo e particolarmente ospitale. Ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire della doccia dopo la spiaggia verso le 17 benché avessimo lasciato la stanza stamattina alle 10.30 e non ci è stato chiesto alcun supplemento per questo servizio aggiuntivo. Non possiamo che ringraziare per il nostro soggiorno presso hotel Florenz!
