As soon as I entered the room, I felt that two people lived a little bit, but the separate room and the clean, comfortable quilt felt very warm. The breakfast was super rich and the taste was very good, and it was very happy to look at the scenery outside the window. The house is traditional Korean, but the bathroom is modern, nice and comfortable. One day our husband and wife will be the aristocrats of South Korea. All things are arranged for us, good food, good people, super satisfied! will come again next time.

This hotel is not for everyone. It is a charming property and very nice staff. But if you stay here, realize it is intended to be a basic place in a former hanok, not really a hotel with all the amenities you expect (restaurant, for example; on Sunday, it was work to find a coffee shop or something open to eat breakfast so I would have appreciated the hotel having at least breakfast). However, it does not lack much, really. The room had temperature control, cable TV, and a full and modern bathroom. What I liked the best was that it is in the heart of the historic Bukchon area, old Seoul. It is a very different feel than the rest of the city. Not knowing what to expect, I didn't want to spend my 5 nights in Seoul there so I had booked myself there for only two nights. That was a good idea as after two days, I was eager to enjoy some of the features of a full hotel (breakfast, lobby area, etc.). But it was definitely a cool place to stay for a night or two and get a totally different feel of Seoul than most visitors get. In summary, knowing what it is supposed to be, it was great. If you go in expecting a full hotel, you may not be satisfied.

After booking, uni will make the route clear and detailed. It will also confirm the arrival time. The hotel is not paying attention to the small alley behind the g25. It is easy to ignore the two slightly larger rounds before and after the hotel. I heard someone calling my name. Asked if I happened to have met the dog uni and took me back to the Hanok. It was a more traditional Hanok single room. It was a small bed and a dressing cabinet. But the space of one person was enough before the uni had put the room in the room. The opened ones are very detailed. The accommodation and nationality of each house and the kitchen and public baths that can be used are clean. The toiletries are very complete. The yard can be like a TV series. You can sit at the door and enjoy the sun. The kind of chat is also the high-rise green plant and the sauce tank. There is no mountain climbing to see the faint sound of the TV series. The soundproofing of the jar is not too good. The door next door can be heard loudly and can hear the quiet environment at night. It is not very good overall. Going out can lock the door uni will give a password lock to teach you to use the night to sleep, push the door up and down, there is also a small door buckle can be very peace of mind

The homestay is in a small alley, which is different from the Chinese name and the picture name on Ctrip. It took a long time to find it. The photo of the front door of his house is as follows, please click here to find it. The surrounding area is very lively at night, with better coffee shops and western restaurants nearby. Nearby shops are also quite distinctive.

During the May Day holiday in Seoul, the time for the hotel was a bit tight. I compared several hotels and finally picked this apartment hotel. The first reason is that the apartment hotel is larger than the standard room, and it does not feel cramped when living in it. Second, the location of this hotel is very good. Within 10 minutes walk, you can reach attractions such as Insadong, Gyeongbokgung and Bukchon Hanok Village. In addition, there are convenience stores and cafes downstairs in the hotel. After another five or six minutes, you can go to a street that is a restaurant (the street name is not known). There is also a station away from the airport bus, and it is convenient to go to the airport. Finally, mention the breakfast, the sparrow is small and complete. There are Western-style Korean styles, and the restaurant area is small, but there is no such thing as a phenomenon. Overall, it was quite satisfactory, but the front desk reception staff was average and not very enthusiastic. There is also the time when booking the hotel is too close to the time of travel, and just in time to catch up with the May Day holiday, Korean Chinese are on vacation, the hotel price is much more expensive than usual, and the friends who want to go are arranged as early as possible.

Really good !!!!!!!!!! I was a bit doubtful because it was cheap, but there were many places to eat in front of Insadong, and it was very clean and very kind and satisfying. Because it is connected to the room, it was too ambiguous to use with bare feet or to wear shoes. I had a reservation for a single room, but for some reason, I changed it to a twin room, but it was a bit uncomfortable because of the twin room structure and there was no outlet in the head of the bed. Also thorough and clean, and you are very kind .. I was really satisfied !! The next time you come to Seoul, I'll catch you again.

When booking hotel before visiting Seoul, I wanted a hotel in Insadong, because Insadong is between the two big Palaces and near to other attractions. Mini Hotel Insa is in excellent location. Very near to Anguk metro station, as well as airport bus stop (6011 is the bus to take). Friendly hotel host, basic western breakfast, yet nice espresso. There are many local Korean restaurants in the gil (streets) of Insadong, a few of them are in Insadong 14-gil, where the hotel is located. I had a meal in a nice traditional Korean restaurant, just a few steps from the hotel. I would however wish there is a shower cabinet, or at least a shower curtain. Imagine after a shower, the toilet floor is all wet, and you have to brush your teeth and use the toilet. It was alone, so I could bear that. If you have two persons to share the room, it could be quite messy. I also found that there were mosquitoes in my room, despite the cool October weather. I had to close the windows, hand killed 5,6 mosquitoes and opened the air conditioner for the sleep. Consider all the above factors, I think it is a basic, mini hotel of great value. I spent four nights there.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. Major tourist spots, subway stations, bus stops and restaurants are all within walking distance. But, that's where the fun ends. The room was smaller than expected. Although we had an idea of the size of the room, we didn't realize there would be little to no storage, no closet (just a few hooks on the wall) or bench. If you have more than one suitcase, you will have to hop around your luggage to walk around the room (despite the very minimal walking space), like making your way to the bathroom from the vanity. Utilizing the lights in the room and bathroom was a nightmare, and when showering, the lights would suddenly turn off. The bed, as mentioned in other reviews, is quite hard, so if you have scoliosis or other back issues - I don't recommend staying here. However, the receptionists were all pleasant and accommodating, giving us the help we needed. I was feeling pretty sick after more than 16 hours of travel and really wanted to lie down and the receptionist allowed us to check in an hour early. The rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. The cleaning lady had forgotten to give us new towels. The kettle was quite dirty with sand-like particles inside. When we had returned back to the hotel from shopping and walked towards our room, the cleaning ladies were cleaning our room. The door was wide open and we could hear the ladies curse in Korean (which we understood). She had told us to wait until she was finished. There could be more outlets in the room. The one behind the bed is not aligned properly to fit a converter without physically moving the bed forward in order to plug in the converter. If location is the only thing that matters to you, I do recommend staying here. But, I would not return to this hotel and would rather opt for a more spacious and clean room, even if it means paying slightly more.

Conveniently located near shopping malls and subway/bus stations. However not a huge fan of the neighborhood. It's a bit dingy. The hotel is part of a shopping mall building, occupying from the 14th floor and up. There's a separate entrance located at the side of the building, which is not easily seen. Room itself was neat. Stayed there 4 nights. However, cleaning staff would always leave behind something like a used towel or pillow case. That was bit odd. I enjoy taking baths, so I used the bathtub quite a bit. But the bathtub leaked so the water wouldn't stay above a certain level. Found a couple pieces of hair in the bathtub which was probably the previous occupant's. Wasnt a big deal for me personally, but I can see clean freaks not liking that. Overall, it wasn't bad place, especially for the price. However, definitely not top notch.

Everything is perfect upon arrival! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My favourite part (on top of the cool interior design) has got to be the mattress, super comfortable! The hotel even offered a bottle of sparkling wine since it's my friend's birthday! What a sweet gesture;) The only downside to the room is the shower temperature, which aint warm enough for the cold in Seoul! Would be perfect should that be fixed! Overall a very pleasant stay! Keep it up Ryse!

It was a nice hotel though quite a bustling lobby. I was upgraded to the 20 floor and had a great view. Downside is You cannot Walk anywhere not even down the driveway. Probably better if you plan to just hang out at the hotel than if you are paying a lot but not there to enjoy it. Didn’t even get to see facilities as hotel is so spread out. Breakfast was a huge leg Doen. Pâtisserie was excellent. Helpful concierge. Felt unpersonable stérile more a business hotel though

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's right outside Exit 9 of Gongdeok Station if you take airport road (Arex) or railroad (KTX). However, if you go by metro, there is no need to try to find Exit 9 which is very inconvenient, you should come out from Exit 8. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel which open till late. There is also a big supermarket E-Mart near Exit 7.

This is our fifth time staying in this lovely hotel, ranging from deluxe king room, deluxe studio, to the one-bedroom suite. Overall it has the impressive style of a boutique hotel but also the exquisite room layout comparable to any five star hotel. Nevertheless, the most compelling reason of our repeated stay in this hotel (this time for eight nights) is very simple: the professional yet friendly team, including staff at the front desk, the cleaning ladies and the gentleman who helped us sort out some technical issues in our room just today. My wife and I are leisure travellers, and have stayed in a number of hotels in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Jeju and Daejeon in the past 5 years. We wholeheartedly enjoy the most at the ENA Suite in Seoul which stand firmly to be our number one choose whenever we visit Seoul. Incidentally, its convenient location is a pleasant bonus.
